Episode 7: Night At the Goetia Estate

In I.M.P Office, Loona is sitting on the reception desk typing on her phone while Roy is watching T.V close by.

Roy turns to Loona, "Hey Loona, when Amara and the others are going to be back?"

"Depends how long it will take for them to kill the target," Loona answers, not paying much attention to Roy.

Roy blinks his eyes a few times and says, "Okay."

Suddenly, Loona's phone begins to ring. Loona then looks at it, and lets out a groan in annoyance.

She answers the phone and talks through it, "Hello... What... I can't seem to hear you... are you swimming or something... fine fine. I'll open the portal. Give me a bit."

Loona then places the phone on the desk and brings out the book with a small stick of chalk. Loona then uses the book and a chalk to draw the portal on the wall, and it soon opens. Soon, Blitz, Amara, Moxxie, and Millie fling out of the portal like they've been throwing into it, and land on the floor. They're all completely soaked and wet and they're coughing.

"That was fuckin close!" Blitz says, and coughs out some water from his mouth.

Millie coughs out some water, "Yeah. We still manage to off our target."

"I-I thought we were going to drown!" Moxie says.

"I know, that was way too close for comfort," Amara says.

"Well, what matter is that we killed our target and manage to get the fuck out of that mess without any hitches," Blitz says.

"What happened to you guys?" Roy asks.

"Well, the good news is that we managed to kill the target for our client," Millie says.

Then Moxxie says, "The bad news was that the bomb the target tried to throw exploded and we all fell in the river."

"Not to mention one that goes very fast and is filled with rapids," Amara adds, and coughs out water from her mouth.

Then says, "It was very hard to swim out of there."

Roy then turns to Amara and asks, "Are you okay, sis?"

"I'm okay, just a little sore on my left ankle... and swallowed some water in my mouth. I'll be fine once I change my," Amara says, about to stand.

She suddenly feels a sharp pain from her left leg and falls to the ground as she yelps, "Ow!"

"You okay there?" Loona asks, looking at Amara.

"Urgh... uh... I... don't know..." Amara answers.

She then tries to stand up on her two claw feet again, but falls back to the ground and uses her hands to clutch her left ankle.

"Ow..." Amara speaks, in obvious pain.

Seeing Amara badly hurt actually brings some concern in the room.

"Amara, it's clear to see that you're not okay. What happened?" Moxxie asks.

"When we fell in the river and got caught in the rapids... I think I hit my ankle against one of the rocks in the river. It doesn't hurt..." Amara says.

She grunts and grits her beak in pain and says, "That bad. I'll be fine... I... I had worse pains than this..."

"Kid, you fell into the river with the rest of us, smacked your ankle on a rock, and popped back here through the portal! Don't tell us that you'll be fine cause it's fuckin obveious that you fucked up your ankle! We're taking you to the hospital!" Blitz says.

Amara shakes her head and says, "Do... it doesn't feel that... bad. I think I'll be better in a few days.

"Amara, your ankle could be broken! And you're in serious pain!" Moxxie says.

"As much as I hate to agree with Moxxie, but he's right. You're badly injured from this mission and it doesn't look like the pain is going to go away. You're going to the hospital," Blitz firmly says.

Then Blitz tosses Millie the keys, "Millie, you got to the van and bring it out front."

Millie takes the keys that've been tossed to her and runs out of the office.

"Loona, you and I are going to carry Aamra down the stairs. Roy, you and Moxxie gather your sister's things," Blitz says.

"Okay," Roy replies.

Roy grabs Amara's backpack and Moxxie takes her guitar. Loona and Blit have Amara place her arms around their shoulders and allow them to take her down the elevator to meet Millie who is in the van.

Sometime later, after visiting the hospital, everyone is in Amara's apartment. Amara is sitting in bed with her left ankle in a cast and sitting on a pillow. Amara lets out a sigh of frustration and sadness. Turns out, Amara has broken her left ankle and will have to stay in bed for a few weeks. Roy walks into the room and climbs on the bed.

