A/N: And here, we have another chapter where Riley's monster transformation nears completion. And this time, there will be 5 familiar faces from "Inside Out" appearing in a not so familiar way this time around, if you know what I mean. :)

Chapter 7: The Scream Extractor/Transformation Complete/Banished
Meanwhile, Sulley continued watching, horrified and helpless, as the remnants of Riley's clothing as well as one of the lamps were smashed into a cube by a giant compactor. Then, that cube was rolled out to the horrified Sulley, who then leaned back and fainted just as Mike was looking for Sulley.
"Sulley! Oh, Sulley.", Mike spoke in worry.
"Okay, Sulley, come on, enough.", Mike spoke.
"Hey, have you guys seen Sulley anywhere?", Mike asked.
"Nope. Sorry.", George responded.
"Oh, Sulley!", Mike spoke in worry as he went forward.
"Boy, Wazowski looks like he's in trouble.", George guessed before he opened the locker.
Meanwhile, Mike was dashing out to the hall.
"Sulley? Sulley!", Mike shouted before he spotted the blue-spotted monster nearby and caught up to Sulley, crying and cradling the garbage cube in his arms.
"Sulley! Oh, great news, pal. I got us a way out of this mess but we got to hurry. Where is it?", Mike asked before Sulley only whimpered as he held out the cube.
"Sull, that's a cube of garbage.", Mike spoke before the lamp bent out with a squeak.
"Uh-oh.", Mike spoke.
"I-I can still hear her little voice.", Sulley spoke sadly.
"This is kinda fun!", Riley grinned from nearby.
"Hey, I can hear her, too.", Mike spoke
"Riley!", the baby monsters spoke.
"How many kids you got in there?", Mike puzzled before the day care children went forward, evident that Riley and Celia were with a group of day care children and their teacher.
"Sulley! Mike!", Riley called out before Celia turned to see them, too.
"There you guys are! Listen, we have to hurry and get Riley back home! We don't have much time.", Celia urged.
"But I'm okay. Really.", Riley assured.
"Yeah, Schmoopsie Poo, I think that's a bit late for that.", Mike spoke, gesturing to the garbage cube.
"What exactly happened?", Celia puzzled.
"I don't think Sulley wants to talk about it.", Mike responded while Sulley sobbed slightly just as one of the baby monsters went toward Mike.
"Mike Wazowski!", the baby monster spoke.
"Yeah, yeah. Step aside, kid. We're in a...", Mike began before the baby monster bit him, making him scream in pain and subsequently making Riley laugh as joyfully as before, even acting a bit like a monkey at that point while the lights blew out.
As the baby monsters screamed and cried, Sulley heard the one voice he never thought he'd hear from that laughter and widened his eyes with new hope.
"RILEY!", he shouted happily before the delighted Sulley went up to Riley and hugged her tightly.
"Riley, oh, you're all right! I was so worried! I was... What happened?", Sulley asked.
"Well, that's actually what I'm trying to figure out.", Riley replied.
"For some reason, Riley's turning into a monster.", Celia responded.
"And strangely, it's kinda growing on me.", Riley responded, shaking her rump a little while moving up.
"Don't you ever run away from me again, young lady!", Sulley scolded.
"Sorry.", Riley apologized sheepishly.
"Oh, but I'm so glad you're safe.", Sulley grinned.
"Yeah. Me, too, I guess...", Riley responded.
"My, what an affectionate father.", the teacher grinned in spite of the blackout.
"Actually, she's my cousin's sister's...", Sulley began.
"Daughter.", Riley finished, puzzling Sulley as he turned to Riley, who winked.
"Okay, Sulley. That's enough. Let's go.", Mike suggested.
"Good idea.", Celia responded before she, Sulley, Mike, and Riley went out the hallway just as a couple baby monsters bumped into each other in panic.
"I still don't understand. You and Mike got Riley's door?", Sulley asked, having been told the situation.
"I'II explain on the way.", Celia assured.
"Okay, let's move, let's move, let's move. Come on. Oh, please be there, please be there, please be there.", Mike spoke as Celia turned to Sulley and spoke to him at the same time.
