Agravaine is really horrid to Merlin in this, but Arthur doesn't receive any spoilers. Canon compliant. I pay my licence so I reckon that means I own a teeny-weany bit of Merlin.

When Ygraine's old prayer book is found - complete with handwritten notes - Arthur is given another chance to hear his mother speak from the grave. Not as a summoned shade, but as the memory of a young woman finding solace in the words she once loved.
