Tuesday morning Fenton works
"Alright Tuck try the key" Danny wipes the sweat from his forehead. Seeing his jeep got damage during his fight with the Dark family.
Danny had it towed and once he popped the hood he saw some of the wires partially melted. Once replaced he nods hoping this will solve the problem.
"Here it goes" Tucker turns the key and soon the jeep roars back to life.
Danny closes the hood of the jeep and nods.
Walking out of the garage he sees many people, reporters, paparazzi and more trying to get in the back alley to speak to him. Happy Gordon place a police barricade and have police officers around the house.
Amber home has the same thing. Seeing when she got home yesterday seeing the police outside her home in their cars and the barricades around. She asked what was going on and the police officer told her. Gordon wanted to make sure no one bothered her or Danny when they are home.
"Good. I'll have my duplicates sand paper the vehicle and get it painted soon" cracking his neck. Danny lets out a sigh and turns to Tucker. "How are things coming along for Amber birthday this Friday?".
Tucker drops his head and groans loudly. When Vlad told him who has been calling the mayor office Tucker thought he was kidding. But when he saw the list that Vlad gave him to give to Danny. Tucker wonders how is Danny going to pull this off.
"Dude you're lucky Vlad said it was fine to have it at his mansion. Because everyone wants to come I mean everyone I mean celebrities, actors and more" sigh Tucker.
Danny groans. Pushing the headache he is getting last night he got one of those headaches. Feeling like he was in two different places at the same time. He hasn't had that type of headache in a while. Seeing he hasn't been meditating due to the incident a few days ago.
His, Amber and Danielle little show was still streaming but also televised. Everyone watched Danny talking to Pariah Dark asking to have the battle ten days. A few days after Amber's seventeenth birthday.
Four days after it.
A battle for both worlds. The fate of both worlds.
"Just great. I don't need this, Amber doesn't need this and from what Danielle has told me. She is avoiding her parents a bit" Danny sighs.
Seeing Amber's chat with his mother opened up old wounds.
"Yea. Speaking of that. I think you have to invite them" said Tucker. Seeing Danny give him a dead look, Tucker nods and sighs "It will be much worse if you don't" reply Tucker.
Danny groans seeing what Tucker is saying is very true. "Fine. Did you at least find a catering company".
Watching Tucker nod and shows him the company and sees the food being made. Danny raises an eye and looks at Tucker with a confuse look.
"Why so much food?" blink Danny taking the pear phone from him. Danny scrolls down and sees the names on the list. "Hold on what is going on?" seeing names he hasn't seen before. Tucker takes his device back and nods.
"Again. What did I say everyone wants to come. We have a dozen celebrities, pop stars and politicians. I also invited Timmy, Chester along with their families and kids. I also invited the whole music class and our class. But also the drama club seeing they helped the music club out along with some other students we are good with. We are looking at least fifty or more" explain Tucker.
Danny rubs his temples and sighs. Nodding his head "Fine. Order some food for Sam and Jenny please meaning some salad the green stuff. Use my account for funds also hows the market?" Danny asked nervously.
With yesterday market allot of countries and companies were getting nervous but also very concern to trust their future in the hands of teenagers and their child. To say the market didn't share its positive enthusiasm making it drop a few hundred points. Markets all over the world didn't see a pleasant side to it.
"Much better. It's up a a few hundred points from yesterdays huge mega drop. Want me to sell the shares of a company you bought way back that makes health care, food and more?. I mean you bought at least a few hundred thousand shares" ask Tucker.
When buying the house Danny invested most of the money into companies in the market. A few real estate, a few companies another few companies that make health care and food products one or two health care insurance providers. Danny nods and looks at the device seeing the number he sighs.
"Sure. By looking at the gains I see I'm up forty two percent so sell only half. Don't tell me how the other commodities are doing like steel, wheat and more" Danny sighs and rubs his head.
He can only take so much and the way his parents were asking how was he able to make so much more money with some of the investments he made.
"Mo money mo problems" sang Tucker. Doing the trade on his device he looks at Danny and nods "Done and dude I hate to be your accountant. That few million dollars investment here just quadruple" laugh Tucker.
Danny closes his eyes with a sigh and nods his head.
"Yea what ever. Use that money to pay for the catering and the rest make sure it goes to pay for Kat and Harvey school" sigh Danny. Looking at the calendar on the wall he narrows his eyes. "Next Wednesday".
"Lets get through Amber's birthday this Friday and worry about that later" Tucker gives Danny a nod with a serious look.
Wrapping his arm around his best friend Tucker grins and punches his arm while Danny places his arm around his neck as well.
