Hello, people! Keyblade Master of Light again and today, new story! And, you guessed it, another KH crossover story! And guess what it is? That's right! It's with Paper Mario again! After I've finished with Paper Hearts, I've decided to do a sequel story and what better way to do this sequel story than putting two of my fave games, Kingdom Hearts II and Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door?! I am SUPER excited to do this and I hope you'll get some excitement reading the story as well.
You all know the disclaimer, but here it is: I don't own Kingdom Hearts or Paper Mario. KH is owned by Square Enix/Disney and Tetsuya Nomura while Mario and Paper Mario are owned by Nintendo and Shigeru Miyamoto.
On with the prologue!
Prologue: Welcome to Rogueport
During the course of their second journey Sora, Donald, and Goofy prepare to leave Hollow Bastion and board the Gummi ship ready to continue their journey and find a new world.
"Time to head out to the next world." Sora said.
"But what's gonna be the next one?" Donald asked.
"Hey, look! Here's one we haven't been through yet." Goofy said pointing at a world.
"Hey, that world looks familiar!" Sora said taking a look at the world.
"Wanna go there?" Donald asked.
"Of course! Hopefully Riku and the King are there too!" Sora said.
"Then blast off!" Goofy said.
The Gummi ship goes for the next world while going through the world's locked gateway and after fighting some Heartless ships along the way and finally unlocking the world's gateway the Gummi ship goes for the world which has a rundown town with a port, a plain with a town, a white forest with a giant tree, a floating city, a spooky looking town, an island, a fancy town, and a snowy village and the Gummi ship prepares to land.
In what looks like a rundown town with a port a big boat comes sailing for the town's port and the ship stops.
"I must apologize, sir. Our arrival was delayed just a bit by rough weather. You sure you want to disembark here? I did tell you all the sordid tales about Rogueport on your way here, did I not?" Someone asked and it's the boat's pilot. "What's that? I'm sorry? You said there's a princess waiting here for you? That so? Well, if that's what you think, then I won't stop you. Just be careful around here, sir. Don't say I didn't warn you." The boat's pilot said.
Coming out of the boat is none other than Mario as the boat departs and Mario starts to move.
Meanwhile three beams of light appear on the port in front of Mario who covers himself and the three lights reveal to be Sora, Donald, and Goofy.
"Huh? Where are we?" Donald asked looking around the port.
"Gawrsh, this place seems kinda...messy." Goofy said.
Sora examines himself and finds he's flat as paper.
"Hey, we're flat again! I think I know where we are!" Sora said.
"Wak! You're right!" Donald said also seeing he's flat.
Mario sees the trio and jumps for joy and rushes to them.
"Huh?" Goofy asked and sees Mario running to them. "It's Mario!" Goofy said.
"What?" Sora asked and Mario approaches them. "Mario!" Sora cheered and Mario jumps for joy happy to see the trio. "I'm happy to see you too! Didn't expect to find you here." Sora said.
"But where is here?" Donald asked and Mario waves his hand.
"Rogueport? Hmm, never of this place around the Mushroom Kingdom before." Sora said.
"What brings you here?" Goofy asked and Mario makes an answer.
"Huh, Peach asked you come here? Where is she?" Sora asked.
"Hey! What do you want?! Get away from me, freak!" A voice yelled.
"Huh?" Donald asked.
"What's up?" Sora asked as they see a female pink Goomba with blonde hair and wearing archaeologist gear confronted by what looks like a figure wearing a purple mask with horns, goggles, a red cape, a black outfit with a white X, white gloves, purple pants, and black curved shoes while two more figures wearing white masks, red outfits with black Xs, white gloves, and white boots are with the first figure.
"Oh, come off it, airhead! I know it's tough for you, but don't try to play dumb with me! I saw you walking around town askin' for information about the Crystal Stars! Well, now I'M doing the askin', so be a good little girl and starting talkin' right NOW!" The first figure demanded.
"Never! I don't have ANYTHING to say to you creeps! Eww!" The female Goomba yelled.
"I suppose it wouldn't be right if a sassy little lass like you met with an untimely demise... Buh! Buh! Buh huh huh! Boys, we're takin' this firebrand to our fortress!" The first figure ordered.
"As you command, Lord Crump, sir!" One of the masked figures said.
"N-Noo! Stop! Get away from me! I'll scream!" The female Goomba yelled.
"What's goin' on?" Donald asked.