He soon asks, "How are you feeling?"

"Okay, I guess. Just rather bummed that I have to be stuck in bed for a few weeks. This is the worst," Amara says.

"Don't worry, you got worse scrapes than this. That's what you always tell me," Roy says.

"You're right about that, but the pain still kind of hurts. Of course, the pain doesn't hurt anymore, but it still sucks to be stuck in bed," Amara says.

Then sighs, "But we still have a lot of clients who want blood, and I'll be stuck here."

"It's not too bad. You've always told me that Ma would always want you to take things easy, maybe you can make this one an exception to taking things easy," Roy says.

Just then, Blitz comes in, "That's right. Since your big sister will be well off of work for a little while, I've arranged a babysitter for you. You'll be spending the rest of the day at his mansion?"

"You mean your boyfriend's place?" Amara asks.

"First of all, Stolas is not my boyfriend. And you two will be staying at his place. We might be done later with thirty clients waiting for heads to roll," Blitz says.

"That is true. I guess I don't mind letting Stolas watch us. Bsides, it will be nice to talk to Octavia some more," Amara says.

"Good. We're heading there right now. So grab your things, and we'll pick you up in the morning," Blitz says.

Amara and Roy look at Blitz with confused expressions.

"Well, that was sooner than expected," Amara says.

"Yeah," Roy replies.

Soon enough, the group is in the I.M.P Van and Blitz taking the wheel is driving to Stolas' mansion so Amara and Roy can be looked after, and so Amara can get some rest. Amara is sitting next to Roy as they both wait until they reach the front gate of Stolas' mansion.

Once they are parked in front of the mansion gate, Moxxie climbs out of the car and pulls the slide door open. Amara is the first to climb out of the van and uses crutches to help stand. Roy then brings out both his and Amara's backpacks. Moxxie, Millie, and Loona stay in the van, while Blitz= walk with Amara and Roy through the front gate and to the front door.

Blitz then knocks on the door and the door opens, and Stolas is the one who opens it.

"Hello Blitzy, it's good to see you," Stolas happily says.

Blitz rolls his eyes in reply, "Yeah Yeah. I'm just here to drop off Amara and Roy and then the rest of us have work to do."

"Hey Stolas," Amara replies.

"Hello," Roy replies.

"Hello Amara and Roy, it's good to see you again. Blitz explained to me about your situation and I'll take care of you for tonight," Stolas says.

"Thank you for letting us stay, I hope we won't be in too much trouble," Amara says.

"I'm sure both won't be much trouble at all," Stolas says.

"Glad to see you're aboard on this. We'll see you tomorrow since we'll be working late," Blitz says, and walks away.

Amara and Roy answer, "Bye."

Blitz then leaves the gate, hop into the van, and drives off.

"Now then, let's get you two inside and have you rest that ankle, Amara," Stolas says.

Not long, Amara is laying in the guest room Stolas provides for herself and Roy. It has a large bed with a canopy along with a large couch on the other side of the room. It also has a window seat next to the window. Amara is sitting on the bed board while Roy is watching T.V. Just then, the door opens and Octavia steps into the room.

"Hi Amara. How are you feeling?" Octaiva asks.

"A little better I guess. I just don't like having to be stuck in bed all day," Amara says.

"Maybe, but from what dad told me, you have to keep off that broken foot for a few weeks," Octaiva says.

Amara groans and says, "A few weeks... It might as well be a few months or a few years."

Octavia chuckles with a calm smile.

And Octavia says, "Sorry for laughing, it's a bit funny when you talk like you. You're not the type of person who wants to sit down."

"No I am not. I like to have some action, be able to do things, and also look after my little brother," Amara says.

Curious, Octavia asks, "So how did you break your ankle anyway?"

