Rimuru had not expected Ciel to evolve to this extent.
Truly, naming should never be taken lightly. Apparently he still hadn't learned this lesson after so many years.
Rimuru stroked Ciel's head to get her attention, "Oi, Ciel. We aren't married yet. Although I gave you my last name, we still have to hold a proper soul binding ceremony in front of our friends when we get home. Think of this as an engagement okay?"
"Okay!" Ciel pulled away and smiled at him bright and happy.
Rimuru stared for a long moment. An uncharacteristically possessive thought came to his mind. She was beautiful. And now, she was his.
"Rimuru?" Ciel tilted her head in question.
Rimuru cleared his throat, "It's nothing. What's your status?"
"I have become a Unique Life Form. It doesn't have a name. I am simply Ciel Tempest. Although I now have both a spiritual and material body, I am still a part of you."
"What do you mean?"
"My heart core has always been integrated with your soul. At this point, it's impossible to separate. We'd probably both lose ourselves if we tried and become mindless. Therefore, although I now have a body, even if it's destroyed I wouldn't die because the real me still exists inside of you. I am essentially possessing this body from within you. I can still manage your skills for you as I've always done."
"I see, so sort of like what I have with Veldora."
"Yes! This body was also created with you as a derivative. See?"
Ciel's body changed to a rosy red and melted to the ground.
She became a slime.
Rimuru gently picked her up to inspect. Ciel wiggled a bit in his hands before settling. He remembered when he first visited that shop as a Slime in Dwargon. When asked if he wanted his fate divined in order to see who his destined one was, Rimuru had jokingly wondered if it would be a female slime. Now he really was going to marry another slime. Fate was funny.
"Have your skills changed?"
" Yes. I'm sending you the data now."
A mental image was projected in Rimuru's mind. She had more or less the same skills as before, except...
"[Life Cycle]?"
"It's my new skill. [Life Cycle] has four abilities; [Spawn] the ability to spawn created beings, [Growth] the ability to accelerate or decelerate the lifespan of all beings, [Reproduction] the ability to create life by filling a vessel with a soul, and [Death] the ability to destroy the soul, spiritual body, and material body, or force a soul into the reincarnation cycle."
Rimuru was too surprised to speak.
Wasn't this too overpowered even for them?
No. Ciel has always far surpassed Rimuru's expectations so this should be considered normal right?
However, if you take into account the powers they both had, it was almost like they were the perfect duo to be the Gods of the Multiverse.
And speaking of Gods…
"Was this the ability Veldanava used to create life?"
Ciel, "Yes! It was used alongside [Turn Null] energy. Although you are able to create countless universes by yourself, [Life Cycle] essentially gives one control over their creations. This skill has never left the reincarnation cycle before now as it requires an immense processing power that no normal individual is capable of."
That made sense, Rimuru thought, if you looked up processing power in the dictionary you'd find Ciel's name. Only her super computer brain could handle it.
Rimuru would love to play with their powers and one day create their own perfect universe, but that would have to wait until retirement. Perhaps they could create a world specifically for their retirement? That would be nice.
"My other self should be here soon. I was thinking about making a human vessel for you using a doll and my [Reality Warp], but now that you have [Life Cycle] it will make the process a lot easier by combining it with [Turn Null] energy."
Using a doll and [Reality Warp] was not ideal. For one, although the doll could act and function like a human with all its bodily processes. It was actually still a doll and thus, could not reproduce. With Ciel's new skill, they could make a human vessel for her that was capable of reproducing new life.
Rimuru couldn't help but feel shy about that. He's never been in love before, but he cared about Ciel. Their human selves would eventually be intimate and perhaps have a little one together soon after. It was both exciting and scary.
Ciel transformed back into her human form, "Okay. Now creating a human vessel with our combined skills."
Ciel faced the bed in his studio apartment and closed her eyes. Using their skills, a human body that was almost identical to Ciel was formed into existence to rest on the bed.
Rimuru was a Slime, and therefore was incapable of blushing, but the feeling was there when he eyed the body that was definitely not genderless.
