AU-I don't own the Harry Potter series that honor belongs to J. K. Rowling also as a side note really hate child abuse I don't like to think about it but it will be mentioned in the first part just wanted to state that

Harry Potter the boy-who-lived, the boy praised for his defeat of the last dark lord, was now 4 years old, and was very bloody and bruised bleeding in a cupboard under the stairs. Unlike most children Harry was much more mature for his age and a lot smarter than his 'guardians' gave him credit for and to those that saw him as special didn't truly know how special as Harry had a tie to ancient magic something most wizards spend their entire life trying to understand and access and tonight being Harry's birthday and his emotional state being so incredibly high his magic answered his wish on this night the night of his birth and that wish was 'I want to know what I am' a wish more easy to grant than one would think and as Harry slept a sudden loud crack was heard and he was gone

(few hours later)

Garrick Ollivander was someone who prided himself on being an early morning person the first to open in Diagon Alley and his craft of wand making and his knowledge of wands and their wielders more likely to remember a wand than a person or remember a person solely on their wand, there were few he remembered by face and looks alone, but the boy in the alley who was unconscious and bleeding who he immediately recognized due not to his scar but due to him having his father's face and his mother's eyes

(1 hour later)

"Truly remarkable" Ollivander said as he looked at the boy resting in a small bed he had on the back seeing him heal himself at great pace 'his wounds were life-threatening he surely would've died if not for that' he thought to himself as he was somewhat angered that someone would insult something a sacred and precious as a child by beating them

(next day)

Olivander was currently working on making a new wand when he heard a thumping sound and as he checked and saw Harry still unconscious he figured his mind was playing tricks on him, but then he heard it again and went to investigate 'what have we here' he thought to himself as he listened carefully and soon heard another thud 'the wands' he thought to himself as he looked to the boxes and soon one flew out and went into the direction of a young Mr Potter "curious" he said in excitement as he took out the wand and watched it go over to Harry 'Hmmm I should make a call' he thought to himself thinking there were few he could trust with this

(few hours later)

'I wonder what Olivander could want' Amelia Bones thought to herself as she often visited Olivander as she like to know her wand was in good condition so she visited him every few months and it was a large surprise when she got a letter via owl to meet him

"Ah Ms Bones a pleasure" Olivander said as he offered her a smile

"As always Olivander what is it you needed from me" Amelia asked as his letter while as vague as the man himself seemed rather urgent

Olivander motioned for her to follow him in the back and as she did she saw a slightly wounded child "Olivander you should've brought him to St Mung-" she stopped as she saw him push aside the boy's hair seeing a lightning bolt "is this" she asked not willing to believe it unless she heard it from the man himself

"This is indeed Harry James Potter" Olivander said to him

Amelia was now in a bind as there were many risks with most if not all options that they could take "do you know who did this to him" she asked curiously

"I believe it may have been his relatives" Olivander said as he heard Harry talk in his sleep

"This is serious Olivander very" Amelia said as she could run through certain channels and use certain methods to find out what exactly was happening "I'll go through the muggle channels and find out exactly where he lives" she said as she was head of her department for a reason "is he in any danger" she said looking at the boy

"None that I can tell he is healing rapidly and has yet to wake" Olivander said to her

"I'll see if I can find a healer or someone I can trust to look him over." Amelia said as she left to do some research

(2 hours later)

'This was very simple' Amelia thought to herself as it seemed very easy to find Harry's address 'remember Bones get them to run their mouths' she thought as many people did themselves in by running their own mouth 'slowly build to Harry and determine their status of relationship' she thought to herself 'if I remember right this woman's name is Petunia' she thought as she was head girl when Lily was in the earlier years of Hogwarts and despite the separate houses the girls got along foundly

The auror soon when up to the door of 4 Pivet Drive and a rather horse like woman answered 'how is she related to Lily' she thought to herself "excuse me Mrs….Dursley" she said as she read the mailbox "I am here with an educational offer for you" she said as she was going to discuss children

"Oh please step right inside" Petunia said to her

Amelia stepped inside and noticed the house was rather plain 'no pictures of Harry' she thought seeing no pictures of the boy on any of the vast pictures there 'nothing yet ok need to bring up children' she thought needing to trip Petunia up somehow "well Mrs Dursley how many children live here exactly" she asked her

"Oh just my little Dudleykins" Petunia said lovingly in a motherly tone

"No one else" Amelia said feigning ignorance

"No" Petunia said in a positive tone

"Well it was under my impression you have a nephew one Harry James Potter" Amelia said waiting for a reaction and got one as the woman's face turned sour

"That frea-boy is nothing but a ruffian you should pay more mind to Dudley." Petunia said with a strained smile

Amelia had hints but nothing concrete on what Harry's life was like here she needed to find something. "May I have some tea?" she asked her needing a moment to look around not wanting to be seen

"Just a moment." Petunia said leaving to the kitchen

'C'mon has to be something Harry had blood on his clothing' Amelia thought looking around wondering if there was evidence upstairs and as she went by she noticed something a cupboard under the stairs but that's not what caught her attention at the bottom of the the door she saw a trail of blood small but noticeable to the trained eye, she felt a lump in her throat and her stomach tie into a knot as she soon opened the door with a lock using a simple spell and saw bloody sheets and a small sign that said 'Harry's room'

"What are you doing?!" Petunia yelled before Amelia stunned her

"You are terrible." Amelia said as she made a call to a friend on the phone

(few hours later)

"This is horrifying." Andromeda Tonks nee Black said as Amelia called her and came to this address and was very horrified having a child of her own and seeing how many of the Blacks of her family treat children with abuse made this all sickening to her "and I thought my family was bad" she said to Amelia

"We have a few options here." Amelia said to her

"You can hide his name Ministry often leaves many if not all blanks in their case files regarding names." Andromeda said as she was a lawyer and a Black knowing the game of politics well "You can leave the name out of your report, but these people need to be punished" she said as Dorea Potter nee Black was kind to her and Sirius given they were the metaphorical 'Black' sheep of the family but she took them in and helped them however she could and that woman was Harry's grandmother so she would die long before she ever soiled that bond of love and kindness

"Any suggestions?" Amelia asked her

Andromeda was so very glad her husband was a muggle born wizard and that he watched a lot of movies and television and the fact her magic family were such divents and manipulators was why she knew exactly what to do "I need a few things hold for a moment" she said as she apparated away

Amelia waited stunning Petunia again really hoping it hurt each time she got up and fell and hit the floor

"I'm back." Andromeda said as she had a long list of papers

"What is that" Amelia asked curiously knowing the woman wasn't one to waste time

"Papers for guardianship." Andromeda said to her "James Potter was my distant relative a second cousin I am Harry's closest family by muggle law he can stay with me through the magical system we're screwed as many families especially the ones in Wizengamot" she said to her

Amelia wished she could say differently but her friend was right

"We need a guardian signature." Andromeda said as they looked to the woman who regained consciousness.

"Sign these. You don't want Harry then sign them." Amelia told her

Petunia looked shocked by that and read the papers and signed each and every one

"Pet I'm home!" a loud annoying voice said

"Vernon I have terrific news the boy is leaving!" Petunia said happily as they cheered and celebrated

"Where is Harry?" Amelia said wanting to know how bad these people were.

"Oh who bloody cares boy could be dead for all I care and now he's your problem you freaks." Vernon said seeing their wands

Both women had little to no problem stunning them both.

"Ok time to do my family proud." Andromeda said as she picked up the phone and placed her wand to her throat as she called the polic. "Hello" she said in a small raspy boy voice "please help me my names Harry Potter and my Uncle and Aunt have had me locked in the bottom of the stairs they beat me please help I'm at 4 Pivet Drive Surrey" she said leaving the line on as she put the phone down

"I'm not sure weather to be impressed or worried how easy you did that" Amelia said as what they had done wasn't exactly illegal but still questioned many morals

"Be impressed" Andromeda said as they walked out and waited for the cops to show up and soon everything went happily as they were arrested but the cops were searching for Harry "you said he was hurt right I'll take him to the hospital and work from there I'll also file these papers they'll be done quickly" she said as she was going to make sure this child was alright and healthy

(4 hours later)

Andromeda was horrified as she heard the long list of damages done to Harry and also heard this was his first hospital visit as they stuck close to Surrey

"This is terrible" Amelia said as she stuck close by wanting to see this through "they starved him, broke his bones, and tried to ruin his reputation." she said as she did some more digging at a daycare center where Harry and the Dursely's child went and went off as those people never picked up on any signs of abuse when all the red flags were there.

"Amelia how could this happen to children" Andromeda said having seen certain cases that made her want to just vomit her organs out angrily, but seeing this in this depth and having a child of her own thinking if anything like this had happened to her own child she couldn't even fathom it

Amelia was silent as while not a mother herself Susan her niece made her feel like a mother at times and it made her happy

"We still need to talk about this." Andromeda said as she held a wand that was not hers

"Oh bloody Merlin" Amelia said to her "'the wand chose Mr Potter and went to him it's now his' bloody Olivander" she said as this was a problem as while it wasn't a heavy or true law no child has had a wand this early in centuries or if ever

"The wand is his we can't deny him it" Andromeda said knowing her wand lore

"We also can't have him displaying magic" Amelia said as while many magical houses were protected from spell casting there was a limit as even though Andromeda's family was all magic they were still vulnerable to the trace when spells were used unlike magical houses which were usually so private and warded the trace didn't and couldn't find anything.

"I'll figure it out." Andromeda said to her friend

"If you need anything please never hesitate to call" Amelia said as she went to go find a private place to apparate away

(next day)

Andromeda was worried, angry, and sad as Harry had yet to awaken as the doctors told her his body was making up for all the missing resources and was still trying to heal both external and internal 'I should've framed them for other crimes.' she thought, hoping the Dursely's ended up in hell for what they had done. The doctors had him hooked up to IVs and had dosed him to help give him back the nutrients he was missing.

