In outer space, there was meeting going on at the Planet Turo, and it was being held by the United Galactic Federation, an intergalactic community dedicated to keeping peace and safety throughout the universe. Hundreds of different aliens from every planet in the galaxy was mumbling to each other about how the meeting would go down, until a single spotlight shined down on the seating area of the Galactic Council.
Stepping out of the shadows was an elderly female alien who had light blue skin, black eyes, hoof-shaped feet, and was wearing a large golden collar and a black robe. This was the Grand Councilwoman.
"Read the charges." The Grand Councilwoman ordered.
Standing beside her and holding a small piece of paper was huge and brutish shark-like alien with Sky-blue eyes, a sleeveless uniform with red outlines, and a belt that was holding a small alien pistol. This was Captain Gantu.
"Doctor Jumba Jookiba, lead scientist of Galaxy Defence Industries, you stand before this council accused of Illegal Genetic Experimentation." Gantu said.
Jumba Jookiba, the alien who was on trial, stood on a floating platform with a causal expression. He was wearing a lab coat and had four eyes, three single strands of hair, purple skin on his backside and pale pink skin on the front, a big round head, a purple Koala-like nose, and tiny ears.
A loud siren noise sounded out from the back and a spaceship flew into the courtroom, carrying a single prisoner inside.
"How do you plead?" The Grand Councilwoman asked.
"Not guilty!" Jumba denied in a deep Russian accent. "My experiments are only theoretical and completely within legal boundaries."
"We believe you actually created something." The Grand Councilwoman said with narrowed eyes.
"Created something?! Ha!" Jumba scoffed as the ship started lowing something in a container onto another platform. "But that would be irresponsible and unethical. I would never…"
Jumba was cut off when the container from the ship popped out a strange creature inside a glass box and softly onto the platform. It was covered in blue fur and was wearing a bright-red uniform. It had four arms, razor sharp claws, a big mouth full of deadly teeth, big floppy ears, two antennas popping out of it's forehead, three thick and long spikes on it's back, stubby legs, and a short stumpy tail.
"…Make more than one." Jumba said sheepishly, knowing that he was in big trouble now.
The creature snarled dangerously at the entire crowed and banged it's head against the glass box, making every alien in the courtroom gasp in horror.
"What is that monstrosity?" Gantu asked in disgust.
"Monstrosity?!" Jumba repeated, completely offended by what the captain just called his marvellous creation. "What you see before you is the first of a new species. I call it… Experiment 626."
Experiment 626, as Jumba liked to call it, scratched against the glass and started crawling around it.
"He is bulletproof, fireproof, and can think faster than super computer." Jumba explained to the council. "He can see in the dark, and move objects three thousand times his size. His only instinct… to destroy everything he touches! HAHAHAHA!"
"So it is a monster." The Grand Councilwoman said simply.
"Eh, just a little one." Jumba replied as he calmed down, surprisingly quick.
"It is an affront to nature! It must be destroyed!" Gantu shouted as he slammed his fist on the council platform.
"Calm yourself, Captain Gantu." The Grand Councilwoman told him in a calm manner. "Perhaps it can be reasoned with."
She then turned her attention back to 626, who was stilling trying to escape.
"Experiment 626, give us some sign you understand any of this." The Grand Councilwoman said kindly. "Show us that there is something inside you that is good."
626 heard her and stopped his growling and scratching. He turned towards the council and cleared his throat, while everyone waited to see what he would say. And then…
"Meega nala kweesta!" 626 shouted.
The council and the entire audience gasped in a mix of absolute shock and horror when those evil words left 626's mouth. A robot council member even puked out some bolts and cogs.
"So naughty!" The Grand Councilwoman exclaimed, while 626 laughed like a maniac.
"I didn't teach him that!" Jumba quickly protested.
"Place that idiot scientist under arrest!" Gantu ordered with a glare.
A glass container then surrounded Jumba.
"I prefer to be called EVIL GENIUS!" Jumba yelled before he was lowered downwards and out of sight.