"Urgh! Yeah. It's a bit of a story, but in short, let's just say the target we were assigned to assassinate… had a hitch. Mainly because the client has forgotten to tell us that the target was a soldier in a few wars, including World War II," Amara says.

Flashback:

In the human world of the forest, Blitz, Amara, Moxie, and Millie have been assigned to shoot an elderly man. According to the client, the old man was his friend and comrade during a war. However, the man betrayed the client and shot him in the heart. What's more, he was also a traitor as well. So he wants revenge by sending him to Hell.

As they try to assassinate him, the old man shows that he is able to fire his guns, throw grenades and bombs at them. In other words, he fights back and has chased them into the woods.

Blitz and Amara quickly hide behind the trees and they both fire their weapons. They soon see an old bearded man with firearms, grenades, and bombs attached to him. The man fires his strong firearms at them.

"Fuck! This target is fuckin insane with thise guns!" Blitz says.

"Well, it's no surprise considering that the client failed to mention that the target was a high ranked soldier from World War II!" Amara says, and fires her gun.

Millie then charges toward the target with her knives. The old soldier sees Millie and fires at her with his guns. When she dodges. He pulls the grenade's trigger with his teeth and throws it at Millie. Millie tries to dodge, but a bomb lands in front and sends her back.

From above the tree, Moxxie sees his wife getting blasted and crashes into a bush.

"Millie!" Moxxie exclaims.

Moxie then has his crossbow and begins to fire an arrow, but the old man actually dodges the attack.

"Shit! For an old man, he sure knows how to avoid not getting off," Blitz says.

"We need to get that old man before he blasts us," Amara says.

The group gathers together and Amara has a plan to get him. Soon, Blitz, Amara, and Millie are being chased by the old man, while Moxxie comes out of the bushes and follows from behind. Amara and Blitz continue to fire at the old man, but the old soldier continues to throw bombs, grenades, and fire his guns at them.

Soon enough, the three find themselves in front of a lake and turn to see the old man holding a bomb.

"Well, there's no nowhere for you vermin to run," The old man says, and is ready to throw a lit bomb at them.

Suddenly, he's been shot on the head and falls to the ground and drops the bomb. Turns out, the one who shot him is Moxxie.

"Great job, Moxxie!" Millie happily says.

Moxxie hurries to them, "That was close."

"Glad to know the plan works and we took care of our target, it's time to head back to the office and…" Blitz says, and hears the sound.

Blitz wonders, "What's that noise?"

The group looks down to see the bomb is still lit and at the end of the fuse. Before they can react, the bomb explodes and is blasted into the river. Soon, they are carried by the current. The group are able to keep their heads above the current, but Amara ends up getting her ankle hit by one of the rocks as they are carried down the river.

Flashback Ends:

"That's what happened," Amara says.

"That really suck," Octaiva says.

"You have no idea. Millie is right, humans are full of secret nasties, and why many of them ended up in Hell. And still, many of the humans I met, not normal," Amara says.

"Yeah. I remember you saying that some of them are like worshipers for Hell," Octaiva says.

"Yeah. Humans can be so weird, and yet we live with the souls who end up down here," Amara says.

Then asks, "Say Octavia, is there anything to do in this palace?"

"Hmm, I don't really do too much except reading, do stuff on my phone like listening to music, and watch some T.V," Octavia says.

Confused, Roy asks, "Is there anything else?"

"Not too much, the only other thing I ended up doing is..." Octaiva says.

Suddenly, they hear a loud scream of rage, followed by a crash and the sound of broken glass.

"What the fuck was that?" Amara asks, shocked.

"What made that loud scream?" Roy asks.

Octavia sighs and says, "Who is more like it, my mom."

"That's your mom?" Amara says, confused.

"Yes. I think she's yelling at my dad again," Octavia says,

Amara soon remembers, "Oh, you mean your dad is currently having an affair with 'Blitzy'."

She and Roy snicker in reply.

"That's right," Octavia says.