Amber home Afternoon
Walking up the stairs and placing the laundry basket on the bed. She turns to Danielle walking behind her and throwing her clothes on the bed. Amber rolls her eyes and smiles as Danielle takes a deep breath.
She creates a duplicate who started to help fold her clothes. Amber nods seeing how clever Danielle is but also seeing how Danny uses his duplicates to do work as well.
"Mom why don't you use the duplicate trick to help you?" ask Danielle. Seeing that Frostbite told her she needs to better control her powers. Danielle wastes allot of energy but seeing she is a child. She has plenty of energy to spare.
"Haven't really thought about it but I will now." Amber giggles and nods. "Danny and I wanted you not to miss having a normal or have some normalcy in your life. We didn't want you to be left out or have trouble making friends" smile Amber.
Thinking about her life how hard it was for her to make friends. But when she did make friends her parents didn't approve of them. They some how chase them away.
"Oh. Never really looked at that way?" shrug Danielle.
Amber smiles and shakes her head before she spoke she heard the doorbell. Looking confuse at Danielle who is also confuse. She wonders who it is and seeing the police outside preventing the reporters, camera's and paparazzi trying to coming in or knocking on her door.
"Stay and finish folding you're clothes and put them away please" said Amber.
As she takes a deep breath turning intangible and sinking through the floor. She sees Danielle nodding her head. Once on the floor she floats towards the door hearing the doorbell ring once again making her groan.
"Alright keep your shirt on" opening the door "What?".
"Bad time?" said Lisa.
Amber blinks at her sister with her husband and kids. Seeing her brother and Lynn along with them is her parents. She notices the camera's flashes going off. Rolling her eyes opening the door to let them in. She closes the door behind her and lets out a sigh.
"Gordon told the officers to let us in. Seeing we wanted to talk and see you" said Michael. Looking around the house he nods seeing part of the kitchen the living room and another room with a large table "This place is phenomenal how did you get a place like this?".
Lynn and Adam nods looking around Seth looks around bored. Lisa and Joseph mouth are wide in shock her parents nod loving the place.
"Danny bought the house and had it completely remodel and repaired." Seeing her family shocked reactions Amber nods. "Tucker hack the state computer and set up a profile which it signed it over to me. Had help from Technus and Ghost writer making the paper work real" shrug Amber.
"That's a breach of security and he didn't get caught?" Michael blinks and looks around and turns to Amber with his mouth open in shock.
"Or fraud?" said James. Looking around "But wow this place is gorgeous how much did he spend?".
"It's Tucker and with Technus being the master of technology he hacked that satellite in space a while back. The secret one" grin Amber. Seeing Michael flinch Amber giggles as she looks at her dad to answer.
"James!. You don't ask something like that" Angela shakes her head. Wondering what her husband is thinking she looks at Amber sighing.
"I was thinking the same thing" said Joseph. Looking around "Five bedrooms and two and half bathrooms? I saw it online a few months ago when we were looking around for a home" Joseph nods.
Lisa remembers the house online. She saw the before and after pictures. She wonders who was the lucky family that bought it.
"Danny went all out. Wish he didn't but he did" walking past them she waves them to follow her as she enters the kitchen and looks at everyone.
"Drinks?" ask Amber. Opening the fridge pulling out some water bottles, soda cans.
"Dad, Michael, Joseph want something stronger?". Wondering they want something stronger.
"You have alcohol?" James and all three men blink at Amber. Watching Amber walk to a cabinet in the living room she opens where everyone can see the liquor cabinet. Grabbing some bottles and placing them on the table.
"How do you have alcohol when you aren't even twenty-" Angela stops and sighs. "Never mind" rubbing her head she notices some of the bottles open. Looking at Amber who shrugs her shoulder.
"Had thanksgiving here with Danny's family along with Vlad with his date Dinah" answer Amber.
Grabbing some glasses she opens the draw to the freezer pulling out whiskey cups with ice between the cups to not dilute the drinks. The males blink at Amber seeing her holding the cups in her hand.
"Vlad got it as a Christmas present to Danny. Don't ask why" answer Amber.
Seeing her father, brother and Joseph about to say something she cut them off and slides the cups to them. Shrugging their shoulder each of them pour themselves a drink and seeing the selection she has. Why let it go to waste when it can go to a good place.
Seeing things are going smoothly but it soon took a turn to the wrong direction. Danielle floated down while texting on her phone and she began talking.
