Years came and years went and Sesshoumaru learned to harden his heart. He had begun roaming as he had in his early years and each time upon returning to his father's Shiro, he would be greeted by empty halls. His father never seemed to realize that he had left.
So he roamed further and further down the trails he walked with his father hundreds of years prior.
Time had changed many things he found. Yet some things remained the same.
His solitude continued to grow, tarnishing the once happy memories of his youth.
