Chapter 8: After school
Before the school bell rang, most everyone, including Tsu, Ochaco and Minora thanked Izuku for defending them from the Devil Brats, which made Izuku blushed and said that he's just looking out for them, causing the boys to laugh and pat Izuku on the back and the girls to reward him with kisses. Soon, All Might honked his horn to get Izuku attention when he and his friends left the building and said goodbye to each other so they can go home. Along the way home, Izuku told All Might everything that happened on his first day of school. He then told All Might how different each of his classmates are: Katsuki is the hot tempered bruiser and his quirk is explosion, Shoto is the emotionless jack of all trades and his quirk is both fire and ice, Tenya is the comically serious class rep and his quirk is engine, Eijiro is the manly heart and his quirk is hardening, Tsu is the Competitive athlete and her quirk is frog, Ochaco is the autistic cinnamon roll and her quirk is zero gravity, Mina is the energetic dancer and her quirk is acid, Momo is the motherly magician and her quirk is creation, Minora is the lovable coward and her quirk is pop off, Denki is the playful ladies' man and his quirk is electricity, Kyoka is the aspiring musician and her quirk is earphone jack, Fumikage is the gothic emo and his quirk is dark shadow, Yuga is the spoiled diva and her quirk is naval laser, Mezo is the humble gamer and his quirk is multi arms, Hanta is the generic ditz and her quirk is tape, Mashirao is the dojo master and his quirk is tail, Koji is the peaceful activist and her quirk is anivoice, Toru is the invisible girl and her quirk is invisibility, and finally Rikkido is the team chef and his quirk is sugar rush. All Might then give Izuku an odd look before saying that he has quite an unusual class, which Izuku agrees as All Might parked his car in front of the cottage garage.
Once inside, Inko greeted her son and asked how was school, causing Izuku to start rambling on about his classmates and their quirks until Inko stop him and told him to just join her and All Might for dinner. At the dinner table, Izuku starts texting his friends Tenya and Ochaco until his mom smiled and assumed that he made lots of friends on his first day of school, causing Izuku to smile back and confirms it. Inko then starts crying tears of joy as she gives her son a hug. All Might then asked Izuku if he have learned something new today, causing Izuku to gives All Might a deadpan look before reminding him that he's a highly intelligent genius, so there's nothing new to learn in kindergarten. Inko and All Might look at one another before Inko told Izuku that he may be a genius, but his classmates aren't, causing Izuku to scoff and tell Inko and All Might not to worry because by tomorrow, he'll be the most popular kid in kindergarten. After Izuku went upstairs, All Might asked Inko if Izuku going to get himself into trouble, which Inko said definitely to and she's certain there's many ways for Izu to get into trouble.
Upstairs in his bedroom, Izuku checked the school calendar for the kindergarten center until a bot might call him on a holographic system on his watch saying that he and the other bot mights are ready to build that first robot to get rid of jobs, causing Izuku to tell him to save it for later. Soon, Izuku's phone rang, and he answered it to find out that it's Tsu calling him because school closed because some villains attacked the school to look for his laboratory full of useful inventions, causing Izuku to get a flashback of him and his friends coming from a hidden passageway to his laboratory as he made his friends promised not to tell anyone before dismissal. The flashback ends with everyone promising not to tell as the Devil brats overhears everything. Izuku then briefly panic before asking Tsu what she thinks they should do. After a moment of thinking, Tsu suggest that Izuku should come over to her house so he and their friends can see her dad's casino. Izuku then gives his phone a deadpan look before sarcastically saying great idea to Tsu, causing her to smile and ribbit twice.
