The weekend passed without a hitch and Jaune served out his weekend of detention without any issues or problems that arised during the detention... although it didn't help that Professor Port was in charge of the detention...
While his friends and teammates in team JNPR and team RWBY were busy enjoying everything Vale had to offer, Jaune on the other hand had to do his best not to fall asleep from Professor Port's boring stories about his many exploits and adventures throughout his career as a professional Huntsman.
His went on and on about how he with mighty weapon in hand, Blowhard took down hordes of Grimm from Beowolves to Deathstalkers all the way to the time he claimed that he rode a Nevermore's back and used the Grimm to shoot down a horde of Ursa's from the sky before he finished off the Nevermore after he killed all the Ursa's!
'I'm sure by now that my friends are having a good time like Nora cleaning out an all you can eat buffet of its pancakes or Ruby doing the same but with chocolate chip cookies. I got to wonder where all of that sugar and fat goes as those two are as slim as supermodels.' thought Jaune wondering if they're Huntress training was what kept them in great shape.
"And did I tell you about the time my manly mustache saved my life from a bandit who tried to gouge my eyes out with a knife."said Port as Jaune pretended to listen even though he wondered how a mustache was capable of doing what he said it was capable of.

Monday classes began and the day started with Professor Goodwitch's combat class! The first year student scattered in the auditorium as Professor Goodwitch stood in the middle of the arena with a microphone so that everyone could hear her.
"Students I've noticed all of you have been improving greatly through the following weeks of Beacon and as we both know first semester is almost over. But do not think for even a second that during break you are allowed to slack off as letting your skills rust could be fatal in your future careers as Huntsman."said Professor Goodwitch as she knew from experience that those that didn't take training seriously didn't live the longest...
"So before first semester finishes off and the Vytal festival begins I want you all to fight to the best of your abilities during this next following days as morning classes will be combat training with me."said Professor Goodwitch as everyone looked happy but they were not.
'Oh great I really don't want to have morning classes with her since she scares me.', thought Ruby who has been a bit afraid of Professor Goodwitch ever since they first met...
Ruby could still sometimes hear her lecturing in her nightmares...
'This is a wonderful opportunity to show off my skills and show everyone why I deserve to be here despite many of them thinking I'm just some spoiled rich girl.' thought Weiss who loves studying in homework as she often forced her teammates to do their homework.. especially Ruby and Yang.
'I swear those sisters are going to give me a heart attack one of these days...'
'I need to keep up my training if I want to become a successful Huntress. I may have honed my skills... unconventionally but still I know I can improve.' thought Blake who was determined to get stronger.
'Yeah this is a chance to show off to everyone and show them why I'm the strongest member of team RWBY, and also I will bring honor and glory to our team!' thought Yang and she cracked her knuckles hoping that she would be first up in combat class.
'This will be a chance to improve my swordsmanship that way I can grow stronger and hopefully one day tame Enma as I prefer fighting with a sword in each hand.' thought Jaune who needed to keep up appearances since he didn't exactly get in through... legal means to attend Beacon.
'I need to prove to everyone including my team that I'm not some celebrity that I'm a person as well and that there is always room to improve.' thought Pyrrah wanted to show everyone that she deserve to be here through her hard work and not her status as a celebrity.
'I am going to break so many legs and then I'm going to eat a big stack of pancakes afterwards!' thought Nora with a sinister smile on her face as she could already imagine how delicious her victory pancakes would taste.
'I need to improve while at the same time making sure that Nora doesn't put anyone in the hospital.' thought Ren as he's the one usually in charge of cleanup duty in case Nora goes on a rampage.
"Alright students we will now begin combat class with Team battles so let's let the computer decide who will go first."said Professor Goodwitch as she looked at the computer along with everyone else as it began spinning down multiple student profiles.
The first profile was none other than team CRDL, who unlike the other students were already wearing their combat gear so they didn't have to go into the locker room to get their gear.
"Team CRDL who will be your opponent?"asked Professor Goodwitch as team CRDL made their way down from the sidelines and walked into the arena.
"Professor Goodwitch we choose Jaune Arc and only Jaune Arc as our opponent."said Cardin as everyone including Professor Goodwitch was surprised by this.
