Hey guys, well this is it... Halloween once more, and this time something is about to happen, something very bad and it's gonna have mother and son dealing with an ordeal that would proceed in the next chapter, so... This could be very troubling for them. Enjoy reading this guys.
Also, I am guessing you folks are wondering why in the hell did I not make a birthday chapter for Lucy in this... Well, I ran out of how it would go down and apparently no one has even responded back with any suggestions or ideas, so I had no other choice, but to skip the whole thing. Sorry, dudes.
Family of Two.
Chapter 399: A Halloween of Trouble.
(October 31. The Loud House.)
The night is looking as spooky and festive for those within the town of Royal Woods, everyone is enjoying this night of spookiness and Halloween cheer, so many children going around from house to house for some candy, and patrolling the streets are cops, making sure no tricks are made.
But mostly about this damned rumor about some Dogman who is headed for Royal Woods, so they need to be sure that this is a rumor and lie of some annoying punks, or if it is real, then they have to prepare to let loose and open fire, and they hope that this Dogman is not real.
The most screams and joy with laughter is the Shapiro house, and the one leading is Lucy Shapiro and her whole family is there to help make this all scary for the event. Lola, Lana and Lisa walk by to go to another house for some candy, and they do like seeing Lucy happy to do this once more.
Three kids go towards the Loud House, and these three kids are dressed as a mummy, vampire and a ghost and they knock on the door and call out. "Trick or treat!" The door slowly opens and walking out, is Harriet and she looks as her usual self, but the fog coming out with her makes her ominous and scary.
"Do you seek delicious sweet treats?" The kids are nervous and they all nod, then Harriet grabs something from the bag she has, and the kids are afraid at what it might be, and it reveals to be... Milk Chocolate bars, she then places them into the bags of the kids. "Then enjoy, and have a spooky night."
She then closes the door, and the windows blink with eyes and this scares the kids, and they run off, and end up laughing at what they saw, it was scary and fun. Something they did not see coming. Harriet smiles seeing this and she goes to the stairs and she calls out. "Are you all ready for tonight, children?"
The door of Michelle's room opens, and the ghost sees Michelle Lewis Loud, and she is dressed as a torn up fleshed zombie wearing her usual clothing, with a fake chainsaw wedged onto her head, and its light for her to manage as it is on her head. "So, how do look Harriet?"
Harriet looks at everything about her. "Like something out of a zombie movie or series. Where are the other kids?"
"Coming!" They look to the top of the stairs and they see the two kids coming down. Lincoln Loud, he is dressed as a character from the video game, World of Warcraft, King Anduin Llane Wrynn, and Delilah has chosen the attire to dress as a samurai warrior, and undead samurai warrior.
Delilah chuckles at the way they look. "Dang, we look awesome. Glad I chose this for my costume."
Lincoln chuckles. "I chose this because it seemed right. I can dress up as the other one I have planned for next time. For now, I wanna try this one, it seems right."
Harriet nods. "Now, what about Luna? Where is she?"
Lincoln then recalls. "Well, mom and Sam are in the bedroom and they wanted me to go to the security room to change, and so I did and that's where I had to wear all of this. I don't know what they're up to, but chances that their costumes are a big surprise."
"I wonder what it is" said Delilah, they then hear a door close, and some footsteps. "Oh, they're coming out and... Holy Moly, what?"
At the top of the stairs, are Luna Loud and Sam Sharp and the duo are dressed in something they have seen Luna dress before, but something Sam has never worn or done, they're dressed as their hero counterparts from another world: Luna Killer Frost and Sam Livewire.
Luna Loud – Dark Blue Strapless and Sleeveless Unitard with a diamond cut underneath her chest, and it's connected to her dark blue heeled boots with black laces. Elbow-Length Dark Blue Gloves with fur at the opening where her elbows are, she has snow white skin and Dark Blue spiked up Pixie cut hair style. Dark blue choker with a snowflake necklace and snowflake-shaped black earrings.
