With a sickness spreading on the surface, Levi has taken it upon himself to search for help in the most violent place in Paradis: the Underground. However, the doctor he's looking for has disappeared and in his place is a young boy held imprisoned by Levi's uncle, Kenny.

Lilly is a 25 year old woman from the district of Shiganshina. Her whole life she's known nothing but pain, brutality and cruelty until she finds the one thing in life she cherishes, her little brother. When she loses even that, what does she have to live for? What is her purpose in life? To protect anyone else from having to feel pain and loss as she has, to kill every last Titan.