Soon the shock turned to anger as they quickly realized that team CRDL was just hoping to gang up on Jaune Arc with their weapons as they were still angry about their loss in the cafeteria the other day.
Jaune Arc hurt their pride and they were not going to let him get away with it as team CRDL convince themselves that Jaune just got lucky with them and that's the only reason he managed to beat all four of them in the cafeteria when they were bullying Velvet.
"Mr Winchester this is completely unprofessional and I cannot allow it!"said Professor Goodwitch who quickly realize what team CRDL was up to and she did not like it!
"Now hang on Professor according to Beacon's rules this is completely allowed as long as the one challenged accepts the terms."said Russel as team CRDL did their homework before they decided to call this revenge match.
"Team CRDL even if it's allowed you still need my permission as I am the instructor in charge."said Professor Goodwitch as no one was going to beat her when it came to knowing the rules of Beacon.
She was the one in charge of running this place as technically she was the one who did all the paperwork when it came to running Beacon Academy like a well-oiled machine.
"It's okay Professor I accept!"said Jaune surprising his friends as they did not expect this revelation.
"Jaune you can't!"said Pyrrah with worry as she did not want him to get hurt.
"Yeah they're going to totally gang up on you!"said Yang surprising everyone as she was being a voice of reason for once..
"It won't be like the cafeteria since they will have their weapons on them."said Weiss trying to knock some sense into Jaune's head.
"Jaune they are going to cheat!"said Ruby as team CRDL didn't have a good reputation for fighting fair and square during exhibition matches.
"Break their legs fearless leader!"said Nora, who was the only one supporting this.
"Guys I know that they're doing this on purpose because they're still mad that I beat them up in the cafeteria and that they ended up getting detention for the next two months because of me. But these guys challenge my honor and I cannot back down."said Jaune confusing his friends until he pointed down at the arena at Cardin.
Everyone was confused until they noticed that Cardin was moving his lips in a strange way and everyone quickly realized that he was lipping a message to Jaune.
Don't...You...Pussy...Out...Now...Bitch...!
"What is he saying?"asked Ruby as Yang covered her eyes.
"You still too young to hear that kind of language."said Yang as Ruby was too innocent to hear that kind of words from Cardin's mouth.
"Yang I'm not a little kid anymore!"said Ruby as she crossed her arms over her chest and puffed out her cheeks out as she was annoyed that her older sister was still treating her like she was five!
"Break his legs fearless leader!"said Nora seriously as anyone issuing a challenge like that deserve to have their legs broken in her opinion.
"Wow and I thought he couldn't get any lower."said Weiss as she wasn't sure if she could back down from a challenge if someone called her out like that!
"Jaune teach them a lesson for underestimating the leader of team JNPR!"said Pyrrah as she understood that this was a battle between men.
Men were stupid creatures and all of them had the urge to be considered the strongest! And when one issues a challenge to another, a real man accepts!
"Believe me I intend too!"said Jaune and she began making his way to the locker rooms to change and to get Wado Ichimonji and Enma!
"Mr Arc I still haven't allowed this fight!"said Professor Goodwitch but it was clear that no one was listening
"Men...!"said Glynda as she was reluctantly decided to allow the fight.
"Alright Mr Arc go to the locker room and get your equipment and come out here and face team CRDL in combat!"said Professor Goodwitch even Jaune was already doing just that.

Jaune was in the locker room putting on his double-breasted jacket and his boots before he rolled up the sleeves of his jacket and placed his trench coat over his shoulders like a cape!
"Well Enma even though you haven't accepted me as your master yet I'm going to need your help!"said Jaune as he placed Wado Ichimonji and Enma in his frog belt.
"I'm not going to put my gloves on as I'm going to fight seriously!"said Jaune as he started making his way back to the arena leaving his gloves in his locker!

A few minutes later Jaune was back in the arena with his trench coat / Cape fluttering with wind that no one knew where it came from!
"Did somebody open a window?"
"Where is that breeze coming from?"
"I don't know but it makes Arc look even cooler!"
Those we're just some of the few comments people were saying as they looked at the leader of JNPR who had unknowingly gained all of their respects a few days ago when he was the first individual to finally stand up to team CRDL.
"Hey this guy thinks he's some kind of Big shot!"said Russell as he pointed one of his long daggers at Jaune!
