Monstergirl Harry.
Chapter 5: Welcome to Hogwarts Alice.
The students were looking at the scantily clad beautiful platinum-haired woman at the door and wondered why she caused the headmaster to curse.
"Yes it was me, she asked me to come and examine the one that botched the ritual in hopes of reversing it, is that a problem?" the woman replied cheekily.
Dumbledore gritted his teeth at the unmitigated gall of the woman, but responded, "I have problems with you giving the book to Harry, but I'm glad you're willing to come and examine her and young Ronda. Ronda wishes to return to her normal male form."
"I'll see what I can do, that spell isn't meant to be reversed. Let's start with Mary, as sit should take the least amount of time, but first I was invited to dinner," Alice said with a sigh.
Dumbledore nodded at both points. Getting the happy one out of the way would allow more time for the unhappy one, and he did invite her to supper.
He just hoped the house-elves won't mind the extra cooking.

At the end of dinner, everybody was shocked. The slender yet very curvy woman had eaten more than Ronda and a quarter of Gryffindor yet didn't have even the slightest bulge in her stomach.
As the dishes vanished to the kitchen, Alice stood and motioned Mary to come with her.
Mary obeyed instantly. What she didn't realize, and actually didn't care about, was that Monstergirls have an instinct to obey Alice. It can be fought if she orders them to do something objectionable, or if the person involved has enough power, but if they are in favor of the order or neutral, it feels completely natural to obey.
Alice rarely gave orders just for this reason, she tended to give suggestions or guidelines and only put her foot down on orders when she had no other choice.
Since it was Mary's idea to get examined she followed without question.
Dumbledore followed as well wondering how he was going to convince the dragon-girl to turn back.

Alice looked at the half-naked, since the spells do better with minimal influence from clothing, first transformee in nearly half a millennia. She had completed her scan relatively quickly.
She had kicked Dumbledore out before asking the girl to strip since she didn't want to strip in front of the headmaster.
"Congratulations, you are perfectly stable, with some... unusual, for your race at least, abilities. If you wish, I can perform a finishing spell that will lock your new race in, not that the chances of anything turning you back are even slightly possible, but it would prevent the outside chance of someone figuring out how to do it... and the pain from unsuccessful attempts."
"Yes please, but why..." Mary started, before pausing, unsure on how to continue.
Casting the finisher spell, Alice answered the unspoken question, "Why do you feel compelled to obey me?" at Mary's nod she continued, "I am the queen of the monsters, which you are now one of. As such, you are compelled to obey my orders. It's not slavery, you can resist if you find the orders objectionable, it might be a challenge, but it can be done. That being said, I rarely issue orders because of that."
Mary nodded, she had no real objections to it, as the being before her had treated her very well.
"That being said, I can, if you want, assume legal and magical guardianship of you in almost an instant if you wish as you are one of my subjects.
Mary paused. Then she asked, "I would be out of Dumbledore's thumb outside of his role of headmaster, wouldn't I? And I would never have to see the Dursleys again?"
"Right on both counts."
"Please, I don't trust Dumbledore, and I don't want to go back to those... things, but I had no other place to go."
"I'll take care of it as soon as I finish with the other girl, please get dressed and send her in won't you?"
Mary nodded and soon left, ecstatic that she would be able to wash her hands of those filthy humans.
She paused with her hand on the doorknob and ran the names of all the humans she knew through her mind, and slightly sagged with relief that she only thinks that sort of thing about those she hates, not humans in general.
"Alice?" she called back worriedly.
"Yes, Mary?"
"Could you do me a favor, and smack me down hard if I start acting like a bigot towards humans in general? I do not want to go down that road."
Alice giggled before responding, "No problem, but what caused this?"
"I just thought of the Dursleys as filthy humans. I'm worried that, while it's just those I hate or at least dislike severely are getting that label that it might spread, and eventually make me just as bad as Voldemort."
Alice became solemn and responded with utmost seriousness, "the fact you are worried about it shows that the chances of me needing to correct you have dropped off, and as long as you don't start killing indiscriminately, I don't care if you hate all humans beyond a few friends, and/or lovers. Do so and I'll take you down... hard, but don't worry if I see you starting to go down that road I'll smack some sense into you."
Mary nodded before leaving the room to call Ron in.