"You look exhausted." a masculine voice which made Andromeda smile "I have the potions you asked for." He told her

"Thanks Ted" Andromeda said to her husband, she had asked him to get some rather elusive potions one could rarely find and was glad he was an excellent potions maker as he excelled in it even by Hufflepuff standards in school

"He looks so fragile" Ted said as he like everyone was in awe at what this boy had accomplished and survived and to see him like this made him remember that this….was still a child who lost so much and suffered as a result of that loss

Andromeda nodded as she took the potions and moved Harry ever so slightly so he was in a position where he'd be comfortable as she slipped him the potions and after each one she waited a few moments knowing better than to pour them into him all at once

"Here he should wake up with this" Ted said handing her a pepperup potion

Andromeda smiled at him and waited a few moments like the other potions

"Nymphadora will be ecstatic" Ted said as their daughter always wanted a sibling and asked frequently that they give her one, which made the parents laugh for various adult reasons

"Oh yes she will" Andromeda said as that was a fact

"I hate to ask but what do you want to do? He does have heritage after all" Ted pointed out, referring to the Potter family as he knew when they were in school about the old families.

Andromeda sighed as even though she was no longer a Black she did teach her daughter and made sure she was prepared for other purebloods and the like and made sure she was well taught "I know little about the Potter's shame I can't access the Black family" she said a little sadly as she had been kicked out the family after choosing Ted and having a halfblood child

"Maybe we can stop at Gringotts one of these days." Ted said to her as even the old families kept their secrets at the vaults

"Maybe" Andromeda said as she felt enough time went by and slipped Harry the pepperup

The boy soon began to stir not knowing where he was.

Andromeda actually prepared for this as she knew there was much to discuss.

(1 month later)

"How is he adjusting" Amelia asked as she thought it was a good idea to give Andromeda some time to herself with her new son

"Very nicely" Andromeda said as that was honesty from the most part as she had been angry learning a few things at what the Dursley's made him do and what they did to him often wanting to go find them and do things that would make even her convict sister cringe in both fear and disgust "he is so sweet" she said with a smile as he was helpful, kind, loving, and just a good person at heart he literally deserved none of the bad things that happened to him

"And his magic?" Amelia asked as she kept close eyes on the reports for here and in this area and knew there were certain instances

Andromeda passed her a list of what she knew of and recalled

"Apparition?" Amelia asked in surprise as apparating was a hard feat even for accidental magic

"I once thought over how he got to Diagon Alley into Olivander's care this was the only conclusion" Andromeda said to her

Amelia had little room to argue as the woman's detective skills were on point most if not all times

"I wonder if I should demand royalties for Harry" Andromeda said as she looked at a book of Harry which was entirely fiction

"If you do he'll be even richer." Amelia said as those books sold like hot cakes "I mean going out and slaying werewolves and dragons he only four." she said as the stupidity of some people "does he know" she asked the more pressing issue

"He knows about magic but not much on the other things" Andromeda said to her as even Nymphadora didn't know

"I don't blame you where does one even begin with his origins." Amelia said as she had a similar issue with Susan not telling her how her parents died just that they passed

"I'm taking him to Gringotts in a week maybe take him out to show him around Diagon Alley" Andromeda said wanting to show Harry some of his heritage

"Wear a cloak" Amelia said as Harry needed to be hidden for as long as possible to avoid many problems his fame would bring

(1 week later)

Andromeda knew it was in her best interest to be polite to the goblins as they were of ascertain breed that was based on respect and often returned the respect given to them and she was on goodish terms with the goblins unlike most purebloods

"What can I do for you today" the goblin said to her

Andromeda brought Harry forward "I think this may answer some things" she said revealing his lightning bolt scar

The goblin nearly fell off his seat seeing the scar and decided to do this in a more private setting

"Nice to meet you sir" Harry said to the Goblin when they were in private and extended his hand

The Goblin smiled and shook his hand "may your riches pour as the blood of your enemies." he said to Harry

"I'm sorry he has yet to be educated on certain customs let alone goblin ones" Andromeda said explaining the lack of response from Harry's confusion

"He's young" the Goblin said in understanding accepting that as Harry was a child

"May we see his vault?" Andromeda asked simply

"I'm just going to guess no key" the Goblin said knowing the woman was smart not to waste his time

Andromeda shook her head as he left and returned with a bowl and he pricked Harry's finger. "I thought you needed more blood for keys?" She asked curiously

"Eh that's more for the blood that was shed in the wars." The goblin explained as it was one thing to bleed a wizard but a wizard child was a bit much even for them. "If you want seeing as this boy had done us a favor we could do the other tests for him" he asked her curiously

Andromeda nodded immediately as Goblin test for almost everything entitled to a wizard from lordship to bloodline and family ties

"Sorry young one but we need a touch more blood" the Goblin said as these tests required the blood normally drained so he used the same wound he cut earlier squeezing out more blood

(10 minutes later)

"Mr Potter is an heir for many noble houses, Mrs Tonks." The Goblin said handing her a list

Andromeda was curious when he said many and soon her blood ran cold as she read the list as the list went 'Gryffindor-Paternal line, Slytherin-Maternal line, Hufflepuff-Paternal line, Ravenclaw-Maternal line, Potter-Paternal line, Black-Paternal line, Peverel-Paternal line' the list said 'I can understand the Potter, Black, and even the Peverel but the founders themselves' she thought as there were few that could claim that, the Smiths for Hufflepuffs and the Blacks for Sytherin and a few other families here and there 'Lily Evans was of the Slytherin line and the Ravenclaw line' she thought as that seemed insane mostly because of Slytherin

"We at Gringotts have had many good relations with these families barring the Blacks." The Goblin said sending her a knowing look that she knew all too well as her family did have a reputation which she had seen and been on the receiving end of

"This is far more dangerous than anything I have ever dealt with." Andromeda said as it was best to keep this a secret

(few months later)

"I swear Andi you have been working on this for months." Ted said as Andromeda had been doing research to rights and powers Harry would have as heir to those houses

"I'm sorry Ted it's still just so perplexing" Andromeda said to him

"Yeah but what can you do" Ted said to her as it was awesome to think Harry had the blood of the lady of his house in Hogwarts

"I'm still trying to figure out how he is heir to my former house." Andromeda said to him

"I thought his grandmother was a Black." Ted asked curiously

"She was but there are a few Blacks that would be considered heir before Harry" Andromeda said as her sisters were some

"Well who was heir before Harry" Ted asked curiously

"...Sirius Black" Andromeda said simply seeing him wince at the mention "Sirius had no close blood connection to James but did to me and my sisters hell they'd have been chosen as heir." she said to him

"Why not ask Amelia?" Ted offered and iea to her as Amelia was head of her department.

"That may be for the best" Andromeda said as she decided she'd get some rest.

(next morning)

Andromeda slept peacefully feeling nice and warm and comfortable embracing sleep….and was soon woken up by a scream from her daughter who came rushing in

"Mom dad you need to see this" Nymphadora said sounding over the moon

The parents looked at each other and both shook their fists

"Damn it" Andromeda said as she had scissors to Ted's rock and followed their daughter and soon saw Harry….with pink hair "please for the love of bloody everything tell me you didn't dye his hair?" She asked her daughter almost pleadingly.

"No look" Nymphadora said as she stood next to Harry and both their hair started changing from one color to the next "he's like me." she said jumping in joy

Harry snickered as he began to make his hair change multiple colors like a rainbow

"Okay you can stop now" Andromeda said as it was enough when her daughter did it

(few months later)

Harry was incredibly happy as today was his birthday and he was with the people he loved and gave him genuine happiness

"Having a happy birthday little brother?" Nymphadora asked as she rubbed his head making him smile

Andromeda watched happily seeing Harry enjoy his birthday as she sat and drank with Amelia. "Your niece is certainly attached to my son." she said to him

"I noticed." Amelia said with a slight chuckle "ah puppy love" she said as they got along fantastically and it certainly helped that Harry was a gentleman "How are his lessons coming along?" she asked as Andromeda was teaching him about the pure blood antics

"He's certainly his parents child he takes to them like it's second nature" Andromeda said as he learned much but was like his father and mother in personality just so much goodness

"I pity you when he learns how to become a animal like his father." Amelia said as she was in on the secret as Lily did tell her but was sworn to secrecy as was Andromeda as she was in the order and had seen some things of James.

"Oh yes those times he'd poke his head in as his animal form to scare me never got old" Andromeda said rolling her eyes as she remembered watching over Lily when she was pregnant and once coming in the house seeing a deer in the living room which was certainly a shock.

"Let's just hope his is manageable" Amelia said as she was being very serious

"Oh how I pray the fates to be that kind." Andromeda said mostly to herself

The two women shared a chuckle as they enjoyed their drinks

"Did you think about what I asked you?" Andromeda said to her friend

"Please Andi drop it, it's not a safe place and you're going to see him." Amelia said to her friend

"I don't really have a choice" Andromeda said to her "it's not only my family but Harry's as well and he's the only one that can take me back into the family." she said to her "I need….I need to go to Azkaban" she said to her

"Fine" Amelia said with a defeated sigh

"Thank you" Andromeda said to her

(next day)

Andromeda took a deep breath and readied her wand getting the ok from the guards to enter and kept her eye on the dementors ready to cast her patronus

"Well lookie here?" a crazed cheerful voice said seeing Andromeda

"Hello sister" Andromeda said seeing her little sister Bellatrix in rags and in her cell

"Glad to see you can still remember who I am" Bellatrix said before gaining a disgusted look "how is your mudblood and your little muddy baby" she said to her.

