Chapter 76: Disturbing first meeting
Back at Warcraft Agency, All for one is losing his patience as he pace around shocked that Merlin got defeated by the U.A. League. He then angrily turns to his minions to ask if they're sure that they figure out the league and their kids' weakness, causing one of them to tell him that all they figure out is that the U.A. League and the Peanut Gallery are very protective of each other, especially Izuku because of one for all. He then suggests that they should find a way to steal one for all along with everyone's quirk to make them vulnerable and take over the world. All for one then pretends to be interested before telling Destro and Harima that the only way to take over the world is to steal everybody's quirks, causing everyone to laugh before All for one blasted his minions away calling them fools, idiots, and imbeciles. Soon, All for one sat down as Hatsume reminded him that the Peanut Gallery has a dog that have the dust particles of one for all, which caused All for one to realized that he's right before checking on Dr. Kudai Garaki, who was in the middle of creating another monster, this time a mouse with electric abilities. All for one then ask the doctor if the monsters are ready to dispatch, causing Dr. Garaki to tell him that whenever he's ready, he'll send some goons to release the monsters. Suddenly, the lights turn off before a woman with pink hair, a man with blue hair, and a talking cat appears. They then say their motto that includes saying their names, which are Jessie and James. Afterwards, Kudai rolled his eyes saying good grief and not you again, which made the trio slightly offended. James then told the doctor to let them send the monsters because he, Jessie and Meowth are tired being janitors, causing two people, who are Dr. Kudai's Lieutenants to appear and roll their eyes at them. All for one then takes a deep breath and told the doctor that they're almost done with phase 2, so he's pretty much desparate to get one for all. Plus, with Jessie, James and Meowth gone, they won't screw anything up around the Warcraft of Doom's organization. Dr. Kudai then think for a moment before huddling to whisper to one another as the trio wait in anticipation until the doctor and his Lieutenants turn around allowed them to do the mission if they promise not to bring back one for all and not screw anything up. The trio then look at the doctor with determination and say that they promised before taking off into their hot air balloon with their monster machine. They then dramatically said Team Rocket is taking off afterwards.
On their way, Jessie takes out a map to look for directions to the U.A. League's HQ before she and James starts fighting over the map while Meowth yells at them to stop fighting and a blue odd-looking monster to appear saluting. What the newly recruited villains didn't know is that while they were fighting over the map, a baby nomu came out of the machine and look at a holographic map along with the objective before falling out of the balloon and travel across the city. On its way, the nomu pass people eating, walking, and talking before noticing a bank robber getting confronted by pro heroes. After going into the sewers that leads into a vent and a room with a shadow of a dog, the nomu found a lot of kids, including Izuku, who was on the objective chart, walking towards U.A. Academy where Eraserhead, Vlad King and Midnight are waiting for them. Eraserhead then welcome the kids before telling them that they will be starting their academia at U.A. Academy as cadets, causing everyone but Fyumi, Sandy, Ariel, Tensei, Sakebu, and Buddy to cheer. Sakebu then ask Eraserhead what cadets are, causing Vlad king to tell him that the Peanut Gallery are going to be the first group of kids, including Gentle, Labrava, the Ropu twins and the Yagi kids to be U.A. students, which made everyone more excited. Momo then told everyone that this is the perfect opportunity for her to get rid of her insecurities, which she realized that she and her dad has in common since they woke up from the sleeping disease, causing Izu to pat her on the back making her smile and blush. Soon, the baby nomu snuck into Nathan's bag as the kids followed the teachers inside to see have a tour of the campus before they show them their classrooms. Class a are then taken to their classroom, where Thirteen is waiting for them. Meanwhile, the baby nomu peek out of Nathan's bag and laugh evilly before getting back into the bag.
When it's almost time for lunch, Izu meditates until he's in the vestige world with the users of one for all. Daigoro then told Izu that All for one is almost finish with the second phase and something big is going to happen once they prepare the ultimate weapon. Izuku then ask the users if he should tell his friends, causing Yoichi to say no and told him to let the U.A, League to investigate more until they find out what All for one is planning, because there's something about the ultimate weapon that spells the end of the world if they don't find a way to defeat All for one once and for all. Izuku then understood before telling the users what he knows about the Devil Brats and the Warcraft of Doom so far, causing the users to smile before Nana told Izu to be careful because once All for one is defeated, someone is going to takeover as the new threat to Japan and possibly, the world of quirks, causing Izuku to become determined as he promised Nana and the users of one for all that he and his friends will defeat All for one and his successor even if it kills them. The users then cheer as Ochaco, Tenya and Denki called Izuku's nickname before shaking him awake. Izu then look at his friends surprised as they told to come meet someone, causing Izu to get on his high advanced hoverboard and flew over his friends until he stops near the U.A. school cafeteria, where the rest of his friends, including his half siblings introduced him to the baby nomu. Izu then gives the nomu a disturbed look as it smirked at it. Koji then said that she told Sam that Izu won't like the baby.
