Hello all Storm here with a new story! Actually a rewrite of "Rise of Dracula" as after some thinking between me and my beta, it was decided to simply reboot it rather than trying to think of where to take the story. And here we'll be seeing an entirely different start and how Naruto becomes Dracula. So, without further ado.

Near the border of the Land of Fire and the Land of Sound is the Valley of the End. Home to the sight of the final battle between Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha when the latter defected from Konoha. Only to return with the Kyūbi no Yōko under his control and challenged Hashirama, with their battle having reshaped the landscape. Leading to the creation of the Valley of the End, with statues of Hashirama and Madara having been created to serve as a reminder of their battle.
Currently, another battle was being fought at the valley, this time between friends and teammates, Naruto Uzumaki and Satsuki Uchiha.
The reason for their fight, was due to the fact that Satsuki had attempted to abandon their home village, Konohagakure. In order to join the Snake Sannin, Orochimaru, so she could gain the power needed to kill her brother, Itachi Uchiha. While Naruto had been part of the team sent to bring Satsuki back, refusing to let her get away.
At the moment, Naruto had begun using part of the Kyūbi's Chakra sealed inside him, enough to turn his eyes red and his whiskers to become darker. While Satsuki had black markings covering the left half of her body, showing her Curse Mark was activated. With their boost in power, both Genin were fighting evenly against each other, though they were also starting to feel tired from how long they've been fighting.
"Why, why can't you just leave me alone?! I chose to leave, I wasn't kidnapped, brainwashed or whatever you think! I chose to leave!" Satsuki shouted, glaring at Naruto with her Sharingan activated, now possessing three tomoes in both eyes, angry that he wouldn't let her go, that he had to chase after her and get in her way.
"I already told you, no matter what happens, I'll never give up on you or let you run away! Even if I have to beat it into your head! You can either come back willingly, or I'll drag you back!" Naruto said, refusing to let Satsuki join Orochimaru and just become another one of the snakes hosts.
"I'm not going back! I need to get stronger to kill Itachi, and I can't do that in Konoha!" Retorted Satsuki, her last encounter with Itachi still fresh in her mind, how he easily defeated her, knocking her Chidori aside like it was nothing, breaking her wrist, and then using Tsukuyomi on her again.
No, Satsuki wouldn't get the strength she needed by staying in Konoha. But Orochimaru could give her the power she needs, and once she's learned everything the Sannin can offer, she'll kill him before he can try taking her body. Then once he's dead, she'll hunt down Itachi and finally kill him.
"If you run now, then you won't ever get stronger, you'll always be weaker than Itachi!" Shouted Naruto, with Satsuki's attention snapping towards him as her eyes widened in anger at what he just said.
Satsuki charged towards Naruto and swung her fist at him, only for the blonde to grab her wrist, with the Uchiha proceeding to slam her knee into his chest. With Naruto doubling over, gasping, as the wind was knocked out of him, with Satsuki following up with a spin kick to his head, knocking Naruto aside.
"Don't you ever say that again!" Satsuki growled, refusing to let anyone think she'd always be weaker than Itachi, believing she wouldn't be able to kill him.
"It's true, and you know it! Do you think Itachi or Orochimaru became as strong as they did, by running away to get power somewhere else?! They didn't, they trained their entire lives in Konoha to get to where they are, and you can do the same. You could be just as strong as them if you stayed in Konoha, you would even become stronger than they are." Naruto said, with Satsuki scowling in confusion at what he meant.
"What're you talking about? How could I become stronger than Itachi or Orochimaru by staying in Konoha?" Demanded Satsuki, doubting that was possible.
"Because look at them both. Orochimaru is a Sannin, just like Pervy-Sage and granny. But look at Itachi and how strong he is, with him not even half as old as Orochimaru, along with what he did to Kakashi. Everything he can do, he learned it in Konoha and so could you. You could learn even more than he did, and everything he can do, not only growing stronger than he is, but learning how he fights." Naruto said, with Satsuki's scowl fading slightly as she began thinking over his words.
"And look how strong you are already, like during the Chūnin Exams! You were able to get passed Gaara's sand, something only Lee was able to do before, and he had to take off those heavy weights and use the Eight Inner Gates just to do it. You were able to do it after just a month of training and was even able to get passed his sand and Sand Armor to wound him. You were also able to fight that bastard Aoi to in the Land of Tea, as well as Dotō in the Land of Snow." Naruto said.
"Yeah, but you were still the one to defeat Gaara and Shukaku, you were the one to kill Aoi and broke the Raijin. And you were also the one who killed Dotō, as well." Retorted Satsuki, having begun feeling insecure about her own strength, when Naruto, the supposed deadlast, was able to defeat such opponents.