"And as for that abomination… it is the flawed product of a deranged mind." The Grand Councilwoman said as she watched 626 lick all over the glass box and literally rub his face in his own saliva. "It has no place among us. Captain Gantu, take him away."
The Grand Councilwoman then left the court, leaving 626 alone with Gantu.
"With pleasure." The captain replied, cracking his fingers.

Later, 626 was being dragged into a cell room by two alien guards and was stuck inside a containment device. They placed him onto the ceiling as he growled angrily at them while struggled to get out.
On of the guards then brought out a spear-like device and aimed it at 626. The alien mutant snarled at him, but was injected by the device and had some of his pink blood drained out, which was placed into a small vial. An officer in blue uniform took the vial of blood and placed inside a large plasma cannon, which then aimed at 626, along with another one.
As 626 continued growling at his captors, Gantu approached him.
"Uncomfortable? Aaw… good!" Gantu scoffed with an intimidating frown. "The council has banished you to exile on a desert asteroid. So relax, enjoy the trip… and don't get any ideas! These guns are locked onto your genetic signature. They won't shoot anyone, but you."
As soon as he pressed his finger against 626's head, the little mutant glared and instantly bit him.
"Ow! Why you!" Gantu growled as he pressed his blaster against 626's head, until he heard the officer clearing his throat.
"May I remind the captain that he is on duty?" He reminded the shark alien.
Gantu glared angrily at 626 before reeling his blaster away.
"Secure the cell!" He ordered.
"Aye, captain." The officer saluted as Gantu excited the cell room.
The Galactic Armada captain then arrived in the main deck.
"Captain on deck." The computer said.
"All ahead full." Gantu ordered.
Two alien pilots started operating the ship as Gantu sighed and sat down in the captain's chair. He looked at the finger 626 bit onto.
"Uh, does this l-look infected to you?" Gantu asked as he showed the pilots his finger.
The alien cruiser fired up it's engines and flew towards it's chosen destination, while being surrounded by numerous blue police spaceships.
Back in his cell, 626 looked at the two guns that were aiming at him and came up with a devilish idea. He first flopped his ears up and down, causing the guns to follow their movement. Then, he opened his wide mouth and a huge trail of green slime leaked out of it before he sucked it back in, making the guns follow it. He smiled mischievously as he knew that he's found a way out and continued doing the same thing over and over again.
While he's toying around with the deadly weapons, the officer was sitting in a chair and playing cards, but then heard 626's chuckling from behind.
"Quiet, you!" He demanded.
626 growled angrily before spitting some of his saliva at the officer, making the guns fire at it.
"Gunfire in the cell bay!" Pilot #1 informed, getting an alert at the main deck.
"Open the channel." Gantu ordered.
In the cell, the officer was shivering in fear as he just barley managed to avoid getting blasted.
"What's going on down there?" Gantu asked on the com channel.
626 giggled as he reeled back and spat more slime on the officer's hat, who gulped as the guns now started aiming at him.
"Lieutenant, respond!" Gantu demanded.
The officer quickly ducked as the guns opened fire and blasted the door into nothing.
"He's lose on Deck C!" Pilot #1 exclaimed to Gantu.
"Red alert! Seal off the deck!" Gantu ordered.
626 broke out of his containment device and landed on the floor before grabbing the broken pieces and blocking the guns plasma fire with them, making his escape successful. He noticed a door was about to close and quickly held it open with his enhanced strength.
"Security, converge on door seven!" Gantu ordered on the radio. "Deadly force authorised! Fire on sight! Repeat, fire on sight!"
As 626 made it on the other side of the door, he soon got approached by three guards who immediately spotted him.
"There he is!" One of the guards exclaimed as they all started firing at 626.
The blue alien avoided the plasma fire and quickly escaped through the vents. One guards fired his weapon in the vent, but missed 626.
"Security to bridge, he's in the ventilation system!" The guard warned.
Gantu and the two pilots heard 626 crawling around the vent above them. The captain fired his plasma pistol into it, only to miss.
