A new life abroad.

13 years ago, Robert Chase disappeared, leaving a heartbroken Allison Cameron behind. The police looked for him for a year or so, but never found him. When he turns up, out of the blue, refusing to talk about what happened, it turns a few heads, including a (medical) detective that desperately wants to know what happened to him and a young boy whose life will never be the same.

5 months after the very last episode Everybody Dies. Five months ago, House "survived" the massive fire so that he could spend time with Wilson, but now that Wilson is dead, House must pay the price for his various transgressions. But is he finally ready to take responsibility for anything?

(set: season 8) When House was finally able to speak, his voice sounded rough and broken, but that wasn't what triggered the cold shock in Wilson that made his heart freeze. It was the meaning of the words themselves. "Who are you?"