Then sighs, "Of course, it's been rather hard since my mom found out. She's been rather well, edgy since."

"Yikes," Roy replies.

They soon hear another loud scream and something breaking. Amara and Roy become rather startled.

"She's not edgy, she's down right angry!" Amara says, surprised.

"How long does this last?" Roy asks.

"It's going to be a while," Octavia answers, sounding reluctant.

Amara groans, "I'm ready to use my telekinesis to get myself out of here to avoid listening to them screaming. I don't want Roy to hear this either."

Soon, Octavia has an idea, "You know, there is actually something we could do."

Not much time passed, Octaiva takes Amara and Roy to a door and opens it to reveal a staircase. Octaiva and Roy help Amara up the stairs because of her broken ankle, and the three find themselves in a place that is full of old furniture, clothes, and other stuff.

"What is this place?" Roy asks.

"It's the attic. It's where my mom, dad, and I keep some of our old things," Octaiva says.

"Pretty cool. There's actually a bunch of old stuff," Amara says.

"Yeah. A lot of this stuff belongs to my dad," Octavia says.

"Let's go look around," Roy happily says and begins to look around.

Amara and Octavia begin to chuckle in reply, and join Roy. What feels like hours, the three begin to look around the attic to find old stuff like clothes, furniture and they eventually find an old photo album. Amara opens one of them and sees Octavia when she's a little kid.

"Aww, you look so cute," Amara says.

Octavia blushes and turns the page to see many pictures of Octavia and Stolas, even when she's little.

"You seem very close with your dad," Roy says.

"I suppose, and well... I guess we still kind of are," Octavia says.

Roy then opens a couple of chests to see some old clothes, "Hey Octavia, are these yours?"

Octavia looks in the chest and says, "These are actually my parents old clothes. Back when they were my age."

"Really? Amara says, bringing out a cloak.

Then she noticed multiple white star-like patterns on it, almost like constellations on it.

"This one looks very nice," Amara says.

"Yeah. And I have to admit, my mom's clothes look nice too," Octavia says.

Then Octavia has an idea, "Wanna try them on?"

Amara turns to Octavia and grins, "Sure."

Roy says, "Yeah. I want to see what you look like."

With that, Amara and Octavia decide to have a little fun and try on some of Octavia's parents' old clothes. Octavia is able to convince Amara to wear one of her mom's old clothes. Her mom mainly has gowns and dresses, but Amara decides to give it a try.

Amara ends up wearing a white gown with white gloves and a silver tiara, while Octavia is wearing a burgundy dress with dark red sleeveless gloves, and yellow tiara.

"You actually look very pretty in a dress. Makes me wonder why you're fully into dresses," Octavia says.

Amara blushes and says, "Shut up."

Meanwhile, walking down the hall is Octavia's mother, Stella. Stella has become annoyed with her husband's affair, which is actually an understatement.

She then begins to wonder, "Now where could Octavia be?"

Just then, she begins to hear strange sounds and it's coming from the door that's been left slightly open.

"Who could be up there?" Stella wonders.

Stella then opens the door and begins to walk up the stairs to the attic.

Up in the attic, Octaiva helps put the finishing touches, "Just a few more adjustments to your feathers and the clothes, and you'll be done."

After brushing the feathers, Octavia says, "There you go, you're all done."

Amara then comes out to see herself in the mirror. She is wearing a dark blue well dressed long sleeve tunic with six gold buttons on it and has a white jabot around her neck. white trousers, and a dark purple cloak. Amara's short feather-like hair is brushed down and kind of stylish.

"You actually look a lot better wearing my dad's clothes," Octavia says.

Of course, Octavia is wearing a silvery gray dress decorated with some black and white gem that look like roses, and with a white tiara that has a red gemstone in the middle.

"I actually like it," Amara says, looking at herself.

Then turns to Amara, "You look very nice yourself."

"Thanks. Although, my mom usually wants me to wear dresses like this, royal and all that," Octavia says.