"Yeah it makes me want to kick him off his high horse even more!"said Dove as he readied his sword.
"Yeah it's time we get our revenge gentleman."said Sky as he held up his halberd.
"Let's show everyone what happens when you mess with team CRDL!"said Cardin as he placed his mace the Executioner on one of his shoulders.
Jaune meanwhile stayed completely silent as he pulled out Wado Ichimonji from its scabbard! His face was absolutely serious and he was not even saying a single word as his boots could be heard walking towards team CRDL.
Soon the leader of team JNPR and team CRDL were just a few feet away from each other, trying to mad dog one another as they look down on each other already thinking that this was their victory!
"Kick their butts Jaune!"yelled Ruby from the stands.
"Yeah teach those jerks a lesson!"said Blake surprising everyone as she rarely talks let alone cheers for someone she knows.
"Break their legs!"Yelled Nora.
"Jaune show them what team JNPR is made of!"exclaimed Pyrrah, fully believing that her teammate and partner would come out of this as the victor.
"Okay all of you get ready as this exhibition match will soon begin. Remember as soon as one sides Aura is in the red you stopped fighting otherwise you will have to deal with me!" threatened Professor Goodwitch as everyone knew that this was a fact.
Jaune continued to stay silent as he looked at team CRDL as it was clear on their faces that they already assumed that they would be the victors since they have numbers on their side.
"Numbers don't mean anything, they never have! The only ones ever worth a damn are those willing to lay down their lives for their beliefs!"said Jaune as he was quoting Hijikata Toshizuo, the famous demon vice commander of the Shinsengumi.
This looked like it angered team CRDL as it was clear on their faces based on the veins popping out of their foreheads that they were pissed. Meanwhile everyone in the stands were chuckling as Jaune had just called them out in a badass way.
"Alright that's enough bickering! Let this fight begin!"yelled Professor Goodwitch as team CRDL charged at Jaune.
Sky was the first to try to attack him as he had the longest weapon and tried to do a downwards attack with his halberd! Jaune merely used Wado Ichimonji to block the upcoming attack!
Russel saw an opportunity and tried to use one of his daggers to stab Jaune in the face but Jaune merely lifted Sky's halberd with his sword before dodging the strike from the dagger. Jaune then used his free hand to land a jab on Russel's jaw, sending the punk to the floor!
Dove decided to step in next as he used the gun feature on his sword to fire several shot at Jaune. Several hit their Mark but it was clear he was not a marksman as his weapon was built more for shooting at close range than long.
Jaune grunted in pain as the impact was greater than he expected but he quickly charged towards Dove. Dove swung his sword from the left as Jaune swung his sword to the right causing both swords to clash in the middle creating a small shockwave sending both of them back!
Dove landed on his back while Jaune landed on his feet.
Cardin decided to step in and use the Executioner to try to strike Jaune from behind, But Jaune grabbed him by his arm and delivered an arm whip from pro wrestling and sent the leader of team CRDL to the ground.
Jaune smiled before he was struck from Sky, who decided to use the opportunity to sneak attack Jaune with the blunt and of his halberd.
Russel then decided to step in but Jaune merely me kicked him in the stomach before hitting him on the head with Wado Ichimonji's pommel!
Russel grunted in pain as Cardin threw him aside and tried to strike Jaune with the Executioner! Jaune block the attack but it was sent flying but luckily landed on his feet as his boots scraped the floor!
"What are you idiots waiting for it get him!"ordered Cardin as team CRDL regroup and started charging towards Jaune.
Jaune tried his best to block their attacks with Wado Ichimonji and luckily for him they had no coordination. Unfortunately for him because their weapons had different reach and because they were not attacking in any discernible Jaune was finding that his back was literally against the wall!
'I can't let them put me near that wall or they'll have the advantage! I have to use Emma!"thought Jaune as he used his left hand to pull out his other sword and swung it.
Enma was soon surrounded by its sinister purple energy causing Team CRDL to instinctually get out of the way!
"You you guys are sloppy, you don't trust one another, and not only did you clearly overestimate yourselves, you also underestimated me! It's time I show you all what I can really do!"said Jaune as he held Wado Ichimonji with his right hand while he held Enma with his left hand.
"Oden two sword style!"began Jaune as his arms became covered in Haki.