"Sulley, listen. While Mike and I were looking for Riley, Randall found us and tried to make a deal.", Celia spoke, making Riley gasp.
"A deal? For what?", Sulley asked.
"For the door to her room. I don't know why he'd let us return her there.", Celia responded before, on the deserted scare floor, Mike spotted Riley's door set up in Randall's station.
"There it is! Just like Randall said!", Mike spoke excitedly.
"Wait a minute.", Sulley spoke as he, Riley, and Celia stopped.
"One, two, three, four! Get the kid back through the door! Hey, hey. We're going to get our lives back. The nightmare is over.", Mike spoke as
"I don't know if this is such a good idea now.", Riley spoke worriedly.
"Come on, it's time to move!", Mike urged.
"Mike, what are you thinking? We can't trust Randall. He's after Riley.", Sulley scolded.
"Who cares? Let's go. This is a limited time offer.", Mike urged.
"I don't like this, Michael. This is almost too easy.", Celia responded.
"Look, Celia, you and Sulley wanted her door and there it is. Now, let's move.", Mike urged.
"No, Mike.", Sulley refused before Mike sighed.
"You want me to prove everything's on the up-and-up? Fine! He wants the door, I get the door...", Mike began as he went toward the door.
"Mike, wait!", Riley spoke in worry.
"He's a paranoid delusional furball.", Mike commented as he opened the door, gestured to it with a glare, marched into Riley's room, and began bouncing on her bed.
"Mike!", Sulley whispered.
Suddenly, a large box flew up from behind the bed and trapped him, shocking Sulley, Celia, and Riley as they each gasped before going someplace to hide. After a moment, Randall peaked out of Riley's room. Just then, Riley felt a weird feeling as her body suddenly started to feel moist, making her whimper in worry a moment before Sulley and Celia comforted Riley with whispers and they hid as Randall loaded the box containing Mike on a cart and rolled it away as he ejected Riley's door. But just then, Riley's tentacles made a popping sound, which caught Randall's attention before they had to keep quiet as Randall turned invisible, looked around, and eventually turned visible before the lunch bell rang, prompting Randall to stop looking and then move toward the cart to roll it away as the trio got up and ran after him, keeping as much distance as they could.
"Hey, Sulley, where you been all day? Sulley? Sulley?", Jerry spoke as Sulley, Celia, and Riley then followed Randall through the hallway up until they came across what appeared to be a dead end.
"Mike? Mike? Where are you? You in there? Where are you, buddy? Mike? Hey.", Sulley asked as he and Celia looked around and saw one of the tools on the wall and decided to check it out, only to discover that it wouldn't come off and tried to do so, only to inadvertently unlock an apparent door, leading to a sort of tunnel.
"Guys, look! There's a secret tunnel!", Riley spoke.
"Riley, way to go.", Sulley grinned before she giggled slightly.
"Now, let's get that Googley Bear back.", Celia spoke.
Then, the trio tread carefully, even after the door closed behind them, going down the tunnel before they found themselves in a sort of boiler room and then heard voices, puzzling them before Sulley, Celia, and Riley got closer and saw Randall and Fungus through the pipes.
"Yes! I got the kid!", Randall assured.
"Oh, huzzah! That's great news. Not that I was concerned, of course.", Fungus responded.
"Just get over here and help me! Come on, come on, come on. While we're young here, Fungus!", Randall urged as he and Fungus picked up the box and got it off the cart.
"Kid needs to take off a few pounds.", Randall commented.
However, as soon as they opened the box and dumped it onto the chair, they were surprised to see Mike there instead of the kid.
"Wazowski?! Where is it, you little one-eyed cretin?", Randall asked as Fungus grew afraid.
"Okay, first of all, it's cree-tin. If you're going to threaten me do it properly. Second of all, you're nuts if you think kidnapping me is going to help you cheat your way to the top!", Mike commented before Randall chuckled.
"You still think this is about that stupid scare record?", Randall asked.
"Well... I did, right up until you chuckled like that and now I'm thinking I should just get out of here.", Mike began before Randall then strapped home into the chair.
