AN: I don't own my hero academia
I have a plan
It was uncertain how long they've been at it. What felt like hours could have easily only been a few minutes. With how fast the two men were thrashing at each other. On the one hand, you have the number 1 hero. Easily considered the strongest and one of the fastest heroes out there. He could have won this fight. The only trouble is winning would mean causing severe harm to the other. Even if they were the one that challenged him and physically provoked him, the man didn't have the heart to go full out. The destress in their voice and confusing words only heightened that notion.
On the other hand, you have the tutor with an incredible quirk with equally incredible control. It's only because of his quirk and his opponent's soft heart he was able to last this long. Dodging their strikes swiftly or even redirecting them with a look. Forcing their needless battle to continue. Unlike his opponent, he had no intention of holding back, nor did he care about the other's wellbeing. He wasn't sure what he wanted. Other than this pure want to punch the hero until he was satisfied. That was easier said than done.
All Might dodged another attack of dagger-like leaves. He got close enough to grab his opponent's hands. Then he forced them up against the trunk of a tree. Overwhelming them with his pure strength. All he wanted were answers. "When have I ever lied to you? I don't even know you."
Since they were so close, Arata took the opportunity to spit in the hero's face. Disgusted, they flinched back while trying to wipe the saliva off. Arata then to the opportunity further by punching them square under the chin. He angrily yelled: "You should know my last name. Darewell. Does that mean anything to you?"
"No, it doesn't," All Might yelled back while throwing a punch. He was seemingly unaffected by the other's hit. It mostly tickled. They didn't seem to have that much natural strength or that's what it felt like.
Luckily, Arata managed to dodge the punch by using his quirk to levitate, and twisting his body in just the right shape. The only thing against him was the air pressure surrounding it. That was enough to throw him off balance, but only for a moment. The two distanced themselves from the other glare at their respective ends. "Sai. Sai Darewell. You don't recognise that name at all?" He hissed. He was so sure of himself. There was no way this man would be that ignorant.
Unfortunately for him, All Might did not. The name Sai Darewell didn't register inside his mind at all. It was completely foreign. No matter how much he rummaged through his memory banks that name wasn't in their files. It was just that. A stranger's name. It held no other meaning to him. What was worst that in showed on his face. Confusion was written across his forehead. With the way, his eyebrows were raised to how his mouth turned to a soft frown.
The look drove the other's blood to run shy high. "You bastard!" He screeched as he soared towards his opponent and roundhouse kicked in the neck. Making extra sure his heel dug into the other's throat. Forcing them to cough. "Did it mean nothing to you!" He screamed louder. His voice become strained from rage as he tried to punch the hero. His fists never made contact since they caught both his hands. They tussled against each other, slowly crushing each other's hands. Arata could feel his bones cracking, but his emotions were too high to acknowledge the pain. So, he continued his spiteful rant, "was his life so insignificant that you couldn't bother remembering the name of someone you left to die!"
"Now I know you're crazy!" All Might spat back feeling his rage flicker within him. This man dared to make light of his late mentor, his work, and his ideals. Now he's spouting absolute nonsense. He dared say his pride was being attacked. Now he was not one for pride, but he will make an exception for this. He pushed back harder as he stopped caring for bone damage. "Since when did I left anyone to die!"
"Over a year ago now. The terrorist attack on Sukoshi orphanage. My Sai was left under that rubber you caused. All while trying to protect a child," Arata proclaimed with venom in his tone. His head was throbbing like crazy. He could barely think straight. The only thing driving him was his boiling desire and rage.
The hero couldn't believe their words. "No, that's wrong," he said although only sounding half sure. He knew what they were referencing. A terrorist attack went south and in desperation, so they targeted a nearby orphanage. Most of them had destructive quirks that made the ground unstable. It was hard juggling fighting them and making sure no one got crushed. Even for him, it was a difficult task. Even worst he was alone at the time. As the only hero around, he gave 10 times more effort to get everyone to safety.
He was thorough. Stared on the ground floor and made his way up. Listening to their calls and cries. He got them all. It became a little tight when he found out about the basement. Those villains must have dragged some kids down there for extra hostage leverage or other sick reasons. He remembered he managed to smash his way down there before the whole building collapsed. He'll never forget the scene. A group of children so young crying weakly while everything around them was falling apart. He grabbed them all and got out of there before the building could crush them. He didn't miss anyone. "I got everyone out of there safely. I know I did."
