Chapter 1: A weird awakening

Disclaimer: I own nothin'

It was strange, for the moderately young man who had stumbled into a basic armed robbery at a convenience store. Well "Basic" according to him anyway. The would-be robber had a 9mm handgun, a browning hi-power it looked like. He had just gone to get a pack of cigarettes when said "would-be robber" had come in screaming about emptying the cash register. Then the robber made a grave mistake in amateurishly waving the 9mm in the young man's face.

As in the next second, said robber was swiftly disarmed and had taken an even swifter elbow to the temple, quickly ensuring he was out cold. This being due to the fact that the man he had pointed the 9mm at was a thoroughly trained ex-E-5 Sergeant in the Marines.

Who could have guessed?

"Sweet fucking Pacific RIM-JOB.. I was just gonna wait till you left but that shit show you call weapon handling was so fucking terrible I had to knock your clown ass to the floor.." Said the cursing ex-Marine as he put the cigarette pack on the counter, where the awe-struck and frankly, terrified Indian cashier man was. "O..Okay sir that is 6.40.." The cashier shakily said. "Sure thing just let me-" Before he could utter a response, he briefly heard a very loud "BANG" noise and everything had gone black.

Utter blackness. The kind you find yourself in when you enter a closed room with no lights, windows and a closed door. The kind he had been familiar with in his nocturnal missions in Alaska. Damn place was as dark as the wilderness in those 6 months of night.

'Where…. am I?' He couldn't speak for whatever reason. Was he in some sort of coma? Was he trapped somewhere? Why couldn't he feel anything? Move anything? "Oh… Oh fuck am I-" "Dead? Yes" He heard, from behind. "Damn it! I'd appreciate it if I wasn't constantly cut off! Okay… Are you God? I swear every time I used your name in vain it was just reflex…" "Stop rambling, please. I can't answer that particular question but I am able to offer you something. A chance. To live once again, though not as you had before. You'd call this isekai" The disembodied voice, now sounding like it was everywhere had said. "Well then… sign ME the fuck up! I don't get all those whiney characters in anime, light novels and fanfictions have to complain about when they get offered this. I love the concept" "I see… Know you do have the option of ascending to hea-" "BORIIIING… No. Everlasting peace? Fuck no. A utopia is boring anyway. A world where everything is good is too weird and boring for me. I like life with a little bit of edge and realism to it. So! Do I get to pick where I go?" The now dead ex-Marine interrupted. "You are.. interesting. I do, in fact have a place picked out. One you should know decently well too. Unfortunately I cannot just place you there. I must reincarnate you into an already existing person in that world. You will be in their body, receiving their memories over time to better accommodate yourself." The voice stated.

"Do I get a system?" "No. It has dehumanized enough transmigrators. You may be compromised if said system has you killing people for XP" "Actually that makes sense.. It's kinda fucked up to go murder people for a level up. Do I get… anything? A choice who to reincarnate as?" "You have the choice actually. I can grant you a bloodline you know of. But you will reincarnate randomly. Or choose your reincarnation at the loss of said bloodline option. Choose carefully, human. You may need the extra firepower"

He started to think.

'So it's probably a dangerous world then. I'd LOVE to spawn in as an OP bastard but.. Fuck it, I'm a risk-taker.' "I'll go with the bloodline option then, Genie" The ex-Marine said flippantly.

"Hmhmh.. Very well then. The bloodline will be chosen from your memory at random. Note that any world restrictions the bloodline is from are lifted but your means of awakening it is dependant on the bloodline itself. I have said all I needed to say. I look forward to seeing what alternative universe your actions will create" With those last words the Ex-Marine found himself losing that last piece of consciousness he held on to.

Waking up to a headache was not a good start. No, neither was waking up to a girl screaming. In fact it was aggravating. "Ughnn… fuck me I need some advil.." The Ex-Marine groggily said before picking themselves off the cot. 'Cots? Am I back in the military?' Such thoughts were quickly dismissed when a rather sexy black haired girl with piercing yet annoyed violet eyes, slender body and some rather large boobs started to shake the Ex-Marine's shoulders frantically whilst saying something. Oh and one mustn't forget about her pretty black wings. 'Wait wait… wings? Yup.. Right there. All black and feathery. I think that narrows it down to where I am a bit. Oh wait she's saying something' "KALAWARNER are you okay? You just passed out during Azazel-sama's speech about the upcoming war.. You're lucky I was there next to you. Kokabiel-sama was not very pleased.." She said, biting her lip lightly with a slightly worried expression.

'Huh… I'm in Highschool D-Wait did she just call me Kalawarner?' Looking down at the newly acquired body, the Ex-Marine nearly gulped as she noticed the two rather large protrusions that were on her chest. A distinct lack of his family jewels were noted as well. There was only one possible reply to the situation the Ex-Marine-turned supermodel hot Fallen Angel with the big tiddies could come up with.

"Goodbye my old friend… I'll miss you" She said with a salute.

Author's Note: I just started this because some ideas were popping up in my head. But hey if you like the premise I'll definitely keep this story going. Probably regardless if anyone reads at all.. Feel free to review and comment with questions and stuff, I'd love to see em. Lazy Canadian-out.