"I am about to revolutionize the scaring industry and when I do, even the great James P. Sullivan is going to be working for me.", Randall stated, worrying Sulley, Celia, and Riley, who then started to have a weird feeling once again.
"Uh..., guys?", Riley asked with a whisper.
"What?", Sulley asked.
"I think I...I feel like I'm about to...", Riley began before her neck suddenly grew a foot high for a moment, stopped, and then continued growing, making her moan in awe quietly until her neck was just as long as a dragon's, astounding her.
"Whoa! Okay. That actually felt great.", the she-monster grinned before moaning pleasantly and quietly as another head grew in next to Riley's long neck until it was just as long, only this time, the 2nd head is bigger than her slender neck and had shimmery, sky-blue hair in a pixie cut with bangs that silk down the left side of her face and a small tuft sticking up at the top near the reciting hairline with large, oval-shaped, azure blue eyes with a thick, dark-blue liner running along the top of each eye (which numbered 3 as eye stalks), faint rosy cheeks, a rounder nose, thin, salmon-pink lips, and perfectly aligned teeth,.
"Does this feel great or what?", the 2nd head spoke in joy, albeit quietly, puzzling Riley.
"Uh, where did that come from?", Riley puzzled before she felt her 3rd head growing in as well.
The 3rd head, this time, had shoulder-length dark blue hair, sapphire blue eyes, and buck teeth and dark purple glasses to go with them.
"Am I gonna stay in Monstropolis, much less like this forever?", the 3rd head asked gloomily.
"Okay. This is getting weird.", Riley commented with a slight grin in a bit of nervousness before Mike spoke.
"Well somebody's certainly been a busy bee.", Mike commented, prompting Riley to turn to Mike.
"Hang in there, Mike. We're coming for you.", Riley spoke in slight worry before feeling her 4th head grow in as well.
"First, I need to know where the kid is and you're going to tell me.", Randall demanded as the 4th head that grew in had a long nose, one curled hair, thick black eyebrows for each of his 3 eye stalks, and purple eyes, puzzling her.
"Oh, you better not tell him anything, Mike Wazowski.", the 4th head spoke nervously.
"Yeah, I don't know anything.", Mike responded.
"Uh-huh, sure.", Randall spoke, not below ring a word Mike said.
"I don't. I mean, I don't. Oh-oh.", Mike spoke before Fungus tinkered with the controls and a huge, vacuum-like device descended from the ceiling toward Mike's face!
As it lowered, Riley looked on in slight disgust at the machine lowering.
"What's that? Come on. Wait, wait, wait. Oh-oh. Oh-oh. Oh, come on. No, no, no, no, no. Come on, hey, hey, hey. This thing is moving. I don't like big... moving things that are moving towards me. No! Come on! Hey, Randall!", Mike shouted as the machine descended closer before it stopped.
"Say hello to the scream extractor.", Randall spoke.
"Well, that doesn't look like much.", Riley commented quietly before she felt her 5th head grow in as well with this head having shoulder-length dark green hair, eyelashes, and emerald green eyes with an orchid ascot.
"That machine doesn't even look scary. It's just tacky.", the 5th head commented.
"Hello. Come on, where you going? We'll talk. Come on, we'll have a latte! Come on. We can talk about this.", Mike assured before Fungus activated the machine with the nozzle moving toward Mike, making him worried as the electrical whirring started and then grew louder.
"What's that thing? What is that thing? Wait, wait, wait! Stop, stop! No, no! Come on, hey!", Mike exclaimed as Riley growled angrily with her 6th head growing in, looking quite brick-shaped with red eyes.
"Oh, no, you don't! If you think for one second we're letting you suck the screams out of this fella, you don't know how wrong you are, buddy!", the 6th head urged quietly.
Having had quite enough of what Randall was doing, Riley gave a determined glare and then went down to Sulley and Celia.
"Guys, come on!", Riley whispered before she led the way.
"Help! Help! Help! Help!", Mike pleaded before his lips started to get sucked into the machine.
But just then, Riley pulled the machine's plug, disabling it as the machine suddenly shut down.