"I was only able to beat Gaara thanks to Gamabunta, while I could only beat Aoi after you already managed to damage his sword. The same with Dotō when you damaged his Chakra Armor's core." Naruto said, with the Uchiha looking at him surprised having believed her Chidori had no effect on the Raijin or Dotō's armor, but now is hearing she did manage to damage them.
"You may not think it Satsuki, but you are strong and you'll keep getting stronger if you really try. But if you run away to Orochimaru, then you won't surpass Itachi or beat him. It'll be Orochimaru that does it because he gave you the power to do it. Do you want that, to beat him because someone gave you the means to do it? Or will you prove that you surpassed them both, with your own strength and training, that you got on your own?" Naruto asked, with Satsuki looking at war with herself as she thought over his words.
Satsuki wanted to find and kill Itachi, more than anything else, but to do that she needed to get stronger. And she could get that strength from Orochimaru, much faster than she ever could in Konoha.
But then what would be the point?
What would she prove, if she gained the power needed to kill Itachi if it came from someone else? She'd finally step out from Itachi's shadow, but then she'd simply be stepping into Orochimaru's shadow. Always being compared to someone else and never being seen as just Satsuki.
'Except by him.' Satsuki thought, while looking at Naruto.
He always saw her as Satsuki, never the last Uchiha, never as Itachi's little sister, she was always just Satsuki for as long as they've known each other. And now he's saying that she was strong and that she would even surpass both Itachi and Orochimaru if she stayed in Konoha to train just like they did, before they went rogue.
'I never did bother going to my clan's Jutsu library.' Thought Satsuki, knowing the Uchiha Clan has a large collection of Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Kenjutsu and Bukijutsu Scrolls, whether it was from creating them, learning them, copying them, or taking them as spoils of war.
But she never bothered looking through it, having never wanted to return to the Uchiha Compound after the last time, when she was let out of the hospital after that night. And yet here she was, complaining about not being strong enough, when she had the means to grow, but didn't take advantage of it.
"And if that's not enough to convince you, then I'll always be with you every step of the way. Helping you get as strong as you need. Even if it's just to be beaten up and knocked around, I'll be there to help you, Satsuki." Said Naruto, with Satsuki looking at him in surprise, not even noticing as her Curse Mark began receding back to her neck.
"Fine…fine, I'll go back." Satsuki said, sighing while knowing that if she still left after everything Naruto just said, it'd only make her look more like a whining brat that wasn't getting her way.
It also made Satsuki damn her teammate's/crush's stubbornness and unorthodox charisma. But Satsuki couldn't deny that she was also thankful for it, and his refusal to give up on her.
Hearing this, Naruto smiled in relief, glad he was able to convince his teammate to come back. And he intended to keep his word and help her with anything she asked of him.
Though before either of them could make a move, they were suddenly surrounded by a dozen Anbu, making Naruto and Satsuki tense. Given how these Anbu weren't wearing the normal attire they've seen Anbu wearing, making them unsure who they were or allied with.
"Satsuki Uchiha, Kyūbi Jinchūriki, both of you shall be coming with us now." One of the Anbu said in an emotionless voice, which only further set the Genin on edge.
"If you guys are from Konoha, then I've already convinced Satsuki to come back. You don't need to do anything." Said Naruto, only for the Anbu to now draw their weapons.
"You will not be asked again, surrender yourselves or we shall use force. Continued resistance will only result in immediate execution." Said another Anbu, showing the Genin that whoever they worked for wanted them alive, but didn't care if they were killed either.
"Okay, well…here's our response! Fire Style: Dragon Fire Jutsu!" Satsuki shouted, quickly going through handsigns and unleashing a stream of flames at the Anbu, with Naruto ducking down as she spun around to release the flames at all of them.
"Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Said Naruto, creating dozens of clones that all attacked the Anbu, while he and Satsuki made a break for it, doubting they could fight the Anbu after their own fight.
Only to be stopped when eight more Anbu jumped out from the trees, likely as backup in the event they proved more difficult to capture. Even worse as they saw the other Anbu were making short work on Naruto's clones. Making both Genin curse, seeing they were now trapped with no way out except to fight.
Knowing that they couldn't let themselves be taken by these guys, Naruto began pulling out more of the Kyūbi's Chakra, which started bubbling around his body. While Satsuki activated her Curse Mark again, needing the power it provided her, right now.
Unfortunately, even with their power boosts, Naruto and Satsuki were still feeling tired and fatigued from their own fight. While these Anbu weren't just perfectly healthy, but also older and more experienced as well. With the two being pushed further and further back by the Anbu, along with being separated, putting them at an even greater disadvantage.
Though before they could be completely overwhelmed, they saw their teacher, Kakashi Hatake, jump through the trees with his Sharingan revealed and lightning crackling in his hand. The Jōnin having sensed the Chakra signatures and heard the fighting on his way here. And prepared himself to deal with any enemies that'd be present.
