Jaune shoveled a spoonful of ice cream into his mouth, glancing over at Ruby lightly chewing the treat before swallowing making sure not to give himself a brain freeze. Ruby was utterly devouring her treat, eating spoonful after spoonful of chocolate chip cookie dough one after the other completely engrossed in the ice cream Jaune had bought her.
"Slow down Rubes, you'll give yourself a brain freeze." Ruby stopped her onslaught for a moment swallowing the cream in her mouth letting out a satisfied sigh.
"It's too good! Why haven't I heard of this place before?!" Jaune looked at the small building, 'The Golden Bear' smiling at the pudgy bear mascot.
"It's a place, my parents, always liked taking me and my sister. My grandmother couldn't get enough of this place's birthday cake Ice cream, those were happier times.."
Ruby stopped her onslaught staring at Jaune, a somber smile across his face.
"You...want to talk about that?"
"No no Ruby, it was just an old memory. It's been almost three years since my family lost her, no need to bring it up. Today is about focusing on you. I got some chicken tenders and fries coming too, you'll like em a lot." Ruby nodded taking a mental note. Jaune stood up going back to the window sill picking up the food settling back down across from Ruby. She picked up a tender nibbling on it going wide-eyed, such a small bite but so much flavor!
"I don't know what they do to the tenders but they're juicy as heck and taste delicious. Fries are alright they're nothing special just basic old fried potatoes. So...do you want to talk about um...ya know." Ruby swallowed her bite of food nodding slowly.
"Yeah...so you actually beat Mercury up?"
"I got into a fight at the bar with him and yeah I choked him out and slammed his head into the ground. Yang and Pyrrha paid him a visit at college, kicked the crap out of him there too." Ruby giggled a bit at that smiling leaning against her arm.
"Thanks...I know you didn't have to do that..."
"I felt like I did. You're someone I care about and for another person that you trusted betray that trust, I...couldn't stand by and let that happen. No way in hell I was letting that slide." Ruby grabbed another tender munching on it still donning a small smile.
"You're one of the really good guys out there Jaune...I guess I need to look a little harder huh?" Jaune nodded with a wry smile helping himself to a few fries.
"Trial and error Rubes. Took the grace of God and Oum to bless me with your sister, Pyrrha, Blake, Weiss and Coco. Was rough at first, really rough...but it's really changed my life and for the better. I couldn't be happier where I'm at and you'll get there someday Ruby. Next time you meet a guy you like, we'll put him through the Nora test."
"Nora test?"
"Nora test. If he can get through Nora's barrage of questions, hyperactive personality and general insanity without having an outburst that's a good sign."
"Thank you Jaune...it...means a lot." Jaune waved a hand patting her forearm reassuringly.
"Hey, no thanks needed Ruby. The only thing we need to do now is waiting for the torrential shitstorm that is my mother being grandbaby obsessed to calm down."
"How do you think they're doing?"
"...Well...they're probably fine. Maybe..."
"You...don't sound very confident there Jaune..."
"Eh, my mother's the biggest worry, Ciel the second, and that random Blake-obsessed chick. Fingers crossed Reese and May don't do anything stupid..."
(Back at the House)
"QUIT DENYING ME OF MY GRANDBABIES!" Juniper tugged against Pyrrha's iron grip unable to escape it.
"Mrs. Arc could you please calm down so we all can talk?"
"GRAND! BABIES!"
"Just keep ahold of her, she'll tire herself out eventually." Weiss commented brewing a pot of tea for everyone.
"Is Ilia passed out now?" Blake hid behind Coco, the fashionista giving her a sideways glare at being used as a human shield.
"Surprised how long she could hold her breath. Ilia's down and out now so we won't hear much from her anymore. How's Yang doing with Ciel?"
"Yang and Neo actually. Long story but those two have her handled." Coco chimed in letting out a long yawn.
"So Jaune really does date all of you girls. I'm impressed! You're all sexy and got some bad bitch attitudes don't they May?!" Reese sat with May across from Blake and Coco giggling at the chaos.