"Don't you dare say I'm the liar in this scenario!" Arata lashed out. His eyes glowed brightly as a bounder rushed by and slapped the hero away from him. His mind was throbbing, but the pain felt numb compared to the stab in his heart. His tears returned flowing out in a wild rage. How dare this so call hero claimed his words were true. He knew it was false. There was no questioning it. He could still see it so clearly. His most hated memory. "Not when I was the who unburied his corpse that day!"
Snap.
The throbbing became too much.
Thump.
Arata could no longer hold himself up and dropped into the dirt.
"Are you ok?" All Might yelled in a panic. He instantly dropped all his aggressive emotions and rushed to his fallen opponent. The man wasn't moving. He yelled and shook them, but he received zero response. It only made his panic worse. Hastily, he propped the man up straight. The light in their eyes was dark. There was no strength in their body either. Allowing him to hold them awkwardly like a limbless rag doll. However, there was something far more distressing about them. "You're bleeding."
Sure, enough a drop of blood ran down Arata's scalp. Then another. And another. All trickling down making patterns in the ground. It made the hero panicky as his head raced on what to do. All the while Arata remained limp. The light in his eyes grew ever dimmer as the throbbing in his head only grew stronger.
I've reached my limit. I should…I should…what should I be doing? His mind began to wonder. Deeper his thoughts headed into a void. It was empty. Barely anything was there was he searched for something. He wasn't sure what it was though. He just kept walking aimlessly. Looking for something. Anything. A thought. A word. A memory. Eventually, he found an answer. It was jumbled. Fuzzy. The file looked incomplete. Or more like a mash-up of different files. However, it was all he could find so it had to be right. He looked through the files. Some words yelled out at him. Loudly repeating themselves again and again. The finder details were in the dark, but he could still see those yelling words. Mission…target…mission…target…dispose…mission…target.
Mission: dispose of the target.
Arata's vision became a cold red. There was only one thing in his sights. A very panicked hero.
I will do as told
Meanwhile, Endeavour rushed up the forest path. He wasn't sure what he would do when he got there, but he couldn't just sit around. Form a distance he could hear the wild battle. Snapping branches. Booms of the ground shaking. It's no wonder so many animals rushed past him in fear. He knew he was nowhere near them, yet he could still feel the aftermath of the fight. It only worried him further. They wouldn't kill each other. Right?
His worries didn't end when he found an aftermath. The clearing he entered was wrecked. What used to be strong, hearty trees that reached from the sky now laid slain. Some cracked and others torn from their roots. Others stripped bare of leaves despite many others flourished untouched. Human shaped holes decorated the ground along with cracks. The most concerning thing were pieces of fragmented metal. Carefully, Enji picked up a piece and examined it. Its sharpness and gleam told him it was no ordinary shrapnel. Judging by the others, they were pieces of a sword. Arata's, no doubt. A little more searching allowed him to find all four of the handles. Each one missing its blade. "This can't be good."
What was worst had yet to come. They were running closely behind him.
"Touya I told you not to follow me," Enji yelled as he turned around. He knew it was Touya. The likelihood that they boy would listen to him was slim. They were on a bit of a rebellious streak lately. Even if his sidekicks were afraid to admit it. Although he was surprised to see Tenko close behind him. Or perhaps not considering he was indirectly involved in this. Still, what were these children thinking?
"Like hell, I'd listen to that. Both me a Tenko are worried and doubt you can handle this alone." Touya snapped back angrily. Challenging his father with his eyes.
Enji accepted the challenge all too easily. His eyes widened with a threatening glare as he loomed over his son. "Are you looking down on me, boy?"
Slyly, Touya clicked his tongue. His words did nothing but escalated the situation. "Hard to look down when you're so much taller than me. Father."
"Don't sassy me, boy! This isn't time."
The father and son then began to argue with each other. Claiming similar things. That the other was rushing into this too fast. They had no idea what they were doing, and they were fools to jump in. Neither of them had any idea how to defuse the fight. Secretly hoping everything will resolve itself if they just acted. Not like they'll admit aloud. As the saying goes. Like father like son and both, in this case, had a lot of pride. As well as the vocal cords to attempt to out yell the other. At this point, the two of them were just going in circles. Yelling that the other was stupid when really, they were both the same. Rushing in without a clear idea of how to solve anything.