"Raikiri!" Kakashi said rushing forward and stabbing his hand through one of the Anbu's chest, before just quickly pulling it out and jumping to another Anbu, killing them as well while repeating this six more times
'ROOT?! I should've figured Danzō wouldn't let such an opportunity slip past him! The only question is if Danzō's made a deal with Orochimaru or if he's doing this entirely out of his own self-interest?' Thought Kakashi, recognizing the uniforms and knowing Danzō must've sent them to capture or kill Naruto and Satsuki.
While Naruto and Satsuki were relieved at his appearance, before the Uzumaki's eyes widened when one of the Anbu took the chance to rush Satsuki with their tanto drawn.
"Satsuki!" Naruto shouted before running at the Uchiha and pushing her out of the way, before gasping in pain when the Anbu stabbed the tanto through his chest, much to Satsuki's and Kakashi's horror.
Even more so, when the Anbu carelessly tossed Naruto across the ground before they focused their attention on Satsuki and Kakashi.
"Deal with the Uchiha and Hatake now, then bring the Jinchūriki's body back to base for study." Said the lead Anbu, while Satsuki could only look at Naruto's unmoving body.
'His…body? They're going to…take his body? No, no, no, no, NO! They won't touch him!' Thought Satsuki while feeling anger and rage at the Anbu for attacking and possibly killing Naruto, along with being angry at herself since this only happened because she was trying to defect.
The remaining Anbu then rushed Satsuki and Kakashi, only for six of them to suddenly burst into black flames, much to Kakashi's shock. Before he looked at Satsuki, only to be further shocked when he saw her Sharingan had evolved to now being three overlapping ellipses. While blood was leaking from her left eye as she glared at the burning Anbu.
'Mangekyō Sharingan?!' Kakashi thought before quickly shaking it off and looked at the remaining Anbu, his own Sharingan transforming to resemble three triangles wrapping themselves around the pupil, similar to a pinwheel.
Something Kakashi learned he was able to do, but only really used it in extreme situations since it leaves him nearly drained from just one use. But right now, he figured that now was definitely an extreme situation, especially if he wanted to get Naruto back to the village before he dies.
"Kamui!" Kakashi said while looking at the center of the remaining Anbu, creating a swirling distortion in the air that began sucking them inside, despite their attempts to escape.
Rather than wait until they were fully sucked in, Kakashi pulled out a kunai with an Explosive Tag and threw it at the distortion. Triggering the tag, consuming the remaining Anbu in an explosion, just in time as he was forced to cancel his Kamui and cover his Sharingan.
Seeing the Anbu were all dealt with, Satsuki immediately rushed to Naruto's side, fearful and worried that he was actually dead.
'Don't be dead, don't be dead, please don't be dead!' Thought Satsuki, knowing she wouldn't be able to forgive herself if her actions lead to him dying.
Only feeling relieved to see that while his breathing was shallow and his pulse was getting weaker, he was still alive. Not wanting to waste any more time, Satsuki picked Naruto up only to grunt when he proved heavier than she thought, which wasn't helped with her on injuries and exhaustion.
"It'll be faster if I carry him. But don't this is over Satsuki, you still have a lot to answer for." Kakashi warned while looking at the Uchiha with narrowed eyes, before grabbing Naruto and putting him on his back.
"Fine, whatever! Lock me up, seal my Sharingan, do whatever you want! Just get Naruto some help!" Retorted Satsuki, only caring about making sure Naruto didn't die, the Jōnin nodding before they both took off through the forest back to Konoha.
*Later*
After arriving back in Konoha, Kakashi had taken Naruto and Satsuki to the hospital to be looked over, where they had been met by Tsunade. The Godaime not being pleased at the state Naruto was in before having Anbu take Satsuki to another room to be looked over and make sure she doesn't try anything.
'That was an hour ago and they can't even let me see him!' Thought Satsuki, angry and annoyed that she couldn't see if Naruto was alright, or even hear anything as any attempts to question the Anbu was met by silence.
Even the Medic-Nin that came in to heal her injuries refused to say anything, staying silent the entire time with one of her guards in the room to make sure she didn't try anything. Aside from that, no one else has come by and she hasn't heard anything else about Naruto, or the other members of the retrieval team.
'They could have at least kept me in a room closer to his.' Satsuki thought, having been put in an isolated part of the hospital to make sure she had limited contact or chances to escape.
But the Uchiha supposed she's lucky that Tsunade's main focus had been on Naruto, leaving her access to her Sharingan and Chakra still.
'Though I'd like the chance to at least change into something less…torn up and bloody. At the very least, they could've given me a hospital gown' Thought Satsuki while looking at her reflection in a mirror.
