After the heartbreak of the "Ember Island Players" episode, Katara finally figures out her feelings for Aang. Zuko's redemption arc continues. In the year after the comet, the Gaang travels the world, while Aang and Katara's relationship deepens. Then, after they've settled in Republic City, disaster strikes. TV-canon-compatible missing moments, extending beyond the finale.

In a world where the Avatar wasn't found, the Fire Nation took over two nations and they strive to overcome the last one. Water Tribe warrior Sokka seeks to fight for his people's rights, but he's captured by his enemies. His life is no longer in his hands as he fights as a Gladiator, and his fate will eventually depend on the Fire Nation Princess, who needs him for her own ends...

Zuko is captured by the Dai Li in Ba Sing Se. While held in the darkest part of the Crystal Catacombs and certain all is lost, unexpected visitors arrive. Uneasy alliances are made and the motivations behind them are quickly tested. Zuko must fight to survive and heal, facing uncomfortable truths and lies, answering the big questions, and finally fighting his greatest enemy yet.
