Veldora and Ifrit is just sitting there, ifrit swinging his paper fan and Veldora with his manga. Together they watched the world trough Rimuru.
"Welp, there goes Milim..." Veldora said while flipping the pages
"She seemed busy" Ifrit said while looking at the screen
"Demon Lord Stuffs" Veldora still flipping the pages of his so called sacred scripture called manga and then he gazed on the screen.
They saw Lylas sitting there, drawing the ground using stick. Rimuru confronts her and bring her a hug.
"Lylas-sama seemed upset"
"Of course she is, her friend left her"
"I just hope she'll be fine"
"Of course she will, Rimuru is there for her"
"Aren't you concerned Veldora-sama?"
"Of course i am, if i can go outside i would've already Embraced her in a hug as hard as i can to comfort her!"
"You would've already squashed her with your body"
"What?" Veldora put down his manga.
"Nothing"
[THE NEXT DAY]
They played some shogi the next day and as expected, Veldora lost... As always...
"How the h-" veldora almost started a really long argument on how Ufrit always defeats him in shogi even though Veldora is the one who twach him how to untill suddenly they heard Lylas shouted from the screen. Their attention suddenly going into Rimuru and Lylas
"WHAAAT!?"
"Wait Lylas"
"You're leaving too!?"
"Rimuru Leaving?"
"Im sure Rimuru-sama has his own reason"
"He's smart, after all he's my sworn friend. Wait scratch that, Sworn brother. How does that sounds?"
"That sounds good, Altough im really concerned for Lylas-sama. This will probably led her into Rebelluous state"
"Rebellious state?"
"Its a state in children where children will mostly rebels again their parents commands"
"That sounds troublesome"
"Its also the best way for them to learn new things"
"Seriously Ifrit, how did you knew all this?"
"I just knew"

Time Skip
They watched the screen showing Lylas following Rimuru trough the forest, oh yeah since Great Sage is connected between both Rimuru and Lylas, anything is possible.
"So this is the Rebellious Phase you said Yesterday"
"Correct"
"Isn't it actually Quite dangerous for her to wander alone in the forest?"
"It is, but i believe Lylas-sama is strong enough to defeat anything in the forest"
"I see, my niece is awesome!"
Then they saw Lylas accidently stumbled upon Giant Fireant Nest, and scene changed to Lylas being chased by the Ants. Lylas stopped and hiding above the tree, the ants searching for her from below. Untill Lylas suddenly Hops from the tree and stabbed the Ants from Above using her sword thats been covered in {black flame}.
"Kuahahahaha, As expected of my Niece, she can even control the flame!"
"The Control is not perfect yet, but at least she just learned something"
"Hmmm now i think that this rebellious phase has somehow happened to me in the past for several times..."
Veldora's mind thinking of how his sister Velzard always beat the hell outta him every time he made a ruckus on the human countries.
Sudden shivers ran down from his spine.
"*Shivering* Scary..." veldora said while looking for his manga and shook his head to stop thinking about it, once he grabbed his manga his attention is now headed towards deadpanned Ifrit.
"What?" Veldora asked Ifrit
"N-Nothing" ifrit said and then he continued looking at the screen.
"Hmm" Veldora continued reading his manga and then suddenly something came across his mind for once.
"Say ifrit"
"Yes?"
"If you ever be free from this place, what will you do for the first time?"
"I will pledge my loyalty to both You and Rimuru-sama"
"Kuahahahaha. interesting, very well then i will be looking forward to work with you in the future, and i'll make sure to ask Rimuru to freed you from this prison"
"I appreciated it Veldora-sama, also how about you?"
"Me? Hmmm"
Veldora is thinking of something he will probably do...
"I will Spend my time mostly with Lylas and Rimuru first, i mean I miss Rimuru alot and im sure Rimuru misses me. Also i wanted to ask more of these Holy scriptures from Rimuru as most of them are locked and i can't access them without his approval"
"Why don't you just ask him from this place?"
"I-i don't want to disturb him"
"Is that so?"
"W-what? Its not like i want to disturb him or anything, i mean it i don't want to disturb him!!"
Ifrit watches veldora again with deadpanned expression.
"Well i suppose we should just play another match of Shogi" Veldora said
"Of course"
"Well then we shall start"
Few minutes later
"I-i lost..."
"Apologies Veldora-sama, it seemed like i always won"
"Hmmft"
"I suppose i should train myself since i don't have anything to do right now"
"Im just gonna read some more of those Holy scriptures"
Veldora than grabs a manga and started reading it, while ifrit just doing some pushup.