"That poor Goomba's under attacked!" Goofy said.
"Mario!" Sora said and Mario nods.
(World of Mushroom Kingdom)
(Battle Theme: Danger)
(Rogueport-Port)
Sora, Mario, Donald, and Goofy go for the female Goomba help out.
"Hey, what's goin' on here?" Sora asked and the female Goomba sees the four and hides behind Sora.
"Like I'd go anywhere with you lunatics! Not likely!" The female Goomba said.
"Huh? Hey, what do you think YOU'RE doin', chumps?! You tryin' too screw up my plans?!" Lord Crump demanded.
"What plans?" Donald asked.
"All we saw was you harrassing this Goomba and I'm not sitting by!" Sora said taking out his Keyblade.
"Gah! Always somethin'! Fine! I'll give you four losers a little taste of the old CRUMP-A-BOMB!" Lord Crump said confronting the four.
(Battle Theme: Rowdy Rumble)
"Heh, you take us on? Yeah, right! Let's get him, Mario!" Sora said and Mario nods.
Sora delivers three attacks on Lord Crump with his Keyblade while Mario delivers two jumping attacks on Lord Crump who retaliates with his own jumping attack on Mario who blocks the attack and Donald casts Fire while Goofy uses Goofy Tornado but Lord Crump delivers another jumping attack on Sora who blocks and Mario delivers an attack with his hammer while Sora casts Thunder and after enough attacks Lord Crump is pushed back.
"Take THAT!" Sora said grinning while Mario gives a thumbs up.
"Buh! Buh! Buh huh huh! Okay, you guys got some decent shots in, I'll give you that!" Lord Crump said.
"Does that mean you'll run away now?" Goofy asked.
"Buh! Buh Buh huh huh! You wish! Unfortunately for you losers...IT'S GO TIME!" Lord Crump yelled as more masked figures appear and surround the four.
"Oh, come on!" Donald said.
"Really? You're gonna have your henchmen do the work for you?" Sora asked.
"Buh! Buh! Buh huh huh! It's genius, I know! Okay, boys, PUNISH THEM!" Lord Crump commanded as the figures swarm and attack the four.
While the figures start attacking the female Goomba gets out of the crowd.
"Hey, this way!" The female Goomba said and the four get out of the crowd of masked figures.
"What a bunch of loons." Sora said.
"You said it! Let's sneak outta here." The female Goomba said and Mario nods.
"Let's go!" Donald said.
The four and the female Goomba find stairs and climb up taking them to the upper part of the port and they escape while the figures keep attacking.
"Buh-HUUUUUH?! STOP!" Lord Crump shouted making the figures stop attacking and they find the four gone. "Where'd they go?! Huh? Johnson! Did you see 'em?!" Lord Crump demanded but the figures say nothing. "Uh...crud! They bolted!" Lord Crump said.
Sora, Mario, Donald, Goofy, and the female Goomba escape from the port and arrive at Rogueport's plaza with many small buildings and a gallow in the center.
"Whew, looks like they didn't chase us." Sora said.
"We just got here and already there's trouble." Goofy said and Mario nods.
"Yeah, not the reunion we expected." Donald said.
"Wow, guys! You...totally saved me! Thanks!" The female Goomba said.
"It was nothin'! We couldn't stand to see you get hurt by that weirdo." Sora said.
"Well, I've just GOT to give you a little reward!" The female Goomba said giving Mario a kiss on the cheek and also kisses Sora on the cheek.
"Uh, thanks, I guess..." Sora said scratching his cheek.
"So, what's your name?" Goofy asked.
"My name's Goombella. I'm a student at the University of Goom. Nice to meetcha!" Goombella introduced.
"You too, Goombella." Sora said.
"So, uh...who're you guys?" Goombella asked.
"I'm Sora." Sora introduced.
"Donald!" Donald introduced.
"Name's Goofy! Pleasure, Goombella!" Goofy said.
Mario makes a wave to introduce himself.
"Your name's Mario? Hold on, you mean, like the famous one? Wow, I can't believe I'm meeting you here!" Goombella said.
"Looks like your fame still proceeds you, huh, Mario?" Sora said and Mario scratches his head.
"So, anyway, no offense, but it looks like you guys rolled into town yourselves." Goombella said.
"Yeah, you could say that." Sora said and Mario nods.