"Oh, for... What did you do wrong this time?", Randall puzzled.
"I don't know. I calibrated the drive...", Fungus began before Randall interrupted.
"Go check the machine!", Randall demanded, frightening Fungus over to the machine.
"There must be something wrong with the scream intake valve. That's the problem with these 3250 units...", Fungus guessed as Randall sighed before noticing some slight movement in the cables, much to his puzzlement as he didn't move them.
"Huh? Hmm.", Randall pondered as he went to investigate as meanwhile Mike spoke to Fungus.
"Psst! Fungus. Fungus. You like cars, huh? 'Cause I got a really nice car. If you let me go, I'II give you... a ride in the car. Please, Fungus?", Mike asked.
"I'm sorry, Wazowski, but Randall said I'm not allowed to fraternize with victims of his evil plot.", Fungus responded before he got snatched up by Sulley while Riley went up to him, astounding Mike.
"Wow!", Mike spoke in surprise at her gigantic heads, her main one included.
"Come on, Mike. Let's get outta here.", Riley urged as she then freed Mike and grabbed him with one of her lower tentacles.
Meanwhile, Randall plugged the machine back on and returned to find Fungus in the Scream Extractor.
"What happened?! Where's Wazowski?!", Randall shouted before Fungus screamed with Randall then turning the Scream Extractor off before any damage can be done, leaving his lips puckered red while everything else was weak and pale.
"Where is he?!", Randall exclaimed before Fungus whimpered with a wheeze, pointing to where they went before Randall growled as he then took off, leaving Fungus to whimper as he then tumbled off the chair.
Meanwhile, Sulley, Mike, Celia, and Riley burst out from the secret door and ran.
"Come on! This is crazy. He's going to kill us!", Mike exclaimed before Riley suddenly gasped and slowed down with that gasp bigger than she intended before noticing how puffed up her chest was, much to her surprise before she then exhaled, deflating it back to normal before looking ahead to the first CDA Agent.
"Careful. That could be contaminated.", the first CDA Agent spoke as the 4 monsters passed by them.
"Okay. That was weird.", Riley commented.
"We got to get out of here now!", Riley's fourth head shouted.
"Yes! Exactly! We can start a whole new life somewhere far away. Good-bye, Monsters, Inc.! Good-bye, Mr. Waternoose!", Mike exclaimed before Mike, Celia, and Riley stopped.
"No, Mike, wait!", Sulley shouted.
"Hey, what are you doing?", Mike asked.
"Follow me. I have an idea.", Sulley spoke.
"Well, whatever it is, I hope it works.", Celia responded.
"You and me both, Celia.", Riley responded as she and Celia followed Sulley to the hall while Mike grew weary and went after them.
"No! No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no...", Mike began.
Meanwhile, Bile was unsuccessfully scaring the child in the simulator.
"Simulation terminated.", the voice spoke.
"No, no, no, no, no. What was that? You're trying to scare the kid, not lull it to sleep.", Waternoose spoke.
"I was going for a snake ninja approach with a little hissing.", Bile spoke before hissing as Waternoose sighed.
"How many times do I have to tell you? It's all about presence! About how you enter the room!", Mr. Waternoose responded before Sulley burst in as he, Mike, Celia, and Riley found him in a training room with a class of trainees.
"Mr. Waternoose!", Sulley shouted.
"James! Perfect timing.", Mr. Waternoose grinned.
"No, no. Sir, you don't understand.", Sulley urged.
"Ah, now, show these monsters how it's done.", Mr. Waternoose spoke with a grin.
"What? No, no, I can't... Sir... sir, you have to listen to me.", Sulley spoke as before he could protest, Mr. Waternoose ushered into the fake bedroom while Riley waited by Mike and Celia.
"Pay attention, everyone. You're about to see the best in the business. Reset the simulator.", Mr. Waternoose spoke.
"But-but, sir!", Sulley shouted before the similulation restarted.
"Good night, sweetheart.", the voice spoke.
"Good night, Mom.", the fake boy's voice spoke before Riley suddenly groaned with her 5 other heads groaning a swell.
