Project Endurance
Chapter 1
War never change only the weapons change from sword to guns to mechanical weapons when the sirens first appeared no one knew what to do many believed that the Azur lane was created from the world organisation but where did they get the idea from well they got it from a past one where a mysterious woman who seems to know a lot about the sirens she also seemed like she wasn't from this world she had four children, two boys and two girls she devices a project called 'Endurance' where she made four total different ships using other designs from around the world and incorporated the sirens technology into them, she called them Hybrid ships she then managed to bond them too her own children when they became the age two using unethically procedure and other terrible things to them, with that she then got onto training them up to become what she called her solution to any problems the world may have, she never gave them names nor showed any love for them believing it is a necessary sacrifice to one own flesh and blood for the betterment of the world she kept her children Locked up on an island out of the world view she only allowed a selected few of her closest followers to know about this, she trained them physically and mentally making them cry, making them feel pain to make them fight on even when they are close to death she made them to endure anything and everything that could be thrown at them.
But one of the woman followers fell in love with the oldest sister he and her made a secret relationship until one day she fell pregnant the mother eventually found out and saw this as a brilliant new idea for her project but the eldest daughter was horrified by this so she hatched a plan with the man she loved.

The night of the plan.
Inside the eldest sister cell she was laying next to a bunch of clothes were three little girl was sound asleep they all had different hair colour "are you sure about this?" the sister heard the man she loved asking her as she smiled at her three daughter's with sadness.
"yes I have no choice I don't want them to be turned like me and my siblings you can take them away from here, keeping them safe and sound!" she said through her tears placing a necklace with a heart locket on it around the oldest baby "goodbye my precocious little one's I am sorry I hope this will explain to you all why this has happened" she said placing an envelope next to the oldest baby and then passing the children's to the man.
"I promise you I will keep them three safe" the man said giving her one last kiss before running off in the distance with the three children while leaving a crying woman behind.
Many years later
Since then their mother was angry and kicked all of her followers off the island and locking her children up even more now with her where no one knew this was going on until one day the same oldest sister managed to contact the world government and told them about this atrocity and the government came to arrest the mother but sadly she killed herself before they could do so, so they shut down the place the four children however stayed on the island where they were safe, no one bothered them, no one knew they existed so when the sirens came the government used the project old files as a starting point for this project but sadly the only thing they didn't like about this was the bonding method but there was no other way about it so they kept going on with it all the while to not telling anyone about the method.
Many months into the war with the sirens
Inside a bunker the world General and government were all sitting around a table "so as you can see we are losing the war with these sirens" a man in an American general uniform said out Loud making everyone looking around to see who would say the next thing.
"so what our plan?" some random person asked out loud.
Just then that same American man got up "gentlemen I have a solution one you all may like and hate I had dug out these old files" the man said he wore an American general uniform his assistant started to giving everyone a copy waiting until they all looked at it.
"what about this the four children don't want to help us" a man said to everyone.
"yes that true but in these files there is the blueprint of how their mother did this to them so we use their mother original method to make more" the same man said to them all.
Everyone one in the room looked at each other until a general from Russia spoke out "it says here we have to use the original DNA from her children" he said taking a seat.
"yes unfortunately I did tried to find another way around that but sadly we couldn't, look if we use this to make more we might have a chance to win" the man said to everyone.
"but how do we explain this to the people?" a British man wearing a suit said to him.
"well gentlemen we don't" this got everyone speaking out until he stopped them "look I know it wrong but it will work" he said getting them all to think more on this.
"what did the four children say about this?" a French man wearing a suit asked.
The man looked down "I didn't say anything to them they don't know about this" the man looked up seeing them looking worried.
"but why?" a German general asked.
"because the last time I saw them they told me not to do this if we should do this we would be hunted down and killed" he said to them all making them all look at each other "look I am not going to lie if we do this and they find out we all will be hunted down and killed by them all, but giving the current situation I am willing to sacrifice myself if it means to safeguard our world!" the American man said with proud in his voice.