Andromeda went to her sister's cell and reached past the bars and slammed her sister's head on the bars and wasn't letting go "let me be as clear as possible Bella" she said looking her dead in the eyes "make any further comments about my family and you will die" she said to her "my husband, my daughter, and my son are not to be touched am I clear" she said as her voice was serious

"Ha, ha, still got mom's temper I see" Bellatrix said as she then picked up on something "another baby great another half blood" she said rolling her eyes despite her head being pressed against the bars

"He's not mine, I adopted him" Andromeda said

"Oh great a mudblood or worse oh please don't tell me you adopted a muggle" Bellatrix said in her whiny tone of voice

"That is none of your concern bitch" Andromeda said letting her go and walked away and mentally berated herself for revealing she had another child

"Better tell that child to be afraid when the Dark Lord returns Andi! There will be no place for them in our world!" Bellatrix screamed from her cell

Andromeda ignored her continuing to move to her destination

(A few floors up)

Andromeda stopped in front of a cell seeing Sirius and was surprised by how….good he looked compared to the other prisoners minus her sister as this place was basically made for her

"Andi… is that you?" Sirius said seeing his cousin "the hell are you doing here?" he asked in concern

Andromeda was surprised by his tone as it was the same as the last time she saw him and remembered the boy who became the man the last time she saw him "hello Sirius I have come with a request." she said gaining a professional tone

"Andi I hate professionalism when it can be ignored get to the bloody fucking point please" Sirius said in a rather bored tone

"I need to be welcomed back into the Black family" Andromeda said to him

"Why you disliked it as much as I did as a child" Sirius asked with a raised brow

"I just need it for me and my daughter and someone else" Andromeda said to him

"I Sirius Black welcome Andromeda Tonks nee Black back into the family of house Black and I welcome Nymphadora Tonks into the Black family" Sirius said to her simply

Andromeda was surprised he did that so readily

"I trust you Andi and it'll piss off my mother to boot and who is the last one?" Sirius asked her

"I adopted…. Harry Potter" Andromeda said something telling her she had to tell the truth

"Harry?! He's alive?!" Sirius said in shock as he was worried about him

Andromeda was a good judge of character and emotion and saw genuine concern in Sirius eyes about her son

"Sirius, why are you still sane in here? How is it you got arrested?" Andromeda asked as she felt there was more going on especially when she saw arm where the dark mark was always on but saw no mark

"Oh I have something that the dementors can't take from me….the fact that I'm innocent" Sirius said with a chuckle

"Innocent..." Andromeda said

"Look me in the eyes Andi, you know me I would never raise a hand to Lily or James" Sirius said

"What about Peter?" Andromeda asked with a frown

"Him yes but the bastard is alive. Andi I swear to you he is." Sirius said to her

"If he is alive… then how come you were so easily thrown in here?" Andromeda asked needing details

"They never even gave me a trial And.i" Sirius said

"What? You're from an old Wizarding family and they let that happen? Andromeda asked

"It was fucking Crouch! Andromeda please I am an innocent man I swear to you on our friendship as children" Sirius said to her

Andromeda scowled at this as she knew what Crouch was like with suspected death eaters since his son was put away for helping torturing the Longbottoms

"Please tell me how my godson is" Sirius asked her in desperation

"He, he's happy, Nymphadora taught him how to change his hair color"

Sirius smiled having tears trailed down his eyes

"I need you to accept him into the Black family he needs….certain protections Sirius" Andromeda said to him

"Yes, yes, anything to protect him" Sirius said knowing what she meant as pure bloods were assholes

"Just wait Sirius, I will get you the freedom you deserve" Andromeda said as she walked away

(2 hours later)

"This is….I don't even know." Amelia said as she and Andromeda looked through past arrest and court records and Sirius whole investigation was non existent and Crouch was entirely responsible

"See, I believe Sirius was set up, they looked for a target and they picked him… I bet even for a reason" Andromeda said as Fudge was also involved and he was a coward in her opinion as she knew

"I'll give this my full attention" Amelia said as she needed to do this secretly and work it properly as Fudge was Minister and Crouch was seen as a hero

"Just be careful looking into this, I don't want anything to happen to you" Andromeda said as that was the thing with politics it was like a double edged sword you fuck with something and are likely to be fucked in the process

"Trust me, I will." Amelia said to her "Are you gonna tell Harry?" she asked her as if he is ever hit with meeting the magical world and Sirius was with him

"Maybe when we get Sirius out I need to go see the hellhole that is the Black estate" Andromeda said as she knew the house was old and rickety

"Good luck with that one" Amelia said as she knew that the Blacks were as old and pure blooded as it got and they rarely adapted to the times and even when they did it wasn't always for the best

(next day)

"Jesus Christ this is the Black home?" Ted said as Andromeda brought him over to see it and it looked like a hellhole "Definitely a fixer upper" he said as he examined the house

"We need to move in as quick as possible" Andromeda said to him as she wanted Ted to fix it up as it'd piss off her ancestors

"Well, let's get started" Ted said as he grabbed his wand

"Be careful many cursed items and others of the like Kreacher" Andromeda said as a old house elf appeared

"Blood traitor" Kreacher said to her

"You're one to talk" Andromeda said to him "Kreacher I am guardian of Sirius' current heir Harry Potter grandson of Dorea Potter nee Black" she said as with Harry being Sirius' heir she being his mother she could act in his stead "you will sever all ties with all Blacks besides my family, Sirius, and Harry Potter" she said knowing that Kreacher still answered to her sisters despite them being married off

"As you… command" Kreacher said as he grumbled

"I understand" Kreacher said

"Now… let's get started cleaning this place up" Ted said

"You're going to… help me?" Kreacher asked surprised

"Yep" Ted said as he thought this'd be much faster with Kreacher's assistance

"Thanks… I guess" Kreacher said grumbling

"What the fuck was your family into?" Ted said to Andromeda as he saw a lot in this house

"To be honest I have no clue" Andromeda said to him "what did you do with all the cursed items" she asked him

"Locked box in the basement and it's magically protected" Ted said as he wanted it safely away from his children

"This place is… starting to look like it did in the beginning… before hell broke loose" Kreacher said to them

"My family will call my for head a muggle reconstructing the house" Andromeda said with a chuckle as the husband and wife laughed together

Kreacher had the faintest of smiles on his face seeing the house newly made as Regulus always wanted to change his home

"You better fucking be right about this I swear this is a dumb plan." Andromeda said to Amelia

"We need a distraction and a celebrity to get Fudge's attention the parasite will immediately suck up" Amelia said to her

"Know any celebrities?" Andromeda asked before her eyes widened "no" she said in realization

"He's perfect young and people are gonna find out eventually it'll be better if we do it on our terms and it'll help Sirius" Amelia said to her

"... I hate when you make sense" Andromeda said as this was gonna be asinine

"Here you'll have Susan and Nymphadora get them candy and the like" Amelia said as they needed to keep this as natural as possible

"Fine" Andromeda said as she took off

(1 hour later)

"Harry? Are you in here?" Andromeda said as she poked her head in his room only to see something underneath the blanket of his bed and it moved which made her curious

She walked over picking the blanket up before gasping as… what looked to be a little creature was on Harry's bed as it looked completely like a lion having pure gold fur but the stripes made her identify it more easily, she jumped in surprise as it looked at her

She picked it up off the bed and looked at it before leaning closer to look at it's face and soon saw pure green eyes "Harry?" she asked in surprise as he licked her face and purred "Oh Merlin" she groaned as his tail tickled her face "you are so very lucky you are cute" she said petting him hearing him purr more "change back we'll talk about this later we are going for candy" she said and was not surprised when she heard loud footsteps and many clumsy falls come to the room and saw her daughter

"Did someone say candy?!" Nymphadora shouted in glee

'For once Umbridge was useful' Amelia thought as there was a gossip in her department and that gossip knew Umbridge so when she heard Harry was in Diagon Alley she told Fudge who rushed to meet him

"Hello Amelia" Andromeda said

Amelia prepared to greet her friend again but saw the animal in Andromeda's hands "That's not who I think it is, is it?" she asked curiously

"He's a Liger" Andromeda said to her

"Where are the girls" Amelia asked her

"With Ted we told them to tell people that Harry is somewhere else" Andromeda said as Harry didn't know how to change back so they had to improvise the plan

"He's not stuck is he?" Amelia asked as she imagined there was a large group in the Alley

"Nope" Andromeda said confident in her husband

"That's good for him, but I more meant Harry" Amelia said scratching the liger's cheek making him pur

"Well he doesn't know how to change back so I'm going to have to do it for him" Andromeda said putting down the large but small for it's age Liger doing a spell as Harry changed back

"Wait here while I do the trial and if you see Fudge coming stall him" Amelia said to her

"Yes ma'am" Harry said in excitement not knowing what was going on

Both women were now concerned as they saw that look in the age of a prepubescent James Potter when he joined Hogwarts.