Suddenly, they hear a familiar voice, "Octavia, is that you up there?"

Octavia calls out, "Yes mom."

Walking up the stairs and to the attic is a white owl demon wearing a white and black color dress. The owl demon is Stolas' wife Stella, and Octavia's mom. Stella soon notices Roy walking towards Amara.

Amara waves, "Hello."

Stella doesn't say a word and looks at Amara with a curious look.

In a calm and firm voice, Stella says, "Hello. I have to assume you're a friend of my daughter."

"Yes. I'm Amara and this is my little brother Roy. We met when your husband hired I.M.P to guard him and Octavia during their trip to Loo Loo Land," Amara says.

Then mutters, "Even though it kind of ended badly."

"Not all bad," Octavia says.

"That's true. I just hope I didn't have to see that creepy clown again," Amara says.

"You don't like Robo Fizzoroli," Roy asks.

"No. I hate it," Amara answers.

"I see," Stella says.

Then turns to Roy with a stern expression, "So he's your younger brother?"

"Yeah. I was actually adopted and raised by Imps in the Wrath Ring, until an incident that led to my parents death and I lived with my aunt who is also an Imp. When I was old enough, I moved to Imp city and started working at I.M.P. I live with my little brother in an apartment," Amara explains.

"I see. And why are you wearing that cast?" Stella asks.

"I kind of got it smashed on a boulder while me and my colleagues fell into the river. I'll have to stay off of it for a few weeks," Amara says.

"And she was soaked and wet," Roy replies.

"Yes, I was wet. Anyway, Blitz dropped us off here to stay since they're caught up at work," Amara replies, not mentioning what kind of work they do.

"Well then, I do hope you enjoy your stay. Now then, I suggest that you all come down stairs, dinner will be ready soon," Stella firmly says, and walks down the stairs.

Octavia answers, "Yes mom."

Stella then leaves walking down stairs and to the hall.

"Is she always like this?" Amara asks.

Octavia sighs and says, "Yes. Yes she is."

"Not to be rude or anything, but why was she well…" Amara says.

"It's okay. It's because well, Imp are the lowest class of demons so she kind of looks lowly at them. I think the only reason why she's calm is because you thought of Roy as a brother, and that you're attached to him," Octavia says.

"I see," Amara says.

Then says, "I guess we better get ourselves ready. Let's change out of these clothes and we can start heading down stairs."

"Right," Octavia says.

Walking down the stairs, Stella has become more interested in Amara and her appearance. She remembers seeing Amara the day I.M.P brought her home. Now, seeing her dressed in the old clothes, she has a strange feeling, a feeling that gives her a bit of hope, but also shows deep uncertainty.

She then says softly to herself, "It can't be..."

Then walks down the hall, trying to pretend nothing happens, but something within her, is making her unable to forget.

Sometime later after having dinner, Amara, Octaiva, and Roy are heading down the hall after changing to their normal clothes. Amara and Roy do feel a bit uncomfortable.

"You two okay?" Octavia asks.

"We're okay. Dinner was good, just has an unnerving atmosphere, especially with your mom," Amara says.

"Yeah. She was glaring at him, like a Hell Rattlesnake staring down at a Hell mouse," Roy says.

"That's putting it mildly. I was afraid she was going to attack him," Amara says.

"She kind of already attacked him by throwing plates and some of the servants at him," Octavia says.

"I can imagine it has to do with the affair Blitz is having with your dad," Amara replies.

"Sounds about right," Octavia says

"Yeah. Even though she's been acting calm, she… well… she kind of scares me," Amara replies.

"Don't worry, she can be kind of harmless when she's not mad," Octavia says.

"If you say so," Amara says.

Just then, Stolas approaches them, "Hello Octavia."

"Hey dad," Octavia says.

"How are you all getting along?" Stolas asks with a smile.

"We're doing fine. It's just been a rather long day," Amara says.

