Chapter 1! I can see it now, I'm just indulging myself at this point.
I couldn't stay away from Itsuka x Izumi but of course I made some big change ups here and there. I'll go more in depth in the end notes for sure.
It's an OP quirked Izumi story by the way. I'm posting this the same day as another OP quirked Izumi story but this one will probably be more action heavy between the two but make sure you check out Slice of Light regardless.

Chapter 1: Pure Power
The beach was spotless. Sand that was once occupied by piles of discarded items and trash laid pristine giving perfect view of the gleaming water that was hidden away. With a stomp, she'd allowed herself a brief roar of triumph. Throwing her head back she felt her body follow only for a hand to come and support her.
She listened as best she could to All Might's praise, a swelling pride in her chest through the soreness of her body. She watched All Might smile at her in his muscle form and curiously followed his hand as he plucked a hair from his head.
"NOW, EAT THIS!"
She blanched but reluctantly did so when All Might explained how One For All was transferred. She'd felt a little sick but All Might gave her another blinding smile and once again praised her.
Itsuka Kendo beamed.

*Itsuka POV*
Itsuka slowly flexed her fingers, turning her arms this way and that in a form of pseudo inspection. All Might had told her that for someone with a quirk, One For All would blend with and enhance it. Her quirk, Pure Enhance, was a passive one that made her body both healthier and a decent bit more durable. Ever since she had gotten her quirk at 4 she had rarely ever gotten sick and had even managed through falling down the stairs at 7 with only minor aches.
The capabilities of her quirk had certainly helped her with training her body with a decreased risk of injury and overall better recovery times when she did get hurt but beyond those types of things it didn't do much else. Now though, she had to figure out just how One For All would impact her original quirk as well as how to utilize the raw power aspect of her newly gained one. Logically, Pure Enhance would become stronger but perhaps it could evolve and if it did then what would that mean? Maybe it...
Itsuka snapped back to reality when she heard a small cough from her mentor and she gave him a sheepish smile. All Might simply chuckled at her actions, the man in his civilian form once more, "So young Kendo! Do you feel any different?"
Thinking on it, Itsuka closed her eyes and tried to focus on her body. Originally she had no tell with her quirk due to its passive nature, it felt completely natural to her but now she could feel it. It was almost like a small humming of energy that coursed through her, warming her body. "Yeah, it almost feels like I'm wrapped in a blanket. If that makes sense."
All Might gave a hearty laugh at her analogy, which Itsuka didn't think was too bad, before he continued. "Perhaps you'd like to test it then? I have already asked Principal Nezu's permission to do so."
"W-we'll be going to U.A?" Itsuka sputtered out in surprise while All Might nodded in confirmation. She had hoped to be able to test out One For All, especially considering that the entrance exam was in less than 2 weeks, but to be able to do so at U.A? This couldn't be a better chance. "Yes I would like to go sir!"
"Then let's be off young Kendo!"

*All Might POV*
Given the high power of One For All, Toshinori decided to bring his successor to one of the less cluttered outside training fields. Young Kendo already had a well trained body and her own quirk only made it stronger so there was a chance that she could have control over a higher percent than he'd have initially anticipated. The orange haired girl entered the training ground that Nezu was allowing them to use alongside him, the girl looking about as they walked further in. The blonde hero had asked to use a less building heavy ground due to the level of destruction that the cultivated quirk could bring so now they could at least figure out what percent the girl's body could handle.
"Are you sure it will be fine for me to test the limit of One For All?" The orange haired girl wondered, likely worried about the result.
The man let out a bit of a laugh, "IT WILL BE FINE MY GIRL! IT'S BETTER TO FIGURE OUT YOUR LIMITS NOW SO WE CAN WORK ON CONTROLLING YOUR POWER." Toshinori stepped back a little, "GO AHEAD AND THROW YOUR PUNCH WHEN YOU'RE READY."
His successor nodded and turned away, readying herself to test out her newly gained power. Taking a deep breath, the familiar red lines ran along her arm and she began to swing her arm. Toshinori was nearly thrown off balance and he heard the surprised shriek from the girl as a concussive blast sounded before them. Shielding his eyes as the tearing winds obliterated anything in their path, all All Might could do was wait for the attack to settle. Once the winds died down, the man stood in shock at the horrid level of destruction in front of him. Even his own 100% punches might not have done this level of damage! The blonde hero would have marveled more but he was snapped out of it when he heard a groan of to his side. His successor had been blown back and was struggling on her knees while she clutched at her right arm.
"YOUNG KENDO!" He yelled in concern as he quickly came to her side.
The orange haired girl forced a smile, "It's not broken but my arm hurts like hell right now." She managed to ground out, her injured limb convulsing but somehow not broken.
Toshinori was about to argue with her when it hit him. Pure Enhance, his successor's seemingly dull quirk that she assumed only made her more durable. One For All was a cultivated quirk that could make other quirks stronger and the orange haired girl's quirk was an all around enhancing quirk.
Her two quirks were making each other stronger.