The whole room was silent until one by one they all got up and nodded to him as they all got to work on their plan
Many years later
When the war with sirens was calming down the four children did eventually found out and did exactly what the man said they would do killing each and every one of them only leaving the British man alive "please I beg of you don't kill me!" the man said terrified as he was being held upside down by a chain that was link to a mysterious man.
He then saw the man moving out the way to allow a woman with deep purple hair and bright red eyes to walk up to him "my dear friend we aren't going to kill you not when your the last one alive we are keeping you alive so that you can be our messenger in the future if we need you" the man then saw a deep purple fog appearing behind her then seeing her walking away through the thing just then he was suddenly let go quickly looking up he saw the man disappeared through it as well and the fog disappeared leaving him alone and scared.
Many years later
Azur lane Academy
Third person POV
On top of a hill a alone mysterious person in a cloak was standing watching the battle play out the person felt saddened by this and felt terrible for these girls being turned into weapons "I am sorry girls!" the person said a in female voice while looking over the field seeing the battle ending she watched as Enterprise came into the fight seeing her made her smile somewhat at her "I am proud of you all though" she said just as a brown falcon came landing on her right shoulder and a purple portal opened up behind her and she slowly walked through it as it closed behind her.
Location: unknown island
On a deserted island a purple fog appeared and the same woman walked through it looking around she smiled to a location that wasn't too far away she saw a port leading into a cliff where an old run down building was, removing her cloak to reveal she has deep purple hair brown eyes she saw her falcon flying ahead as she began to walk towards the port.
12 minutes later
The woman came to a huge lobby like room where she saw three other people one big male with brown hair and brown eyes he wore black plain trousers with a striped black and white shirt.
She then saw a small male sitting over what she knew was a radio station she saw him with black hair and deep blue eyes he wore the same except for the shirt he had a red shirt on.
The next one she saw made her smile a little girl not older then 7 year old she wore a simple plain white dress and had light blue eyes and light blue hair she saw the girl hugging into a teddy bear while watching TV .
"ah sis your back how was it?" she turned to face the bigger male.
"sigh...! It was hard brother Azur lane was attacked by an unknown nation" this made everyone stopped what they were doing and turned their attention to her.
"was it bad?" she faced the other male.
"depends on how you look at it from what I gathered this nation somehow managed to incorporate Sirens technology into their ship" again this causes them to gasp in shock.
"but only mom knew" the three taller ones stopped and looked towards the small girl who spoke to them while hugging into her teddy bear "only mom knew how to do this because she from that world".
"yes she did but still" the big sister said looking around the room while thinking.
"this is bad news they don't know what they are doing!" the little boy said worried about the situation.
After a few moments of silence the older boy then spoke out "did you find your three daughter's?".
The older girl perked up at this "yes I only saw one though she is beautifully it's a shame I guess they followed in my footsteps after all!" she said while smiling.
"daughter like mother they say" the bigger boy said "so what our move going to be?" he asked looking at them all.
"simple it time we get out there who knows what they would do with that type of technology in their hands" the big girl said making them all nod in agreement as they went to make a plan.
...
The next day on the island the youngest bother was watching the radars when he noticed a series of red and blue dots appearing on the screen pushing the button to a mic "you all might want to come here!" he shouts out while pushing a few more buttons.
3 minutes later
"what's wrong?" the oldest sister asked as she came up to him.
"a battle I just sent the recon plane out" he said making a TV turn on as it showed them a battle that was going on everyone watched in horror when they suddenly gasp seeing an aircraft carrier girl dodging shots after shots they all looked to their older sister were they noticed she was beginning to get angry.
"no one touches my daughter's" she said walking fast to the docks.
"wait sister calm down!" the oldest bother said trying to calm his big sister down.
"no I won't too long I have been out of their lives now I want to be with them" she said bringing out a glowing orb then throwing it in the sea were it immediately burst into a huge weird looking ship it was the same length as the Yamamoto while it had the main turret of the Bismarck three at the front and two at the back it carried 6 QF 5.25 inch mark 1 dual purpose guns three on each side from the King George v class ships, 4 twin Bofors 40mm AA guns from the USA with two torpedoes tubes one on each side.