She also has a scabbard with the Runeblade Frostmourne replica, ice blue spiked shoulder plats, light blue belt with a black snowflake logo and she is wearing blue contacts on her eyes to make her eyes different. Along with a dark blue metal plating onto her knees and waist area.
Sam Sharp – Black Leotard with a lightning bolt rip in the middle of the front of the suit that covers her arms, which shows some exposed skin, her skin is pale white and her hair is light blue with her streak in the front an electric faded blue color. She is also wearing light blue glowing gloves, and black knee high heeled boots, and she is wearing contacts to make her pupils look pale white.
She is also wearing some light blue shoulder pad armour and a light blue belt with the shape of a lightning bolt, and a necklace that has a lightning bolt shape and lightning bolt-shaped earrings.
The duo walk down the stairs and they stand in front of Lincoln and Luna kneels down and she places a kiss onto his forehead. "Alright, Linc. What do you think, kiddo?"
Lincoln is surprised by this and then he smiles. "Well, you two look beautiful and improved than the hero versions we tend to see come here to train us, and that sword... Dang! Is that what you have been keeping?"
Luna smiles. "Sure did kiddo, this thing was a bit expensive and it managed to make its way here and now ready to make this costume the best. We kinda added some stuff to make it more different from our hero counterparts."
Sam nods. "We recalled the photos we had of them and so we made these ourselves, we didn't need to ask someone to do the dang thing, and so we just made our own awesome costumes just like you two. We had to get some material and this is legit latex suits."
Delilah claps. "Dang! A lot of guys will be turning heads seeing this, nice outfits girls."
Michelle then checks the time on her phone. "Girls, we should get going. The whole party is gonna start soon. Let's get going." They all nod and they begin to head out of the house. Delilah and Lincoln go with Luna and Sam in her car, and Michelle drives ahead to check on the party they have planned, and they all drive off.
Harriet watches them drive off, and then she goes back into the house and she prepares for the next group of kids who want some candy, but she doesn't know or feel that some strange creature is watching the Purple Ferrari drive off, and the figure has two more with it and they head off to hide and follow the Purple Ferrari and where it might be headed.
(Royal Woods Middle School.)
Lincoln is already here, and he is enjoying this wicked awesome and first ever Middle School Party, and it's Halloween themed, and from what he does recall, there is a couples Halloween costume challenge, the winning couple with the best costumes gets a free lunch for the next whole year at the Burpin; burger. Does seem like something he would want.
Lincoln looks around for someone, and that someone is his girlfriend, Jordan Rosato, and then he sees her. Jordan Rosato, she is dressed as the Starcraft 2 Dominion Ghost, Nova. "Hey, nice suit. Really suites you."
Jordan giggles. "Thanks, and nice pun too. You look impressive too, you're majesty."
Lincoln smirks. "Thanks for that one. Also, this party looks dang awesome, I can't believe this is happening, but I know one thing... We need to get on stage." He then has his guitar.
Jordan nods and she has her bass, and so they go to the stage and they prepare to be the ones to help make the music, alongside Tabby on drums and they are locked and loaded for this. Lincoln does look around and sees the rest of their friends and all of them are dressed to try and win the contest and the prize that is awarded to the winner.
Clyde is dressed as an undead Napoleon, Chloe is dressed as a French plagued lady, and Rusty is an undead famous cyclist and so is Flat Tire, but he has some broken handlebars stuck in his back and its fake, Liam is dressed as a feral weasel for some reason and Liam... Is dressed as R2-D2. Stella is dressed as some female monster with devil wings and a bleeding mouth, they don't even know what she is.
Mollie and Sadie are both dressed as Jill Valentine from Resident Evil and Pirate Queen Elizabeth Swan from Pirates of the Caribbean. Artie, Lance and Trent are dressed as... Well, they're connected to be dressed as King Ghidorah. How do they walk in that thing?
While everyone else is dressed as other monsters and other scary things, and Lincoln smiles at this amazing event. 'Dang, first ever Middle School Halloween Party, and everything looks awesome and wicked cool. I wonder how mom and Sam are handling their own party.'