"Well, me, I HATE it here! Bunch of freaks and weirdos EVERYWHERE! It's nasty! I mean, I know this place is called Rogueport so I should've expected it, but sheesh!" Goombella said.
"But WHY are you here?" Donald asked.
"There's this rumor about some legendary treasure and if it wasn't supposed to be here, I'd never come here." Goombella said.
"Legenddary treasure...?" Sora asked and Mario makes a wave motion.
"Huh? You're looking for the legendary treasure too?" Goombella asked.
"Wait, that's why you're here, Mario?" Sora asked and Mario nods.
"Hold on there, bucko! What's that you got?" Goombella asked and Mario takes out what looks like an old map.
"A map?" Goofy asked.
"Omigosh! Is that...a treasure map?! Where'd you even get this?!" Goombella asked and Mario answers. "Princess Peach?" Goombella asked.
"Wait, Princess Peach gave you an old treasure map and told you to come here to find this legendary treasure?" Sora asked and Mario nods.
"But where did..." Goofy was cut off.
"Ah, great hoogly-boogly! If it isn't Master Mario!" A voice said and they see an old Toad with a white mustache, wearing a purple vest, and glasses. "Quite a coincidence, bumping into one another in this sort of place! Ho ho!" The old Toad said and sees Sora, Donald, and Goofy. "Ah, and you must be Master Sora, Master Donald, and Master Goofy! I've heard of your heroic adventures with Master Mario of stopping that dreadful Bowser! Fancy meeting you three at last, but I didn't expect to meet you three in a place like this." The old Toad said.
"Thanks, um, who're you?" Sora asked.
"I am Toadsworth, my boy! Princess Peach's caretaker and advisor. If I may ask, what brings you all here in this wretched little burg?" Toadsworth asked and Mario answers. "Hmm, indeed?! Princess Peach sent you a letter and a treasure map?! She also told you she'd meet you here in Rogueport?! Very intriguing..." Toadsworth said.
"Um, Toadsworth, do you know where Princess Peach is?" Sora asked.
"Hmm? I was about to ask you the same question. You see, we merely stopped to get some fuel for our boat. I took my eye off her for a moment, but she vanished." Toadsworth said shocking the four.
"Vanished?!" Donald asked.
"Ya don't think she's been kidnapped again, do ya?" Goofy asked.
"I hope not..." Sora said.
"You know how headstrong the Princess can be. I just assumed she'd be back momentarily... At this point, I fear we must embrace the possibility that she may never return. I've been at a loss as to what to do. I've been frought with worry, I tell you!" Toadsworth said.
"Hey, don't worry! We'll find her and make sure she's okay!" Sora said and Mario nods.
"Yeah!" Donald said.
"Well, I'm feeling better with you here, Master Mario and you, Master Sora, are quite good at easing an old man's heart. Surely, you'll find her! Surely! I know my place and this is not it. I shall task the search to you four." Toadsworth said.
"Yes, sir!" Sora, Doanld, and Goofy said while saluting.
"I shall recline in the inn over there and enjoy a spot of tea, perhaps. Should you four ever be in a bind, do stop by anytime. All you have to do is just drop INN! Ho ho! I must admit, this town is very rough! Best watch yourselves!" Toadsworth said going for the town inn.
"Princess Peach, as in, the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom? This is all crazy! Princess PEACH sent you, Mario, a treasure map?" Goombella asked and Mario nods.
"I'll admit, that does sound crazy. Where do ya think she went if she's not here?" Sora asked.
"Maybe she decided to find the treasure herself?" Goofy suggested.
"I don't know about that..." Donald said.
"Hey, I know! You guys should come with me!" Goombella said.
"Huh?" Sora asked.
"One of my professors is here in Rogueport researching that legendary treasure! Mario, show him your map and he might help!" Goombella said.
"And if we find that treasure, we'll find her too?" Goofy asked and Mario nods.
"Okay, it's settled! You're comin' with us, Goombella!" Sora said grinning.
"Awesome!" Goombella cheered.

"So, where's this professor?" Donald asked.
"Thing is, I just got into town myself, so I don't really know where he lives right now." Goombella said.
"No problem, we can just explore the town and find him. What does he look like?" Sora asked.
"Well, he's a Goomba like me, but kinda old and wears glasses." Goombella said.
"Okay, then, let's start lookin'." Goofy said and Mario nods.