"Harry I will actually pay you if you do something to the woman in pink who looks like a toad with some troll mixed in." Amelia said very seriously as Andromeda shot her a look

(few minutes later)

"This trial has come to order I am Amelia Bones head of the department of Magical Law Enforcement with the convict know as Sirius Black." Amelia said as she introduced herself as it was literally in her job description to work things like this "Sirius Black you have been brought out of Azkaban for questioning due to your status as a death eater" she said as it was unorthodox but she could call a trial based on certain things and elements "you will be given verita serum so we can question you any objections?" she asked not getting any from the council on both sides of her

"No ma'am." Sirius said to her with a small smile as the ministry supplied the potion

"Is your name Sirius Black?" Amelia asked him getting a yes "Did you attend Hogwarts at the age of 11?" she asked, getting another yes "Were you an Auror?" she asked him getting another yes

The jury all seemed pleased with the responses convinced he was fully under the potion

"Did you kill Peter Pettigrew the night of your arrest?" Amelia asked as it wasn't uncommon to ask about previous crimes

"No, he turned into a rat and fled" Sirius said getting gasps from the audience

"Were you the Potter's secret keeper?" Amelia asked needing to get the hard questions done quick

"No it was Peter Petigrew." Sirius said to her

"Did you kill all those muggles on the night of your arrest" Amelia asked him

"No!... no it was Peter." Sirius said as he got many gasps

"Did you tell Voldemort where James and Lily were?" Amelia said getting many gasps for using his name

"No, it was Peter he was the only other to know." Sirius said

"Ladies and gentlemen of the court we clearly need to revisit the case where Sirius Black was arrested luckily I have his conviction papers and will read them to you" Amelia said glad this was a common thing as criminals previous crimes were always brought up in court

(with Andromeda)

"I'm not sure whether to be proud or disturbed you can do this." Andromeda said as Harry booby trapped the hallway and even went on the wild side and left a huge puddle on the floor "You really need to stop hanging out with your sister" she said as she knew Nymphadora taught him some spells

"Probably proud considering I can keep intruders out." Harry said with a big smile on his face

"Elevator" Andromeda said as they hid in the stone pathway to the courtroom barely able to hear what was going on

"Minister I do not know how this had happened Bones letting out Black for questioning is sheer lunacy! The man is disturbed, a psychotic he should have been given the kiss and not jail." Dolores Umbridge said to Minister Cornelius Fudge

'Keep talking you worthless toady.' Andromeda thought to herself as she hated this woman as much as Amelia

"We can't do anything. She has done everything according to the book. She cannot be touched but she will face repercussions." Cornelius said before they stepped on a tile and confetti was blown up blinding them as they walked.

The two grunted in surprise and confusion before yelling as they fell… landing face first into the 'puddle'

"Did someone spill butterbeer again" Fudge said in anger

"Oh my word minister this is urine!" Dolores said in shock and disgust, getting up but slipping again falling on her ass in the puddle.

"So proud now lets go." Andromeda said as they moved

"Sirius Black it has come to the conclusion that you were illegally put into prison and we have reviewed your case and have concluded you are to be free and compensated for the years you spent in Azkaban and Crouch will be charged fined and all his previous arrests will be looked over have a good day Mr Black you have been cleared of all charges." Amelia said to him

Sirius was freed

"What the devil is going on?! Aurors bring this man back to Azkaban!" Fudge demanded walking in

"Fudge we have looked over Amelia's case and have decided it is the right thing, all evidence is in her case." a member said

"Also Minister, Rita Skeeter had already left and witnessed the trial." Amelia said as Rita had been used to witness certain cases and she hadn't done one in a while and with how this was Rita would publish this as this would sell many papers

"Unless you have a problem with this judgement." Andromeda said as she presented the entire trial making a copy of all the regulations and questions asked

Fudge read it over and saw there was nothing he could do and all procedures had been followed to the letter. "Well Mr Black please take my most humble of apologies." he said trying to spin this another way to get a positive light for himself

"I've got my eyes on you Fudge" Sirius muttered as he walked past him and smiled as he had promised Skeeter that if she had given all the credit to Amelia and he'd give her an interview

"Good day." Amelia said smiling as she and Andromeda walked past Fudge

"Hi Harry" Sirius said as he saw his godson

"That's Mr Potter. Hello young man my name is Cornelius Fudge" Fudge said extending him out to the child

"You smell like pee." Harry said as he stepped back pinching his nose

"Perhaps a bath, Fudge." Sirius said covering his nose as well

Fudge blushed in humiliation as everyone saw him and Dolores covered and smelled like urine

"Fudge if you want to talk to my son you will have to discuss it with me" Andromeda said to him

"Ms Black excuse me Mrs Tonks" Doleres said superiorly despite being covered in urine "but Mr Potter is of a noble family and will someday be a part of Wizengamot I think the minister should be involved in helping the young heir. But what truly is curious is why he is with you?" she asked cutely

"You smell lady" Harry said backing up

Amelia had to restrain herself as she laughed hearing him say that

"My son is quite right Dolores. It is certainly unprofessional of someone of your standing to smell and act like this." Andromeda said to her

Dolores looked around before she left silently glaring at Andromeda

As soon as Dolores and Fudge were gone Amelia burst into laughter

"I love you two" Amelia said as she held her stomach

"Definitely his father's son" Sirius said "blunt as all hell." He said laughing

"Sirius all jokes aside you need a damn shower" Andromeda said as her cousin

Sirius raised his arm and smelled himself as Harry covered his nose once more "I do believe I myself may be a little... Ripe." He said with a chuckle

'Sirius Black Freed'

'It has come to our attention that a innocent man went to jail as Sirius Black had been apparently innocent as the real culprit who is not dead was none other than Peter Petigrew, any information on his whereabouts would be greatly appreciated, as difficult as that would be as he is possibly still in the form of a rat, but not only that my fellow readers it has been revealed that Harry Potter The-Boy-Who-Lived was in attendance and is now known as the godson of Sirius Black himself Barty Crouch refused to comment about his part in Sirius' imprisonment and is himself being investigated'

Sirius smiled reading the paper as he decided to stay home for the time being before he went out and about as there were certainly gonna be people who either believed it or didn't, he actually enjoyed his house now glad to spend time with family for once as he and Ted sometimes got drunk and insulted his mother's portrait or let Harry and Andromeda mess with it, he was in awe when he found Harry had became an Animagus and found out he became one by finding and reading his journal Harry found in his old room it filled him with pride knowing one so little could figure it out himself

He then looked up seeing Liger Harry running past him

"Oh come on just one cute cat outfit!" Nymphadora said chasing after him

Harry hissed at Nymphadora as he ran

"Fight it Harry" Sirius said as Lily once did it to him when he was playing with Harry when he was a dog and entertained the boy and didn't see when she put a baby bonnet on his head

"When will she realize she can't catch him?" Andromeda asked him

"Never" Sirius said as that was the curse of the Black family they were all as stubborn as mules "his four legs and her clumsiness she ain't getting anything." He said to her

"Entertaining nonetheless" Andromeda said with a smile

"Disgusting filthy half bloods!" a loud feminine voice shouted.

"Ah I swear that brings me peace whenever they go and piss off my mother." Sirius said as that was music to his ears.

Andromeda rolled her eyes as she returned to whatever she was doing before

(few days later late at night)

Harry stretched his limbs as he went to the bathroom as he needed to use it and as he did he shivered and when he went to the sink he felt the hot water turn cold. He saw the shower curtains rustle as if wind came into the bathroom and as he slowly reached inside and moved it he saw…..nothing and calmed down as he left the bathroom he fell to the floor

A ghostly creature in black robes floating above the ground approached Harry and began to inhale making Harry fall

"The youngest Peverell interesting" a old raspy voice was what Harry heard as the creature made him feel weak "bring me what the cowardly line of your family tried to deny me young Peverell they have all tried to cheat me like cowards I want this to end" the voice said to Harry

"AHHHHHHHH!" Harry screamed as all he felt was terror

Harry's scream woke up the entire house

The creature followed Harry as he tried to crawl away from him trying to escape it an accomplishment all on it's own as most gave up

A flash of white light slammed into the creature making it back off

It turned and saw Sirius standing there "Not my godson, you monster!" he said in pure rage

"Expecto Patronum" Andromeda said as she created a strong mist making the creature back away from Harry

Sirius grabbed Harry when it was distracted and pulled him away from the creature and moved toward Nymphadora and Ted ready to use his Patronus

The dementor had ran away the moment the shield closed it in

"What the fuck happened" Sirius asked as he thought he was done with those things

"I-I got up to use the bathroom, it got so cold and when I turned around…" Harry said panting rapidly

"Bloody fucking frozen" Andromeda said seeing the frozen sink

"I thought we had enchantments over the house. How in the world did a Dementor get in?" Andromeda asked as she held Harry close

"We're warded against a lot but I don't think anyone saw a fucking dementor being a thing we needed to be warded against" Sirius said as it was either cockiness or they didn't see it coming whoever installed the newest wards

"Well someone fix that, oh my dear Harry." Andromeda said as she ran her hands through his hair holding him tight "call Amelia" she said to Sirius.

(1 hour later)

"A dementor is missing from Azkaban and I apologize for this." Amelia said to her as this was not something that normally occurred.

"It… It kept calling me a Peverell." Harry said

"It talked to you?" Amelia, Andromeda, and Sirius said in unison in utter shock. Dementors don't talk. They feed.

"Does he know?" Amelia asked Andromeda being aware of his heir status

"No." Andromeda said kneeling down "Harry what did it say?" she asked as the others got closer

"He said that he wanted what the cowardly line of my family denied him." Harry said to them

"He can't mean us right?" Sirius asked Andromeda said as the Black family did a lot but to deny death

"It just kept talking about Peverells." Harry said

"There were three brothers" Amelia said reminding them of the story

"Just imagining for the moment that the story is true does that mean there are 3 Peverell lines?" Andromeda asked them

"Or just two" Sirius said as there were only 2 lines that mentioned that had any close connection to love and family the middle and the youngest brothers

"So who is the other line?" Amelia asked the million galleon question "Listen we know a dementor is missing and you were attacked." She said as she saw all the signs "I'll make certain….adjustments." she said to them

"Amelia, let me ask you something." Sirius said to her in a serious tone. "The ministry can control dementors and so did you know who. So was this from the ministry or Voldemort?" he asked her

"Fudge and Delores are many things but they wouldn't… would they?" Andromeda asked the two

"I was thrown into jail for bloody idiocy. I don't trust the ministry as that idiocy is probably even higher." Sirius pointed out to them

"I'll make certain political traps and certain protocols" Amelia said as if it was someone in the ministry she'd stop them dead as this dementor was after Harry

"Now let's all, try to get back to sleep." Andromeda said as she saw Harry finish his mug of hot chocolate

She picked him up deciding it'd be safer for him to sleep with her for the night

Sirius transformed as a dog and sitted at the foot of the bed his ears perked up on alert as he was ready if anything came for Harry 'no harm James Lily I promise' he thought thinking of Harry's parents his best friends