Unsurprisingly Emma once again began draining his Haki from his left hand causing it to begin shrinking!
"Hey what's up with that sword?!"
"Oh my Brothers his left arm is shrinking!"
"What the hell is going on with Arc!"
'I have to use this move now or I will collapse!' thought Jaune as team CRDL recovered from their initial shock.
"He's just doing some parlor trick get him!"ordered Cardin as team CRDL let out a war crying started charging towards Jaune!
"Oden two sword style technique!"said Jaune as with one mighty step he charged towards team CRDL.
Cardin, Russel, Sky,and Dove all swung their weapons at him but they all appeared to miss as Jaune in the blink of an eye was already behind them with his swords held out as far as they could.
His eyes were covered with shadow!
"Paradise Waterfall!"finished Jaune as soon team CRDL's armor fell off of their bodies with clear slash marks.
Soon they all drop their weapons as a massive gust of wind blew them all away from one another causing them to hit all four corners of the arena as it was revealed that there Aura was in the red and they were all knocked out!
Everyone meanwhile felt the gust of powerful wind that felt like something similar to us small tornado as they never felt when that strong inside a room before!
"...The...the winner of this match is Jaune Arc of team JNPR!"said Glynda as she couldn't believe what she just saw even though she saw it with her own eyes.
Jaune meanwhile was surrounded by sinister purple energy as his left arm continued shrinking more and more.
"Give it BACK!"yelled Jaune causing Enma to return his arm to normal before he collapsed to the floor.
"Jaune!"yelled team RWBY and JNPR as they ran over to their friends / teammate to see if he was okay.
"Hehehe just as I suspected I didn't use that technique to what it was fully capable of..."said Jaune he cheeky smile as he was laying on the floor until Yang and Pyrrah helped him up from the floor.
"Jaune what was that technique I couldn't even see it?!"asked Ruby as she gave Jaune back Wado Ichimonji and Enma.
"Thanks Ruby just place them in their scabbards. As for that technique it was once used by a great warrior but I couldn't use it at the same level he could."said Jaune who knew he was nowhere as powerful as Kozuki Oden, Enma's original owner and the only known person before Zoro to tame Enma.
"Well you going to have to teach me to use it sometime with Crescent Rose."said Ruby as more and more her first friend at Beacon was impressing her.
Blake meanwhile was silent as she looked at Enma and began wondering what was it about that blade that made her feel so much fear... and why did it feel strangely familiar...
She was happy team CRDL once again got what they deserve but she was more focused on the blade Ruby was holding named Enma!
"I agree with Ruby as you got to show me how you did that technique as I could really use it when I'm using Myrtenaster."said Weiss even though her swordsmanship was focused more on speed than power.
Jaune knew this but he had no more energy to argue.
"Mr Arc well I commend you on your victory I suggest in the future you don't do anything so risky."said Professor Goodwitch as team CRDL were being taken away on stretchers.
"Yes Professor Goodwitch."said Jaune who knew he needed to get much stronger before he could use Paradise Waterfall again.
After all this technique a fully mastered cut a giant monster boar down in half! Jaune knew he wasn't at that level yet as he still needed to grow.
"Come on Jaune let's get you to the infirmary as well."said Pyrrah as she and Yang helped Jaune walk as he was still weak from using Paradise Waterfall.
Ruby meanwhile put Wado Ichimonji and Enma back in their scabbards then she decided to take them back to the locker room and put them back in Jaune's locker is that's what a good friend would do.
Nora was meanwhile cheering that her fearless leader beat up those jerks that are team CRDL as Ren tried to calm her down.
Weiss decided to follow Jaune and the others to the infirmary as she had a lot of questions.
'I don't know why Jaune Arc but something tells me you are somehow related to the hero of the Faunus... Shimotsuki Ryuma...' thought Blake and she decided to keep her eye on Jaune of a while.
"Hey wait for me!"said Ruby after placing the swords back in Jaune's locker as she wanted to know more about his techniques so she could use them with her Crescent Rose.
Glynda meanwhile was looking at her students as she was thinking one thing she would have to discuss with Ozpin later.
'How does Mr Arc know the last technique of the legendary warrior Kozuki Oden, one of the most famous warriors from the history of Mistral?!'