"Mom. Folded all my clothes and put them away. Also I folded your clothes and put some of them away. Some of your other clothes like your weird pajamas you get from Victoria classified. I left them on your bed. You got some weird panties and bras what's that about?" Danielle lands on the kitchen floor.
As she looks up seeing everyone in the kitchen staring at her. Her phone goes off seeing she got a message.
Amber face palms and shakes her head. This is not what she needs or wants right now.
Angela blinks and turns to Amber wondering what kind of weird pajamas. Lisa nods already knowing what Danielle is talking about. Lynn blinks she knows what the store carries for teens to wear. Phoebe looks at Amber than to her mother, grandmother and cousin. All thinking differently.
Adam rolls his eyes. Michael sighs. Joseph coughs in his hands. Seth smiles at Danielle.
"Hmm hi everyone. When did everyone get here?" blink Danielle. Seeing Amber narrowing her eyes on Danielle making her nervous.
"Opps" than her phone went off as she answers the call. "Not now Jenny I'll call you- wait you saw your mom kiss Valerie's dad?" moving the phone away from her ear because of Jenny yelling. Looking at her mother she mouths to her "She's freaking out".
Everyone stares at Danielle. Adam, Lynn and Phoebe blink wondering when Valerie is going to find out.
"Danielle tell Jenny not to do anything. Keep it to herself let Valerie talk to her first" Amber sighs and shakes her head wondering what next.
"Mom says not to do anything until Valerie talks to you. Got to go have company over" Danielle hangs up and looks at Amber who eyes soften a bit. "You may want to call Valerie. Jenny is kind of freaking out saying she never saw her mother happy this morning".
Amber nods her head hearing this and replies.
"Well it's only been those two for a long time. Jenny father walked out on them long time ago when she was just a infant baby. I'll let you call Jenny later but first".
Amber shakes her head and texts Valerie to talk to Jenny and not freak out herself but help Jenny seeing she is confuse.
"Did you know about them?" ask Lyn.
Amber shakes her head while Danielle floated off the ground holding her feet while shaking her head. As everyone stares at her floating off the ground she blinks at them wondering what is wrong.
"Oh right, hehe" landing on the kitchen chair to see everyone face level. "So why is everyone over?" ask Danielle.
Everyone turns to Angela who blinks at everyone as she sighs and rolls her eyes. Lisa seeing this nods and spoke first.
"We wanted to talk to Amber about a few things" Lisa turns to Michael who sips the scotch and nods. Seeing that their mother wanted to talk to Amber about a few things.
"Yes. A few things" cough Michael. Danielle passes Michael a napkin as he coughs into it he nods. "As to how did this happen. Did you know about Danny going to the past. But also-"
"Why" Angela demanded breathing fast.
Micheal blinks at his mother seeing she cut him off. Lisa looks confuse. Joseph quietly sips the scotch watching this knowing to stay out when his mother in law is like this. James nods his head in a disapproving matter. Lynn, Adam, Phoebe and Seth blink wondering what is going on.
"Really. Why?" Amber rolls her eyes.
"Don't roll your eyes when we are talking to you" Angela bailed her fist to her sides rising her voice on Amber.
Danielle quietly sent an message to Danny to come to the house quickly and bring back up. Seeing how fast things took a turn to the worse. She flinches to feel Amber haunt which now turn to the worst.
Amber snaps her attention back to her mother.
Narrowing her eyes on her, mother everyone heard a girl scream and soon it got hot. Then they heard a knocking like a old furnace trying to turn on. Like knocking was low and loud and it started to get much more hotter than the scream started to get loud.
James flinch and stood next to Angela who crossed her arms in fear. Joseph took a step back near Lisa who shuddered. Michael started to shake. Adam, Lynn Phoebe and Seth started to whimper.
"MOM" Danielle floated in front of Amber. "Calm down please. Take a deep breath" Danielle took a deep breath as Amber took a deep breath her gaze never left her mother. "Ok good take another one. This time focus on me come on".
Amber took another deep breath but her sight is still on her mother. Than Amber moves her sight to the living room where a portal appeared. Everyone sees the green portal and running out of the portal is Danny along with his parents.
"Uh oh" Danny feels Amber haunt all around.
Jack and Maddie flinch to feel Amber's haunt. As the two glance each other they see Danny slowly walking towards Amber. But when Amber turns her gaze to Danny making him flinch.
Danielle wince seeing Danny is taking Amber haunt. Seeing she is still having trouble controlling it and Danny is trying to push her haunt away from him and everyone.
Maddie took a deep breath closing her eyes thinking back the conservation a few days ago at Danny's base. Danny the next morning explained a few things in depth about Amber's relationship with her parents to his parents. Both Jack and Maddie understands Amber feelings about her parents.