Little Tenko found himself between the fiery men's screaming match. He tried to speak up saying that fighting was pointless, but his meek voice was nothing compared to the Todoroki's roars. Harsh words were exaggerated along with burning fires. It's amazing how nothing caught on fire yet. Other than Touya's arms and Enji's face. He foolishly tried to get between the two, but they shoved him aside like he was a feather. Defeated, he watched the father and son duo tear each other ears out.
It was then someone else came into the picture. Someone that knew what to do. At least he hoped he did. His voice called out and it instantly stopped the father and son's war.
Enji growled at the sight. "You brought Izuku! Just what were you thinking," he scolded. At the very least he believed they wouldn't be so foolish to bring this quirkless son here in a dangerous situation.
"Touya didn't take me. I came myself." Little Izuku declared. All eyes were on him. It made him shivered. Especially with his father's eyes. They were always intense, but they became unbearable when he was angry. Or worst disappointed. Those were the eyes he gave him, but the child pushed through. Like his father and brother, he couldn't sit around. "Please hear me out," he begged almost fearfully. Across his chest, he held a notebook tightly. It may look plain and unremarkable, but this notebook would be the key to solve this complicated puzzle. Along with a bedsheet dragging behind him. It was bunched up in a satchel like formation as if it was carrying something. When he dropped the sheet, he reached inside and took out a bottle of rubbing alcohol he usually kept in his medical supplies for emergencies. Mildly confident, he claimed, "I have a plan."
Dodge
Leap
Smash
There goes another army of rocks followed by knife-like leaves. They weren't getting easy to doge with the way they snaked around and follow the hero. Like a high teach heat-seeking missiles, they followed him to the end. Some of which got stuck half-buried to a tree or the ground. So long as it wasn't the hero's body. He already had a couple of those in his arms and legs and they were a pain. Much worse than the bee-like stingers before, and even more so when he was forced to puck them out. Otherwise, they would dig themselves deeper. Trails of blood followed him only learned when he tased his muscles.
He did try to counterattack. It was easy before but not so much now. Minus the heat-seeking objects rings of leaves circled his opponent. They were like ring barriers or tripwire alarms. The second he touched them, Arata was right there ready to freeze him in place. It was only for a couple of seconds, but it was enough to stop any forward momentum the hero had. Then his opponent would lash out with his assault after dropping him. If he couldn't attack the only thing to do was doge.
The hero's mind raced on what to do. Call back up? No, that felt wrong. This was his problem to face and therefore his responsibility. Besides, he lost his phone somewhere in the scuffle so he couldn't call. They were in the middle of a forest, he couldn't yell. All he could do was doge and wait for an opening. He hoped that opening would come fast. There was one other thing of concern in his mind and that was his opponent's bleeding head. Ever since it started the battle got harder. His opponent grew more aggressively calm and quick with their quirk. What started as simple and predictable movements became complex and harder to read. There was also a lot sharper things flying at him as well as heavier objects. Like those boulders joined together to form a hand.
"Ah!" The hero watched as the boulder hand grabbed him and forced him into the mountainside. He felt the pressure of the rock squeeze the life out of him. He tried to break free, but a string of leaves circled around his neck cutting his oxygen circulation. It became harder to think. More rocks joined to from his growing coffin crushing him with their weight and pressure. He needed a little more time to get out of there.
That time was not something Arata was willing to give. He lifted a dead tree from its roots. Its branches twisted and weaved together until it formed a deadly sharp point in a manner of seconds. It points right to the hero. "Mission close to completion," he said coldly as he launched what should have been his final attack.
All Might closed his eyes and brace for impact. He waited and waited. It never came. What did feel like sand brushing against his cheek. When he opened them, he saw a small figure before him. Bare hands out pushing against the air at their side.
Earlier,
"I'm not sure if it will work but one of us can try and talk to him. But it has to be disruptive." Izuku explained while flicking through his notebook. "Arata sensei' s quirk is strong but there are ways to break it. One time when he was using his quirk to write with a pen. Touya sneaked up on him and scared him. Arata's quirk control dropped after."
Touya nodded along completely following his little brother's train of thought. "So, if we jump out and surprise him, he'll lose quirk control. Then talk him out of being crazy."