"I know but we can't rush into these thing's" he said seeing her getting on her ship "please sister don't forget your condition if you push to hard!" he said worried for his sister.
"I don't care I am going, come if you want" she said just as the ship main engine started up.
"arg...! fine" he said doing the same as the same ship type came out of the orb they noticed their little brother doing the same except his ship didn't carry any main turret only 6 of those QF 5.25 inch mark 1 dual purpose guns three on the front and three on the back an impressive 10 of those twin Bofors 40mm AA guns five on each side.
But before anything else was said they all saw another ship it was their little sister, hers was the same length as the Yamamoto but it had a flight deck on it's top and 10 of those same AA guns "we are coming as well!" both the little brother and sister said at the same time.
"okay let's go then" the big sister said as they all moved away from the port and a purple mist appeared and each of them disappeared going through it.

Hornet POV
I have been dodging their fire for a while now and I can already start to feel my lungs burning just then I saw myself being trapped with no way out just as I thought this was it only for a chain to grab on to one of the attackers and pulling her way making us all paused and look around us I saw the chain was leading into purple fog feeling confused and scared in case it was those sirens "STAY AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTER'S!" I heard a female voice screaming out from the fog and a sudden appearance of a bunch of weird looking ship's came out one was an aircraft carrier I saw two female's and two Male standing on the deck of the ships 'what did she mean daughter's' I thought to myself.
I turned to see my two attackers were now concentrating on the new arrivals but just then I saw my sister coming in with back up feeling relief I made my way to the others.
Third person POV
The older sister watched the two people who attacked one of her daughters "sis you have to slow down!" she hears her little sister shouting to her with worry.
"don't worry" she said smiling when she just noticed her daughter Hornet making her way to the others only to see another attacker coming up from behind them but before she could warn them she saw her second little brother using his speed to jump in the middle of them and taking a direct hit for them.
Hornet POV
I gasped when I heard gun fire directly behind us tuning around I saw one of those ships jumping in front of us taking the hit waiting for the smoke to clear I saw the ship sitting there with out a scratch on it 'what but how it should be damaged' I thought to myself.
Third person POV
The older sister smiled in relief turning to her first little brother "brother deal with those other ships" she said to him.
The brother smiled while facing his big sister "with pleasure" he said moving off.
"now sister bring your planes out to guard us two" she said seeing her little sister nodding and letting four spitfires out.
Hornet POV
I watch as those Iron blood brought more ship up with them but just then we all saw a chain piercing through two of the ships and a sudden hell of shells exploding into the ships causing them to sink 'what!' I thought to myself again.
Older sister POV
I turned my head facing the two other attackers one was busy with my daughter while the other was going to attack her but just as I looked at her I held my hand out which made my main front turrets moved in the direction quickly clenching my fist as is if I was going to punch something one of my main turrets opened fire at her making a direct hit on her causing her to scream out in pain.
"who are you?" I hear her shouting out to me while recovering from my shot.
"what we are isn't your concern" I said to her just then I noticed more back up had arrived seeing the enemy looking worried now but just as she was worried I too was 'these back up might think we are an enemy as well' facing my two brothers seeing them doing a lot of damage to the enemy ships.
"brothers get back we need to get a safe distance, let's go home!" I shouted to them seeing them nodding and returning to my side I just looked to my second daughter seeing her collapsing I wanted to go to her and check on her but I couldn't so we just retreated back through our portal and away.
Back on their island
Big sister POV
As soon as we got back and made our ships back into orbs I was about to begin my walk to our building when I suddenly collapsed with a short of breath and a sudden chest pain making my grip my chest I felt my heart pounding at the ribcage and my muscles all feeling stiff "SISTER!" I hear my siblings all call out to me.
Holding my hand out to stop them "I...am...okay...!" I said in between breathing to try and keep calm.
"I told you to take it easy" I hear my brother saying to me.