"Amber" Maddie ran towards Amber giving her a hug. Everyone blinks feeling the weight in the area is gone. Maddie whispers to Amber while rubbing her back trying to calm her down.
"Danielle" Danny sighs. Feeling the haunt in the area gone he hopes everyone outside didn't feel it.
"Yea dad?" Danielle turns to her father.
"What happen? I never felt Amber this angry ever! I thought Spectra can do a number boy was I wrong" shudder Danny. Looking at everyone seeing Lynn holding Phoebe, Seth while Adam stood behind his cousin. "Take them up stairs to your room-".
"Not going anywhere until I know what the hell is going on" demanded Lynn. Shaking her head she looks at Amber looking down nodding with a sad look.
Danny throws his hands in the air giving up. Danielle blinks and sees her grandmother Danny's mother rubbing Amber's back. Turning to her other grandmother, Amber's mother who looks down defeated.
"Hmm why did grandma get angry at mom asking her why?" ask Danielle. Looking at Amber's mom who looks down ashamed of herself.
Jack looks over to Michael, James and Joseph who flinch. Jack raise an eye and turns to Danny who rolls his eyes and sighs with a mutter. Jack sees Danny rubbing his fore head trying to push the head ache away. Being told about the head aches because of a power that is slowly manifesting itself.
"Everyone in the living room. I know everyone has questions so we will answer and show everyone" Danny sighs and rolls his eyes pinching the bridge of his nose feeling the headache coming back again.
"Need something son?" Jack ask.
"Dad grab two glasses from the freezer and a bottle this is going to be a long afternoon" groan Danny shaking his head and sighing.
Jack shrugs his shoulders and grabs two glasses from the freezer. Seeing everyone walking towards the living room, Jack places the cups on the small table. Pouring himself a drink and one for Danny.
"He isn't twenty one" blink Michael. Wondering what is going on here he turns to Jack who rolls his eyes.
"Their metabolism burns it off before they can get drunk. They need to drink at least three bottles to feel even tipsy. Besides I get the feeling this conservation is going to be a long and difficult one" reply Jack.
"Only this time" said Maddie. Sighing she rubs Amber knee and smiles making her smile a bit. Danny nods and sips some of the alcohol as he passes the cup to Amber she downs it making Danny rolls his eyes and shakes his head.
"That explains why he wasn't drunk when Dash-" Lynn elbowed Adam stomach making him heave over.
Maddie rolls her eyes and sighs. Amber giggles and sits on Danny's lap and lays her head on his shoulder getting comfortable.
"So you want to know why. Why what?" blink Danny. Feeling Amber tighten her grip on him, Danny kisses her on the forehead. Turning to everyone he sees no one talking, Danny rolls his yes and narrows his eyes on James making him flinch.
Lisa and Michael are shocked to see their father this nervous. Joseph grins seeing how he's on the other end of it when he was dating Lisa getting those glares. Nodding to Danny he rises his glass to him.
"Oh boy" James is thinking back all those years ago when Amber was a teenager dating Danny. "Talk about some bad memories" muttered James. The grandchildren blink wondering what he means, Michael and Lisa are wondering what did Danny do to their father?.
Danny grins and spoke sternly. "Me or you're father in law. But seeing you react like this I would say me. So why did Amber unleashed her haunt?".
Jack sips and passes the drink to Maddie who sips and looks at James waiting for a response. Seeing no one was going to say anything Lyn sighs and spoke.
"Dad was asking some questions like. How did this happen. Did you know about Danny going to the past. Than grandma interrupts dad asking aunt Amber-" Lynn stops talking and feels strange. "Kind of weird calling you my aunt? You're the same age as me".
Amber giggles and replies "Yea! I still can't get over the fact for myself either."
"Lynn get to the point" groan Adam. Shaking his head he is curios to how and why did this happen. Lynn sticks her tongue and blows raspberries at Adam making him rolls his eyes. Danielle, Seth and Phoebe both laugh at them.
"Grandma asked why? She was breathing hard and fast like she was angry at her?" Lynn is confuse to why her grandma would be angry at Amber.
Danny sighs and nods. Seeing where this is going she turns to Amber nodding her head. As the two think back long ago the night of the movie incident. Danny grabs the cup seeing his father refilling it.
"Thanks dad" sipping it he sighs and snaps his finger.
Everyone sees a portal appear in the middle of the room. James and Angela eyes widen seeing what night it is. Michael looks interested at the portal while Lisa watches Amber remain silent on the car ride. Everyone is watching the events of the past as everyone looks at Danny who is sipping.