"He's headed for the power-" Gantu was cut off when all the lights in the ship suddenly switched off. "… grid."
Suddenly, a large thump was heard from inside the ship.
"What was that?" Gantu questioned.
"I… don't think he's on the ship anymore." Pilot #2 admitted.
"Confirmed. He's taken a police cruiser!" Pilot #1 informed.
Just then, a red police ship flew out of the cruiser and the pilot inside was 626 himself.
"Yeah… he took the red one." Pilot #2 said.
626 flew around while happily honking on the ships horn.
"Yeh-ha!" He shouted while laughing, until the other police ships started firing at him and growled back at them.
626 flew away from his pursuers and avoided their plasma fire before he made a quick u-turn and brought out his own plasma gun, firing back the police ships.
Just then, the alien mutant's eyes widened as his ship crashed into another one and damaged it a bit, while the other police ships surrounded him.
"That's it!" The commander remarked. "We got him! We got him!"
Looking down at his ship's controls, 626 chuckled evilly and smashed a glass case before pulling on a red leaver behind it.
"Hyper-Drive activated." The computer said. "System charging"
"He's engaged his H-Drive!" Pilot #1 exclaimed in shock.
"Warning, guidance is not functional." The computer warned.
626 ignored the warning and prepared to activate the hyperdrive.
"Pursuit commander, that crazy trog is about to make a jump!" Gantu shouted on the com.
"Break formation!" The commander ordered as the police ships flew away from 626's. "Get clear of that ship!"
The Hyper-Drive on the red ship was shown to have now been fully charged.
"Navigation failure." The computer informed. "Do not engage hyper-"
With a sinister smile, 626 pushed in the leaver and his ship jumped straight through space, leaving behind a trail of plasma waves that shocked the cruiser and caused it to be blown away a bit.
Gantu sat onto his seat in annoyance and groaned, embarrassed that he let one single prisoner escape.
"Get me galactic control." He ordered while pinching his forehead.

After hearing about 626's escape, the Grand Councilwoman stormed into the main control room, where many alien officers were trying to pinpoint the experiment's destination.
"WHERE IS HE?!" The Grand Councilwoman yelled in anger.
"He's still in hyperspace." An officer answered.
"Where will he exit?" The Grand Councilwoman asked while walking down the stairs.
"Calculating now." A female worker said as a holo-screen showing a planet with blue and green markings appeared. "Quadrant seventeen, section 005, area fifty-one. A planet called… E-arth."
"I want an expert on this planet in here now!" The Grand Councilwoman stated.
She then noticed the blue layouts surrounding the green areas of the planet know as Earth.
"What is that?" The Grand Councilwoman asked.
"Water. Most of the planet is covered in it." An officer explained.
"He won't survive in water." The Grand Councilwoman said while shaking her head. "His molecular density is too great."
The other aliens smiled in relief, thinking that 626 was done for. Unfortunately, the coordinates of where his ship will crash into started zooming in.
"No!" The Grand Councilwoman gasped in disbelief.
As the screen got wider and wider, the ship's predicted crash landing destination was revealed to be in a small forest, near a landlocked state that had a number of small houses in it. The entire control staff muttered to each other in disappointment.
"Of course." The Grand Councilwoman sighed with an eye roll. "How much time do we have?"
"We have projected his landing at three hours, forty-two minutes." The officer replied.
"Ugh, we have to gas the planet." The Grand Councilwoman said grimly.
"Hold it! Hold everything!" A new voice shouted.
The Grand Councilwoman turned around and was approached by an alien carrying a stack of papers in his arm. He had lime-green skin, one huge eye, a round bald head with an antenna on top, two touches, three elongated fingers on both of his hands, and three stout legs with two toes on each of them. His outfit was a blue uniform with golden buttons, gold epaulettes, and a red jewel that was located on a brooch. His name was Wendy Pleakley, but he prefers people to call him by his last name.