"Riley, are you okay?", Celia asked.
"What's wrong?", Mike added.
"I think... something's happening...!", Riley groaned.
"Now, give us a big, loud roar.", Mr. Waternoose spoke to Sulley.
"Mr. Waternoose, there's no time for this!", Sulley urged just as Sulley started to grow bigger in both height and weight (without any more fat included this time).
"It just feels... so good...! I don't think I can...control myself...!", Riley moaned as her body widened just enough to help properly balance the other 5 heads around Riley, who moaned as the last change occurred, astonishing the two monsters.
"Come on. What are you waiting for? Roar!"", Mr. Waternoose urged.
"But-but-but, sir!", Sulley pleaded.
"Roar!"", Mr. Waternoose demanded before Sulley groaned.
But before he could turn and roar, he noticed Riley growing as did Mr. Waternoose and the other monsters when she grew big enough.
"I feel like... I'm about to... ROOOOOOOOAAAAAAAR!", Riley roared as a ferocious, bestial roar forced its way out her throat, not only making the boy shriek in terror, but also making Sulley scream in surprise with everyone else just as astonished as the whole simulation room shook with the lights surging brightly like last time.
But when the roar stopped, the lights went back to normal as Riley spoke in slight worry, a little scared of what she just did.
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to do... that...?", Riley spoke as she then noticed her now monstrous form in full view with her body now not only half as round as Mike's (literally for his case as he is a walking ball), gigantic as she is now, with light lavender skin and 14 tentacles from the waist down (16 counting her arms), but also with 5 additional heads, 3 eyestalks, needles at the end of her tentacle arms, and spines going from her head down her back.
"Whoa... Look at me. I'm a monster. This feels super weird right now...", Riley spoke as she looked down at her necessarily plump chest, belly, arms, and tentacles before even looking behind her to see her big rump as well as the rest of the tentacles below her.
"But at the same time..., it actually kinda feels cool.", Riley grinned while shaking her rump before stopping and pressing her tentacle arms up to her sides and moving them up as her 2nd head added another thing.
"And this urge to scare? It just feels so good it's overwhelming.", Riley's 2nd head grinned in amazement.
Then, Mr. Waternoose then laughed just as boisterously as last night when Sulley did the old Waternoose Jump and Growl before he cleared his throat, calmed down, and spoke up.
"Uh, well done. Well done, James. Who knew your cousin's sister's daughter had that much scare in her!", Mr. Waternoose spoke with a grin.
"Riley?", Sulley asked in awe.
"Sulley.", Riley spoke as she noticed him before going to him.
"All right, gentlemen, I hope you've learned a valuable lesson in scaring today. Meet you out this afternoon.", Mr. Waternoose spoke before Riley spoke to Sulley.
"Not bad for your 'cousin's sister's daughter', huh?", Riley grinned.
"Yeah.", Sulley grinned before Riley then started hooting like a monkey before screeching like one, inadvertently changing into a sort of anthro monkey with her 5 heads retreating back into her body, leaving only Riley's head remaining, much to Sulley's surprise as well as Mike's, Celia's, Mr. Waternoose's, and even Riley's as she eventually saw what happened to her, earning her gasp before Mr. Waternoose realized who that girl really was.
"The child!", Mr. Waternoose gasped.
"Sir, she isn't toxic.", Mike assured.
"What?", Mr. Waternoose puzzled.
"I know it sounds crazy, but trust me.", Celia began before Riley looked to herself again.
"Okay. I did not know I could do that.", Riley spoke before reverting back into her monster form with her 5 heads popping back out.
"I guess there are still some kinks to it, huh?", Sulley asked.
"Yeah.", Riley grinned before speaking again after a moment.
"Hey, Sulley? I've been meaning to ask you. Why is it that you monsters always have to scare little kids? Besides our drive to scare, anyway. I mean, come on. I'm not even little anymore.", Riley pondered.
"Well, I don't quite know why your door was made out of all the rest which were for little kids. But I do know one thing. It turns out that when kids scream, that energy gets collected into the scream canisters we use to contain them and then the containers get shipped off to refine them into power for the city.", Sulley responded.