Seeing her long, blue-tinted black hair had come out of its regular two-side-up hairstyle, which consisted of part of her hair being put into twin tails while the rest flowed freely down her back, leaving all of her hair flowing freely down her back. While her regular attire of blue Ninja sandals, black spandex shorts that went halfway down her thighs, a short white skirt, a navy blue turtleneck with the Uchiha Clan symbol on the back, was destroyed as well. Having several tears here and there, as well as slashes from the Anbu's weapons while being covered in blood, mud and who knows what else.
With Satsuki then focusing on her eyes as she activated her fully matured Sharingan before it then evolved further into her Mangekyō Sharingan.
'You got what you wanted Itachi, I have the same eyes as you now. And I'm gonna use them to kill you.' Thought Satsuki, hating that she had the same eyes as her brother, but could at least be relieved in knowing that she didn't have to kill her best friend to get them, and that he's still alive.
And from what she saw, Naruto's own clothes weren't in the best state either, not even counting the stab marks from the hit he took for her.
'Maybe I can finally convince him to get rid of that orange jumpsuit now that it's destroyed.' Satsuki thought while feeling the corners of her mouth twitch up, trying to find some amusement from the situation.
Before suddenly, Satsuki was pulled from her thoughts when she saw the light from the sun was fading, making her frown in confusion.
'It can't be night already; it was still early in the day.' Thought Satsuki while looking out the window, only to see the sun was being covered by the moon.
"Oh yeah, there's supposed to be a solar eclipse today." Satsuki muttered, remembering that today was supposed to be a solar eclipse, something that was always made known every time it was about to happen, which the ravenette always found strange.
Wondering why it seemed necessary to inform everyone when an eclipse would happen, along with how it seemed that the Ninja were even more on guard than usual. Remembering when she once asked her parents, before they died, about it. Only being told it was important that everyone stayed inside during it. Which had only confused Satsuki more, but simply went along with it and never bothered asking about it again, figuring it was just some old superstition.
Shaking her head, Satsuki went to sit down on her hospital bed, only to tense when she heard a loud scream echo throughout the hospital. Soon joined by more screaming and a shrieking/roaring sound that sent shivers up her spin. Before the entire hospital suddenly shook from an explosion.
'What the hell is going on?!' Thought Satsuki, rushing to the door to get answers from the Anbu, while refusing to have them just ignore her anymore.
Only to find the Anbu were gone and seeing Medic-Nin, Ninja, and hospital personnel running through the hallways. Seeing that no one seemed to notice her, Satsuki took the chance to run out of her room to try and find where Naruto was to make sure he was all right.
Running through the hallways, Satsuki spread out her senses and activated her Sharingan to try and find where Naruto was and to better navigate the hospital, without running into anyone.
'Come on, his rooms got to be here, somewhere!' Thought Satsuki while rushing up the stairs to the next floor, only to immediately jump back when something crashed through the wall, with the Uchiha freezing at what she saw.
It wasn't like any creature or animal she's seen before, and it definitely wasn't human. The demon, as that's really the only thing it could be described as, had dark grey skin, large horns growing out of its head, tattered wings, fangs, and glowing red eyes.
Satsuki looking at the demon in shock, before she turned slightly green at seeing it had holding a villager, before it let out a shriek and stabbed its claws into them. Tearing the villager open before it began devouring their organs.
"Amaterasu!" Satsuki said while unleashing black flames on the demon without hesitation, stepping back as the demon shrieked in agony, flailing around before it fell out of the hole it made.
Looking outside, Satsuki's eyes widened in shock, disbelief and horror at seeing even more demons attacking the village, both from the sky and the ground while ripping and tearing people apart. But not only demons, Satsuki could even see skeletons, giant bats, and people wearing black robes, all attacking and killing everyone. With the Ninja doing their best to fight off the attackers, but were having trouble doing so.
'I need to find Naruto, quickly!' Thought Satsuki, knowing she needed to find her friend/crush before anything happened to him.
Running up the stairs, Satsuki could now sense where Naruto currently was and ran as fast as she could to his room, before feeling another explosion hit the hospital. Her fear growing when one of the doors blew open from a blast of fire, one that came from the room Naruto is in!
Rushing forward, the ravenette burst into the room in time to see an unconscious Naruto being grabbed by a winged demon.
"NO!" Satsuki shouted before throwing a kunai at the demon, only for it to be deflected by claws while roaring at the Uchiha before taking flight.
Seeing the demon trying to escape with the whiskered blonde, Satsuki didn't hesitate to jump out of the hole in the wall and running across the rooftops after it. Not taking her eyes off the demon, while ignoring the destruction going on around her, as Satsuki continued chasing after it until she soon arrived at the wall around the village.
