A/N-1: This story came to me after reading a story called "I Am a Child of This House" and it inspired this story. Naruko is not the daughter of Minato and Kushina but Kushina and a King from the West. Minato will have his own child but her mother passes away. Expect a bit of bashing but nothing major. Just Danzo's shifty ways and Sasuke's arrogance. This short prologue is a quick and rushed world building for the West and East. Lastly and I know it will come. I will only capitalize someone or something when first introduced, after it won't be so don't complain.
Promised Princess
Firstly the Land of Ancestors existed with everything of myth and legends. For Example dragons, elves, witches, nymphs, demons and so forth in the west. Also humans in the east but both sides were neutral to one another. The Gods being Kami, Yami and several others Gods stayed out of things but that changed when the Otsutsuki arrive from another reality. At first only Kaguya showed herself to the people and met Tenji, while the other Otsutsuki. Momoshiki, Kinshiki, Urashiki, and several others waged war on the western half of the land but were overwhelmed by the Dragon Goddess Ophis and her Mate Shishio Kiriyu but also known as the Great Red. Urashiki was killed by Shishio and Momoshiki with his Kinshiki escape back to the east. Momoshiki forces a pregnant Kaguya to consume the Shinju Fruit, after corrupting the people of the east to fear and control her.
Kaguya becomes the Usagi no Megami and is worshiped by the people but Momoshiki influences her to use Infinite Tsukuyomi to combat the western lands and create more powerful fruits. Kaguya goes through with this but Shishio intervenes and shields most of the west from Infinite Tsukuyomi at the cost of his life. Ophis in her grief uses her power to sequester herself and those loyal to her and shishio in another dimension. Momoshiki attacks the western lands, while Kaguya births her sons Hagoromo and Hamura but this causes her to regret going along with Momoshiki. However those that survived Infinite Tsukuyomi worshiped her as a Goddess and this power went to her head.
Time passes as in the Anime for Hagoromo and Hamura with Momoshiki ruling the Western lands with Kinshiki as his bodyguard. When Hagoromo and hamura found out the truth of the world, rebelled and fight their mother. An old enemy appeared the Dragons lead by Ophis and her Son Mitsuomi Kiriyu bellowing their motto. "Ours is Fury!"
Ophis sent Mitsuomi to assist Hagoromo and Hamura, while she and her other dragons fought Momoshiki and Kinshiki. Kaguya became the Jubi as in canon but the arrival of the dragons turned the tide, with mitsuomi dealing a crippling blow to kaguya allowing Hagoromo to seal the Jubi within himself. Before being completely sealed kaguya created a being with part of her consciousness and power, not black zetsu but a young silver hair girl. Hagoromo was ready to kill the girl to prevent his mother's resurrection but Mitsuomi steps in to save her. Mitsuomi takes the girl west, where his mother killed both Momoshiki and Kinshiki. However she missed Momoshiki's half-breed son Jigen as his demon mother took them to a new reality.
Months later Hagoromo makes his way west to meet with Ophis and her young son to promote peace but the dragon goddess decides against it, both deciding to use their god like powers to create a massive and unbreakable wall between them. Time passes and both west and east experience changes. Hagoromo spreads Ninshu to the eastern world and Hamura resides on the moon with the Gedo Mazo the husk of the jubi. The west enters into endless wars and times of peace as Ophis and her dragons created a kingdom called Dragonstone, so did the various beings with humans in the west flocking to Dragonstone. Mitsuomi despite looking like a young adult was in fact a small child in terms of dragons lived among humans and traveled to the other territories with Kaguya's remnant at his side now named Isane. Instead filling the remnant with malice and hate, he filled her with compassion and love, so much that the essence of kaguya within isane was cleansed of her hate and merges with isane making her a demigoddess. Isane is kind and gentle but push her too far and Kaguya will emerge.
(Isane will be like Doppio and Diavalo from Jojo part 5).
Time passes for both sides as Hagoromo grew Ninshu and mitsuomi decided to unite the west under one banner and gained allies through negotiation, compromise and fighting if needed but this proved futile as his allies turned on him and some of his fellow dragons. Ophis once again used her powers but this time sending her son and Isane along with younger dragons away to her dimension but putting them all to sleep. Ophis hid herself among the humans and other folks but she spread a rumor to them that one day a Prince who was promised would come to Unite the West.
In the East Jigen returns and influences Indra to rebel and seek only strength, causing the future fights to bring about the Jubi. So he can consume it and finish his Father's work and wipe out the Dragons but mainly the lone son of Ophis.