"I am not let you kids out there," Enji yelled in defiance. Allowing such was like letting them go into a war zone. As an adult and a father, he couldn't allow that. "Especially you, Izuku," he emphasised further.
"I'm not the one who should do it." The child snapped back almost sounding annoyed. He clenched the paged of his notebook making them crinkle. His eyes then moved to their suggested target. They were ideal to make this first plan have any form of succession. "Tenko should." The boy widened his eyes in confusion and pointed to himself. What could he do? He was a question the younger boy already had an answer for. "That's because…"
Ash zoomed past the boy like a desert's sandstorm. Remembering why he was here. Izuku was right. His stupid quirk was ideal for this situation. So long as his fingers could touch it his quirk could designate anything thrown at him. He was lucky the item was big. Smaller ones would have been less effective. Thanks to the shattered sword fragments they found Izuku predicted Arata would be surrounding the natural resources. Bigger ones do the most damage and are a little easier to manipulate. Since he was still standing the boy's prediction was right on the money. Hopefully, this one was too. "Could you please stop," Tenko begged almost hesitantly. This fight in away broke out because of him. So, in theory, he could hopefully end it. He just needed Arata to look and talk to him. However, something was wrong. Arata was looking at him. Only their eyes were different. They were hollow and dim while giving off a heatless expression. It was a face he never received from the man. The blood running down their face didn't help. It shook the child. "Hello? Mr Arata."
"Civilians should not interfere with hero business," Arata called out coldly. His voice was deep and emotionless. His eyes began to glow brightly. "I advised you to please stand back." Without any remorse a flurry of danger leaves aimed themselves at the child. Worst of all the child couldn't stop an attack like this. Arata didn't give them the time to enact his warning as he sent the flurry of leaves dead straight to his target.
Socked, Tenko fearfully closed his eyes. His arms inactively rose to shield himself, yet he held his ground. Never moving an inch. Silently praying and trusting in Izuku's productions. They've been right so far, and the younger boy put in countermeasures. He was expected to deal with bigger objects, however, due to the bare trees, boulders and branches were not their only concern. If the attack were leaves then one other would deal with them.
Flash.
The flurry of leaves instantly shot away with a blue light. The flames burned them to dust letting them fly away in the wind. Confused, Arata's eyes glowed dimmer as his mind tried to understand what just happened. He didn't have that much time to think as another blast zoomed past forcing him to doge back. He glared in the direction with his eyes glowing fiercely. The only trouble was his sight was blocked by thick foliage. Because of the odd angle, he wasn't completely sure where it came from. He tried to swipe at the branches but found nothing. Then another flaming shot zoom past him. This time in a completely different direction. He attacked the spot again but caught nothing.
"Damn he's lost it." Touya wished as he leapt to another breach as fast as he could. Thanks to the hellish training trying to navigate this forest, going from place to place was simple. "Well, plan one is a bust. On to plan 2"
"If reasoning with him doesn't work then will have to be aggressive and stealthy. Arata's quirk relies on sight. So if he can't see you…"
"You can't get be so easily." Touya finished the memory line as he blasted another fire bast before leaping. He wasn't sure this strategy would work but low and behold it was. Attack and move. Stay hidden for a long as possible and don't give him too much time to react. Rinse and repeat and you got yourself the perfect distraction strategy.
While Touya and Arata were busy with each other, Tenko came rushing up to the trapped All Might. He used his quick to quickly disintegrate the rocky prison. Then he carefully tugged on the man's shirt and pointed to their next destination for plan 2. "Come on, we should go."
Confused, All Might went along with the child, allowing them to escape.
It wasn't long until Arata noticed. Although the duo already had a considerable head start. "Target escaping," his voice still robotic and cold. He dodged another fire blast and headed straight to his target. "On pursuit."
While up ahead, Tenko kept his eyes on the ground as if looking for something. It was confusing for the hero as they ran right behind him. Well, it was more of a jog. It was the only way he could keep up with the child without running past him. The path head began narrower with thick mighty trees on one side and a sheer rock cliff on another. Eventually, Tenko forced them to stop as he found what he was looking for. An X made with two sticks. He glanced at the rock side to find melted indents running up alongside it. His eyes followed the path until he spotted a glowing signal on top. This should be the right place for phase 2.
