Chapter 42: Training Begins!
The next morning, Kinoko and Toad wake Izu up from the couch to tell him that his mom and All Might has come home from their honeymoon, causing Izuku to get excited and take the elevator to get to his apartment as his friends gets antsy for him to get dress and reunite with his mom and official stepfather. Soon, Izuku put on his clothes on and came out to hug his mom and All Might with everyone going aww. Inko then asked if Izu was any trouble, causing her comrades that his friends managed to prevent him from getting into trouble, causing flashbacks of Izuku's friends preventing him from getting into trouble like pros. Afterwards, Mina reminded everyone about their training with Izuku at the U.A. stadium where students from U.A. Academy show their quirks to the world, causing everyone including Izu to get ready. All Might then get confused as Inko smile and told her husband they should see what's happening as everyone gets on buses to the U.A. Stadium.
During the bus ride, Pony and Tsu told Inko and All Might that Izu been self-training until he's able to do new abilities and new quirk, which caused Izu's parents to become impress before asking how does the training going to go. However, they reached the stadium where Eraserhead and Present Mic were waiting for them to tell them where they are going to train and the rules for them, so they won't go all out like last time, causing the kids to assure Eraserhead and Present Mic that they won't go all out unless villains come out of nowhere and attacked them. After a brief laughter from Present Mic, Earaserhead lead everyone to the field before telling Cementoss that they're using the field of grass, which caused the arena to be flipped. Soon, the adults find a spot to sit on the bleachers and watch Eraserhead telling the kids that since villains are targeting Izuku's quirk one for all and since he found out that all for one and one for all are very similar, they are going be training against Izuku to get experience when they are going to be fighting All for one someday, causing everyone but Izu to become petrified. Izuku then calm his friends down and suggest training his classmates first, which everyone agrees with.
Soon, Izuku gets in front and smiled mischievously at his classmates as he starts stretching before battle with his friends giving him smug looks. After Cementoss asked if everybody's ready, the battle began as Izu starts with smokescreen and attacked his friends with his new ability called dash attack laughing mischievously. Katsuki then cleared the smoke away showing Izuku taunting his friends before his friends launched themselves after him, but Izuku managed to outsmart them and uses his knowledge of his friends for advantages, which works perfectly much to the rest of the Peanut Gallery's shock. Soon, Izuku stuck his tongue out before putting a drop of a potion on his head to make himself invisible, causing his mom to realize that's how he gets on that rollercoaster in the first place. Mrs. Todoroki then add that Izuku is quite a trickster, which Endeavor agrees with while everyone else just nod. Meanwhile, Izuku laugh as he uses his quirk against his friends as they get frustrated and paranoid as they accidentally attacked one another because they don't know where Izu is as he zips around them using one for all on them. Soon, Izu became visible again and managed to knock out most of his classmates specifically long distanced fighters, causing the rest of his friends to become shocked with them saying that Izu is so strong and so smart, that it's like they're fighting All for one himself, causing Eraserhead to say exactly. Izuku then rush toward his classmates and managed to knock them out in ten second except for Shoto and Katsuki who then nodded at each other and worked together to take Izuku down. Suddenly everything freezes as Izuku moves Katsuki and Shoto to a corner and made them attacked each other, much to his enjoyment. Soon Cementoss announced Izu the winner of round 1, leaving everyone except Inko and All Might speechless.