Ted and Andromeda had Harry between them keeping him close

(few days later)

Amelia kept a close eye on Harry as she visited as it was still strange to hear a dementor talked to him, she watched him as he seemed to have recovered as he talked to her niece glad that they got along so well

"Ah, starting early I see." Sirius said to her

"Sirius one inappropriate comment and you will be neutered also you need to register" Amelia said to him "I swear was everyone in your group an illegal animagus" she said to him

"Did someone forget to have their coffee?" Sirius said as he walked away

"No, I just don't like it when people with both mange and fleas comment on my nieces' still non existent love life." Amelia said to him

"For the record I've already taken my flea bath" Sirius said to her

"Yet you don't deny the mange" Amelia said to him distastefully

"Just because you dislike dogs doesn't mean you have to take it out on me" Sirius said

"I don't dislike dogs I dislike you and I am a cat person" Amelia said to him

"Ouch" Sirius muttered "explains why you like Harry so much" he said with a smirk as Harry was currently cuddling with Susan as a liger kitten

"He's cute you not so much" Amelia said as he transformed into a dog and started whining "you are not cute that is cute" she said pointing to Susan and Harry still a Liger kitten lying on the floor playing "now go register or I will send you to jail" she said to him

"Fine" Sirius said wanting to get the stuff over with

"Good boy" Amelia said with a smirk

"Aww" Susan said as she heard Harry purr

"So cute" Amelia said with a smile

'5 years old and getting witches before me and his old man' Sirius thought feeling proud

"Bloody hell!" Nymphadora said as Harry was riding a broom like a professional "Harry I demand you get into Hufflepuff and be it's seeker!" she said with a proud smile

"You know it doesn't work like that dear" Ted said to her

"And besides he'll be seeker for Gryffindor" Sirius said proudly

"Hmph" Nymphadora said pouting as Hufflepuff really needed a good seeker

"Just as long as he doesn't end up in Slytherin" Andromeda said as her house at Hogwarts fell in standards especially with the pure bloods and Harry being who he was made him a target both from the good and bad of Slytherin

Kreacher walked over to her "The Greengrasses have arrived ma'am" he told her

"The Greengrasses" Sirius said as they were a pure blood family but chose to remain neutral

"Sounds like a boring talks are coming" Nymphadora said as she laid back in boredom

"Well you won't have to sit through them, you and Harry just have to keep their daughters occupied." Andromeda said to her

"This isn't you playing matchmaker again is it?" Ted asked his wife

"Please" Andromeda said to him "their mother is an old classmate and I thought it'd be nice if we could catch up" she said

"And them having daughters around Harry's age has nothing to do with it" Ted said with a smirk before Andromeda hit him on the head with her newspaper "Ah alright I'm quitting" he said

"Smart move there mate she holds a grudge" Sirius said and winced as Andromeda aimed low when she struck the paper "right in me quaffles Andi!" he said in pain as he grabbed his groin in pain.

"Now, mom, when you say occupy..." Nymphadora said

"You need to stop hanging out with Sirius" Andromeda said wondering where they went wrong

"Was just asking." Nymphadora said

(few minutes later)

"What happened to little Astoria?" Andromeda asked her friend as she had seen the child looked really small and pale for her age

"The curse has stricken her" the mother said with tears

Andromeda knew her history well as did most people in the other families and knew what she was referring to as the Greengrass family had an ancestor that was hit with a Blood malediction "so that's why you came to me." she said simply

"We heard that the Black Family had knowledge of curses and thought there could cure of this" The father said to her

"That may be a problem" Andromeda said as she showed them to the family library "this is on hand others are at gringotts" she said to them "this may take a while" she said fully committed to the cause of helping a child

(Few hours later)

"Aha!" Sirius said as he held a book up "Found it!" he said

"Give me that" Andromeda said smiling in hope before gaining a frown "we have the potion needed to help your daughter" she said to them

"That's good news" the mother said to them in relief

"The bad is one of the ingredients needed is essence of death" Sirius said to her

"I'm not familiar with that ingredient" the father said to her

"It's not a plant or anything it comes from a being of death a dementor" Sirius said to them

The parents froze hearing the name

"The hell are we gonna get that?" Andromeda said in exhaustion as Amelia passed on the new regulations and the Ministry was a bunch of assholes as it was

"Um I might know." Harry said peeking from around the corner

"How?" Andromeda asked in a stern and concerned tone of voice

Harry held his hand out holding a small black piece of cloth

"Is that what I think it is" Sirius asked Harry curiously

"When it scared me I grabbed a small part of it's rags and ripped it off" Harry said

"Why in Merlin's name did you keep it" Andromeda said taking the cloth away considering it to be as evil as the creature who wore it

"I don't know." Harry said with a shrug

"Well whatever the reason, kinda glad you did." Sirius said as he didn't buy Harry's reason at all 'he almost died' he thought knowing Harry kept that cloth as a reminder that he survived

(Few hours later)

Sirius looked at the cauldron that held the ingredients for the cure

"Is it supposed to smell like hot garbage meets skunk spray?" Andromeda asked clenching her nose

"Never said it was going to smell or taste good" Sirius said as he coughed to the side as the smell was horrendous

"She has to drink a cup of that?" the father asked

"Not a cup, more like a teaspoon, she just has to swallow some of it" Sirius said as he was wondering how much they could get from selling the rest of this

(few minutes later)

Everyone watched as the little girl drank the smelly potion "Blech!" Astoria gagged as the taste was horrible

"Yeah I know kid." Sirius said as he took the small cup from her

"Wow" Astoria said as she dashed out the bed running around like a child on pepperup

"It worked that fast?" The mother said surprised

"Potions varie" Sirius said as pepperup and liquid luck were instantaneous potions

"That's amazing!" The father said

"Be sure to get rid of that stuff, I'm not having it stink up my house" Andromada said as she didn't want their house smelling like something died in it

"Yes because I like my house to have clean smelling air" Ted said opening a window

(with Harry)

"Hey Daphne you should really be thanking this one he was the one to get the rare ingredient for your sister" Sirius said shoving Harry forward

Daphne hugged Harry tightly "Thank you!" she said before kissing his cheek making his head turn red

Sirius smiled having taken a photo at that exact moment "ah romance" he said to himself

Andromeda chuckled as she rolled her eyes "bet you he dates Susan" she said to him

"I'll take that bet I don't like many Slytherins but Daphne is ok and I shared a few broom closets with a few Slytherins" Sirius said with a smile

"Why doesn't that surprise me?" Andromeda said rolling her eyes as she certainly knew that many women for a lack of better judgement had relations with her cousin

"Oh hush." Sirius said as he had success with many witches and hoped the same for his godson

"I honestly pity the women of Hogwarts, he'll have to beat them away with a stick" Andromeda said with a chuckle as Harry was actually charming she had seen him with Susan and she was always happy and blushing whenever she was around Harry if he didn't get Sirius'...everything he'd be alright

"So is it true you say he has a knack for elemental spells?" Sirius asked her curiously

"Well considering what houses he's the heir of do you expect nothing less?" Andromeda said as many wizards could use elemental spells but there were those that had more natural talent for it

"Oh yes, the big 4, merlin the teachers there are gonna have a field day with him, I know it" Sirius said

Andromeda couldn't help but agree to that

"Can we get a new newspaper this sucks" Harry said as people were making false stories about him and he preferred truth and things not focused solely on him

"Get the quibbler" Nymphadora said to him as she handed him a paper

"Ooh." Harry said as he instantly began to read it liking the cover picture of it…..something he didn't know

"Ah Xenophilius Lovegood good man….bit crazy but a good man" Sirius said knowing him when he was in school as he was one of the few good Ravenclaws

"What one person's crazy is another's normal" Nymphadora said as they were all said to be crazy and they embraced that as who cared about normal

"Hey, ain't he doing autographs in Diagon Alley?" Ted asked

"More like people gawking and being idiots" Andromeda said as she knew him as well and his paper was seen as a joke or purchased for children, but it did have very accurate facts on the real life things

"Heard he has a daughter, poor thing losing her mother as she experimented with spells" Sirius said as the girl's mother was someone he didn't snog with surprisingly but she was a good friend in school

"If I ever meet her or him, I want to tell them this is cool" Harry said as he read the paper

"Why not I need to go out and pay my respects anyway" Sirius said as they left

"Awesome!" Harry said as they used the floo

(Diagon Alley)

"Slow down Harry, I only have the 2 feet" Sirius said as Harry was pulling him by his arm

Eventually they came to the library and saw a white haired man at a table

"Sirius Black" Xenophilius said with a friendly smile as people cleared out in fear hearing his name

"Hello Xeno, it's been a while" Sirius said with a smile "and who is this cutey?" he said seeing a child drawing

"My daughter Luna." Xeno said proudly

"And what are you drawing Luna?" Sirius asked her

"A nargle." Luna said purely innocent

"Cool" Harry said to her as he looked at the picture

The girl looked at him for a moment "You have been touched by death" she said

Sirius felt the temperature of his body drop hearing that as the girl was right on the money but to which she was referring to was not known to him

"Haven't we all?" Harry said with a shrug

"He took that better than I thought he would" Xeno said

"Why did you come here?" Luna asked

"I wanted to get this autographed." Harry said putting his Quibbler on the table

"Also a subscription" Sirius said as he calmed down slightly about Luna's comment

Luna looked at him some more as her father did as asked, she soon went over to Harry and kissed him on his scar leaving Harry blushing and a certain man with a face on the back of his head to start screaming in agony

"You… like my Quibbler?" Xeno asked with a smile

"Better than the garbage in the newspapers" Harry said to him

"Anything for a fan." Xeno said ecstatic to find someone who liked the Quibbler

Harry smiled as he got his quibbler back now autographed

"Goodbye Harry" Luna said with a smile as Harry walked away with a blush

"About time you got kissed by a girl" Sirius said proudly

"Didn't Daphne kiss my cheek?" Harry said

"Yeah but that was because you saved her sister's life this girl barely had to say a few sentences before she decided she liked you" Sirius said as that had to be a record

