Cloud has disappeared. He promised Tifa that he'd come rescue her if she was ever in trouble; she promised him the same. Sephiroth doesn't care about Cloud, but does want to know where he is. This is a little snippet about people generally being happy being in each other's presence as they slowly fall in love.