(Field Theme: Rogueport)
(Rogueport-Plaza)
The five begin moving through Rogueport's plaza to find the professor and Mario asks Sora something.
"Huh? What're we doin' here? Oh, yeah! We're trying to find Riku. Surely you remember him. You seen him?" Sora asked and Mario shakes his head.
"Huh? Who's Riku?" Goombella asked.
"My friend. I'm trying to find him so we can go home together." Sora said.
"But as we were doin' so, we kinda fell asleep..." Goofy said confusing Mario.
"Wait, you were sleeping? When?" Goombella asked.
"It's a long story. Anyway, we're just on another adventure. Finding our friends and takin' out Heartless." Sora said.
"There's also our new enemy called Organization XIII." Donald said and Mario asks who is Organization XIII.
"They're guys in black hoods. We've had a run-in with them more than once." Sora said.
"They could be here too so we better be careful." Goofy said.
"Wow, you guys have a lot on your plate, huh?" Goombella said.
"You said it." Donald said.
"Nothin' we can't handle!" Sora said grinning.
The five continue moving and arrive at a different area in Rogueport.
(Rogueport-Residential District)
The five arrive at a residential district but then a masked bandit runs past Mario.
"Sorry, bud!" The masked bandit said.
"Hey, you could've said 'Excuse me'!" Donald yelled.
"Mario, that jerk stole half your coins!" Goombella said shocking Mario.
"What a jerk!" Sora said.
"See what I mean? This place is the WORST!" Goombella said.
"Not as bad as where we went to." Donald said.
Sora goes after the masked bandit and finds him at the plaza's alley.
"Hey, you! You stole my friend's coins and we want 'em back!" Sora yelled.
"Whoa, chill, man! I'll give you your coins back. What a pain..." The masked bandit said giving Mario back his coins.
"Don't steal from us again, ya big palooka!" Donald yelled.
The five return to the residential district and continue finding the professor and while searching Goofy finds an old Goomba with some white hair and wearing glasses going into a house.
"Hey, I think saw an old Goomba goin' in that there house." Goofy said.
"Huh?" Goombella asked sees the old Goomba entering the house. "Hey, that's him! It's Professor Frankly! C'mon!" Goombella said as they go into the house.
(Rogueport-Professor Frankly's House)
The five find the old Goomba known as Professor Frankly.
"There you are, Professor Frankly!" Goombella said going for the professor.
(Theme: Professor Frankly's Theme)
"Whuzzuh? Who's there? Who wants me? Professor Frankly asked and sees Goombella. "Ah, yes! You're, uh...don't tell me. I know this... Silence! I'll get it right! Hmm, not Goombriel... Not Elizagoom... Ah-ha! Now I know! You're Goombella! You were in my archaeology class last year." Frankly said.
"Yep, that's me! Goombella, a junior at U Goom! Gooooo GOOMBAS!" Goombella said.
"I figured I'd remember you. Not to toot my horn, but I'm good at remembering. You stick out in my mind because you were such an exceptional student." Frankly said and sees the four. "Now the ones behind you are WHO?!" Frankly asked making Mario fall over.
"I'm Sora, Professor. These are Donald and Goofy and that's Mario." Sora introduced.
"And Mario's the famous one." Goombella said.
"I see, my apologies. I'm a bookworm, I haven't a clue about what's 'hip' these days." Frankly said.
"Not surprised..." Donald said.
"In any case, what sort of errand brings you five here in a place like this?" Frankly asked.
"We're hoping you'd tell us about the legendary treasure said to be below Rogueport! I figured that if anyone knew anything about it, it'd be you, Professor." Goombella said.
"Of course I know about it. It's the reason why I cam here so I can study that very object. Now, why do you tykes want that treasure? You it's more than just a fairy tale." Frankly said.
"Archaeologists and historians have to search for the truth in those fairy tales! I believe the legendary treasure truly does exist! I REALLY wanna find it!" Goombella said.
"Good point! All well made! I shall cooperate with you however I can! First of all, about the treasure... There are many mysteries surrounding it. Some say it's an infinitely vast treasure hoard while others say it's a magical item. Some books say it's a monster while others say it's just an empty chest. So many different theories... Obviously, it's impossible to divine the truth among them. Still, all agree on one point: To find the treasure, one must have all the Crystal Stars." Frankly said.
"'To find the treasure of yore, take the seven Crystal Stars to the Thousand-Year Door'!" Goombella said making a quote.