Harry didn't know how to respond to that so he remained quiet

(later that day)

"Harry you ok?" Nymphadora asked as they had dinner

"He's better than ok." Sirius said with a grin as Harry glared at him

"A girl kissed my scar" Harry said

"Was she cute" Nymphadora asked getting a hit to the back of the head courtesy of her mother

"Who was she Harry" Andromeda asked for a multitude of reasons

"It was Xeno's daughter" Sirius said

"Awww" Andromeda said finding that cute

"She's a little… on the strange side but Harry didn't mind it at all" Sirius said to them "who knows Harry maybe she'll be strange for when you're snogging" he said dodging a hex from Andromeda as Ted and Nymphadora just decided to be quiet and either laugh or were sending Harry looks of encouragement

"Snogging?" Harry asked tilting his head

"You even think about opening your mouth and you with be neutered and shaven" Andromeda said to Sirius deadly serious

"You'll find out when you're older." Sirius said wanting to keep his hair and manhood

"Good boy" Andromeda said to him "Harry I feel like it's time I gave you the talk" she said taking Harry away

"Harry run it's a trap!" Nymphadora said as there were so many things she wished she could unhear the graphic talk with her mother was one of them

"Too late" Ted muttered

(Few hours later)

"Harry I need to ask you something are….witches….still….attractive to you" Sirius asked getting blank stares from the other "what she prefers witches now I was curious" he said to them

"I prefer most witches still like blokes on occasion" Nymphadora said rolling her eyes at her cousin's idiocy

"... Witches." Harry said with a shrug

"That's me boy" Sirius said thankfully as he knew next to nothing on what to do there

"Thought about those kisses huh" Nymphadora said teasingly before receiving a soda can to her head "A simple no would have sufficed." she said

(2 years later)

"A muggle born witch?" Harry asked as he was with Amelia in her office with Susan

"Yes certainly an issue on occasion" Amelia said as they arouse on occasion sometimes

"Why?" Harry asked

"See there's certain families out there who believe magic should remain in magic born families, and they tend to call them a horrible name" Amelia said in slight annoyed anger

"I can help I am a magical family maybe I can help her" Harry offered

"You're sweet." Amelia said patting his head as Harry only sought out to help people

"What's this horrible name?" Harry asked

"I will tell you, but you have to promise never to call a muggle born it ever" Amelia said very seriously as most serious as one could get with a child

"I promise!" Harry said to her immediately

"Okay, pure bloods call them… mud bloods, it means dirty blood, it's a horrible name to be called for those in muggle born families… codswable to boot, there isn't a wizard or witch out there that isn't half or less that can do half the things I've seen muggleborns do... Why in fact your mother was a muggle born" Amelia said as Harry's mother was the brightest witch of her generation

"... What was she like?" Harry asked as he loved his family and often heard Sirius talk about his birth parents he often wanted to learn more

"Oh honey, she could see the beauty in those that couldn't see it within themselves, her smile could light up the world, I see that smile when you smile." Amelia said as she rubbed his head

Harry smiled hearing this

"There it is." Amelia said smiling as well before chuckling

"I wonder if I'll ever make friends with a muggle born witch" Harry said to her

"Well I'm going to see this muggle born witch now" Amelia said as she often liked to this part as sometimes it was school teachers or ministry officials like aurors

"Can I come?" Harry asked in excitement

"Sure." Amelia said tapping him on the nose

"Whoo!" Harry said excited

(few minutes later)

"Not fun huh" Amelia asked as she apparated with Harry and he looked ill

"Does it always suck that much?" Harry asked

Amelia couldn't deny that it sorta did for most people as it was a likely thing that could happen with those that apparated it was even in the warning when one applied for the license "Now remember we must behave so we don't make her parents freak out" she said

"I know" Harry said to her "how do we prove magic is real to them?" he asked her

"A few first year spells maybe a transformation here and there a few legal methods" Amelia said to him

"Oh can I change" Harry asked her curiously

"I don't see why not even though your liger form is starting to grow" Amelia said as Harry had grown and so had his Liger form in response and now two or three times the size of a cat

"Hey just be glad I'm still liftable" Harry said

"Who told you that Susan?" Amelia asked wondering how it was between them

"Yes" Harry said to her

Amelia would've asked more if they didn't arrive at their destination and she knocked on the door "hello Mr and Mrs Granger my name is Amelia Bones I believe your child has been acting odd as of late" she asked them

(few minutes later)

"So she used accio." Amelia said to herself as the parents told her that the girl was looking for a book and it came flying at her

"That happened to me once but it was a water balloon." Harry said with a chuckle remembering when he and Nymphadora had some fun one spring day

"Yes Susan had fun that day, so did I… before I got in the face with one" Amelia said as it was innocent and all but then Sirius started calling for a wet T-shirt contest which resulted in every witch slapping him

"That sounds like fun!" Hermione said to them jumping in excitement

"Not if you have fur?" Harry said as he transformed into a liger before falling victim to pets as Susan and Hermione petted him

"Yes, our daughter is a cat lover" Hermione's father said with a chuckle

"I swear this boy is more cat than human." Amelia said as Harry like Sirius often walked around as his animal form

(Few hours of cat love later)

Harry laid on the ground exhausted from all the rubbing and hugging Hermione and Susan gave him

(1 week later)

"You know I am so proud" Sirius said as he looked at Harry using his brand new owl who he dubbed Hedwig and was messaging Hermione a lot

"Now I'm concerned" Andromeda said as she looked at him

"I mean witches he's friends with all witches bloody brilliant" Sirius said with a smile "Also look at these" he said holding out some crumpled papers

Andromeda picked it up and saw they were letters both Harry's and Hermione's "how'd you get Hermione's?" she asked him raising a brow and saw him transform "you know I think Harry is getting too used to that" she said as Sirius changed into a dog very often and Harry was getting into the habit

"Could be worse, Harry could've been a double animagus." Nymphadora said

"Please those haven't happened in centuries" Sirius said as it required a strong spiritual connection

"Don't jinx it" Andromeda said as Harry had a few magical talents as she remembered when they went to the zoo last month

(flashback)

"You are a very cheap bastard. I hope you know that." Ted said as he felt like an idiot agreeing to look like a blind man so Sirius can be his seeing eye dog

"Ah quit complaining" Nymphadora said rolling her eyes

"Where did Harry go?" Andromeda asked not seeing him with the group

Nymphadora spotted him in the reptile house and informed her mother and they went inside

Andromeda saw him staring at the snake in the glass and gained a 'displeased' look when an oversized boy shoved her son 'wait….I know this kid' she thought to herself

"Not this kid again" Ted muttered recognizing the kid as Harry's cousin, he read and handled some of the papers with adopting Harry and had to be informed of certain things regarding the abuse and saw Dudley

Suddenly the glass keeping the python out disappeared and Dudley fell into the exhibit

"Dudley!" a rather large woman said to him

'Thanks.' The python said to Harry

'No problem' Harry said to him seeing it slither away

Andromeda was shocked to hear her son….hiss like a snake

Dudley got up and tried to get out only to see the glass was back where it disappeared "aunt Marge"

"Dudley" Marge said in panic

Andromeda subtlety took out her wand and the glass disappeared and Marge fell in and soon reappeared

Nymphadora covered her mouth so no one could hear her laugh

"Well at least they are where they can be entertaining" Ted said as he took a couple pictures

(1 hour later)

"Serpentsortia" Andromeda said summoning a snake inside of Hedwig's cage the bird outside of it and was giving her attitude

"Why are we putting a cobra in a cage?" Sirius asked as the sentence wasn't an odd one in the wizarding world

"And why a cobra, why not a garden snake or something less lethal." Ted said

"Shut up" Andromeda said not wanting criticism "Harry talk to it" she said to him

"Hi" Harry said to the snake

The snake let out a loud hiss but Harry sent out his own hiss

Suddenly the cobra laid down as if calmed down

"... Did he just do what I think he just did?" Sirius asked in shock

"Parseltongue." Ted muttered

"Is that bad?" Harry asked them

"No" Andromeda said seeing the nervousness in her cousin and husband's eyes "please grow the hell up" she said to them "Harry this power is not evil don't let anyone tell you otherwise" she said to him as she had the same talk with her daughter about her powers

"Yeah it's not evil, though some people sure like using it for evil, first time I've ever heard a parselmouth just use it to converse with one." Sirius said as he knew that a certain dark lord had it but this was his first time witnessing it in action

"Now away with you." Andromeda said flicking her wand making the cobra vanish

"Aww she was funny she was making fun of Sirius" Harry said with a chuckle

"Damn we should've kept her." Andromeda said to herself

"What did it say?" Sirius asked him

"She said you smelled and that you were a dumb dog" Harry said to her

"Well she wasn't wrong." Andromeda said snickering

"Maybe it should've gotten a whiff of your morning breath" Sirius said before getting hit

(flashback end)

"Fair point" Sirius said as Harry had developed quite well magically

'I swear he's developing fast with magic' Andromeda thought as it was a good thing as he had his metamorphmagus powers down as Nymphadora made him practice it with her and both were around the same level "we should throw a party" she said to the others

"The bloody hell for?" Sirius asked her as he knew it wasn't anyone's birthday

"I meant a ball Sirius" Andromeda said to him

"And why in the name of all things holy and unholy would we do that?" Sirius said as he hated balls as all they were about was men and women showing off their 'success' and 'status'

"Well Harry will be turning 9 in a few months" Andromeda said to them "it may be a good idea to officially reintroduce him to the world" she said as Harry had just a few passing glances in Diagon Alley