"Why are we stopping?" All Might asked while staring at the two sticks. There was no time to answer as the hero's instincts tickled. He grabbed the child and rolled away forward. Barely missing the dragger leave that stabbed the ground. He glared up at the caster while protectively holding the grandchild of his late mentor. It didn't matter if he was hurt or bleeding. The safe of this child is greater than his own.
Arata's eyes were still cold. He raised an arm up. As he did three car-sized bounders floated behind him. Their edges were crushed to a blade-like point while they circled menacingly behind him. He was ready to let them lose until he noticed something odd. The sunlight above him seemed to have disappeared with a shadow was growling around him. "Take this!" He heard. It was coming from above him. He decided to look up. From a distance, he saw something large being forced down right above him.
"One final thing. Something Arata sensei told me. His head is very sensitive since it houses the organ that makes his quirk function. I've also noticed that he needs to look at the subject first before manipulating it with their quirk. Therefore, if you want to beat him. There are two key places to aim for."
An attack from above? It was an easy problem to solve. Whatever the item was it was large and directly in his line of vision. Were they aiming to knock him out with some rock? How foolish. One quick look made the item stop in place. He thought the silly attack was over. That was until the glow around it started to change. From his signature blue light to a flaming red. It engulfed the item. As it did, he lost his hold on the item and it began falling again. He tried to use his quick against it again, but it kept falling. It just kept falling and changing shape? "What?" His growing confusion lessen his reaction time as the substance slapped onto his face in a black cloud. "AH!"
"The eyes…"
Falling right beside the man was the remains of a burning bedsheet as more ash rain down all around him. The faint scent of burning alcohol attacked his nose. Hastily, Arata tried to wipe the black substance off but there was just so much of it. In caked the entire top half of his body. Every time he took one layer off another layer was directly underneath it. The annoying substance forcing his eyes close for protection. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only thing falling right on top of him.
"And the head."
One other thing fell from the mountainside. His hand readily tightened in a fist. "Snap out of it!" Enji yelled as if it was a war cry. He punched the man in the face as hard as he could. With the extra momentum from his fall.
With the final weak spot hit, Arata let out a squeak-like cry. Anything that was once held up by his quirk lost its light and began to fall. That included his own body. While falling alongside him, Enji managed to puck him from the air. He held him tightly in a protective motion, but that didn't stop the ground from coming closer. His son warned him of this if he were the one to take the hit. He told him that it would be fine. Only one thing left to do. Brace himself for a rough landing. He held an arm out, ready to unleash a blast of fire to cushion his fall. That was the plan but there was no need. There was another hero on the scene.
"Fear not, for I am here!" All Might yelled as he leapt up into the air. That was all the hero needed to reach them. "Got you!" He proclaimed in victory as he caught the two falling men mid-air. It wasn't long until he landed, the children rushing up to check on them. The plan seemed to be a success.
Earlier,
"So, what you're saying is. If dad misses. I get to punch him?" Touya asked all too excitedly.
Izuku nodded along while scribbling further into his notebook. "It's only a backup option but yeah. Since Arata's focus would most likely be off from you, it would be easy to follow him along through the trees. Where I want to set this trap up is a place you used often for climbing training." He drew a simple diagram of the terrain of the narrow path. The sheer cliff face and the other side is the frost line. The gap should be small enough for his brother to propel out of the trees. Then land a good hit while their sensei was temporarily blinded.
"And you want to use this to blind him," Enji parroted his son's plan while holding out a round bag tied with a tight knot on top. What was originally a bed sheet was now a make ship hamper filled with ashes provided from Tenko's quirk and rocks to help weigh it down. The plan was to unleash the contents by burning the outer linen, therefore, blinding their target with the ash inside.
Confirming with another nod, Izuku shut his notebook. They couldn't afford to waste more time. "Just remember to let Arata sensei grab it and aim directly on top of him. You'll know if it turns blue. And yell to get his attention. He'll have to look up."
"Ok, but what was the alcohol for?" Tenko asked while dusking the soot from his hands.
"Simple," Izuku cheered. He took out the 3 bottles of rubbing alcohol and pointed to its warning label. "Alcohol is highly flammable." He then gave it to his father and the man took it a little confused. "Pour this all over the bag before you drop It. Make sure it's well soaked. It should help the bedsheet burn faster."
All that was left was to set the plan in motion and hope all Izuku's theories hold.
