This fanfic takes place directly after S02E04 (Lancelot and Gwen). Merlin knows that Arthur is hiding something from him and he's going to find out what it is one way or another. Arthur and Merlin's friendship strengthens with an unexpected conversation. Merlin then helps the love of Arthur's life to unite with Arthur for his friend. If only Arthur could see that it isn't Gwen.