"And where exactly will we have it? Last time we tried a party like that you got mad because of the mess we had to clean up" Sirius asked

"Not here you dumb dog" Andromeda said to him "the other Black estate" she said as the Blacks used Grindelwald place as a meeting with the whole family and used other family houses for certain events or other things entirely

"We can invite some of our old classmates, like the Browns" Ted said as they were among the decent pure bloods in the wizarding world

"If you invite the Patils please tell them to leave their food behind, good people, but India has weird food" Nymphadora said as she wasn't cultured which got her mother to roll her eyes

"Different customs Nymphadora" Andromeda said as she happen to like Indian food on occasion

"Yeah, what's wrong with goat?" Sirius asked Nymphadora

"You're just saying that because you like lamb" Andromeda said as her cousin was a meat eater

"Question, do we invite your sister?" Ted asked her curiously

"Please tell me you're referring to the one in prison" Sirius asked him as Narcissa wasn't someone he hated but her husband was a man he despised if putting up with him was the cost of inviting Narcissa he'd rather deal with Bellatrix

Andromeda considered this for a moment and knew if she didn't invite the Malfoy family there would be issues as these parties were more than just parties and not inviting them would mean more problems if she did

"Oh please not the Malfoys" Sirius said beggingly

"Who are the Malfoys" Harry asked

"Bunch of stuck up… know it alls, they think because they're pure blood it puts them above everyone else." Sirius said as he wasn't gonna curse in front of Harry especially with Andromeda in the room

"I hate 'em already and I haven't even met them" Harry said

"You're not the one who's sister is married to the head of the Malfoy family" Andromeda said as she and her sister hadn't….talked in years the last time being when she left the family

"No offense but I think my aunt has bad tastes." Harry said

Sirius barked out in laughter falling to the floor as he heard his godson say that

"Have to agree with you on that." Andromeda said with a smile on her face as she always hated Lucius

(couple months later)

"How can one boy attract so many girls?" Nymphadora said as the Patil's twin daughters Padma and Parvati as well as the Brown's daughter Lavender were all over him "I'm honestly asking" she said as she wished she had people fawn over her like that

"James had skills like that but Harry's blowing him out of the water, and he isn't even dating yet." Sirius said with a chuckle

"Oh by the beard of Merlin, look who just showed up." Ted said as Narcissa and her husband Lucius and their son Draco showed up "How much you wanna bet he'll do that compliment insult thing." he asked her

"Suckers bet and if he does I'll rip him apart" Andromeda said to him "remember what I have taught you Harry" she said to him

"Don't take lip from as-" Harry said before a chuckling Andromeda covered his mouth

"Not that one." She said trying to stop a smile from forming but was failing "whenever engaged in a pure blood your words are your weapons and your shield" she said as many words were used to make alliances and other things like insult each other

"Been a while sister, lovely party." Narcissa said to her

"Yes such a shame you couldn't attend my wedding" Andromeda said to her

"Nor mine" Narcissa said in the same tone

"I have standards unlike you apparently" Andromeda said to her

"Is that cologne or hair gel I smell?" Harry asked covering his nose

Lucius sutly put a hand to his head

"I told you that was too much gel" Narcissa told him

"So you're my cousin, Draco Malfoy." Draco said introducing himself to Harry

"Harry Potter" Harry said and remembered what his mother said and ignored the more rebellious traits he had thanks to Sirius

"What no hello Draco?" Nymphadora asked her cousin

"Oh hello Tonks" Draco said

"Smart choice" Nymphadora said as she preferred to be called Tonks and not her actual name or at the very least Dora

"I don't remember sending your family an invite" Andromeda said

"I thought we wouldn't need one after all we are family" Narcissa said to her

"Right my sister who ran away when trouble came knocking" Andromeda said to her

"And apparently got turned into a grandma" Harry muttered to himself

Nymphadora covered her mouth covering a snicker

"I heard that" Narcissa said with a stern look

"I'm glad" Andromeda said with a smile "at least one of us kept their youth baby sister" she said getting a glare

"Ah Sirius, I would've figured you'd be in some kind of pound somewhere" Lucius said noticing him

"Same could be said for you Lucius but the pound I am thinking of is on an island" Sirius said knowing he knew what he was referring to

Harry glanced behind them and saw a small house elf putting the Malfoy's stuff on hangers "hi" he said waving at him

"I see one hole in that jacket, Dobby and I swear!" Lucius said making the elf flinch

"H-hello Harry Potter, Dobby has heard of you." Dobby said bowing

Harry made a cupcake float over before handing it to Dobby "Here, enjoy the party" he said with a smile and soon lost it as Lucius kicked him

"Don't" Andromeda said knowing Harry lashed out when he saw things like that not something she could blame him for and would naturally be proud of it

Harry calmed down and handed Lucius a cupcake

"Here Dobby" Lucious said handing him the plate

"Look under the plate" Harry said to him

Dobby did as told and saw a bow tie under the plate

"Sticking charm" Andromeda said impressed 'he'd do well in Slytherin' she thought with a chuckle

"M-master has presented Dobby with a tie" Dobby said to him

"What are you talking about, I didn-" Lucius said before turning around seeing what was under the plate and saw Harry was missing his bow tie

"Master has presented Dobby with clothes, Dobby is free" Dobby said

"You lost me my servant!" Lucius said furious as he brought his wand out

Andromeda wasted no time putting Lucious in his place "you are a guest a not invited one at that and only allowed because I deem it" she said aiming her wand at his face

"The ministry will hear of this" Lucius said threateningly

"And what will we do, Lucius?" Amelia asked making her presence known

Lucius turned to her

"Nobody has died, or has been hurt so what possible trouble would we need to fix?" Amelia asked him "and even if we did you did draw your wand at a child's birthday and aimed it at him so I'd consider my next actions very carefully" she said to him

"Narcissa, Draco, we're leaving" Lucius said

Draco currently had two cupcakes before silently groaning as he followed his mother and father

"Dobby thanks you a thousand times, Harry Potter." Dobby said

"If you have nowhere to live you can live here, Kreacher would probably enjoy having another elf around to talk to." Harry said as the old elf wasn't as bad as Sirius made him out to be….but the loyalty to the painting was a bit odd at times

"Thank you." Dobby said with a big smile on his face

"I think that act of niceness may have gotten you more attention." Sirius told Harry as Harry looked to see the Patil twins and Lavender looking at him "You young man have better game than your father" he said

"What does that mean?" Harry asked curiously

"Nothing" Andromeda said as she aimed her wand at Sirius but much lower making him stop speaking.

(1 year later)

"Who's bloody idea was it to come to France in winter?" Nymphadora said as she was on winter break and they were visiting the Potter's cottage

"C'mon it's not that bad we just arrived Dora" Harry said to her

"Yeah it's not that bad" Sirius said enjoying himself some frog legs and snails

"You both have fur" Nymphadora said to him

"True, snail, or some frog?" Sirius asked putting the plate out to her

"Ew" Nymphadora said

"French aren't too popular for fatty and heavy foods" Andromeda said to her daughter

"It should, where are the french fries?" Harry asked curiously making some of them snicker

"Uh Harry french fries don't come from France" Nymphadora said

Harry was down cast hearing that

(next day)

Harry was walking around around the area glad to know this was a magical area so France's ministry wouldn't give them hassle

He looked over and saw various people ice skating which made him laugh as Sirius tried that and end up on his back multiple times yesterday and his sister being the klutz that she was had no chance of skating but she still tried despite the many crashed and slips

"What's a young man from Britain doing in France?" A female said in french as she noticed him and slid over to meet him

"On vacation for winter break" Harry said in french as his mother made sure he learned a few languages as she did say it was a useful skill and

"You in Hogwarts yet? Oh Fleur Delacour at your service" she said

"Harry Potter and yes I am him also not yet I go next year" Harry said showing her the scar as he was famous even here

"Wow" Fluer said in surprise "my sister is a fan" she said as her little sister loved

"What about you, you go to Hogwarts?" Harry asked her curiously

"No Beauxbatons Academy of Magic" Fleur said proudly

"The all girls magic school?" Harry asked her

"Yes" Fleur said to him

"I think my god father said something about wanting to meet girls from that school in his school days" Harry said as he knew about the perverse nature of his godfather

Fleur wasn't bothered by that but noticed something as Harry wasn't solely focused on her and his eyes weren't glassy or hazy "Are you ok?" she asked curiously

"Bit on the chilly side but I'm fine" Harry said with a shrug

"Um" Fleur said a little confused as this was….new "I am a veela" she said to him

"Veela… Veela I think I read up on that." Harry said to her "darn can't remember well it was nice seeing you" he said as he had to get back as it was dinner time and he didn't want to worry his mother

Fleur was a little lost as she just met a boy who was immune to her allure and she didn't know what to say

(2 hours later)

"No way you met a veela talk" Sirius said as they were having dinner and asking each other about their day "how'd she look" he asked wanting details

Andromeda hit him on the head

"She looked to be at least 3 years older than me, I can't remember them well but I remember the word, what exactly is a Veela?" Harry asked them curiously

"Women that can charm men" Nymphadora said as that was the basic description

"Like a Succubus?" Harry asked

"One I don't know how you know about them but 2 not exactly" Andromeda said as she wondered if she collected all the books in the Black library that she didn't want her children seeing

"If so I didn't feel a thing, was I supposed to be affected in some way?" Harry asked

"You felt nothing?" Andromeda asked curiously as the allure was supposedly comparable to that of an imperius curse

"I only felt the cold of the wind." Harry said simply

"Maybe he doesn't think with his bits like this one" Nymphadora said offering her opinion while thumbing towards Sirius