Being in the arms of his rival was not exactly how in envisioned how this plan would end. Angrily, Enji forced himself free and focused all his energy on the teacher he just punched. He gripped on the man's shoulder and shook him while yelling into their face: "Are you calm now?" His voice seemed to have little effect. Perhaps they were still recovering from the punch, but they were unresponsive. That didn't stop Enji from scolding him, "I get why you're angry, but this is going overboard." The man had yet to respond. Only light groans escaped their mouth. "Did I hit you too hard? Arata?"
The others gathered around them worriedly. Even All Might look mildly concerned even if he was on the receiving end of this man's attack. The children tried to call out to the man to get him to respond, but his head just bobbled up and down. Lifeless.
Eventually, his eyes were alive with movement. They darted around. Scanning and contemplating what was happening. It looked a little blurry. He was hearing things too, but they were muffled. His throbbing head wasn't helping at all either. Then his sight landed on a pair of eyes. They were bright green and shone with tears. The very second, he saw them he jumped into action. "Sai, you're home," he cried while embracing the green-eyed figure. They felt smaller for some reason. That didn't matter though. They were safe. "I was so worried." He cried while sinking his head into their shoulder. Weeping. "You were so late. And that terrorist attack. I tried calling everywhere but couldn't find you." He sniffed holding them tighter. "They kept telling everything was alright because All Might was there."
Back in reality, the group started at the man hesitantly while he held the youngest Todoroki so tight. It was as if the second he let got they would disappear. How right he was to hold on. Each of them held their breath. Unsure of what to do next. Although the most hesitant of the group was the number 1 hero. All-day he was meant with nothing but confusion the second he clashed with this man. Seeing him like this. Hearing his hero's name on his lips. An unsettling thought punched his gut as he slowly pieced together everything the man said through their fight. It only got worse as the man continued in his fantasy world.
Smiling, Arata eventually let go. "I guess everything is alright, huh?" The happiness in his tone just made the scenario more tragic.
"Arata sensei," Izuku called out with a whimper. It hurt being the one to do this, but the fantasy had to end. "I'm not Sai." Whatever trance his teacher was under suddenly shattered with his words. Their eyes became clearer. The happy fantasy he was living for a couple of minutes was gone as they opened to cruel reality. The heartbreak in them broken made his little heart as swell. "He's not on a trip. Is he?"
"Who…" Arata started at the child before. He looked more confused the longer he looked at them. As if this child was a stranger. In a panic he let the boy go and asked, "who are you?"
It was then Touya jumped in with a half-baked grin. "You're pulling our leg again, right? That's Izuku. My little brother. Your student."
Arata turned to him with the same eyes he had with Izuku. They dimmed within seconds. Slowly, became hallow. The same could be said about his voice. "Who are you?"
"Touya!" The boy yelled frustrated. He then turned to his father with an almost scolding tone. "How hard did you punch him, dad?"
Tenko leaned over. Fingers fidgety as if wanting to grab the man but he knew better than to do that now. "Mr Arata?" He called out softly hoping he recognised him. Instead, the response he got was far worst.
"Who's Arata?"
AN: Ah…you know I'll take this time to further explain the weaknesses of Arata's quirk outside of the ones Izuku stated. There is one other way which is to outdo the force he places upon you. That's why Arata mainly uses plain objects. They can't fight back and are easier to control. This is the complete opposite when it comes to people with strength enhancement quirks like All Might. They can fight back and worst forcibly break out of their quirk. When this happens there's a backlash that can damage his brain.
guest nr 404 – We have a winner. You are correct. The lady was the lovely lady Nagant. Considering Sai and Arata's story. I thought she would make a perfect and fun addition to the group.
Also, that's fair since it was cut abruptly. Fun fact since this event was far too long, I was forced to split it. I also rearranged some of the scenes to do so. If I kept it in the original format last even would have ended with this one's first scene. So, it would have ended with Arata snapping which would have been a good ending too. But I felt the Izuku ending was a little more interesting. Also gives chance for readers to theories what he might do. also, though the events would be a little unbalanced or awkwardly paced if the Izuku thinking scene was the begin of this which would the lead off to Touya and Enji arguing. I also had to simplify the fight a little bit, so it didn't go too off the rails.
In short, I feel like most of the pacing so far feels a little off but that might be my doubts talking.
Anyway, that's all. Next is the event I've been wanted to write ever since I decided to put Arata into this. The event idea that made me choose him. Time to emotionally break a symbol.