"Watch" muttered Danny.
Once her father pulls in the drive way. The drive back home was quiet. Her mother said nothing. Her father on the other hand. He is stewing. Seeing how angry he is. She looks out of the window and smiles.
Walking inside the house she sees some of the neighbors talking and whispers. "Mom, so when will officer Chris get a new job. Seeing he might have just lost his job? Telling his mother what happen without knowing the truth!".
Angela raises an eye but soon sees some of their neighbors listening. Shaking her head Amber opens the door and walks into the living room. Taking a seat on the couch she looks at her mother with a confuse look.
"Danny taught me it. Call it counter intelligence from a comic book. Timmy explains it better. Basically, you take information that is new, and you spread that same information but, in a lie, to pass it along. Now all the neighbors will call Chris mother who will no doubt want answers. Meaning they will be the gossip news".
Her mother raises an eye and sighs. Nodding her head seeing where this will go. Like this the neighbors will ask and when they get their answer many of them won't like it. Before she spoke, they hear a noise coming from the basement.
"It's just the furnace turning on for the heat. I will fix it tomorrow" said James. Going back to his daughter.
Amber looks down to the basement door. Nodding her head, she knows something will happen tonight.
"Meaning. She will be in the same situation as you and Daniel. Very clever" said Angela. Seeing how it works she had to admit she liked it.
Her father grumbles. Shaking his head. "Too clever" pacing back and forth. "Do you know the embarrassment. You have cause to us. Everyone in the neighborhood and community is talking about" shouting at her.
Amber raises an eye. "I was not the one who believed in these rumors. You did. Anyone here that should be embarrassed should be you, dad" Amber spoke softly. Watching her father eyes widen he narrows his eyes on his oldest daughter.
"How far did you get with your relationship with him" demanded James. Now glaring at his daughter, he turns to his wife who has a shock reaction. Looking at her daughter seeing her staring at her father.
"That phone call that I picked up. Told me about your junior prom that you two shared a room together. He will tell everyone, and I mean everyone. Unless you break, your relationship with Daniel".
Seeing what can happen. He looks at his daughter angry she did this but also even more angry that this person will tell his neighbors and community about her privacy.
Amber stares at her father. Silently sitting staring at him she turns to her mother. Her mother shock reaction looking at her. The noise coming from the basement confirms her fear. This would be it. This is the night she will die.
"Amber is this true?" demanded Angela.
Staring at daughter who is staring at the basement door she sees her daughter look at her.
"Yes, we spent the night together we had passionate night of love he is my first and last." staring straight in her mother eyes. She sees her shock reaction that her daughter did this. "Do you think it's wrong of me what I did. I truly love Daniel with all my heart. We have done it multiple times and every time a piece of my heart goes to him and a piece of his heart goes to me".
The noise in the basement got louder. James is too busy glaring at his daughter instead listening to the furnace being sabotage.
"Love is that what you call it?. LOVE. You are a sixteen year old teenager . What do you KNOW ABOUT LOVE?!" screams James. Glaring at his daughter, angry she did something like this. "You will end your relationship with Daniel. You will not date anyone, ANYONE. Until we know we can trust you or someone to even want you".
Amber looks at the clock. Looking into her hands she feels warm for someone reason. She doesn't know why but she does. Seeing it's half past eleven. She sighs seeing they were at the police station for a while. But when they were leaving, they stop because of her parents arriving. Since of their arrival the shouting began between everyone.
Amber stood up. She gave her father a hug. "It was never my intention to tarnish anyone. I love you dad".
Walking to her mother. "Thank you for everything. I know I didn't live up to be the daughter you wanted me to be. But I love you mom".
Both her parents look at her. "I'm going to bed" said Amber.
James nod. "Good. Go to bed. We will discuss this tomorrow" thinking the matter is over for tonight. He watches Amber walk up the stairs. Turning to his wife he notices something wrong. "Angela? I know you're-".
"Stop" said Angela. "Amber's face. She looked sad for some reason. I don't know what is going on but the look on her face. It looks like she was never going to see us".
James sighs. Hearing the phone, he looks at his wife. Both are thinking can it be the same person as he picks it up "Hello". Hearing a voice "Oh Anne. Yes, we just got a few minutes ago. Yes. We are on our way to pick up Lisa. Again, thank you and I apologize for the short notice".
Angela sighs. "Let's go get Lisa from the baby sitter".
James nods as the two leave the house. They are unaware of the events that will take place. Everyone is unaware besides one-person, Amber.