Andromeda had to admit that may have been a good theory

"Well at least it means he's not a pervert" Ted said with a chuckle

"How would you fair Ted?" Sirius said coming back from the jab directed at him

"... Possibly like any other man with my luck" Ted said thinking a moment

"At least he answered honestly" Nymphadora said

Andromeda nodded as many have fallen prey to veela some weak willed some strong

"Is that why Fleur had to go to an all girls school?" Harry asked

"Fluer?" Andromeda asked raising a brow

"Yeah, her name is Fleur Delacour." Harry said to them

"Flower" Nymphadora said as she chuckled

"Well she's pretty like one" Harry said with a smile

"Merlin, you and girls" Sirius said with a chuckle shaking his head "how much money are we betting again?" he said as they all had a pot going on with who Harry ended up with

"2000 galleons" Andromeda said to him

"Bet?" Harry asked curiously

"Pay no mind to it, eat your dinner" Andromeda said to him in a motherly tone which made him shut up immediately

(7 months later)

"Good to see you again Mr Potter." Olivander said to Harry seeing him enter his shop "how are you?" he asked as he remembered all those years ago when he met Harry

"Excited" Harry said

"Every new year is when they get to Hogwarts" Ollivander said with a chuckle "how have you progressed?" he asked referring to the wand that chose Mr Potter

"Well I've been trying everything I see in the books, some of which include elemental spells among other things" Harry said to him with a smile

Olivander smiled hearing that and soon looked at Harry's wrist for a moment "Hmmm I expect something will find you Mr Potter." he said to him

"If Uncle Sirius were here he'd crack a joke about it being another girl" Harry said

"No but something I thought to be lost will be found again young Mr Potter just remember kindness and good deeds has its own rewards" Olivander said to him

"I remind myself that every day" Harry said with a small chuckle

Harry walked out of the store before making a muffled shouted as a hand covered his mouth as someone picked him up and then he felt the sensation of apparating and tried to fight it 'damn it' he thought to himself feeling himself get splint slightly and soon found himself in some woods and saw a cloaked figure on the ground more splinted than he was and was bleeding out and saw the mark on his arm 'death eater' he thought to himself

Harry then got himself off the ground and began to run trying to find safety as he had no idea where he was and soon he found himself in a lush field and saw a sign in the distance and read a few names 'oh bloody hell America' he thought to himself as he was a dead man

"Get back here boy!" He heard from the forest

Harry had no choice but to keep running 'how the bloody hell is he conscious' he thought to himself as wizards weren't that use to pain

As he was running he saw that man was trying to run with a limp and didn't have his wand. It didn't take the man long to trip and fall

All Harry knew was to keep running until he got to a safe place to call home or whoever, he ran into the thicker part of the woods hoping to lose the death eater, but to his misfortune he was still on his tail

Harry hid behind a tree just as the limping Death Eater got in the area

Suddenly loud hissing was heard and a snake in the trees reached down and began to strangle the death eater

The snake hissed in satisfaction as the death eater became limp 'hello Harry' he said to boy behind the tree having a good sense of smell

Harry saw and noticed it was the same python he accidentally released from the zoo

'Good to see you again my friend' the snake said as it slithered up Harry and nuzzled itself against Harry

'Am I glad to see you. That guy took me away from Diagon Alley' Harry said to him

'Come I may know of some places where you can rest' the snake said to him

Harry nodded as he began to follow the snake

(few minutes later)

'I thought you left to go home' Harry asked him

'Long trip even for a snake but I like it here it's nice' the snake said to him

"Think it'll be a while before someone finds me until I can call someone" Harry muttered to himself

'By the way, I found this on my travels, I do believe it may give you some aid' The snake said as it reached its tail into a log and pulled out… a wand

"The bloody hell" Harry said seeing the wand and saw it looked….old and familiar for some reason

'It belonged to another speaker has something belonging to the king' the snake said to him

Harry quirked an eyebrow hearing king

"Harry!" a voice called out through the forest

"Are you sure you followed that appart correctly?" another said

"Hey, I know how to do my job."

'It seems you may be safe, I will go on my way' The snake said slithering off

White lights lit up the forest before one hit Harry making him cover his eyes

"There you are!" Amelia said with Sirius in tow as they and others put out the lights on their wands

Harry sighed in relief before Sirius looked him over

"Are you okay, anything broken?" Sirius asked looking him over

"Better than that Death eater who found himself in a squeeze" Harry said as they saw the death eater corpse

"The bloody hell happened to him?" Sirius asked seeing he was blue

"Remember that python I accidentally let out of the zoo?" Harry said

"What a way to go." Sirius said as he knew that had to be painful

"What's that you got in your hand?" Amelia asked seeing the second wand in Harry's hand

"Apparently it's… Salazar Slytherin's wand" Harry said seeing the seal of Salazar on the end of the wand

Both adults looked at the wand in both awe and shock

"Harry, you may have just made the greatest discovery of the century" Sirius said not even kidding

"Only discovery I want to make right now is a shower, and something to eat." Harry said as he wanted out of here

"Remind me to recruit him the moment he gets out of school" Amelia said to Sirius

Sirius nodded as the trio apparted away

(Few days later at the train station)

"I'm warning you both" Andromeda said looking at her daughter and son "nothing crazy" she said to them

"Ah what's the worst that could happen, besides me getting kidnapped again." Harry said

"Don't joke like that I'm still recovering from that little scare" Andromeda said as she all but threatened Amelia to go find Harry

As they approached the 9/10 mark they noticed a family with red hair

"Percy, you go on ahead." The woman said to the oldest who walked through the pier between 9 and 10

"Hello Molly" Sirius said with a roll of his eyes as he greeted his fellow auror member who often didn't have a very high opinion of him

"Hello Sirius, oh Harry, glad to meet you, when I heard that you got taken outside of Ollivanders I feared the worst." Molly said to him

"Molly was a great friend to your parents" Sirius told Harry

"I noticed" Harry said as only someone like that would fawn over him like that

"Alright Fred you next." Molly said to the twins

"He's not Fred, I'm Fred." One twin said

"And you call yourself our mother." The other said

"Oh sorry George." Molly said as the one stepped forward

"I was just kidding, I am Fred." He said laughing as he and his twin went through

"How do you…" Harry asked pointing at the pier

"Get onto the platform, no fear dear, it's Ron's first year too." Molly said gesturing to the boy beside her

"See you got to go between platforms 9 and 10, it's better to get a running start if you're nervous." Andromeda said as Nymphadora went through as they talked

Harry followed after Ron as they ran through the pier getting onto the 9 ¾ platform

Harry was in awe seeing the Hogwarts train but remembered he had to get on board

As Harry sat in his cart and had his mind drift back to what Olivander said when Amelia and Sirius wanted the wand of Slytherin appraised and Olivander said something that caused him to wonder what it was

(flashback few days ago)

"This wand is for the lack of a better word dormant and incomplete might I add." Olivander said to Harry

"So it's a fake?" Sirius said to him

"Oh no this wand is quite real." Olivander said as he did a quick spell seeing it still worked

"It's asleep?" Harry asked confused

"Dormant this wand was for Salazar Slytherin and it had been used by many in the past centuries by his own blood but this wand was not meant for them and is seeking completion Mr Potter and it found you." Olivander said as he handed it back to Harry

"So only someone who is the heir to Salazar can truly use it?" Amelia asked curiously never hearing of a wand like this

"No those fools must've tampered with it causing it to go dormant" Olivander said sounding disgusted

"Until Harry found it, but why him?" Sirius asked

"Who knows, the wand chooses the wielder and it has chosen him" Ollivander said to them

"You said it was incomplete, how would he complete it?" Amelia asked remembering that part

"For once Ms Bones….I have no idea the wand asks for something special and I don't know what this particular wants or needs Mr Potter will be the one to find out" Olivander said to them

(Flashback End)

"Maybe it's has something to do with this king that snake spoke of" Harry muttered

Suddenly Ron's head poked into the cart "Can I sit here, all the others are full." he said

"Sure nice to meet you." Harry said as Ron walked in

"Ronald Weasley."

"Harry Potter."

"Is it true… the scar?" Ron asked before Harry showed it

"Harry?" Hermione said walking in with her kitten the kneazle Crookshanks

"Hermione?" Harry said surprised

"I was just coming to ask if you saw a toad, a boy named Neville lost his, it's great to see you." She said

"You too, you too Crookshanks." Harry said as he rubbed the cats head "accio toad" he said as a toad flew into his hands

"Muggle, muggle, muggle, muggle…" The toad kept saying as it croaked

"Found him." Harry said with a chuckle

"Thanks, probably now Neville Longbottom can calm down." Hermione said to him as she took the toad

"Hope we get into the same house." Harry said

"Same." Hermione said as she went to return Neville's toad to him

"You and her seemed awfully chummy" Ron said

"She's a old friend, haven't seen her in a while" Harry said sitting back down

"Hope you get to meet more old friends when we get there" Ron said excited to get to Hogwarts

(Few hours later)

The train stopped and everyone was getting off

"Hi Hagrid" Harry said as Sirius took him to see the man on occasion

"Hello Harry, sweet merlin you're growing like a weed" Hagrid said

"Whoa." Ron said as he looked Hagrid over

"Alright, first years follow me" Hagrid said as he lead them to the boats

The students looked in awe at Hogwarts as their boats carried them towards it

"Amazing, pictures don't do it justice" Harry said with a smile

(few minutes later)

Harry watched as he saw his friends get sorted into their houses Hermione and Ron got Gryffindor, and the sorting hat was barely touching Draco's head before putting him in Slytherin, Susan got Hufflepuff

"Harry Potter" Minerva McGonagal said as she smiled at him

The hall got silent as Harry approached the chair as Minerva put the sorting hat on him

"Hmmm, difficult, very difficult, brave, clever, a strong mind too but where to put you." The Sorting Hat said to Harry

"Not slytherin not slytherin." Harry muttered to himself as he could not stand being with Malfoy

"Not Slytherin, hmmm, if you say so, how about… Gryffindor!" The hat yelled

This made the gryffindor table erupt in thunderous cheers