*Present Mic POV*
Hizashi couldn't help but notice the green haired girl sitting far in the back of the auditorium. Her long, wavy green hair flowed behind her back in a curtain and her bright green eyes flashed every so often with a hint of gold. Even as she was speaking animatedly with another tester, the greenette leaned back and relaxed, she had a demanding presence that couldn't be ignored. She had a bit of a sharp look in her eyes but her small grin showed off her seemingly good nature as the people around her laughed about what she was saying.
The green haired girl didn't appear to be nervous at all and she seemed to be the most relaxed person out of all the testers. Hizashi figured that the girl was simply confident in her abilities and while he normally would have thought about how many confident kids ended up failing, something inside of the Voice Hero told him that this girl would make it just fine. He yelled out to his audience to get the explanation started and was nearly left hanging until the greenette responded to his calls, her strong voice filling the room. Not long into Hizashi's test breakdown a blue haired boy interjected going on with a brief lecture about the 'discrepancies' between the blonde hero's explanation and the paper they were given. Hizashi was about to address the issue when the boy continued on to reprimand the greenette who had played along with his call and response. The auditorium grew silent when the glasses wearing boy finished but was suddenly filled with a rumbling laughter as the girl threw her head back in amusement.
Everyone, even Hizashi himself, was surprised and the girl's deep laugh trailed off, "Let's let Present Mic finish his explanation." She spoke out, her voice on the deeper end and her tone a bit jovial.
Regaining control of the situation, Hizashi finished off the last of his speech and the testers got started on their ways. The green haired girl passed by, not looking perturbed by what had happened at all, and the Voice Hero saw the unwavering confidence in her eyes.
That girl was going places.

*Midnight POV*
Tall, the girl that Nemuri was observing was shockingly tall. Despite living in a world that had people of all shapes, sizes, and even mutated features, what stood out the most was that she didn't have any extra physical attributes. The green haired girl towered over the other testers patiently, standing around 224cm tall and perhaps even slightly taller than All Might when he was in his hero form no less. Her muscles were strong and well defined and her entire being exuded an image of power as she simply remained in place. Mic called for the start of the examine and the girl took off quickly despite her size.
Already finding a group of villain bots, a translucent bluish white sphere appeared around her right hand and her punch tore through the faux enemy with ease. A few more strikes with her unknown quirk caused the other robots to crumple beneath her fists, pieces of metal being shredded and thrown from their bodies. The visible energy that surrounded the greenette's hands were warping the metal parts even before her hands made contact and the bots themselves were turned into scrap likely beyond salvageable levels. A 2 pointer came out of nowhere and without the use of her powers, the towering girl crumpled its head with raw strength before throwing its remaining body at another passing villain bot.
The girl continued her path, briefly stopping to yank a decent sized pipe off of a building wall and gripping it in her hand. With a twirl of the makeshift weapon, the green haired girl used both hands to swing it and bisected a fast moving pair of 1 pointers with a powerful swipe. Slamming the bottom of the pipe against the ground, the greenette shortly examined her handiwork before slowly trudging off, not looking as if she was in a rush in the slightest. Nemuri shifted her eyes to the scoreboard and found that the girl, Midoriya Izumi, was well within the top 3 and constantly trading 1st and 2nd with another student.
The exam drew on into it's final third, Midoriya's score pulling away and solidly keeping her in 1st. As per usual, Nezu had released the 0 pointers into each respective testing grounds and unlike the other testers, the green haired girl made her way towards the hulking faux villain. Whether it was Midoriya noticing the trapped girl in the mechanical giant's path or another reason altogether...
Nemuri sat on the edge of her seat.