"That's awful.", Riley's 3rd head spoke calmly and sadly.
"Sulley... as noble as it sounds..., that's also horrible.", Riley commented.
"It's not like we have any other choice. The company is hanging on by a thread as it is.", Sulley responded.
"There's gotta be a better way than this. Like, I don't know, laughs instead of... screams.", Riley spoke before realizing something.
"That's it!", Riley realized.
"What is it?", Sulley asked.
"Remember when the lights blew up at your apartment and then here? Those all happened because I laughed. At something funny.", Riley grinned.
"So, that means...", Sulley began.
"Yeah. There is another way we can save this company after all.", Riley grinned, making Sulley grin.
"...and he was going to test it out on that sweet, little girl.", Celia continued as Sulley ran over to Mr. Waternoose.
"Sulley, wait up!", Riley shouted as she followed him.
"Now that we have her, he is trying to kill us. This whole thing is Randall's fault.", Mike added.
"Randall?"", Mr. Waternoose asked.
"Yes. And we can take you to his secret lab, which is right here in this factory.", Celia responded.
"How could this happen? Oh, how could this happen? Does anyone else know about this?", Mr. Waternoose asked.
"No, sir.", Celia responded.
"Good. This company can't afford any more bad publicity. Now, before we do anything else, let's... take care of the child.", Mr. Waternoose spoke as he took Riley's arm.
"Uh, actually, sir? It's Riley.", Riley responded.
"Is that all?", Mr. Waternoose responded.
Later, the door got ejected.
"Oh, I never thought things would come to this... not in my factory. I'm sorry you three got mixed up in this. Especially you, James. But now we can set everything straight again for the good of the company.", Mr. Waternoose spoke before he brought Mike, Sulley, and Celia to an active door, which appeared rather metallic.
"Uh... sir, that's not her door.", Mike spoke.
"I know, I know.", Mr. Waternoose began before Randall suddenly appeared in front of it with a smirk and opened it.
"It's yours.", Mr. Waternoose spoke, making the trio gasp, before he shoved Mike, Sulley, and Celia through the door and prepared to slam it shut behind them.
"Sulley!", Riley shouted.
"No!", Sulley shouted before Mr. Waternoose closed the door on him with Sulley opening it only to find no Monsters, Inc. there.
"RILEY!", Sulley shouted with an echo.
The 3 friends found themselves in a snowstorm in the Himalayas.
"No! No! No! No! No! No! No!", Sulley exclaimed as he tried desperately to reopen the door, but it was no use.
They were stuck!
"No... Oh, no, this can't be happening! We're banished! This can't be my new life! I never did anything wrong! Oh, Michael, please help me! I can't breathe!", Celia hyperventialted in fright.
"lt's too late! We're banished, genius. We're in the human world! Oh, what a great idea, going to your old pal Waternoose! Too bad he was in on the whole thing! All you had to do was listen to me- just once! But you didn't, did you?!", Mike scolded before Sulley gave no response, still riddled with a sense of failure and desperation.
"YOU'RE STILL NOT LISTENING!", Mike shouted before roaring and lunging at Sulley.
"Don't either of you two dare leave me!", Celia shouted while going after the 2 monsters before they rolled down the hill and started fighting each other, or at least about to, just as Celia caught up before suddenly, the yeti, a huge hairy monster appeared.
"Welcome to the Himalayas!", the yeti shouted, much to the trio's puzzlement.
A/N: And this time, Celia gets banished alongside Sulley and Mike. Not very good, I know, But on the bright side, there is a certain snowcone-loving yeti who will help shelter them for the time being until they figure out how to get back to Monsters, Inc. and save Riley. Of course, they might still have to deal with Randall. Also, I know some of the details there might not make any sense, but it'll all make sense soon enough. I just need your suggestions on the details for why things happened the way they did, like for example, why a door for Riley's room appeared in Monstropolis instead of a door for any other kids' rooms that help flesh out a sense of purpose for Riley, a 12-year-old preteen, being here. That's all I ask for before next week. Well, good night for now. :)
