Story 1

Kagami felt his eyebrow twitch in annoyance when he saw the bench," Oi!" His shout caught the attention of all of the weight room. He would have squirmed under the attention if he wasn't so annoyed. Pointing over his shoulder with his thumb, he spoke," Who the hell didn't put away their weights?"

Said weights were stacked onto the barbell. Whoever had been using it, must have been some sort of bodybuilder. There had to be at least 250 pounds on there, so he was directing his gaze towards the Rugby and American Football players.

To his surprise, all of them denied using the weight bench, all of them pointing out their own weight station that they had been working out at.

He scrunched up his face in anger," Well you guys are the only ones strong enough to be benching like that, at least have the decency to put the weights away." Despite his anger, Kagami sighed in defeat, resigned to his fate to put everything away himself.

"Uh," one of the American Football players stopped him before he could face the bench, his finger pointing at the bench he was just talking about," Isn't he your teammate?"

Kagami whipped around.

His jaw dropped when he saw Kuroko effortlessly benching all of that weight. Quickly blowing through his reps before racking the bar again. Like he hadn't just done that, Kuroko sat up with a wide yawn. Yawning like he had benched a pair of tens, instead of benching two pairs of plates.

Kuroko froze when he realized that he had the entire weight room staring at him. He slowly took out his headphones, the heavy metal fading away as he did so," Um...is something wrong...?"

"Kuroko...since when have you always been able to bench that much?"

He blinked in surprise at the question and glanced over at the bar. He did acknowledge that it was a lot of weight for him to be repping it like nothing, but it wasn't anything new. He always benched that much when it was weight lifting days for his team," What are you talking about Kagami?" He tilted his head at his teammate, giving him an innocent look," I always bench that. I thought you knew?"

"Well obviously not! Just how strong are you?!"

Kuroko shrugged his shoulders while saying," Dunno, never tried to figure it out." He had truly never tried to figure it out. Because when he first started weight lifting, when he would get stuck on the bench, it usually took a few minutes of him suffocating before his teammates noticed that he couldn't rack the weight. And since then, he never tried to make any new PR's, he didn't feel like dying for a few minutes each time he couldn't rerack the weight.

But that was obviously the wrong thing to say, because the next thing he knew, the American Football players made it their mission to figure out how much the fighter could lift.

Kuroko groaned in pain on the mats as the rest of the sports teams left the weight room, leaving only him and his team in there.

Hyuuga stood over him, leaning on his knees as he spoke," You good?"

Kuroko wheezed out a response," Those fucking brutes."

Hyuuga snorted at that. He had seen the way the American Football team crowded around Kuroko, urging him to go heavier and heavier until he couldn't. He had lost count after the quarterback added on another pair of plates," So is that a yes?"

The Bluenette groaned out," Fuck my life, I cant move."

"I guess that's a yes, come on," Hyuuga pulled Kuroko to his feet, the younger boy protesting the entire way up," We're going for shakes at Maji's if you want to come."

That made Kuroko revive and his energy returned at the thought of getting a vanilla shake," I'm almost offended that you had to ask." He chuckled at that.

Yep.

Nothing like mentions a Majis trip to make the teenage boy be revitalized again.

Story 2

Kagami winced when he saw the damn near murderous look on Kurokos face. His friend's scowl getting deeper and deeper each time Kise patted his head with far too much force.

Kise, of course, was blissfully unaware of the way he was setting Kuroko off. Even Aomine had noticed the way Kuroko was close to snapping and took a few steps away.

Everyone else took a step back when they saw Kurokos' frown turn into a full-on snarl as he grabbed onto Kise's intruding hand and twisted it.

"Ah-ah-ah! that hurts Kurocchi!"

"Stop bitching, it hurt when you kept on patting my head like that." Kagami pressed his lips together in nerves when he realized that Kise had really ticked off his teammate. He exchanged glances with Hyuuga, who shook his head as a silent order for Kagami to stay out of it.

He had no problem doing that.

Kuroko led Kise to the gym doors and with a timely and accurate kick, quite literally kicked Kise out of the gym before slamming the door and locking it. He walked back to the group with a huff, his hand fixing his hair that Kise had messed up.

With a final sigh of annoyance, Kuroko schooled his face into his usual impassive look as he rejoined the group.

After a few seconds of his teammates staring at him and the door that Kise was knocking on, he spoke," Are we going to practice or are you guys going to keep on staring at me?"

"There was really no need to kick out Kise Tetsu..."

Aomine got a strained smile that was paired with a throbbing vein from Kuroko," Would you like to join him?"

"Uh nope! Don't mind me, I'll just practice over here." Aomine almost ran away from his friend, and the rest of his team was quick to follow him.

Ok, note to self.

Don't get Kuroko that mad.

Story 3

Kagami was so close to beating the record on the new basketball game when a huge thud that he swore made the floor vibrate ran throughout the arcade. He heard multiple curses throughout the arcade, the thud had made more than one person lose their concentration. He was just about to start cursing with them when he felt a pair of hands wrap around his forearm and start dragging him out of the arcade.