*Eraserhead POV*
Shouta always watched the exam footage in post to get an idea about the students that would be inside of his class. Alongside skimming through their files, he wanted to see how they utilized their quirks as well as potentially seeing said quirks' upper limits. This way he had an idea about what they were capable of so they wouldn't be able to sandbag during the apprehension test that he gave at the start of every year. This year however, he for once focused carefully on a single student.
The Smile Hero, Ms. Joke, had bumped into him coincidentally and he'd been dragged around by her on a whim. The woman had said that since they were both teachers and because it was almost time for U.A's entrance exam that she would share a bit of information with him. One of her now 2nd year students had a younger cousin that would be aiming for U.A this year and apparently she was one to keep an eye out for. The student, Shindo Yo, had told Joke that his cousin not only had a powerful quirk but she also had the skills to properly wield it and an attitude better than some of today's heroes. While Shouta didn't particularly care for such information, he'd be the one to decide if she stayed in his class, the way that his fellow hero talked about the girl, Midoriya, seemed genuine.
Midoriya had scored 1st place by a large margin, both from a hefty amount of villain points as well as a full 60 rescue points when she'd saved another tester from the 0 pointer. Her quirk appeared to be combat based but she also strangely was able to locate groups of villain bots both quickly and accurately. Her attitude towards the test was serious, unlike others who seemed to enjoy it like a game, and the greenette didn't solely rely on her quirk to destroy the fake villains. The way she'd repurposed a pipe as a type of staff and how she used unquirked, raw strength hits showed how much she had trained for the exam. However, the most interesting part was when Midoriya demolished the 0 pointer to save a brown haired girl.
The giant robot was already reaching down towards the trapped girl as Midoriya arrived and the tall girl dove forward to stand beside her. With her side turned towards the 0 pointer and her feet firmly planted on the ground, Midoriya drew back her right hand, her arm crossing her body as if she was flexing and the clenched fist positioned above her head. The fist glowed with a bluish white orb around it and Midoriya's arm tensed before she swung the bottom of her fist at the 0 pointer's approaching hand. Her motion stopped, not making contact with the offending hand, and the air before her looked as if it was shattering with light blue cracks. The 0 pointer's hand crumpled soon after and fissures and explosions ran up its arm as the orb that was once on the green haired girl's hand expanded and ran up the robot's limb, engulfing it. Soon enough, scraps of damaged metal hailed down as the 0 pointer's entire arm and part of its side were blown away.
Midoriya removed the brown haired girl from the rubble that was trapping her and carried her off as the non moving figure of the 0 pointer shut down, sparks flashing from its torn apart body. Glancing over at the girl's file, Shouta took note of her quirk. Quake, it allowed her to create and wield vibrations and shock waves and the green haired girl clearly knew how powerful it was since she didn't sling about her quirk carelessly. Given her destructive ability, she had been purposefully placed into his class to remain under his erasing eyes but even Shouta was unsure if he could stop her quirk once it was in use.
He'd need to carefully watch how Midoriya would handle herself.
Notes and Stuff
It's Whitebeard. There was no way I was gonna do an OP Izumi, haha OP being One Piece or Over Powered, I made this joke on Slice of Light, and not use Whitebeard's earthquake ability. Like Slice of Light and because Izumi is OP, I'm making a couples changes here and their with the power which once again means no water weakness.
Since the ability is similar to Shindo's quirk, I went ahead and made them cousins. He's actually canonically from Shizuoka Prefecture just like Midoriya is and well they both have that fluffy hair too.
I went ahead and made Itsuka the OFA user, again, and changed her quirk both to let her use 100% immediately and to make it already slightly stronger than All Might's. There's definitely gonna be issues with both Itsuka and Izumi having enough power to cripple entire cities.
Straight up, I made Izumi tall as hell. 224 cm or 7'2 Ft tall, she's All Might's height when he's in hero form no less. Whitebeard is 666cm or 21'10 Ft tall so I went ahead and made her about 1/3 his height.
On another note, I'm thinking I'll start posting more stories and just see where they go as a means to get them out there and give me an idea if they're worth working on. Of course I have the stories I regularly update but the ones I'm just posting to post may go places or not at all.
By the way, I am drafting out another story and I think I want it to be mainly a sweet one and I'm going MEGA rare pair and since I pretty much have no information on the character I need to do some researching. Also I'm debating on whether or not I want to start doing oneshots or like a Yuri anthology type thing since I only write Fem!Izuku. Would people be interested in that? I'd be going all over the place with pairs and some stuff can be side stories from my other fics. For Example I could make side stories of Itsuka and Izumi from Tiger's Bite and it'd just be sweet stuff. Let me know.