As she locks her bedroom door. She notices her room in a mess. Seeing her diary with pages ripped out. She wonders why her parents wanted to know the truth. Slowly walking to her broken guitar.
She picks it up from the floor. As she lays it on the bed and places the broken guitar next to her. Touching the Baetylus around her neck. "I love you Danny. Please don't forget me". Slowly closing her eyes. Sleep takes over. Unaware to Amber the Baetylus glows green and white around her neck and soon she glows as well.
Everyone watches than they see the vent blowing out smoke soon the whole house is ignited in a eerie green blue flame. A teal color.
Danny snaps his fingers ending the events. Everyone remained silent as they watched the events. Maddie looks down and thinks what Amber said to her back at the base. But to see what happen to her. She sees how protective Danny is holding her.
"That's" Lynn shakes her head "Wow"
Adam remain silent.
"Yea" Phoebe nods with her cousin Lyn.
"Mom" Lisa turns to her "Did that really happen?" seeing her mother nod as she looks at James who nods. Jack places his arm on Maddie lap shaking his head and looks at Danny and Amber. Seeing the two looking at Amber parent's Jack turns to Maddie with a smile. To let them handle the problem.
"Timmy asked me. Told me that you must have said something to her during the car ride. He asked me and I didn't bother asking. Chester said theirs more but he said it wasn't there business" Michael got up and looks at his father with a narrow look.
Growing up he remembers the many lectures but also punishment he got when he was child to a teenager.
"Mom" Lisa calling her name with some aggressive in it. "This happen!"
"Yup" Amber replied first.
As everyone stares at her.
"When I heard the furnace knocking and making that sounds. I knew it was the night I was going to die. Can the future be change yes but at a very great cost. If I lived and never become a ghost. Danny would have died fighting against his arch nemesis. It was already set that I had to die to save him" said Amber.
Everyone stares at her shock. Minus Jack and Maddie they learned that piece of truth from Amber back at the base.
"Kidding right?" said Joseph. He has seen movies read comics on time travel but to see this happening. "Danny would have died against his arch nemesis?".
Amber nods her head.
"Yup. We wouldn't be sitting here. None of us. I would be a ghost without my memories, Danielle would be a puddle of goo somewhere around the world".
"Without your memories" ask Adam.
Everyone turns to him catching that line, Jack and Maddie heard Amber say that wonder what she meant. Amber points to the portal where Danny shows. Amber on the bed with the Baetylus glowing green and white around her neck and soon she glows as well.
"The baetylus was the ghost artifact that Danny was sent back in time to retrieve it. Once he found it Clockwork used his powers to negate the stone power. But it didn't last to long the baetylus absorbed a bit of my life force storing it to replenish it's power. But also saving me in the fire during the process something he didn't see happening" answer Amber.
Everyone stares at the necklace around her neck glowing making her glow.
"That was the necklace Daniel gave you as a gift for your six month anniversary" sigh Angela. She remembers that necklace that Danny gave her that stone with a green gem stone in the middle.
"Yea. When I died and became a ghost. I appeared in the ghost zone with a few things still with me. I found my diary still burning I manage to read a few pages before it turned to ash. One of the pages had the baetylus drawn in as a necklace. The no friends. The bullying. Parts that my parents hated me playing music. Being stood up at the movies and falling sleep not waking up. Got that all from my diary" answer Amber.
Everyone turns to James and Angela looking down ashamed as they nod. Lyn is shocked to hear this she has seen Amber play and sing. Even stars as Britney, Chip with Adam says she will be a huge star if she continues to practice.
"I never knew this. I was only seven years old I didn't understand" Lisa shakes her head. She wonders why her parents looked mad when Amber sang or played her guitar at home.
Danny snorts and rolls his eyes. As everyone turns to him glaring at James and Angela they wince. Amber places her hand on his face making him stop glaring as they stare at each other. Amber family are wondering they are having a conservation with each other.
"Dann-O, we can't read your minds like you two or have a conversation. What ever you have to say or show just show or say" Jack knows what Danny is thinking and Maddie nods agreeing with Jack.
"Wait they can read each other minds?" blink Joseph. Seeing Maddie and Jack nod the kids turn to them shock.
"The tattoo on their arms" everyone remembers seeing some type of tattoos on their forearms "It's a bond for soul mates. They can feel each other emotions but also they can communicate with each other through their bond without talking. Just thinking" explain Maddie.