"Amaterasu!" Satsuki said before releasing black flames at the wall, blasting a hole through it to let her out, only to end up missing her jump to a tree when her vision suddenly became blurry.
Grunting as she hit the ground, Satsuki shook her head as her vision remained blurry for a few moments before finally settling as she jumped to the top of the trees. Looking, Satsuki saw the demon was getting away, making her redouble her efforts to catch up and save Naruto.
'I can't risk overusing the Mangekyō Sharingan unless I want to deteriorate my vision even more!' Thought Satsuki, knowing she needed to be careful with her use of her Mangekyō Sharingan.
Continuing her pursuit of the demon, Satsuki pushed past the exhaustion and tiredness as began using up the energy she regained from her time in the hospital. Gritting her teeth before she called on the Curse Seal to give her some more energy, allowing the Uchiha to close some distance between her and the demon.
'I can't even hit the bastard!' Satsuki thought with how high up the demon was, she wouldn't be able to get an accurate target on it or risk hitting Naruto, along with the chance of the demon dropping him.
And even with his healing, a fall from that height would either cripple him at best or kill him at worst, neither of which Satsuki was going to risk happening.
Satsuki continued pursuing the demon for several moments, until she soon saw as it began descending from the sky, much to her relief.
'Good, it's landing, that means I can kill it!' Thought Satsuki while swearing to kill the demon before it can do anything to Naruto.
Bursting through the trees, Satsuki pulled out a kunai, ready to fight the demon. Only to be surprised when she saw that the demon hadn't landed on the ground. Instead, she saw that the demon had landed inside what looked like a destroyed temple, with the Uchiha soon recognizing it was the Fire Temple. Realizing that the demon must not have grabbed Naruto randomly, nor was the attack random either. Someone must've wanted Naruto taken and whoever they are, they're here now.
Running up the steps, the ravenette stopped just before entering the temple itself, only for her eyes to widen in shock when she saw the inside of it. Seeing dozens of bodies lying on the ground, all of them of the monks with blood splattered everywhere. With strange symbols drawn on the walls in blood.
With even more demons inside the temple, as well as more of the black-robed people, all of them standing around a giant intricate circle on the ground. And at the center of it, Satsuki saw the flying demon place Naruto.
'What the hell are they doing? And what the hell is all this?' Thought Satsuki, wanting nothing more than to run and grab Naruto, but knew she'd be killed before she could get close, while having to wait for an opening.
She watched as one of the robed wearing people stepped forward in front of everyone before looking up at the sky, with Satsuki looking up as well, only to see the sun was completely eclipsed by the moon.
"The time is at last at hand! On this day, the darkest day in history! The Lord of Darkness shall rise again!" Declared the man, with Satsuki's eyes widening at what he just said.
'Lord of…Darkness? No…no, no, no, no, no, no, that can't be true!' Satsuki thought in shock and disbelief, along with a little fear at what the apparent cult leader just said, having heard that title before, but she desperately hoped these people were just crazy and the story was just a myth.
"With the power of the eclipse, here on this desecrated holy ground, our Master will live once more! And he shall bring forth a new age of darkness! Hail to the Lord of Darkness! Hail to the King of the Night! Hail Dracula!" The cultist continued, with the other cultists chanting as well, while the ravenette's fear was confirmed at those words.
'They're…they're fucking insane!' Thought Satsuki, not believing they would actually try to revive Dracula; someone everyone has heard of and thought was a myth.
And why wouldn't they want him to just be a myth? Everyone heard the stories of a monster that existed before even the time of the Sage of the Six Paths. A monster with unrivalled power, with many believing he wasn't even a man at all. No one knew what he was, only that he was someone to be feared. It was said that he couldn't even die or be killed, that he would always return to spread terror across the world and plunge it into darkness. Yet, somehow, there were those that managed to actually kill him, permanently that time.
But even then, it wasn't over as he cursed those that ended up killing him. Having sworn that it wouldn't be his end, that he would return one day. A warning that had been passed down through generations, until eventually everyone believed it was just a made up story to scare children. Though there were those that still believed that one day, Dracula would rise once more, that he would be return just as he said he would.
Now though, Satsuki was hearing that Dracula was real and these cultists were planning on bringing him back!
'And they're planning to sacrifice Naruto to do it!' Thought Satsuki, angry and fearful they were going to use Naruto as a sacrifice to revive Dracula.
"And now, let the ritual commence!" Declared the cult leader before he and the other cultists stood around the circle, raising their hands and began chanting.
'NO!' Satsuki thought before rushing forward and throwing a kunai right at the cult leader, refusing to let them sacrifice her friend/crush to bring back a monster.