"Crystal Stars?" Sora asked.
"Thousand-Year Door?" Goofy asked.
"You mean the Crystal Stars in that old saying that super-elderly people pass down?" Goombella asked.
"Indeed, the same. As the saying goes, if you want to find the legendary treasure... You must first collect the seven Crystal Stars." Frankly said.
"'Hold the Magical Map aloft before the entrance to the Thousand-Year Door. Then the stars will light the way that leads to the stones of yesterday'. Yeah... A lot of the lore I've read says that if this Magical Map is taken to the doorway...it'll show you where to find the Crystal Stars." Goombella said.
"Correct! The Thousand-Year Door is supposedly here, deep beneath Rogueport. Yet, the critical piece of the puzzle is the Magical Map, but it's lost." Frankly said.
"Hmm, wait! Mario, show 'em the map!" Goofy said and Mario presents the treasure map.
"Yep, Mario has the map with him." Goombella said.
"Astounding! This is it! The real thing! The one and only Magical Map! You, son, are my HERO! You're great, fantastic!, WONDERFUL!" Frankly said.
"Just try to take it easy." Donald said.
"So, with this Magical Map, we'll be able to find these Crystal Stars?" Sora asked.
"Correct, my boy! All we have to do is just hold this map aloft before the legendary door!" Frankly said.
"Right on!" Goombella said.
"What're we still doing sitting around?!" Donald asked.
"Indeed! Goombella, Mario, Sora, Donald, Goofy! We must be off this instant! Take the Magical Map and off to find the legendary door!" Frankly said.
The five and Frankly leave the house and Frankly goes for a gate.
"I bet you didn't know this gate could come off easily, did you?" Frankly said taking down the gate and showing a pipe. "With this pipe, we can get to the sewers under the city." Frankly said.
"Sewer?!" Donald asked disgusted.
"Come now, all of you! To the pipe!" Frankly said.
The five go down the pipe taking them down.

(Rogueport-Sewers)
The five and Frankly are now in Rogueport sewers and start moving to find the Thousand-Year Door but just then something appears and they're Shadow Heartless.
"Heartless!" Sora said taking out his Keyblade while Donald takes out his staff while Goofy takes out his shield and Mario gets into his fighting stance.
"By George! What are they?!" Frankly asked.
"They're Heartless!" Donald said.
"We got 'em covered!" Sora said.
"Hey, I can help ya out!" Goombella said.
"Goombella, they're dangerous." Sora said.
"Pfft, I'm not scared of these freaks! Lemme at 'em!" Goombella said.
"Okay, but be careful! Get ready, Mario!" Sora said and Mario nods.
(Battle Theme: Battle Fanfare)
The five confront the Heartless and Sora delivers three attacks with his Keyblade at one of the Heartless while Mario delivers an attack with his hammer while Donald casts Blizzard while Goombella delivers a headbonk but a Shadow sinks into the ground and deliver a claw swipe at Mario but Goofy uses Goofy Turbo while Mario delivers a double jump attack but a Shadow delivers a leaping attack at Sora while another Shadow attacks Goombella with its claw but Donald casts Thunder while Goombella uses Headbonk while Goofy uses Goofy Bash and throws his shield at the Shadows but one of the Shadows attacks Mario who guards and Mario attacks with his hammer while Sora delivers three attacks with his Keyblade and they defeat all the Heartless who disappear into black mist.
"So long, ya jerks!" Goombella said.
"Never, in my years, have I ever seen these monstrosities!" Frankly said.
"That's the Heartless for ya! They're after hearts to take." Sora said.
"Wait, hold up! They TAKE hearts?! That's freaky AND creepy!" Goombella said.
"Expect to see more of 'em." Donald said.
"Well, anyway, we best hurry and find that door." Frankly said.
"Right, let's go." Sora said and Mario nods.
The five and Frankly continue moving through the sewers and they find a pipe taking them below the sewers and they find more Heartless as well as other Goombas and ParaGoombas but they fight off the enemies and later find what looks like a blue switch and so Mario presses it with his hammer making stairs appear and so they climb up the stairs and they go to a room where they find a black chest.
"A black chest?" Donald asked.
"Whoa!" A voice said.
"Huh? Who said that?" Sora asked.
"Over here!" The voice said.
"It's comin' from that chest!" Goofy said pointing at the black chest.