"We had fun," Roy says.

"Glad to see you three are getting along," Stolas happily says.

Then Stolas asks, "How are you doing at your job? I hope Blitzy is going fine?"

"Dad," Octavia says, letting out a groan.

Roy chuckles and covers his mouth, "Blitzy."

"My boss is doing fine. Moxxie, Millie, and Loona are doing fine as well. We had some situations when the targets resisted a death wish, but we were still able to get the job done. One of them was a female designer that wanted to pull out my tail feathers and Blitz's horns to use in her designs. That chick is a complete lunatic using animal skins and furs, especially those that were illegal to use. At least what humans consider illegal," Amara says.

"Illegal like how?" Stolas asks.

"Well, mainly endangered animals like pandas, wild cats, snakes, and even birds," Amara says.

"Humans are rather odd," Octavia says.

"You have no idea," Amara says.

"Sounds like you are having an interesting time. I do hope you are taking good care of my grimoire," Stolas says.

"Don't worry, it's being taken care of. And knowing my boss, he'll shoot anyone who might try to take it," Amara says.

"That's good to hear. Now then, how about we all play a board game," Stolas says, and brings out the box.

The Box has the words 'Loo Loo Land.' on it. It looks like the game has the picture of the park, but looks like it's made of candy, and spooky stuff.

"Dad, I'm not a little kid anymore," Octavia replies, annoyed.

"Maybe, but I don't think it could hurt. Besides, my brother is still young enough to play," Amara says.

Octavia sighs and says, "Fine, but only because of your little brother."

"Right," Amara says.

Later in the night, Octavia is sleeping with Amara and Roy in the guest room. Octaiva soon calmly wakes up and sits to notice Amara isn't sleeping on the bed.

"Amara?" Octavia says, confused.

Otctavia turns her head to notice the door to a balcony of the room is open. Octavia quietly walks out of the bed and sees Amara sitting on the balcony with her guitar. Amara sighs with a calm smile and thinks about the darkish red sky of the Wrath Ring's night sky, and the open wide field at her hometown. Amara takes a deep breath and begins to play her guitar, and begins to sing.

Amara:

Sometimes I couldn't hear what you're trying to tell me

I thought that I knew all I need to know

I didn't understand that the doors you would open

Could take me somewhere I wanted to go

I can be strong for you now

You taught me how

I learned from you that I do not crumble

I learned that strength is somethin' you choose

All of the reasons to keep on believin'

There's no question, that's a lesson, I learned from you

Amara continues to play her guitar and continues to sing.

Amara:

You know where to find all of my hiding places

And there are no secrets from you I can keep

You let me know how you feel, pulling no punches

And I never knew that kind of honesty

I'm grateful for all of the times

You opened my eyes

I learned from you that I do not crumble

I learned that strength is somethin' you choose

All of the reasons to keep on believin'

There's no question, that's a lesson, I learned from you

Amara then places a little melody as she stops singing and hums some of the lyrics. After she's done playing, Amara is about to head back to the room to get some sleep.

"Amara?" Octavia's voice calls out.

Amara turns her head to see Octavia and she walks over to her.

Octaiva walks over and says, "That's… a very nice song you wrote."

"Thanks. I sometimes like to write songs and sing when I can't sleep," Amara says.

"That's kind of cool," Octavia says.

"Thanks," Amara says. Then turns to a photograph that she has on the small table close by.

Octaiva looks at it to see the picture of Amara at a young age with two grownup Imps and a baby Imp.

"Are these two, your parents?" Octaiva asks.

"Yeah. This was taken sometime after Roy was born," Amara says.

"You all look so happy," Octaiva says.

Then asks, "What are they like?"

Amara then explains, "Well, my father's name was Jake. He was a very strong Imp in the Wrath Ring. He's also a very hard worker. He practically taught me everything about how to be rough and tough, even how to play the guitar and sing."

"So you learned how to use a gun from your father?" Octavia asks.

