In the vastness of space, Naruto was sitting on a large tree that he had created on the next planet over as he wanted to be alone.
Things had been hectic after the 4th war and he had learned many things over the years. He was 21 now and gained power that was beyond anyone's comprehension in his world, he was literal monster in flesh.
He had been awakened during the war, where he witnessed things out of a dream. From that day, Naruto knew there was no such thing as enough power. There was no limit in this world. You just hadn't seen the new frontier yet.
Adopting that mindset, Naruto went out with his new powers into the world and grew like an unstoppable force.
He learnt anything he found useful and pushed his body to the limits, not caring for the pain it brought him.
He had been too easy and humane with his body before. The result was the death in the war, if not for the Sage helping them out.
Naruto didn't wish to repeat the same mistakes anymore and grew without holding back. Sasuke had already become second place to him once Kurama decided to work for him but the distance became bigger once the other part of Kurama combined with him. It became even bigger when Naruto started training like a possessed demon.
4 years had passed since the war and he had fought Sasuke many times as practice. He had fought every strong fighter in this world as practice.
He had defeated the new threat that tried to take his Hinata and made him a servant that waited on his command.
He had released Kaguya and beaten her in combat with ease. He fulfilled his dream of peace throughout the world and become a Hokage.
He enjoyed all kinds of things around the world, from foods, sights, clothes, music, people and girls. He had enjoyed girls from all corners of the world and spread his seed to revive the Uzumaki clan as the strongest clan since all children would be his, and he was the strongest.
Those were some casual flings but he also had lovers in Hinata, Ino, Kurotsuchi, Mei, Samui, Kaguya and Tsunade.
They were all pregnant with his children and enjoyed his love life with them. He wasn't the only one to get hitched as the others had also got settled down with their lovers.
Sakura chose Sasuke even after all that, he didn't understand as Sasuke barely cared for more than any other friend and actually cared more for Naruto.
'That guy is definitely gay.' That was Naruto's opinion on his spiritual brother so he made sure to change that possibility by feeding him some magical Viagra and throwing Karin into the room to enjoy the experience.
Regardless of their sexual story, Naruto's had created a legend.
12 years of concentrated lust was a strong thing and Naruto moved like storm throughout the nations, having an experience with good looking and strong women.
Naruto went for girls that he knew first and then for the unknowns, he was a living legend so there was no end of them.
Everyone got a try and he managed to make a new legend about himself in the lands that no one had ever created.
But once he was finished, Naruto realized that he had left an ocean of women and future kids across the globe.
Everything was going well but Naruto wished to explore more of this world. Now that the cage had been opened, he didn't want to chain himself to his planet.
He told his lovers he was going out and will come back in a few years. He made a wood clone and used seals on it so that it could survive on nature energy.
This way he would always be with them and enjoy his adventure. He could get the memories when he returned. He planned to come back by the time his child was 2 years old.
He was really scared of taking care of a child in his state as it might die with a single mistake.
Naruto put Konohamaru as the new Hokage and before leaving, he also gave orders to help the women he had impregnated since it was his duty to rebuild the clan.
"Well world, I won't be seeing you for a long time hopefully." Naruto muttered as he used the new technique that he had made, basing it on Kaguya's powers.
Naruto had finally mastered this technique and even the skills of his mother to inherit the legacy of the Uzumaki clan. It was hard but he finally made improvements on the skill and created Level 3 of Hiraishin, which made a portal to another world.
The tri pronged Kunai spun in mid air and portal appeared between them, it was similar to level 2 and only difference was the location.
Naruto looked towards home one more time and then flew through it.
In another world, a place filled with aliens and beings stronger than Naruto's world. It was a world where beings on the level of the Otsutsuki lived in droves. It was world where beings that could wipe out stars existed. It was world where beings that made the Solar system look like a toy existed.
In this world Naruto arrived above the sky on earth. It was a simple planet with weak beings in this dangerous universe.
On this simple planet there were only few powerful beings that could destroy all of the ninja in Naruto's world except Juubidara, Toneri, Sasuke, Kaguya and Hinata.
That was only their current state of power, in the future who knows what can happen.
Regardless of the strength, the world was very weak on average and it only had few strong fighters from what he sensed.
Naruto floated in the blue sky with the blue sea under him where he could see a tiny island with two houses.
But his attention was on three individuals, two men and one woman.
The woman had a beautiful appearance with the right curves and the right size of assets. She had long silky black hair tied into a ponytail and she wore a blue Qi pao, while her partner was a handsome and lean muscled man with spiky black hair.
He wore a red jacket and black shirt with black pants that were flexible for combat. He wore black shoes and had a red staff on his back.
The last man had very long hair like Madara except this guy didn't look fabulous and lacked the aura of dominance.
He wore some alien armor and scouter. What stood out about him was the tail tied around his waist. Naruto understood that the man was an alien.
He could understand what they were saying because of his universal language ability gained from the Sage or he would have to learn it or read people's mind and use his telepathy.
The man was called Goku and the woman was his wife, Chi Chi. The man was an enemy that wanted Goku to destroy the world but Goku wasn't interested.
The man called Raditz was a genocider from a race called Saiyan and Goku didn't want him to live anymore to cause damage to other living beings.
Naruto could sense his suppressed aggression as Goku let Chi Chi fight Raditz since the man wasn't strong enough to be a challenge for him.
Raditz lacked skill and was just a baboon in his eyes.
Chi Chi was weaker than Raditz in pure power but she was fast as him and her skills were higher than him. Her strikes utilized Ki in the same way that Hinata did and she was targeting the pressure points.
Every move from Raditz was dodged or redirected while every hit from her hand caused Raditz intense pain while his body was getting shut down.
It was forcing him to waste energy on unlocking the pressure points and causing his insides to slowly break down.
