Chapter 18: A serious meeting
At U.A., Inko and All Might waits near the conference room along with parents of Izuku's friends, including Endeavor. Endeavor then ask Inko if it's true that she somehow developed powers from last night, causing his wife to remind him that they'll find answers to their questions during the meeting. Mr. Asui then told Mrs. Todoroki that the meeting is about their kids being attacked by villains before asking Inko about her new power. Inko then explained how it happened last night until Principal Nezu along with the teachers of the kindergarten center came and told everyone that it's time to start the meeting. Soon, the meeting begins, and everyone start discussing about The Peanut Gallery and how they get themselves into trouble before their first day of kindergarten. Afterwards All Might explained one for all to everyone and said that he believes that the villains will target the kids since they know about it and are willing to protect Izu just like in yesterday's incident, which Inko agrees.
Principal Nezu told everyone that he understood that the situation is every parent's nightmare because, not only villains are targeting The Peanut Gallery, but there's a chance that they might get themselves killed if they're not careful. Momo's parents agreed and told everyone how traumatized Ashley was when a group of villains destroyed part of their mansion and ripped some of their clothes while attacking them. Soon, a montage begins as the Peanut Gallery's parents express their concern about the situation and how they wish to protect them from villains. Soon, Principal Nezu and some staff of U.A. High starts to whisper to one another, which continues after Vlad king asked how many kids are part of The Peanut Gallery, causing Rock Lock to said forty-four before smiling and winking at All Might.
Nezu turned to everyone and announced that he has an idea to both protect the kids and to make sure no villain attacks them or their family. He then revealed a blueprint of an apartment building on the screen, causing the parents to be amazed and asked about it. Nezu then told everyone that the building will have twelve floors and forty-four apartments for Izu and his friends. He then wraps it up by saying that since All Might and Endeavor are already pro heroes, the rest of the parents will start training to be pro heroes too so they can help protect the kids. Most of the parents start protesting until Inko convinced them that it's for the best if they want to keep the kids safe and prevent their death. She then starts to cry, remembering her husband and begged everyone to cooperate so she'll won't lose her only son. Everyone then clapped for inko while All Might comfort her. The meeting then ends with Mr. Tsunotori asking Principal Nezu about the name of the program that the apartment building and becoming pro heroes are part of, causing Nezu to reveal that the program is called The U.A. Protection Program.
