AU: A twist in fate allows the line of Durin to survive on the top of Ravenhill. For once Kili isn't the one needing to be saved, or is he?

The gist being that Mahal and Yavanna, creators of the dwarves and Hobbits respectively, come to our world, tell a nerd, "hey, pack a bag because Middle Earth needs you. Save all the ones who die." And then drop her on bilbos doorstep at the start of the hobbit. Only they forgot to tell her that no one speaks english.

AU; sequel to Unbreakable Bonds. As the company of Thorin Oakenshield sets off on their perilous journey to reclaim Erebor; Kili is harboring a dark secret from his family and friends, creating a rift between him and Fili. While Thorin's obsession to reclaim his homeland may make him lose what he holds most dear. Shadows of the past are not easily forgotten and they're closing in.