Only to grunt in pain when one of the demons grabbed her from behind and slammed the Uchiha into the ground, while another deflected her kunai with its claws. With her appearance getting everyone's attention.
"Ah, it would seem we have an intruder. Keep her restrained but do not kill her, she will have the honor of being our masters meal once he has risen." Said the cult leader, with Satsuki glaring at them murderously.
"You fucking lunatics! You're trying to bring back a monster that makes the likes of Orochimaru and Madara Uchiha look like children, and you're going to sacrifice my friend to do so?!" Shouted Satsuki while struggling against the demon, before biting back a scream when it violently slammed her head into the ground, with the ravenette feeling blood leaking down from her forehead.
"Foolish girl, what difference is there between Lord Dracula and the humans of this era? They lie, cheat, steal, kill, and so many other horrendous atrocities, and for what? Claiming it is all for the good of their villages and people? It is only more lies; they simply refuse to admit that it is only to satisfy their own selfish desire for more power, while also satisfying their own egos by claiming to be better than their enemies. They will continue to take, take, take, take and take, never being satisfied with what they have! In the end, we are all merely animals fighting for dominance, control, and power! It will never end until someone makes it happen, and Lord Dracula shall make it so! Humanity will soon learn who truly rules this world. They will learn and they will submit to his rule, or they shall die. Perhaps you shall even be lucky and our lord will spare you, to let you see him bring order to this cursed world." The cult leader said before he and the other cultists began chanting again, much to Satsuki's growing fear and panic.
'Unless he just decides to kill everyone, you idiot!' Thought Satsuki as while she could understand where he was coming from, she couldn't believe that these fools actually believed that Dracula would somehow make things better.
Trying to think of something to do to stop them and save Naruto, Satsuki's eyes widened when the ritual circle lit up with a dark red energy. While the cultists chanting grew louder before what looked like a red tear began opening up above Naruto until it spread open, hovering in the air.
Then to Satsuki's horror, a black and red smoke-like energy began swirling out of the portal before crashing down into Naruto. With this waking the Uzumaki up, his eyes flying open as he screamed in pain, shooting up off the ground and stumbling around. The Uchiha being able to do nothing as Naruto thrashed about, his body contorting and being filled with dark power. It even started shifting between his own face and that of someone else, then into a monstrous demonic one.
"NO! Stop! You're going to kill him!" Satsuki shouted, desperately not wanting to see her friend die like this, while being replaced by a monster worse than anything else.
"You still don't understand girl, we are reviving Dracula." Stated the cult leader, while Naruto fell to his hands and knees as his body began changing.
"Amaterasu!" Yelled Satsuki, managing to turn her head to look at the portal, unleashing black flames at the portal and causing it to destabilize from the sudden interruption.
Not stopping there, Satsuki then looked at one of the cultists, igniting them with black flames as well then looking at the ritual circle and igniting it as well. The ravenette not caring as her vision began blurring, only caring about doing anything she could to stop this from happening.
"No! Stop her before-" Shouted the cult leader, before they saw that the eclipse was coming to an end, causing the portal to distort before releasing a shockwave that sent them all flying back.
With the demon holding Satsuki down also been thrown back, allowing the Uchiha to get up on shaky legs before making her way over to Naruto's still body.
'Please still be alive! Please still be you!' Satsuki thought pleadingly, only to stumble and fall down as her vision became blurrier than it was before, before gasping in pain as she was suddenly kicked in the ribs.
"You insolent little bitch! Do you have any idea what you've done?!" The cult leader demanded as he stomped on Satsuki's back, making the Uchiha grunt in pain but still managed to smirk up at the cultists.
"Stopped you dumbasses from getting us all killed? You're welcome by the way." Replied Satsuki before being met with a kick to the face from one of the cultists.
"Your interference has ruined our plans! You may have ruined any chance to resurrect Dracula with what you've done!" Yelled the cult leader, with Satsuki laughing slightly and squinting her eyes at him.
"I'm sorry, I can't really see that good right now. What with my blurry vision and repeated attacks on my head, so you'll have to help me. Are you the idiot on the left or the right?" Satsuki asked mockingly, figuring that if she's going to end up dying, then she's at least going to die pissing them off.
The cult leader only scowled and was about to give the order to the demons to simply kill her, only for a red light to be cast over them. Looking, everyone's eyes widened in shock when they saw that the sun had turned completely black, surrounded by red light. Before they then heard the sound of someone moving, getting their attention as they saw Naruto was standing up, only he looked different.
Seeing that the Uzumaki had grown taller by a few inches, as well as looking more muscular from the way his jumpsuit looked to be much smaller and tighter. While Naruto's nails had grown into claws, his skin lost its light tan and was now deathly pale, and his once bright, spikey blonde hair has turned into a smooth snow white. But the most noticeable difference was when he opened his mouth revealing two long pointed fangs, much to Satsuki's horror. Even more so as he finally stood up and opened his eyes, revealing they were now a dark blood red color.
