Chapter 80: Ultra confronts Nomu
Back at the building, the Peanut Gallery were watching tv while Fyumi fed Nomu some baby food. She then asks Aiko to take Nomu to Siri for a check- up. Soon, Satsuki starts expressing how she was when Izu made Nomu go through floors until he hits the Laboratory, causing Tsu to tell her that what Izu did to Nomu was unforgivable and he might as well remain an outcast. Everyone then each starts saying how obnoxious and insufferable Izu is before saying that they wish they never met Izu since he's such a jerk to Nomu by saying how disgusting and hideous he looks and saying stuff that a baby wouldn't do. However, while they were talking about Nomu, and how bad Izu treats him, Izuku himself was listening to everything they're saying on his phone before taking off crying after turning his phone off. He then lands in an alleyway, where he hid under a box from the rain. Meanwhile, the Peanut Gallery felt like they were being too hard on Izu and decided to talk to him in his room. However, when they find out that he's gone, they look everywhere until Siri came and told the kids that there's something about Nomu that they should know. However, the kids were too busy worrying about Izu until Ochaco came out crying because Izu left a note on the album that they made for Nomu, which says that Izuku is running away because nobody loves him anymore. Tenya and Momo then became guilty because of how hard they were on Izu before telling Siri and Ultra to take care of Nomu while they look for Izu, causing everyone but Siri and Ultra to run out of the building with flashlights and set off to look for Izuku in the rainy night. When the kids are gone, Siri told Ultra what she has discovered about Nomu, showing him pictures of Team Rocket and Nomu's connection with All for one, which caused Ultra to realized that Izu was telling the truth about Nomu.
Ultra find Nomu's scent before following it to the Hagakure apartment, where Nomu is contacting Team Rocket before telling them that he completed phase 1 of his plan to get one for all from Izuku Midoriya, causing Ultra to get furious and confronted Nomu. He then chews him out for pretending that he's an innocent baby with a disability, causing Nomu to sarcastically congratulates Ultra on solving the mystery before telling him about Team Rocket's mission and All for one's goal to take over Japan, which caused Ultra to look at him in disbelief because he manipulated the Peanut Gallery, Gentle, Labrava, the Ropu Twins and the Yagi family into turning against Izu. Nomu then wraps it up by saying that now that the Gullible Gallery is gone, he's going to report everything to Team Rocket so All for one can help him and finally steal one for all, which caused Ultra to bare his teeth at Nomu as he's growls before telling him that he's not going to let him get away with fooling his friends and family.
Nomu then laughs evilly as he transformed from Baby Nomu to Adult Nomu so he can throw Ulta out of the apartment before taking off. However, Siri and an army of bot mights confronted Nomu before Siri told the army to attack as Nomu use his strength to send the bot mights flying until Ultra activated his quirk to attack Nomu. Nomu then fought for a moment before taking off to Team Rocket, causing Ultra, Siri, and a bot might to go after him as Nomu goes from roof to roof. Meanwhile, the U.A. League was searching for Team Rocket to arrest them after another Nomu incident as they grumble about them being such a nuisance. Suddenly, they saw Nomu jumping from roof to roof as Ultra and Siri work together to capture him. Soon, they managed to capture him with Bot might pinning him down just in time as the league came to see what's going on. Nomu then transformed back to his baby form and tries to fool the league into thinking that Ultra, Bot might, and Siri were hurting an innocent baby, but the league doesn't believe it because they saw the whole thing. Mr. Todoroki then say that he knew that Izu will never lie since his friends put a lie detector in his brain, causing a flashback of Mei and Bein planting a lie detector into Izu's brain while he's sleeping. Nomu then dramatically ask the heroes if they really think that it's over before telling them Team Rocket's intention before using a smoke bomb to disappear, causing some of the league to say damn it because this is a second time a villain tries to manipulate someone into turning against their friends, with the first being Merlin manipulating Mr. Yaoyorozu into betraying the league. This time is a so call baby nomu manipulated the Peanut Gallery to turn against Izu so All for one can steal one for all by pretending to help him.
