Chapter 22: Story of the Warcraft of Doom
Mrs. Wombat went to her purse and took out a memoir about the origins of the Warcraft of Doom, written by All for one himself, causing everyone but Izuku, Katsuki, Shoto, Tenya, Eijiro, Tsu, Ochaco, and Mina to go ooh. The teacher then starts the story, which caused a flashback to begin. When All for one was young, his name used to be Tenko Shigaraki and he has a brother and two sisters. One day, his abusive father put him into a tower because he keeps trying to make friends and thinks that he's going to rat him out to the authorities because he's a criminal. For fourteen years he stays in the tower calling for help until a woman named Rosalina helped him escape and show him the world. Soon, they encountered Tenko's father again and get into a fight with him because they reported him. Rosalina then told Tenko about quirks and since he's quirkless, she'll help him find one. They then go to a doctor named Kudai Guraki, who then decides to give Tenko the forbidden quirk All for One, causing Tenko to tell him to give it to him. After getting All for one, Tenko gets discriminated after he accidentally teal a quirk until he snapped and lashes out on everyone saying that they don't deserve their quirks. Soon, Tenko decided to abandon his name and call himself All for one before setting off to create his own villain organization the Warcraft of Doom with Rosalina by his side as the Dark Baroness. After the story, Izu got up and said that he believes All for one is corrupted by his forbidden quirk, causing Toru to say that it won't be possible to change someone who is been corrupted by evil for years, which made everyone agree. Izuku then takes the memoir and asked Siri to save it into a file in the lab.
On the news, a newsman and a newswoman give the report about the new team of heroes called the U.A. League, which was created after the recess incident and villain attack last week. A video then shows Inko and All Might fighting a villain together as the people cheer for them as the newswoman report about Inko's new developed quirk called Luck before a transition of a reporter talking to Inko herself about her quirk as she told her how it happen and why it's important to protect the ones you love. The news wrapped up with a report about the Peanut Gallery and their siblings, who are apparently being outcasted by their friends before asking what Izu's intentions is and what he's going to do next.
Meanwhile at school, it is circle time, and everyone gathered learn a new word. Soon, the teacher made everyone sang the alphabet, much to Izuku's annoyance before telling everyone that it's time for math, then it'll be nap time, which caused Izu to groan and walked back to his science area to work on a new experiment. Mashiaro then told Mrs. Wombat to let them talk to Izuku since they are living in the same building after all, which makes Mrs. Wombat allowed them to talk and became surprised that they manage to convince Izuku to participates with them. When everyone came back with Izuku and Kyoka giving him his science equipment, Mrs. Wombat questioned their success, causing Mezo that he's letting Izu babysit Shenji tonight, which makes the teacher smile and understood. After math, Izuku tries to study everyone's quirks starting with giving them needle injection but got caught and told to take a nap.
