Merlin, a young man from Ealdor who's been bearing the weight of having magic ever since he was born, is suddenly sent away from his childhood home by his mother Hunith with little to no warning, his destination: the Kingdom of Camelot. My first attempt at Whumptober 2021, and crikey, I'm already late! Expect 31 stories around the next 5 weeks or so with plenty of Arthur whump, Merlin whump, knight whump, and some magical potions and things.
