During the struggle for the infinity stones, Thanos is aggravated by Peter Quill and Thor using sexist insults. Because of this, when Thanos snaps his gauntlet he is too distracted and accidently wishes half of the Universe would swap genders instead of die. Now Thanos, the Avengers, and all of the Marvel Universe must find a way to undo Thanos' wish while dealing with new issues.

In one universe, Loki Laufeyson took his last breath when Thanos used the gauntlet to crush his neck. And in another, Lukas Sigurd awoke in the Gentlemen's Society Asylum told that he had succumbed to another episode of his delusion disorder.