Ciel had taken care to age the body to look around thirty two years old. Not too young that it would look scandalous standing next to Mikami Satoru, but still young enough to have his age mates at work green with envy. The body had full rounded breasts, not too big and not too small hidden under a curtain of wavy dark blue hair leading to a small sculpted waist and rounded hips…
Rimuru had to look away.
Ciel felt his excitement through their connection and smirked at him, "Do you like it?"
He did, but he wasn't going to say it out loud. Instead, Rimuru went to his old wardrobe and took out a plain t-shirt, boxers, and sweatpants. He carried it over to the body only to pause awkwardly, "Ciel-"
"You can touch you know? I don't mind. It belongs to you as much as it does me," Ciel watched him with a small smile and laughter in her eyes.
Maybe it's a good thing Rimuru was incapable of blushing. He was sure he'd be as red as a tomato by now.
"Don't tease me." Her words did help Rimuru feel less like an awkward virgin. He dressed the body. If his eyes or hands lingered a moment too long on the silky skin Ciel didn't berate him for it, instead she looked happy that he was affected.
Ciel then used [Multiple Parallel Existence] to transfer a part of her consciousness into the human vessel.
The human Ciel's chest started to rise and fall as she took her first breaths and her fingers twitched. Her grey eyes opened to meet theirs as she pushed herself to sit up..
Rimuru, "How is it?"
Human Ciel, "It's strange. I feel fragile. I can't use any of my skills in this body," she frowned with a look of discomfort on her face, "I'm just like a normal human right now. Thankfully, my intrinsic skill that allows me to retrieve and process information is still working, but only at 10% since this body only contains 10% of my consciousness."
Rimuru hummed, "We need to go shopping. You'll need quite a few things other than clothes. I can have Diablo find someone to create an identity for you. We have to come up with a story for your background too. How do you feel about being a real teacher Ciel-sensei? Although, with the amount of Gold I'm converting to Yen neither of us will ever have to work again in this world."
Human Ciel eyed him from head to toe, "As long as the one I'm teaching is you."
Real Ciel, "He has a lot to learn I'm afraid. I'll leave Husband's education to you."
Human Ciel, "Understood."
The two Ciels' shared a wolfish grin.
Rimuru, "Oi! You two. What are you planning? And haven't you become even more fluent? You've never teased me like this before."
"It's just your imagination." The two Ciels' replied in unison.
…
Since ancient times, Earth has been visited by supernatural beings called 'Otherworlders'. These people have claimed to have been something called 'Magic Born' in their previous worlds.
It was not clear how they ended up on Earth, but one thing was certain.
Although they looked perfectly human, they had powers.
Some complained that it was nothing compared to the 'skills' they've lost and had in their previous world. Human scientists working in top secret government organisations around the globe have been conducting experiments on these people for centuries.
It is only recently when they have reached a decent technological advancement that they've made some groundbreaking discoveries.
This discovery was called 'Magicules' according to the otherworlders. This fantasy concept that could only be found in video games was no longer fantasy, but a recent scientific discovery that enabled the creation of military weapons that allowed ordinary humans who had no magicules to become on par with these otherworlders.
Although humans on earth were unable to gain any of the skills or powers that the otherworlders have claimed to have had, it is a fact that magicules exist in this world and can be harnessed from crystals and the planet's core center.
Only the best top secret government agents were selected to be part of the organisation 'Void'. An organisation whose goal was to either induct or eliminate otherworlders if they posed a threat to Earth's future.
Recently one of their agents has brought a threat to their attention. If the information held true, then this man with 'eyes like a demon' was the biggest threat they've ever faced.
"The power grader broke," the agent confessed, showing his team the crumbled device, "the victim doesn't even know his own name. Our doctors have said he has the most severe case of PTSD they've ever seen. All this happened in five minutes after making eye contact with that monster."
Indeed, the power grader was their biggest achievement outside of their weapons. It could measure the amount of magicules in the environment. For it to burn out, this black eyed demon must be extraordinarily dangerous.
"Let's not make any hasty moves. Send someone to watch him and find out his goal."

Author End Notes
Who can guess how that's going to happen? Aside from using [Life Cycle] and [Turn Null] of course.
Honestly I don't really understand the full spectrum of Rimuru's skills from the wiki I read but I hope it's understandable?