"I know I am sorry!" I said slowly getting up on shaking knees "let's get a plan into action after I had a rest" I said walking into the building carefully to minimises the pain.
1 hour later
After I had rested enough I saw my siblings and my falcon all in the main lobby of our home "sis how are you feeling?" I hear my little sister asking me worried.
Giving her a reassuring smile "I am fine" I said to her.
"so what our next move?" I hear one of my brother asking.
"simple we go to the Academy meet them face to face, brother" I face my second little brother "in the morning you go get the files and the man we kept alive meet us there" I said seeing him nodding "but for now we will still rest until the morning" I said taking a seat to rest more.
Azur lane base next morning
Prince of Wales POV
I was meeting with Queen Elizabeth and a few others when we were talking about Enterprise when Queen Elizabeth mentioned about four weird looking ships "and if those other four never turned up who knows what the outcome would be" I hear her saying.
"yes but why did they leave?" I hear Hornet asking making my think.
"perhaps it could be you all might have thought they were enemies and thought it was best to leave" I said making them all nod in agreement.
"what concern me is the way they left" I heard one of them saying.
Just then we saw some one rushing up to us "excuse me but there are four ships sitting out side the port" we all quickly got up and rushed off with worry.
1 hour later
We arrived at the docks where everyone was watching out to the sea as I too looked out to the sea sure enough I spotted those four weird looking ships with a weird purple fog behind them I noticed they were flying a white flag "it seems they want to talk" I hear Queen Elizabeth saying "okay I and prince of Wales will head out to meet them everyone else be on your guard" I nod and got on my ship as we both started to head out.
Big sister POV
As we soon arrived I saw the port still in bad shape from that attack it made me sad to see this just then I noticed two war ships heading to us looking to my siblings "remember only fight if they attack first, sister get two of your spitfires up" I said seeing her nod and allowed two planes up in the air as I felt my falcon landing on my left shoulder.
Queen Elizabeth POV
As we were nearing I couldn't help but be in awe at the four ships they do look weird sure but yet there seems to be power behind these massive ships soon I noticed four people two female and two males all different heights I also noticed a brown falcon on the tallest woman shoulder "hello who and what is your business here!" I shouted out to them as I soon noticed two spitfires flying around.
"we come in peace may we dock to talk on better grounds!" I hear the tall girl shouting out to us.
"what do you say?" I asked Prince of Wales.
"it would be better than screaming out here your majesty" I nod in agreement.
"okay you may dock on pair 4!" I shouted to them while making my ship turned around to head back to port.
Hornet POV
I was worried now I saw those four were now heading to our docks 'but I was still wondering why that woman shouted out daughter's' I said to myself looking at a Lockett I was given by my oldest sister I saw a picture of a woman with me and my two other sisters all smiling away but I noticed the woman was showing some sadness to her looking back up I watched with the others as the four came in and was just finishing docking up.
Big sister POV
As soon as we got off our ships I noticed a lot of people were staring at us soon I saw two girls walking up to us one on a British style uniform while the other was in a fancy dress "hello my name is Queen Elizabeth this is Prince of Wales" I saw them bowing a little.
"I just like to thank you for your intervention" I hear the woman who name is Prince of Wales.
"no worries" I said to them "my designation is Hybrid 001" I then pointed to my first brother " my first small brother he is Hybrid 002" I then went to my next brother who was holding a man and a brown folder "second smallest brother he is Hybrid 003" I then looked down to my little sister who was holding onto her bear more tightly and was still hiding behind me "this is my little sister she is Hybrid 004" I finished off saying to them.
Prince of Wales POV
As I listened into the woman introducing her and the others I was confused by their names weren't they given ships name "what is you ships names?" I asked them
"I am sorry but we were never given a ship name!" I gasp in shock to myself at this I noticed she looked a little sad at that while I saw the girl hugging into the bigger girl probably to cheer her up "these should explain about us" I saw a brown folder being passed to us as I saw her majesty taking the folder and we began to read through the folders.