The headmaster had called in Molly Weasley to observe, and he was allowed to stay for the examination.
An examination that took three hours in contrast to the fifteen minutes that Mary's took.
Dumbledore conjured some chairs so that all four could sit for the discussion of what would happen, or what can happen.
Alice started off with the statement, "Well girl, you fucked up."
"Language," Molly scolded, not impressed by the beautiful woman in inappropriate clothing.
"Molly, Let her speak, please continue Alice," the old man said.
The neo-girl just sulked.
"She is... relatively stable. I don't see any issues for about seven years, which gives you time to decide which of the three options I know of will be best."
"Three options?" the Weasley matriarch asked.
"The quickest option. I apply a finishing spell. This will lock her form as her true form and allow her to grow normally. The disadvantage of this is that she won't be able to be changed again, but the advantage is that she won't miss out on the physical, mental, and possibly magical growth that would normally need to happen. We can of course do this at any point."
"No way, what are the other options," Ron yelled.
"The next two will require you to wait about five and a half years. Option two is I can easily help you complete the transformation. Option three is I think I can make you a human girl. I'm about ninety percent sure at this point. I'll need to research a bit more."
"No, I want to be a boy again!" Ronda yelled at the woman.
"I have no idea how to do that," Alice bluntly said. "The problem with waiting... is that she won't age beyond the point she is now until we do one of the options. She will physically, mentally, and possibly magically, lag behind her peers."
Molly looked at the calm woman, whom if the headmaster was to be believed was older than the entire staff of Hogwarts combined, and her angry child. She then asked, "Will you look for a way to return Ron to her original body?"
Alice shook her head as she replied, "I'm sorry, I would have no idea where even to start. The only possibility I have is that the reworking of the ritual circle that changed her to this to turn her into a human might have a minuscule, nearly zero chance of a full reversal if we use her father as the focal point. There might be a wizarding way after that, but she'll need to stabilize again before they could even try."
"What happens if I don't do anything in those seven years you gave us to decide," Ron asked petulantly.
Alice looked at him with utter seriousness, "You die, slowly and painfully as your body tears itself apart."
The room went silent as her blunt words echoed in the room, and Ron went pale.
"Which would you recommend Alice, from an outside perspective, and not as the leader of the monsters," Dumbledore asked.
"I would pick option one personally," she replied and raised her hand to silence them before they started speaking. "Before you object let me explain. She is not currently one of my subjects, this would not change if I made it permanent, unless she wants it to, as she would be partially human still, but by making this her true form, it would allow her to grow up relatively normally, physically and mentally. If we wait she'll be behind her peers by five years."
Molly looked at her new daughter then sighed. She wanted to rant at the girl, but Dumbledore explained what had actually happened, and she didn't want to piss off her new daughter's only chance to return to a relatively normal body. "You said we have five years to decide right before we can do anything but make it permanent? And seven for a decision period?" at Alice's nod she continued, "Headmaster, I ask that I be allowed to take all my children home so we can discuss the problem as a family?"
Dumbledore nodded. "Today is Tuesday, please have them back by next Monday. I will have their homework delivered, along with the class notes."
"Thank you, and Alice, I don't know what you were thinking about giving such a thing to a child, but thank you for trying to help my child."
Alice nodded, and turned to Dumbledore and asked, "May I have a portkey to Diagon? I would like to head home, and Molly, Dumbledore knows where my shop is, feel free to come by anytime with your decision, and do not forget to make one before the seven-year time limit is up."
With that, the meeting broke up.

Two days later at breakfast Marry obtained a letter.

Nodding at the letter and the papers inside, Mary placed them in her robes.

At the same time, Dumbledore received his own letter, one that had him going red in fury.
His primary avenue of control over Harry, as he/she would always be Harry in his mind, was gone. She has gone completely into the dark. Now he had to plan on how to take out Tom when he comes back without the prophesied one. He couldn't even count on her now-former friends to lead her into the trap he set for Tom.
He intended to have her meet the remnant of the dark lord so that when it became time to train Harry he/she would take the training seriously with the proof that the dark lord still existed.
Now he had to rework all of his plans.
Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
Severus Snape was an unpleasant man. He knew this and didn't care.
But he was also one to acknowledge his debts, even when he didn't like the person he owed the debt to, and in this case, he owed Mary Potter, without her, he could have been seriously injured, and possibly lost his life.
Granted it was because she screwed up her potion, but she didn't need to push him aside like that, and given how he had treated her as Harry, he could, if he was honest with himself, not blame her if she had just stepped aside to allow him to be hurt.
In repayment, he decided to simply treat her like any of his Slytherins. To that end he noticed that one of the Hufflepuffs in her class needed a partner, he was excellent at stirring and manipulating the cauldron but was horrible at ingredient preparation. He would partner the two up.
His decision was helped by the fact that there was virtually no Potter left in her looks, while she still had the same color eyes as her mother.
It made it easy to pretend she was from a different branch of the family.