Amber family jaw drops to the ground hearing this
"Their is another part of the bond they haven't completed yet. Lahkesis hasn't told them yet she is the ghost of fate the one with wings. She said its a marriage bond. Forever to be linked to each other. Even after death their souls will cross together or wait for the other" explain Jack.
No one said anything. Lynn is jealous but also happy to hear about this thinking of it from a fairy tale. Phoebe smiles thinking how awesome that is. Lisa nods thinking long ago when she was a child how close Danny and Amber were.
"Marriage bond?" Angela flinches which Amber turns to her nodding her head.
"Yes to Danny. No to Tyler Arthstein" hiss Amber.
"The orthodontics" Lisa, Adam, Phoebe and Lynn all said that at the same time. Danny snaps his fingers and soon the portal changed to a date back in the last week of August to a familiar practice.
"You knew?" whispered James. Angela looks down shaking her head while Amber nods. Danny narrows his eyes on James and Angela.
Everyone sees James and Angela talking to a man and his son who is helping at the practice.
"I think you will love Amber she is a sweetie." smile Angela.
James nods to both father and son with Angela by his side.
"Why don't you come over in two maybe three weeks before you leave to school to get your degree. Meet with her and have a small lunch before you leave as well".
"Yes once you meet her all those rumors will be dismiss. You know how other boys are trying to be sauve" smile Angela.
"That sounds fine and yes. One year away will be enough for me to get my credits to take over my father's work. By than she will be graduating high school?" a young male probably nineteen or twenty at least is talking to Angela and James.
"Yes. Get to know her. I know you start classes in November. So late September and October will be fine" smile Angela. Standing near her husband nodding. They watch them talk as they leave the dentist office with a smiling Tyler.
Danny ends the portal.
Micheal rolls his eyes wishing he confronted his parents when Chester told him there's more. This wasn't the first time his parents did this he remembers lots of his friends parents doing this to them. Only if he listened to Chester.
Lisa was shocked. She never knew about this. She looks at Michael who rolls her eyes at her seeing this isn't something new to him. Seeing the portal end. James looks at Danny and flinches.
"How did you find out?" ask James clearing his throat hoping he won't do nothing rash.
"Chester. He was there and hid in a closet he told me what he heard and saw. After much practice with my portal powers he let me use it on him to see what happen. I can view other people timeline if they allow me. Timmy said I should tell Amber bout this because Michael had a similar problem with a girl name Kate" answer Danny.
Michael laughs hearing the name.
"Kate Bandle HAA. I didn't care if her father was part owner of the mall" laughing shaking his head. He turns to his parents looking confuse "I would never touch her unless I was in a quarantine bubble. She was the toy for the boys football and basketball teams. HELL even some girls".
James and Angela turn red hearing this. They found that out a year later when she married and was caught with two other men in the same bed with her.
"Toy?" blink Danielle. Danny and Amber glares at Michael making him chuckle nervously.
"So that's why grandpa wanted you to end your relationship with Danny. When he said you will not date anyone until they know they could trust you or someone to even want you" Adam rubs his chin putting all the pieces of the puzzle together. Shaking his head with a long sigh "This is too much".
"We just wanted what was best for Amber" said Angela looking down defeated. "When James got that call we thought her future was ruined. Everyone was talking about her relationship with Daniel. Remy said he would expose it all. We just didn't know how to handle it until Daniel got arrested we knew we had to step in to protect Amber".
"Arrested?" Jack and Maddie blink and look at Danny who rubs the back of his head.
"Remy called the police station saying I stole gym equipment. Two officers went to the movie theater to arrest me without checking the sources. Never called principal Geraldine or the coach. One of the police officers got a call from his mother and he told her what happen. He got fired the next day by Gordon" shrug Danny.
Maddie stares at Danny thinking she heard the right name.
"Remy Buxaplenty. The same person who sabotage Amber furnace that started the fire killing her. The same person made parole who grabbed her, pushed her and told Danielle to stay quiet. The reason for all this including Dash being his nephew being a bully for years" Maddie voice got dangerously low every word she spoke.
"Same one" answer Danielle chippy voice.
Maddie with a twist broke the arm chair rest. James, Michael and Joseph flinch. Angela, Lisa blink seeing they should stay on her good side. Adam, Lyn, Phoebe stare at the broken piece in her hand and Seth he gasp and points at Maddie.
"That was awesome" smile Seth.
"Protecting me" Amber let out a mock laugh shaking her head. "That wasn't protecting me more like controlling my life. I get it things were different back than and it was working to a point than it wasn't. I do but" Amber stops talking.
Maddie places her hand on Amber hand. Smiling at her Amber nods and remains quiet.