"Earth is a protected wildlife reserve. Yeah, we've been using it to rebuild the mosquito population." Pleakley explained as he showed a picture of said bug. "Which, need I remind you, is an endangered species!"
"Am I to assume you are the expert?" The Grand Councilwoman questioned.
"Oh, I don't know about expert!" Pleakley chuckled hysterically, before being strained out by the Councilwoman's stern glare. "Agent Pleakley, at your service."
"Can we not simply destroy the landmark?" The Grand Councilwoman asked.
"No! Crazy head!" Pleakley shouted in response before pulling out a number of picture that show Earth's inhabitants. "The mosquitoes' food of choice, primitive humanoid life forms, have colonies all over that planet!"
He then handed the pictures over to the Councilwoman.
"Are they intelligent?" She asked, scrolling through the pictures.
"No, but they're very delicate." Pleakley answered. "In fact, every time an asteroid strikes their planet, they have to begin life all over. It's fascinating, isn't it? With these, I've been able to study-"
"What if our military forces just landed there?" The Grand Councilwoman interrupted.
"Well, that'd be a bad idea!" Pleakley said firmly. "These are extremely simple creatures, miss. Landing there would create mass mayhem and planet-wide panic!"
"A quiet capture would require an understanding of 626 that we do not posses!" The Grand Councilwoman stated. "Who then, Mr Pleakley, would you send for his extraction?"
Pleakley had a long thought about, before an idea came to him.
"Does he have a brother?" He asked, earning an eye roll from the Councilwoman. "Close grandmother, perhaps?"
Then, the Grand Councilwoman came up with an idea of her own. But it was a pretty bad one.

She and Pleakley soon entered the prison chamber, were millions of alien criminals from across the universe were seen locked inside their cells.
"Friendly cousin?" Pleakley continued asking while keeping himself far away from the convicts. "A neighbour with a beard?"
The two of them stood on a platform and were sent above the ground, currently heading towards a cell containing a certain someone.
Inside one of the cells was Jumba himself. He was reading a newspaper labelled 'IDIOT SCIENTIST JAILED', with him and 626 on the front cover. Enraged, Jumba griped the paper with his two hands before screaming in fury and tearing it to shreds.
Outside, the Grand Councilwoman and Pleakley arrived in front of Jumba's cell and when they entered, they saw the evil scientist eating the tiny newspaper pieces. Jumba then stopped munching when he noticed their presence, the one-eyed alien cringing in fear.
"Hehehe. He got away?" Jumba asked while chuckling.
"I'm sure this comes as no surprise to you." The Grand Councilwoman assumed.
"I designed this creature for to be unstoppable." Jumba answerd, proud of his sinister creation.
"Which is precisely why you must bring him back." The Councilwoman told him.
"Wha- me?" Jumba asked in surprise, not expecting her to ask for his assistance.
"And to reward you, we are willing to trade your freedom for his capture." The Grand Councilwoman offered.
Jumba sighed and sat down on his bed. He liked the idea of capturing his own experiment and getting out of jail, but he knew 626 wouldn't be easy to catch.
"626 will not come easily." Jumba admitted before thinking of an idea. "Maybe direct hit from plasma cannon might stun him long enough to-"
"Plasma cannon granted." The Grand Councilwoman said, cutting him off. "Do we have a bargain, dr Jumba?"
Jumba didn't have to think twice and nodded to her in response.
"But it's a delicate planet!" Pleakley told the Grand Councilwoman. "Who's gonna control him?"
"You will." The Councilwoman answerd as she started to take her leave.
"Very good, your highness." Pleakley chuckled, with a little bit of nervousness in his tone. "I.. I didn't quite-"
But then, the cell door closed shut and left the one-eyed agent alone with Jumba.
"You're not joking!" Pleakley gasped fearfully as Jumba startled to slowly approach him.
"So… tell me, my little one-eyed one…" Jumba started saying, making Pleakley Lower down in worridness.
"On what poor, pitiful, defenceless planet has my monstrosity been… unleashed?"
Next time, we get to meet the Louds