"You guys can hear me? That means you're the hero of legend! Only the great hero can hear my voice! Nothing from anyone else." The voice said.
"So, why're you in here?" Sora asked.
"See, long ago, an evil spirit cast a curse on me and locked me in this chest. I've been here ever since, waiting for the hero to arrive! So, what brings you guys here?" The voice asked.
"Um, a word with you all? I'm not exactly sure we should trust this chest." Frankly said.
"Hmm, it would be bad if he knew about the Crystal Stars." Goofy said.
"Goofy!" Donald berated making Goofy gulp.
"Crystal Stars, eh? You really ARE the hero. Well, you're gonna need my help to get those bad boys. First, you gotta unlock this box." The voice said.
"Okay, I should be able to do it." Sora said taking out his Keyblade.
"Are you sure about this?" Donald asked.
"What if it's, like, a trap?" Goombella asked.
"If he's gonna help us find the Crystal Stars, there shouldn't be any harm." Sora said as he uses his Keyblade to unlock the chest. "There, unlocked." Sora said grinning.
"Thanks a lot, man! NOT!" The voice said.
"Huh?" Sora asked.
"Whee hee! FOOOOOOOLS!" The voice said.
(Theme: Be Cursed!)
The chest opens revealing darkness trapping Sora and Mario and they see a spooky face.
"BOY, did you just fall for it! I BURNED you! You thought I'd help YOU?! Nope, you're gonna have a taste of MY SUFFERING! Them's the breaks, idiots! Time to get cursed! Buggly-wuggly-WOOOOOO! YOU'RE CURSED!" The darkness said cursing Sora and Mario to look like paper airplanes. "Hahahaha! Get CURSED, suckers! From now on, you're nothin' but planes and have no choice, but to fly across! Hehehe! You're DOOMED!" The darkness said as Sora and Mario revert back to their normal forms. "So, does this curse give you a nice sense of suffering?!" The darkness asked.
"Yeah, that's bad for us." Sora said.
"GOOD! Wheee heee heee! So long, fools!" The darkness said returning to the chest.
"What was THAT all about?" Goombella asked.
"What a palooka." Donald said.
"Well, we better keep on findin' that there Thousand-Year Door." Goofy said.
The five and Frankly keep moving and they find a pad with a paper airplane and so Sora and Mario transform into paper airplanes and start flying through and land on the other side and go for the next area.
(Field Theme: Thousand-Year Door)
(Rogueport-Thousand-Year Door)
The five and Frankly arrive at a ruined room with a giant old door with seven star symbols and a pedestal.
"This is it! It MUST be it! It's the Thousand-Year Door spoken of in the legends! I can't believe it's real!" Frankly said.
"So it IS real!" Donald said amazed.
"Gawrsh, it's as big as life." Goofy said.
"C'mon, let's get a closer look!" Sora said and Mario nods.
The five go for the pedestal and Mario gets on it making the pedestal glow with light as a light circle is created around the pedestal.
"Whoa!" Sora said.
"Professor, what's goin' on?" Goombella asked.
Just then the map floats out of Mario and reveals something and shows what looks like a giant castle as well as whatt looks like a white crystallized star and also granst Mario a new ability.
(Learned: Sweet Treat)
"What was THAT?" Donald asked.
"What was with all the crazy lights?" Goofy asked.
"Hey, look! The map!" Sora said as they look at the map.
"Interesting... It appears that information related to the locations of the Crystal Stars appeared! As for the lights, well, it seemed as if a mysterious power was grant to Mario. Let's return to my place and study the map." Frankly said and Mario nods.
The five and Frankly return to Frankly's house.
"Hmm, aha! I see!" Frankly said.
"So, you understand it?" Donald asked.
"My feathered friend, of course! Firstly, about that light we saw shining on Mario... By my reckoning, Mario can perform special moves." Frankly said.
"That sounds cool." Sora said.
"Indeed it does. Now, let's have a look at that Magical Map." Frankly said looking at the map. "Very astounding! This map has radar like functions! It now shows the location of a Crystal Star! The first Crystal Star is be found in a place called Petal Meadows." Frankly said.
"Petal Meadows?" Goombella asked.
"The area is a vast meadow that lies far to the east of Rogueport. I always thought that place was a tad suspicious. That name did come up from time to time in my research." Frankly said.
"Then Petal Meadows we go!" Sora said.
"But we have NO idea how to get there!" Donald said.