"Y-yeah...he always was...charming when we were young..."
"But it's obvious there's no room in his heart for us...and that's fine, it's our own fault for waiting too damned long. Back in high school, he was denser than tungsten forged steel." Weiss walked into the living room with a tray filled with cups setting it down on the coffee table handing a cup to each girl sans Ilia.
"He still is dense. Not as horribly so as when you grew up with him but he's not good at reading certain signs..." Weiss smirked backed at the memory of her and Jaune's first time together...not an ideal first time but memorable nonetheless.
"Grand...babies..." Juniper Arc passed out and Pyrrha caught her gracefully laying her gently on a spare seat wiping away a bead of sweat.
"She's certainly lively for her age." Pyrrha remarked taking a seat and picking up a cup of tea. Ada chuckled nodding her head.
"Oh you know damn well she can get even crazier. Especially since you girls went through her Arc women training. She talked about it a bunch on our way here." Pyrrha immediately adorned a massive blush looking away.
"She...didn't talk about me did she?"
"Hehe she did and it was hilarious. Juniper mused how her daughters couldn't help you cook to save a life. We all got our strengths, cooking just isn't one of yours so don't get hung up on it." Ada smiled sipping her tea as blake stared at her curiously.
"You...seem really calm about all of this." Ada sat down her giving blake a curt look.
"I guess I just am. Look, I came here just to see how Jaune is doing. The chance we had is gone and I've accepted that, he's still someone I really care about and to see him happy with you girls, it makes me happy. Do I wish I was in your shoes? I do, honest. It can't be helped though, and that's okay. Jaune's grown into a great young man and I couldn't be happier for him. So just promise me, Reese and May that you girls will treat him well and stay by his side always." Weiss stood walking in front of Ada giving a small bow.
"On my honor as a Schnee, I swear to be with Jaune til my dying breath." Pyrrha, Coco and Blake walked over to Weiss mirroring her.
"What Weissy said, he's my Arc babe and I'm not going nowhere."
"He's the one for me, even based the protagonist in my book on him."
"We all love him, and we will never leave Jaune. We'll stay with him til all our days. Even though Yang and Neo aren't present, they would share the same feelings." Pyrrha smiled at Ada, Reese and May, the three women nodding in thanks. May wiped fresh tears from her eyes smiling, Reese gave her friend a tight one armed hug.
"We're more than happy to know he's in good hands...thank you girls..." Reese mused wiping away a tear of her own.
"You don't mind if we wait for Jaune to come back right?" Ada asked getting an immediate nod from Pyrrha.
"Of course not, wait as long as it takes him to come bcaak. We can even play a few games?"
"Or watch a movie. Besides I got a small tidbit of info I need to share with everyone once babes back." Coco settled back on the couch brushing a hand through her hair sighing tiredly.
"And pray tell what information would that be?"
"Ice queen I just said I'd share it when Jaune's back. Be patient jeez." Coco gave her a cocky smile, Weiss rolled her eyes huffing at the response.
"I wonder how Yang and Neo are handling Ciel..." Pyrrha mused as Blake wrote in her journal.
"I'm sure they're doing fine Pyrrha."
Meanwhile upstairs...
"GURK! GLUK!" Ciel choked violently against the rubber cock that was lodged deep in her throat, the heavy blush spread across her cheeks and fucked silly smile made Neo slammed her strap on even harder down the dark-skinned beauties gullet.

"Do you think everything's alright back at the house?" Ruby looked over at Jaune who was sprawled out on the grass, the two had visited the park settling down on the grass with the leftovers from Golden Bear.
"Yeah...your sister and the girls should have things controlled by now...right now just wasn't the time for my mom to come home though...especially since it's so close to that time..."
"What time?" Ruby looked at him curious but Jaune shook his head.
"Not important. Shall we head back? Or do you want another order from Golden bear to go?"
"...maybe.."
"Another large chocolate chip cookie dough it is then."