(Royal Woods Grand Halloween Costume Party.)
Right now, we're at Ketcham Park, which is where they have chosen for the whole Royal Woods Grand Costume Party, and right now a lot of folks are dressed as some wicked monsters and iconic creatures from films of the past, though some of the folks can't seem to get their eyes off of the two teenage girls who are part of this. Luna Loud and Sam Sharp, and all because of the way they look is very impressive and also attractive.
Michelle is also there and she goes to the mayor who is dressed as... Okay, so she is dressed as a female version of the town's founder, and she seems ghost-like. Luna and Sam walk around and they see everyone is just looking at them and are impressed.
"Well, seems like we got a lot of folk's attention" said Sam.
Luna chuckles. "No kidding, we're 16, looking good and the way these outfits fit us makes us stick out and possibly, or maybe win this whole thing. You think we can win this thing, Sammy?"
Sam thinks about this. "Does sound like a possibility, but we can only hope. For now, let's enjoy this, because my jam is so on!" Luna and Sam go to the dance floor and they dance together as this awesome Halloween costume party just keeps on rolling!
Mayor Davis is speaking with Michelle and they both talk about the votes from the other folks and they do some counting and they are surprised at who is going to win, but Michelle smiles. 'Huh, kinda figured they would win. The Couples Grand Costume Party contest was a good call, and those two are so gonna be blown away at the announcement.'
But while the party is still going on, they all do not notice three figures, and the three figures snicker and one of them is large and looks like some kind of dog-like humanoid beast, and they sneak away into the bushes and discuss a plan on what to do.
(Moments later. Outside the Royal Woods Middle School.)
The whole event is over, and the winners of the whole costume couples party are Mollie and Sadie. Right now, Lincoln is waiting by the front of the school for his mom to come back, and his girlfriend Jordan is still inside, she wants to spend some party time with her friends and he's alright with it. Another reason why he wants to leave, he is getting sleepy.
Delilah also stayed behind and said she'll get a ride from one of her friends, because she has to speak with her club members about anything else they have planned, for next month.
Lincoln yawns and he looks around and then he checks the time. 'Where the heck is mom and Sam? I thought they would be here soon, I wonder what... Oh wait.' He sees the familiar purple Ferrari of his mother, and the car stops in front of him and the back door opens and so Lincoln goes inside. "Hey mom, hi Sam."
Luna smiles seeing her son. "Hey kiddo, we kinda won." They both show Lincoln the trophy with the shape of a scarecrow with a pumpkin head. "Didn't think we would win, but the costumes got us into the spot to be the winners."
Lincoln smiles. "Well, you guys are wearing something that is different and awesome. You guys earned the win, was there anything else with the prize? Also, where the heck is Michelle?"
Sam explains that one, and the car is beginning to drive. "Well, Michelle said she had to stay behind and help the mayor with some stuff to talk about, but she'll be home soon. Also, there was no other thing to... Whoa!" The car swerves out of control when the tires are popped and Luna pushes a button to make a new tire come back. "What the heck?!"
Luna then gets control and the car stops. "Whoa! Someone must've left some nails behind, dumb idiots." Luna then looks to her son. "Are you alright back there, kiddo?"
Lincoln nods. "A little shaken but alright mom... And... What the heck?!" They all turn back to the front and see the humanoid dog creature looking at them and it growls. "The Michigan Dogman is real!"
Luna feels like ramming it, but then the glass windows of the car is shattered and Luna and Sam are elbowed in the head and are dragged out. "Mom! Sam!" Lincoln gets out and tries to see what is going on and who he sees are all too familiar. "No... No!" then the Michigan Dogman gets in front of him, and he hits Lincoln and everything fades to black.
The only thing Lincoln can hear, is muffled sounds from Luna and Sam, and he soon blacks out from the hit he took.

A/N: This was supposed to be a common and ordinary good time for all of them to enjoy the Halloween Night, but no... Something has attacked, some folks have attacked, and we won't know what happens unless we see the next chapter.