"I'm fairly certain there's a pipe beneath the city leading to Petal Meadows. Find it and it should take you." Frankly said.
"Pipe travel's alway's useful." Goofy said and Mario nods.
"By the way, Mario, where did you get that map?" Frankly asked and Mario answers. "From Princess Peach?! Her Highness sent you this map? She wouldn't be THE Princess Peach of the Mushroom Kingdom?" Frankly asked and Mario nods. "I thought so. She came to me the other day and wanted to learn more about the treasure. I told her about the Crystal Stars and my suspicions about Petal Meadows..." Frankly stops talking.
"You're saying she went off to Petal Meadows to try and find that Crystal Star?" Sora asked.
"It's possible." Frankly said.
"Y'know, Professor, there was another suspicious group asking about the same thing." Goombella said.
"Hmm, I can't imagine Princess Peach being involved with THEM. In that case, off to Petal Meadows with you four! If the Princess is there already, then you must find her! Collecting the Crystal Stars is a means to and end and that end is Princess Peach!" Frankly said.
"Aren't ya comin' with us, Professor?" Goofy asked.
"I shall stay here and ask around about Princess Peach and that suspicious gang. Besides, this shrivel old Goomba won't be able to handle any trials and these Heartless monsters could show up at any time and do you harm. Should you feel stuck, you can always ask me for advice." Frankly said.
"Okay, thanks, Professor!" Sora said.
"Off to Petal Meadows!" Donald said.
"Yep, let's go!" Goombella said.
The four leave Frankly's house and head for the pipe taking them back to Rogueport's sewers and they start to find the pipe leading to Petal Meadows and they find a plane pad and use it to turn into paper airplanes and fly across and go to the next part of the sewers with water flowing where they find a tentacle and Mario whacks it with his hammer.
"Bloop! BLOOOOP! (Ouch! That hurt!)" Someone said from the water.
"Huh?" Sora asked as a giant Blooper appears.
"Wak, that's one big squid!" Donald said.
(Boss Theme: Desire for All That is Lost)
The four confront the giant Blooper.
"Bloobloobloobloop! (Who just up and whacks someone's tootsies like that?!) Blooop BLOOOOP! (Someone with moxie, that's who!)" The giant Blooper said unleashing two tentacles.
"We'll have to get rid of this Blooper if we wanna get through." Goombella said.
"Good enough for me!" Sora said.
Sora attacks the right tentacle with his Keyblade while Mario jumps on it while Donald casts Thunder on the left tentacle while Goombella uses Headbonk while Goofy uses Goofy Tornado but the giant Blooper uses its right tentacle to whack Sora and Mario and then whacks Donald, Goofy, and Goombella with its left tentacle bt Sora casts Fire at the right tentacle while Mario jumps on the right tentacle getting rid of it while Donald casts Blizzard on the left tentacle while Goofy uses Goofy Bash and throws his shield at the left tentacle while Goombella uses Headbonk getting rid of the left tentacle making the giant Blooper drop down.
"Now's our chance!" Sora said.
Sora delivers three attacks at the giant Blooper with his Keyblade while Mario uses Power Smash while Donald casts Fire while Goofy uses Goofy Turbo while Goombella uses Headbonk but the giant Blooper gets back up and unleashes ink getting the group but Donald retaliates with casting Blizzard while Goombella uses Headbonk only for the giant Blooper to unleash more ink at the group but Goofy uses Goofy Bash and throws his shield getting the Blooper while Mario delivers a double jump attack on the Blooper while Sora aerial attacks with his Keyblade and after enough attacks they finish off the giant Blooper.
"Too easy! Piece of cake!" Sora spinning his Keyblade grinning while Mario throws his hat in the air.
The giant Blooper launches into the air while platforms appear on the water.
"Hey, I betcha we can cross that!" Goofy said.
The group jump from platform to platform and they reach the other side and find a pipe.
"There's a pipe!" Sora said.
"This should take us to Petal Meadows!" Goombella said.
"Ready, Mario?" Sora asked and Mario nods.
"In we go!" Donald said as they go into the pipe.
Well, there's the prologue for the new Paper Hearts story! I hope you enjoyed this and I hope you'll enjoy this story, as we go! I know for a fact I'm gonna have a blast doing this because I've been wanting to do this story, as I love Thousand-Year Door! Hope you'll look forward to Chapter 1 coming your way soon!