"No…" Satsuki muttered in horror and despair, believing she was too late and that Naruto was gone, while his body was now being used by Dracula.
"Aaaah, it would seem even with your interference, the ritual was a success, Count Dracula lives once again!" The cult leader declared before grabbing Satsuki and dragging her over to Naruto, throwing her at his feet as he, the other cultists, and demons knelt down before him.
"Lord Dracula, we welcome you back to the land of the living. Please accept this offering, the foolish girl dared to interfere in your resurrection. May her blood sate your thirst." Said the cult leader, while Naruto's eyes swept over them before looking down at Satsuki, who looked at him in sadness and regret.
"N-Naruto…I-I'm…I'm sorry." Said Satsuki while lowering her head at knowing that she failed to save him, hating and blaming herself for this happening, all because she tried running away.
Leading to them being attacked by those Anbu, him nearly dying saving her, leaving him helpless to be kidnapped, now she couldn't even save him from being used and sacrificed.
'I guess Itachi was right, I am still weak.' Satsuki thought, closing her eyes and simply waiting for the end.
Before her eyes flew open when she heard a gurgling sound, making the ravenette look up only for her eyes to widen when she saw Naruto had vanished. With him having appeared behind one of the cultists and currently tearing into his throat and drinking his blood. Until he tossed them aside and suddenly teleported to another cultist, stabbing his claws into their chest and tearing out their heart.
'N-no…he's…he's not teleporting…he's just moving faster than we can follow!' Thought Satsuki in shock at how fast Naruto was moving, along with how he was effortlessly he was killing the cultists.
Even more so when he appeared behind a demon a grabbed them by their head and bent it backwards so fast it snapped their neck. Then speeding towards another demon and punched them hard enough they simply exploded in a shower of blood and gore. The Uzumaki then rushing towards the other demons and cultists tearing them all apart or ripping out their throats to drink their blood.
With Satsuki only being able to look in shock and horror at what her friend/crush was doing, even worse that he seemed to actually be enjoying it as he killed the cultists and demons.
'This…this isn't Naruto…this isn't him!' Satsuki thought, refusing to believe Naruto would enjoy doing this and that it has to be Dracula controlling him.
Before long only the cult leader was left, with his earlier reverence being replaced by sheer terror at the massacre going on around him. His terror only growing when Naruto turned his attention to him, the cultist trying to flee only to cry out when he was grabbed by the back of his head and slammed into the ground. Only to the be pulled up to his knees as Naruto grabbed his head, with a dark smile on his blood-covered face until he then jammed his thumbs into the cult leaders eyes.
The Uzumaki's smile only growing as the cult leader screamed in agony from the pain before he dug his claws into his head and began twisting and pulling it. Not stopping, even after the cultist died from his neck being snapped, until he gave a final pull and tore his head off. Lifting the severed head up, Naruto opened his mouth to let the dripping blood fall into his mouth.
"Naruto!" Satsuki screamed while rushing over and wrapping her arm around him, not caring about the blood covering him or that he could very likely kill her, the Uchiha only caring about getting him to stop and go back to the way he was.
"Please…please stop, no more! You…you don't have to do this! Just please stop and come back, come back to me!" Begged Satsuki while looking up at him with tear-filled eyes with Naruto looking down at her, shaking slightly as he dropped the severed head.
"S-Sats…Satsuki?" Naruto muttered, with the ravenette rapidly nodding her head.
"Yes! Yes, it's me, it's Satsuki! You remember right, we're friends, we've been friends for years! You were always there for me, even after the massacre, even after I wanted to be alone, you were still there, even when I didn't want you to be! You never left and never gave up on me! Now please, please don't give up now, please come back!" Satsuki said before being dragged down to her knees as Naruto fell down.
The Uchiha watching as his appearance started changing again, his white hair turning platinum blonde that bordered on white, his nails shortening while still having sharp tips. Though his eyes stayed red and his fangs remained, but Satsuki was just relieved he seemed to be in control again. While also noticing the sun had returned to normal as well.
"Naruto is…is that you? Are…are you back?" Satsuki asked, just wanting to be sure it was him, with Naruto looking at his shaking and blood-covered hands.
"I…I never left…I remember…I remember what I just…did." Said Naruto in horror as he could recall everything he'd just done, only for Satsuki to shake her head.
"No! No, that wasn't you! That was Dracula! He was controlling you; you didn't have a choice!" Said Satsuki, only for Naruto to look at her with terrified eyes.
"Satsuki…that was entirely me…no one was controlling me." Naruto stated, making the ravenette look at him in confusion.