Again time marches on the east plays out like the anime but west continues its wars and seeing the rise of Acnologia the Dark Dragon King. He rules the west but prophecy of the Prince who was promised reach him and he destroys Dragonstone, killing most of the dragons but ophis, returning to her son. Acnologia continues to rule the west, proclaiming himself the Son of Ophis and the Great Red but her true son and fully grown returns with his wife isane and fellow dragons.
(Mitsuomi's dragon form is King Ghidorah size form KOTM-2019 and can create massive storms like him).
Mitsuomi and acnologia do battle and their battle shakes the west to the foundation, reshaping the land and the people. This causes the folks of the various kingdoms to rise up and overthrow their oppressors. The war lasts off and on for three decades and mitsuomi finally killed acnologia in the lands of the north west, forever dubbed as the Frozen Tomb. Acnologia on his death acknowledges mitsuomi as his equal and killer naming him the true Dragon King and first of his name, before asking him to consume him. With the war finally finished the Gods Yami and Kami descended to greet and bless him. Kami bestowed upon him Luck and Yami blessed him with Knowledge, even allowing angels and dark angels to live among the west. Mitsuomi then set out to rebuild the west and reestablished Dragonstone, naming himself King with his mother's blessing.
The first to join under his banner was the Sorcerer King Ainz Ooal Gown. Ainz saw the power Mitsuomi wielded but also saw the care he showed his people and his enemies that surrendered. Ainz became mitsuomi's Hand of the King but that would evolve in the Shield of the King. The pair spent the next forty years fighting and liberating the kingdoms, slowly creating an Empire. They achieved peace at the beginning of the Shinobi villages in the East. Both were curious about the east and mitsuomi started to makes moves to travel east to see their lives and perhaps help as he had done in the past with Hagoromo and Hamura. Mitsuomi and isane made their way east over the wall, leaving ainz to rule the empire in his stead.
The east had come long way from when he was here last, Ninshu became Ninjutsu and people were relegated to their countries with five nations coming out at the top. Suna in Wind, Kumo in Lightning, Iwa in Earth, Kiri in Water and the largest Konoha in Fire. Husband and wife traveled to each country and many of the smaller ones, learning much but one thing raised the ire of the kaguya in his wife. Hagoromo had risen to a God for stopping the Jubi and bringing peace, while Kaguya was a vilified. Kaguya nearly surfaced in Isane but mitsuomi kept her from breaking free. The pair continued their travels but soon returned west as the First shinobi war started.
Time passed and a new generation rose in the empire isane gave birth to two children named Mitsukuni and Yukiko. Ophis blessed her grandchildren and retreated to Frozen Tomb to watch over it and enjoy the silence. Ainz had a son with his wife Albedo named Diablo, who becomes rivals with mitsukuni. Mitsuomi took a second wife name Irene Belserion a young dragon and eventually had a daughter name Erza Scarlet, being a pure dragon unlike her older siblings. Erza could take a dragon form, while her sibling gained dragon scales on their bodies but each had dragon partners.
Mitsuomi would often travel to the East and they were embroiled in war but he did return with a third wife named Yoruichi Shihouin from Lightning and her adopted daughter Shaolin or Soifon. Mitsuomi used his magic and Youki to turn both into Yokai. Yoruichi into a Nekoshou and Soifon into a nekomata Yokai.
Time continued to pass and the Empire continued to evolve with a Renaissance of ideas and modern amenities, even opening trade with the east as the Third Shinobi War started.
Mitsuomi had traveled east once again and could feel a darkness under the surface but could never pinpoint its source. However in his travels he met a spirited young woman named Kushina Uzumaki and a trusted friend Minato Namikaze. Mitsuomi was actually drawn into the war as Kumo and Iwa shinobi mistook him for a Konoha shinobi.
He earned the name Breaker of Chains and Tamer of Beasts as he defeated the Jinchuriki of the Gobi and Yonbi of Iwa. However many in Konoha viewed him like Kushina as outsider but more so when he revealed he was from the West but leaving out he was the King. Kushina and minato did not shun him like many in Konoha, endearing both him as friends and soon lovers with kushina. She told him she was the Jinchuriki of the Kyubi no Kitsune but mitsuomi noticed the seal was turning her into a Kyubi Yokai. This shocked kushina but mitsuomi told her she would have a place in the West should she need. Mitsuomi soon confessed to both that he was a dragon and his titles in the west, shocking both. Both were impressed that mitsuomi didn't brag about his titles and was just and fair ruler of his Empire. Eventually minato was named Yondaime Hokage and Kushina became mitsuomi's wife, before announcing she was pregnant but by this time she was full kitsune yokai. However tragedy would strike and separate father and child.
