When he was four years old, Izuku was shot with in arrow. Then, while at the hospital, he came down with a mysterious fever that nearly killed him. Eventually, he recovered and then started to manifest powers. At first, he believed it was his quirk, but the truth is far more Bizarre.

Izuku had been bullied for being quirkless for 2 years. He had enough when he witnessed his former friend Kacchan start to bully a girl that Kacchan deemed had a worthless quirk. While the U.A school was in peace a strange light that was misunderstood as a asteroid (meteor) landed towards the academy but instead of destroying it, it drops a group of Stand users. And now with the arrival of these peoples more and more bizarre things keeps happening over and over again. It's the start of a "Bizarre adventure" in a "Quirky World".

Jotaro and the others thought they had finally defeated Yoshikage Kira. But it seems Kira's power was more complicated than they thought. An explosion transport Jotaro, Josuke, Koichi, OKuyasu, into a world were the majority of the population have abilities known as "quirks".