"No, no that doesn't make sense. They said they were going to revive Dracula, they were going to use you as a sacrifice, they-" Satsuki said, only for her eyes to widen as she started piecing together what happened.
'They…they never said Naruto was a sacrifice, only that they were just reviving Dracula. That he would be…resurrected. That…portal, it wasn't putting Dracula's soul inside Naruto…it was…putting his power into him.' Thought Satsuki while remembering what the cult leader had said.
"You still don't understand girl, we are reviving Dracula."
Satsuki could only look at Naruto as realization began dawning on her, seeing her friend/crush already seemed to figure it out.
"They…they weren't sacrificing you to revive Dracula…they were…awakening him from within you." Satsuki said, now seeing the truth of what had happened.
Naruto wasn't a sacrifice to revive Dracula, he was Dracula.
"You're his reincarnation." Muttered Satsuki in shock and disbelief that Naruto is the reincarnation of Dracula.
"Yes…I can…see things…people…the power inside me…the hunger…you…you need to get away from me." Naruto said while trying to move away from Satsuki, not wanting to risk hurting her, only for the Uchiha to pull him back.
"Don't even think about it! I didn't choose to return to Konoha then chase after you across the Land of Fire, just so you could be the one to run away this time! And you said you'd always be there for me unless that was a lie!" Said Satsuki, not about to let Naruto try running away.
"And what if I end up hurting you?! Or anyone else?! I can't even go back to Konoha after what happened! After what we just learned!" Naruto said, not wanting to hurt Satsuki while not even knowing what he was supposed to do.
Even if the demons and cultists hadn't attacked the village, he wouldn't be able to go back, not if they learned he's the reincarnation of Dracula. They already didn't like him for just being a Jinchūriki, finding out he's now a Vampire and drinks blood, Naruto didn't doubt they'd try to kill him.
"So?! I'm already a criminal for trying to defect, it's probably even worse now that I escaped during the attack to chase after you! And I doubt anyone would be happy to even have me around anyway! And I'm not going to have you going off alone, either! So you can either accept that I'm not leaving you alone or I swear I'll knock you our right now, tie you up, and drag you along with me wherever we go! Got it Uzumaki?!" Satsuki said while glaring at Naruto warningly, with the whiskered blonde flinching at her tone, not doubting she'd go through with her threat.
"…Do you even have any idea where we would go? I doubt many places will be very welcoming to someone that'd drain them of their blood." Said Naruto, still not wanting her to be near him, but figured he can either accept it with no trouble or make things needlessly difficult.
With the Uchiha nodding in satisfaction that he's at least still reasonable enough not to test her, before thinking it over. Not really having any ideas for where they could go, only that they needed to move carefully and stay under the radar. Having no doubt that Tsunade will be sending teams to search for them, mostly Naruto with how close they are.
"Not at the moment, though we may need to leave the Ninja Continent for even a semblance of peace and safety. For now, let's just…let's just see about getting some new clothes and getting cleaned up." Said Satsuki while looking at their attire and seeing they were covered in blood.
"Yeah, that'd probably be a good idea." Naruto replied while wincing at the sight of himself, along with tasting blood in his mouth, feeling a little sick that it actually tasted good.
With the two leaving the ruins of the Fire Temple and the massacre behind them, both hoping to find a town where they can get some fresh and clean clothes. As well as hoping they can figure out a plan before any more trouble comes their way.
So, what did you think, good. Yep we see an entirely different start with it being during the retrieval mission, with Naruto managing to convince Satsuki to come back, only for them to be attacked by ROOT ANBU and nearly overwhelmed until Kakashi shows up to help them. Though Naruto nearly dies taking a hit for Satsuki, leading to her awakening her Mangekyō Sharingan and burning most of the remaining Anbu while Kakashi uses Kamui on the rest. Then we see them returning to Konoha, with Satsuki worried about Naruto and annoyed she can't learn anything, before the village is then attacked by demons and cultists with Naruto being taken making Satsuki chase after them, only to end up at the destroyed Fire Temple where she sees more cultists and demons about to perform a ritual to revive Dracula with Naruto being used as a sacrifice, much to her horror. But before she can stop the ritual, she's restrained by a demon as the ritual begins, only for Satsuki to desperately use Amaterasu to stop it, only for the ritual to still succeed as Naruto now seems possessed by Dracula. Before he then suddenly massacres the cultists and demons, tearing them apart and drinking their blood, until Satsuki brings him back and realizing that he wasn't a sacrifice to revive Dracula, he is Dracula, being his reincarnation. Something that leads Naruto to try going off on his own, only for Satsuki to stop him, refusing to have him be alone and plans to go with him. So, for those that like the story, thanks for your support. For those that don't or at least don't like the direction taken, you're more than welcomed to drop the story.
