When you allow yourself a good Friday's night sleep into Saturday and almost sleep past the deadline for this prompt XD

But no worries, before I slept, I had this idea! *w*

"Come on, You. Are you ready?" Tsushima Yohane (not Yoshiko), guided two of her gloved fingers over her ebony sleeves up to the cuffs, admiring the intricate designs and nostalgic rouge pink for she has not worn this particular dress for years now.

You, on the other hand, was not as enthusiastic as she had her innocent and pretty sapphire hues trained to the ground, head down, fingers plucking at each other as her werewolf ears drooped.

Yohane raised a perplexed eyebrow at her partner. "Still worried?"

"That's because…" You raised her head slightly, puppy eyes trained at Yohane whose wings that reflected a night sky on a quiet starry night shifted, spreading wider than most days; the Fallen Angel was clearly raring to go outside.

"You, you're worrying too much." Yohane steps closer to place a gentle hand over You's head, rubbing, patting those addictive ash-grey tresses and loving how You's furry ears raised in response to the touch.

"B-But..!" You pulls away leaving Yohane to feel lonely away from the warmth of You. "What if someone notices and…and realizes that these are real ears." You made her wolf ears twitch.

"And!" You lifted her fluffy tail into her arms, hugging it protectively. "My tail and canines!"

Yohane stared a second longer than necessary at You's tail that was already fluffy soft as fluffy soft goes, but the view of the worrying werewolf hugging her tail with teary eyes and baring those sweet fangs…The sight made the Fallen Angel think it would not be too bad to stay home to indulge in You.

But it was not every day they could strut outside freely in their natural form. Yohane was not going to let it pass them.

"No one. And I mean no one. Will be able to guess that I'm a Fallen Angel and you a strong werewolf, You. Not on my watch. Not on this night. The humans are all playing dress-up. We'd blend in." Yohane smirks as she reaches out a hand for You to take.

You takes a deep breath, letting go of her tail for it to sway back and forth on its own, pursing her lips, she puts her hand in Yoshiko's. "Promise?"

"Promise." The Fallen Angel smiles as they head outside.

Overlooking the town filled with an orange glow from the candles and lightbulbs alike lighting their pumpkin heads and other Halloween décor, Yohane spreads her arms wide, a huge smug smile unfading as she feels freedom with her onyx wings spread majestically.

You who has been watching could not help but be instilled with confidence that the night would be safe and a little fun with her Fallen Angel.

"It's a festival for us, You!" The Fallen Angel announces and the duo stride into the neighbourhood of dressed up mortals and decorated buildings for the occasion; an event Yohane adored and desire for it to help You open up to being herself.

For now, she is simply content with You holding her hand as her ears twitch nervously while the werewolf's fluffy, long-tail swished from side to side excitedly.

Tonight is date night.

There's an unspoken setting of Werewolf!You being kind of traumatized by how she got separated from any family she could have when humans found them living amongst them and attacked them when she was young.

And Fallen Angel Yohane got more years on You. So, she's more mature. But to put things simply, Yohane found a cute whimpering puppy, brought her in, took care of her and it turned out to be a really cute werewolf that she fell in love with so… Now Yohane does whatever she can to help You be more confident outdoors ^w^

Indoors, You is more peppy and energetic and flirty with Yohane.

But hey! It's a short! So this is what we get XD
