Amagi, a battlecruiser of the sakura empire, had been severely wounded during a battle. The wounds she recieved put her into a coma. A ship had to be made to prevent chaos between the factions. The ship would be a peacekeeper and strategist, to replace Amagi while she was being worked on by Vestal and Akashi.
A woman with black hair and blue eyes is finishing up the wisdom cubes that would become the peacekeeper and tactician and she stops when she hears thunder rolling outside. The sound of heavy rains hitting the flight deck of the supersized supercarrier that is the azur lane base, Darkest Hour, makes the woman ponder if the sirens are attacking or if a Raiju is nearby. The cubes pulse on the table as lightning lights up the dark skies for 3 miles and an injured figure appears on the flight deck. The figure is a male raiju with a bite mark on his right shoulder that oozes black poison.
Kongou, a blonde haired, blue eyed sakura empire battlecruiser with fake horns, had been walking around inside the carrier when the raiju appeared on the flight deck before collapsing clutching his injured shoulder. Upon seeing the raiju collapse Kongou instantly goes over to him and picks him up gingerly, shocked at how weak his body is.
"Why are you helping me?" The injured Raiju asks before coughing. The poison had turned the veins in his entire right arm black. "I'm a Raiju so why would you help a Yokai like me?"
"You are injured and have taken the form of a tanuki, a friend of mine would kill me for ignoring you." Kongou replies in a soft, soothing voice as she carries him inside the carrier and towards the medical wing.
Kongou looks at the Raiju in her grasp as she heads towards the medical wing. The raiju is a young man with silver hair that fades to green, a deep tan complexion, and brilliant golden eyes. The Raiju has a jagged scar above his left eye caused by a claw of some kind. The Raiju looks to be roughly 21 years of age, but with a yokai it is always hard to tell their true age.
A trio of cruisers see the injured raiju Kongou is carrying and follow her. The first cruiser is a pink haired girl with blue eyes, this is Atlanta, an Eagle Union AA Cruiser. The second is a Blonde girl with amber eyes, this is Juneau, Atlanta's younger sister, another AA Cruiser of the Eagle Union. The Final of the trio is a reddish-pink haired, blue eyed girl, this is San Diego, Atlanta's second younger sister, yet another AA cruiser of the Eagle Union.
Atlanta has 2 more sisters that have been summoned at this point, San Juan and Reno, who currently are on a comission to get what supplies they can from a ruined city. San Juan, Reno, Graf Zeppelin, Graf Spee and Scharnhorst are the group that was sent on the commission. San Juan is a blonde girl with yellow eyes. Reno is a Silver haired girl with grey eyes. Graf Zeppelin is a silver haired Woman with Reddish-pink eyes. Graf spee is a white haired girl with a red streak in it with blue eyes. And Lastly Scharnhorst is a woman with lavender hair and blue eyes with one of her eyes being covered by an eye patch.
Kongou sets the raiju on one of the empty tables. Belfast, one of the Royal Maids, a woman with silver hair and light purple eyes, walks over to the raiju with a drinkable antidote and has the raiju take it. The raiju drinks the antidote and has a disgusted face as it burns going down. "That tasted horrible." The raiju says.
"The best medicine always tastes horrible," Belfast says with a small smile on her face. "You are also not the only one who has said that about the antidote though. We've had 15 ships poisoned by the siren that bit you already."
"15 ships. You all are the kansen I've heard about then," The raiju says and lets Belfast bandage his shoulder so it will heal. "I am Silver Storm or rather, Storm"
"Nice to meet you Storm, I'm Belfast" Belfast introduces herself. "The Oni over there is Kongou, the Pink haired cruiser is Atlanta, the blonde cruiser is Juneau, and the light red haired cruiser is San Diego or Sandy."