"Yeah. Use guns, lassos, guns, practically anything that I need to learn while living in the Wrath, especially using my physical strength. We sometimes get into arguments whenever I get too reckless, and when I use my powers all the time. He always said 'Amara, you are very gifted with your powers, but you can't use your powers for everything. Guns and natural powers of demons can get the job done, but a real demon needs to be able to tear a hell beast with their bare hands', Yet, my dad really cares about me, and he can be hard on me, but that just show how much he cares and that I need to be prepared for the real world when I grow up," Amara says.

Octavia asks, "Your father must have been very tough."

"Really tough. He actually won the Pain Game when he was a teenager. When he first won the Pain Games when he was twelve, he became the youngest Imp to win the games, and was able to win it five more times. I always wanted to play the Pain Games, but it will be kind of weird about me being the only demon playing the games with Imps," Amara says.

"What about your mom?" Octavia asks.

Amara then says, "My mother's name was Cassandra, and she was sweet, kind, and surprisingly very strong and strict too. She sometimes thinks I work too hard. Whenever I decide to continue to work, she always tells me to try and have some fun once in a while. We don't always see eye to eye. She drives me crazy sometimes. Like in the kitchen or doing laundry, she always listens to these Western style songs, and man was her singing bad..."

Amara chuckles and says, "That woman was beyond tone death."

"And you know the funny thing... Since the incident, I would give anything to hear her singing again," Amara says, and soon begins to shed tears.

Realizing she's shedding tears, Amara wipes the tears away and says, "Sorry about that. I just... need a minute."

Suddenly, Roy's voice says, "I still think it's cool you know mom."

Octavia and Amara turn to see Roy up and walking towards Amara.

"Roy? What are you doing up?" Amara asks, and picks up Roy.

"Couldn't sleep. So I want to join you guys, and can't help but hear you talk about mom and dad," Roy says.

"Why do you say that?" Octavia asks.

"Well, I just think it's cool to know mom and dad. They both died when I was still a baby," Roy says.

Octavia looks at Roy and Amara a little surprised.

"I don't even remember what they look like, much less the sound of their voice. I only know because of the picture Amara has. I always wonder… can you really miss someone you never even knew," Roy replies.

Roy giggles and says, "I know it's silly. Of course you can't

"So you, miss your parents Amara?" Octavia asks.

Suddenly, Amara hugs Roy with sadness and sits down. Tears begin to seep from her eyes. Roy's eyes also begin to water and hug Amara as well. Even though Roy doesn't know his parents, he shed tears, wishing he does and misses them. Octavia feels sad for Amara and Roy and thinks about her own parents. Even though her parents are fighting because of the affair, she is at least happy her parents are alive, and her father is doing better for her.

The next day, Blitz, Moxxie, and Millie are in the I.M.P to pick up Amara and Roy. After saying goodbye to Octavia and Stolas, Blitz drives the van back to Imp city and to the office. On the road, everyone is relaxing in the car as Blitz drives it.

"So kids, how do you enjoy being at Stolas' house for the night?" Blitz asks.

"It was actually kind of fun, even though I'm stuck wearing a cast. Octavia, Roy, and I have fun, and Stolas is actually very nice. His wife also seems okay, I suppose," Amara says.

"Sure he is. For a lustful thirty owl," Blitz says.

Amara giggles, "You're so weird."

"It appears that your night at Stolas' mansion turned out pretty well," Moxxie says.

Amara smiles and says, "Yeah. I like to come back and have fun with Octavia some more."

"Me too," Roy says.

"Want me to send you both back to his house every month?" Blitz questions.

"Yeah you wish. Not when it involves your affairs, Blitzy," Amara says with a smirk on her face.

"Worth a try..." Blitz says.

Then realizes what Amara says and exclaims, "Hey! I've already got one owl demon calling me that, and that's annoying enough!"

Soon, everyone excluding Blitz begins laughing.
