Chapter 52: Ultra meets big family
The girls enter the building with everyone just hanging around until they saw them with Ultra and ran up to him going aww as the two girls smile. Mr. Asui then warn the girls that Inko and Izu may not allow dogs in the building, not knowing the two of them are behind him, which caused him to jump. Izuku and his mom then noticed Ultra panting happily next to Toru before giving Koji an "are you kidding me" look, causing her to explain her intention before standing her ground on keeping Ultra. Inko was then about to get angry until Izuku told her to let him talk to Koji, which Inko allowed. Izuku then take Koji to his apartment while everyone plays with Ultra. When they reached Izu's mancave, Koji asks Izu if he's going to give her a lecture about dogs, causing Izuku to turn and smile before saying yes, which caused Koji to roll her eyes knowing this will take a while to negotiate with Izu.
Izuku began his lecture with a slideshow about why keeping a dog is a horrible idea. First, he shows a picture of a dog shedding as he explains how dog hair is filled with germs and if its hair gets everywhere, so will germs. Koji then told Izu that she'll make sure no hair gets everywhere and she'll have Ultra sanitized every day before Izu smile and continues with a picture of a dog pooping and peeing in the house as he told Koji that he doesn't want feces or urine in the building, causing Koji to sigh and told Izuku that anyone can walk the dog including him. After making sure Koji will make sure someone walk Ultra. He then shows the final pictures of a dog chewing on shoes and barking at a mailman, which caused Koji to sigh and put both of her hands on Izu's shoulders to promise him that Ultra won' t be a problem for him or his mom. Izuku then reminded Koji that her promise must be always kept, and she's been getting into trouble for bringing animals in the building, which caused a flashback montage of Koji getting into trouble for bringing animals into the building. Afterwards, Koji gives Izu her most serious face as she told him that she will keep her promise, causing Izuku to think for a moment before allowing Koji to keep Ultra. Koji then thanked Izuku with a kiss on the forehead and ruffles his hair before setting off to deal with his mother who then immediately said no. All Might then managed to convince his wife with puppy dog eyes at the end, causing Inko to reluctantly allow Ultra to stay before warning Koji if he shed germy hair, poo, pee, or destroy property, he'll be thrown into the streets. After Inko and Izuku left, Koji's parents ask her what's she going to do now, causing Koji to assure her parents that she knows Izu by heart because he goes from tolerating her zoo animals to having a close bond with them. Koji then told her parents that Inko will do the same hopefully unlike the zoo animals.
A montage begins with Izuku yelling at Ultra for being on the couch before sanitizing it as she and his mom tolerates Ultra much to their displeasure. Soon, Izuku starts wearing gloves to play with Ultra until he's starts laughing as Ultra licks his face. The montage then ends with Inko warms up to Ultra as Izu stop wearing gloves since Koji made sure he's germ free. Everyone smiles as Izuku and Inko plays with Ultra for a while until Inko told everyone that they need to have schedule to take care of Ultra. Izu then reminded his mom that with a lot of people living in the same building, taking care of a dog will be easy, causing Inko to give him a look before making him, and Koji walk the dog first this week. Which also caused Izuku and Koji to smile as they nod at each other in agreement before fist bumping.