But it didn't take long for him to go berserk as he launched multiple attacks toward Kame House before charging up a stronger attack.
Goku moved at the speed that could only be called as one third of light and destroyed the attacks with ease before closing the distance and cutting of Raditz head with a single knife hand.
Using telekinetic ability, Goku had the body float as he decided to at least give him a proper burial as he was supposed to be his brother.
He didn't feel anything for the man as he had never met him before. He was the guardian of earth and had taken an oath to destroy any force that tried to harm this beautiful world.
The man had threatened his home, his friends, his wife and child. He had gone too far at all fronts and there was no chance of survival for him as he was scum.
"Subarashi" Naruto exclaimed as he saw the power of the man. He was trying to hide it but Naruto's senses were on another level. He could sense the life force everything around him and from there he could easily tell people who had a powerful body.
Goku was now officially the physically strongest person he had met. Kaguya, Sasuke, Hinata and Toneri were all stronger than him because of their speed and special abilities but maybe this man also had abilities to boost himself.
He was not using chakra but Ki, the physical aspect of chakra. Naruto could sense his soul energy that was untapped and if he wanted, he could let the man grow stronger instantly by giving him excess to his soul.
Goku was surprised by the sound of Naruto's voice as he hadn't sensed anything in the vicinity and he just appeared like a ghost.
It was because Naruto's was now very close to Nature and his presence was mixed with it. It was now almost impossible to distinguish from nature so he was completely invisible to the senses of others unless they also had the ability to interact with nature.
He was surprised but didn't let it affect him negatively as he was always combat ready from his vast experience through childhood to adulthood. Looking at Naruto, Goku didn't feel any animosity or threat.
The man had no intention to fight and was giving of a happy aura.
"Hello stranger, who are you?" Goku relaxed and asked in a courteous tone as he stood in front of Chi Chi. He used to be a wild boy but that had been a long time ago. He had learned from Chi Chi and Bulma over time, and become a responsible adult with at least basic manners and knowledge.
He had given into the desires of Chi Chi as he liked her and Bulma was a friend that was helping him with his training.
It was because of her super computer that his martial skill had transcended to another realm and he was now undoubtedly the best martial artist on earth.
"I am a visitor from afar on a journey to explore new frontiers, you can call me Naruto." Naruto introduced himself in a friendly tone as he appeared behind him and placed his hand on his shoulder before appearing above him again with a grin on his face.
Goku didn't need to be told that he met someone with kind of personality. That was the expression of challenge. Naruto was challenging him by flexing his speed in front of him.
It got his blood excited. For many years he had only fought Piccolo as his rival but it got dull always beating him. The other guys also didn't want to fight him anymore. They were just lazy guys lacking youth.
Now he had finally found a real opponent once again and his instincts cried out with a desire to fight. No matter what happened, Goku would always be a battle maniac. He lived for conflicts.
The speed was faster than his full speed but what about strength. What about his skills? Goku was very much curious with his new friend.
"I know this might be too sudden, but are you looking for a fight?" Goku muttered as he indicated for Chi Chi to go back.
She looked at him and nodded as she flew back with a satisfied smile. Chi Chi was living a happy life with Goku as he made improvements for the sake of the family.
She also grew powerful to stand by his side as Goku loved fighting. He wanted to make her happy so she also wanted to make him happy.
They were one of the richest people on earth because of the money she invested into business with the help of Bulma and had no need to work.
But they lived a simple life away from the hubbub of the city where they could enjoy nature and train without a problem.
She knew that Goku had been bored for a time since his rival had disappeared for two years now after a continuous string of losses.
Now he was confronted by a foe with a similar personality and speed beyond anything they had seen.
'But dear will win in the end.' Chi Chi was confident as she knew her Goku would rise like the phoenix and grow stronger with defeat.
It wasn't a secret or anything and they had known about it for a decade now. It wasn't hard to notice that Goku grew in power after getting defeated and healed.
It depended on the enemy he fought and the threat presented. It stimulated the body and it grew to fight against it.
Of course it wasn't invincible since the foe could directly kill Goku or he was too strong for Goku to adapt to at this stage. Goku would also need to physically train his body to ready it for such transformations or uncontrolled increase in power would cause his genetic breakdown.
It was the reason they were careful about it and Goku didn't like such a manner of gaining strength. He wished to grow through hard work and proper battles.

I made a mistake last time with Naruto power level and in my writing. I was trying to expand on the dbz world but i did an half ass job about it.
Now here we are going to expand on many things and I will add villains from Marvel and add the Otsutsuki.
I will also make all dbz stronger with real skills. Hax and stuff since Dbz really lacked those things a lot.
DBZ has the speed problem. It was never up to the level of their power so I decided to fix that problem and just made them faster.
Naruto is the mc but other characters will also grow. Heroes and villains.
Goku will be his rival and they will continue to challenge each other. They will also fuse and such. So you can say Naruto is in place of Vegeta.
I will expand on all the villains and go through the plot in a completely different manner.
Naruto in the last movie was planet level and you can watch the movie to check. Its not because of Toneri's laser. It's because of the barrier Naruto actually destroyed. the Tensaigan barrier would survive the moon getting destroyed and Naruto used half Bijuu Sage mode rasengan on it, not even six paths mode on it. From there you can see that Naruto at full power should be at least planet level.
His speed was light speed from the war arc already so it should have also grown and in the novels adult naruto in base while sick dodged photon lasers, meaning even when weakened to the lowest point he was faster than light.
Here Naruto has trained harder than Canon and is much more knowledgeable so he is large planet level at full power.
It won't be cake walk story and all heroes would be challenged with dangerous foes. Freeze, Cell, androids, vegeta, Buu, Dormammu, Galactus and many more will challenge them.