"We just wanted to know why? Why did you accept your fate that night the way-" Angela closes her eyes and Danny got the hint. Snapping his fingers showing the portal once again. Everyone watches Amber.
Amber stood up. She gave her father a hug. "It was never my intention to tarnish anyone. I love you dad".
Walking to her mother. "Thank you for everything. I know I didn't live up to be the daughter you wanted me to be. But I love you mom".
Both her parents look at her. "I'm going to bed" said Amber.
James nod. "Good. Go to bed. We will discuss this tomorrow" thinking the matter is over for tonight. He watches Amber walk up the stairs. Turning to his wife he notices something wrong. "Angela? I know you're-".
"Stop" said Angela. "Amber face. She looked sad for some reason. I don't know what is going on but the look on her face. It looks like she was never going to see us".
The portal ended and Angela nods. She looks at Amber sadly. Everyone wonders what Angela is thinking. When she spoke it shocked everyone.
"When we got back home. Seeing that fire hearing you didn't make it. I thought you didn't want to live. That you did this but when Gordon found the basement door broken into as forced entry. The neighbor seeing some people running. I was relieved that you didn't take your life. But you were gone" Angela covers her face crying.
James nods closing his eyes and takes a small breath. Lisa nods thinking back all those years ago.
"The guilt you have making you think you contribute to this making it happen" whisper Amber. Looking down with a sigh seeing her mother nodding her head. "Mom it wasn't your fault nor dad."
"Still doesn't change the point that you died sweetie. We should have gone straight to Remy parents and spoke to them but we didn't. I didn't" James stated and with a defeated sigh he looks at Danny and Amber. "I was too worried what the community and others were talking and doing. That I neglected what you wanted not what I thought it was best for you".
Jack chuckles and nods "I think as parents that's what we do all the time. We forget to ask ourselves is this the best for him or I'm making the best decision for him".
"Dad we been there and done that with Danielle" groan Danny while Amber nods with a sigh.
The adults laugh while the teenagers and kids blink wondering what does that mean.
"We just want to be part of your life" Angela sighs and looks at Amber. "Thirty years pass and so much has happen. Where do we start but also is this what you really what from your life? Did you're love for each other help you?" ask Angela.
Amber smiles and nods. "You say I don't know what love is? After everything you've seen, can you say that now? Can you? Regardless of what happens or what you say, we're together, and we're staying together.".
Danny kisses Amber cheek as she turns to her family she continues.
"Danny never forgotten about me. He continued to look for me even with the Observants ghosts tried to seal Danny's memories of me and his time back in the seventies. He never stopped he made a video got Tucker to help and continue to push forward. A hero who stole my heart and healed it" Amber snuggles up to Danny.
"Memories sealed?" Jack and Maddie blink at Danny who groans.
"I'll tell you later" sigh Danny.
"Where are you going to live. What job are you going to get? What plans have you thought for Danielle. Have you thought ahead for college?. Amber these are things you need to think about" Angela looks at Amber who sighs and shrugs her shoulders.
"How bout we get through these two weeks first and Danny and I will figure that out with Danielle later on" spoke Amber. Danny chuckles and nods while Danielle giggles agrees with her parents.
Jack and Maddie glance at each other. Seeing how things are they kind of are hoping the next two weeks will be easy.
"Well we still have you're birthday party this Friday" smile Seth.
Danny nods and sips the drink while Danielle giggles making Amber sigh. As everyone turns to Amber. Danielle smiles and spoke.
"Mom forgot her birthday was this month" said Danielle. Everyone turns to Amber who rolls her eyes and sighs. Seeing when she was a full ghost she didn't know or remember when her birth day was but her death day.
"Can't blame her she didn't have her memories but also birthdays weren't happy memories" reply Danny. Hearing how birthdays were for her, Danny wants to make sure she has at least one good birth day.
Michael and Lisa nods while looking at their parents who flinches and looks down.
"Well now that is all settle. How about we figure something for dinner?" yawn Danny. Everyone nods in agreement turning to Amber she turns intangible and floats down to the basement. Listening to Amber he looks at everyone "Chicken and chicken breast good for dinner. Danielle send a text to Jazz to come over".
"Did she just pull chicken from the freezer?" blink Maddie hearing Amber in the kitchen.
Danny nods "Yea using her pyrokinesis. She can defrost a chicken hell even a turkey or ham in ten seconds" shrug Danny.
Everyone is shocked to hear this. Jack on the other hand chuckles. Maddie nods seeing how useful that is while Danielle floats towards the kitchen to help her mother.
