A/N : This is a series of Ron Weasley's thoughts on the first and last day of each year of school.

I plan to do a series for each of the characters, starting with Ron.

Please ignore the juvenile writing, it is supposed to be a 11 years POV.

do let me know if you like it, and whose you would like to see next.

Harry Potter! He was sitting with Harry Potter. He was in a confused state. He didn't want to sit with another person where he might be overlooked, but looking at the scared and confused kid in front of him, he couldn't get up and go. He pushed back his insecurities. And based on what Harry said, it's unfair of him to judge Harry when he doesn't look to know anything about his fame or the wizarding world. Also, Harry was excited and interested in what he had to say, listening to every bit of trivial family detail he was telling.

Harry seemed like a good person, and will be a good friend. He definitely needs someone guiding him around in Hogwarts, and he is more than happy to be a friend to Harry.

Hermione on the other hand, he instantly didn't like her. Who was she anyway, talking so fast, listing all the books she read and telling his stupid spell of.. Fred ans George are gits, telling him that useless spell. She sounds like Percy. He didn't want another Percy in his life. Harry and he were better off without her. They were going to Hogwarts! He dreamed of this ever since Bill told all those stories about Hogwarts, and they're finally here. He, Ron Weasley, is going to have an amazing time at Hogwarts…

Year end, 1st year.

When he thought of having fun at Hogwarts, he didn't exactly have nearly getting killed by a giant chess piece in mind. And he didn't imagine Hermione Granger, who he thought was a mini Percy, would become one of his best friends. It was funny how things took a turn. But bloody scary. He wasn't going to admit it to the others, but the whole ordeal under the trapdoor scared him a lot. He still had nightmares about getting trampled by a huge stone troll . He went to Madam Pomphrey to get some dreamless potion. He wasn't going to admit it to Harry and Hermione though. Poor git Harry had to face you know who, wonder how many nightmares he'd be having. And Hermione, she was so brave and smart facing the fire and thinking of how to get through. He wouldn't want her to think of him as a scared little boy. Maybe he can talk to Bill or Charlie if they come home. Percy will just list how many rules he broke, and his mom and dad might become angry. Fred and George, would probably make fun of him. And Ginny, his baby sister and best friend before he came to Hogwarts, he wouldn't want to scare her by telling these stories. No, he will just keep quiet, enjoy being in the adventure. He has two best friends and now he is going home for the summer. Maybe he can get his parents to invite them over the summer. He's sure they would like it. And hopefully, next year would be less dangerous and more fun.