To his surprise, it was Hyuuga who was dragging him out of the arcade, and he had a distinctly panicked look on his face that made Kagami nervous, "Hyuuga! Whats wrong?!"

"Come on! We gotta go!"

Kagami jerked his arm out of Hyuuga's grip and ran alongside him as they left the arcade. He rose an eyebrow when he saw Kiyoshi dragging a pouting Kuroko out of the arcade. Kiyoshi looked as panicked as Hyuuga and Kuroko looked like he was mildly annoyed.

"You told me to beat the high score!"

"Kuroko, I told you to beat the high score, I didn't tell you to break the game!"

"I beat the high score though!"

" THATS NOT THE POINT KUROKO!"

"Wait!" By that time, Kuroko was running with them, all while they heard what sounded like a man chasing them," What game did you break?!"

"He broke the punching bag game!"

"How did he break that!"

Kuroko was still pouting, even as they ran down a few alleyways to lose their pursuers.

"I told him to break the high score and instead of punching it, he kicked it like some MMA fighter!"

"I just did what you told me!"

"That's still not the point!"

Kagami groaned as they jumped over a small fence.

Why was his life like this?

Story 4

Kuroko sighed in annoyance when he saw Kagami start arguing with the ref on the foul that had just been called on him.

Don't get him wrong, he understood why his partner was upset, it was a bullshit call that was made out of obvious favoritism. But it didn't mean Kagami was in the right to argue with the ref, the last thing they needed was for Kagami to be given a technical and have his foul count go from two to four.

Without a second thought, he got in between Kagami and the ref, and with his hand bunched up in Kagami's collar, he pulled his much taller friend down to his level and gave him the perfect headbutt. His forehead hitting Kagami directly onto the bridge of his nose, just hard enough to make it bruise, but not hard enough to break his nose.

The reaction was instantaneous. The gym got deathly quiet, and Kuroko could hear people muttering and asking if he really just headbutted his own teammate (He did, and he wasn't ashamed of it either). Kagami stumbled away from Kuroko, holding onto his nose as he predictably dropped the argument.

With a polite bow, Kuroko apologized to the shocked ref on behalf of his idiotic teammate before grabbing onto Kagamis' collar again and dragging him back to their bench. Kagami was cursing his partner the entire way.

"Kuroko! what the fuck!?" Kuroko almost threw Kagami at the bench. Kuroko crossed his arms and gave him a glare that Black would have used in a fight against Wrath.

"Me what the fuck? What the fuck is wrong with you? Do you want to get a technical? Stop being a fucking idiot. Maybe if you pulled your head out of your ass, you would see the traps they're setting up for you instead of running in like some brainless fucktard. " Kagami glared back at Kuroko, which made his partner narrow his eyes even more, a silent challenge for Kagami to try and come out on top.

The rest of the team leaned away from the two of them.

While they had seen Kagamis temper plenty of times, it was rare for Kurokos temper to even rear its head around the corner. It was the first time they had seen their small teammate actually get frustrated and borderline pissed with their teammate.

"I'm going to get you back for this."

Kuroko snorted at that.

"Sure you will, come on, we still have one more quarter. Think you can put on your big boy pants long enough to keep your head cool?"

Note to self.

Kuroko Tetsuya becomes a different person when pissed.

Story 5

Kagami swore he could hear Kuroko gritting his teeth from where he stood.

When Kuroko told them that the purple giant was one of the more temperamental members of the Generation of Miracles, he had left out the tidbit of information that he was the one who stood at the top in terms of temper. Granted, he said it in a way that inferred that someone else was more temperamental. Only they weren't expecting the quiet and polite Kuroko to have a temper worse than Murasakibara.

Kagami could tell that Kuroko was a few more comments away from losing his shit.

"Uh. Shouldn't we do something?"

Aomine glanced over at his shoulder at the pair, both of which had frowns on their faces, before turning back to the court," Nah, they wont get into a fight."

There was a shout of rage.

"Probably."

Story 6

Kuroko sipped at his juice box impassively as he stared up at the new transfer student.

Furihata was trying to make sure he didn't shit his pants.

"Hey," The transfer student made the mistake of jabbing his finger right into Kurokos' forehead with every syllable he spoke," I said, to go and get me lunch."

Furihata wanted to cry.

Kuroko was going to possibly murder someone.

It was difficult for a stranger to tell, but Furihata could tell that his classmate was furious, the hand that was hanging at his side was clenching and unclenching, his fingers moving around as if he was warming them up.

Not good.

"Are you stupid?" The transfer student sneered. Said student was huge and had a nasty attitude. Apparently, that wasn't enough to scare off Kuroko.

"I said," Without changing his expression, Kuroko reared his leg back.

Furihata clamped his legs together out of pure reflex. He knew what Kuroko was going to do.

It was a shame the transfer didn't.

Story 7

"WRATH!" They all paused at the ungodly rage-filled scream they heard from the locker room. Practice was just about to start, and they had been waiting on their phantom to leave the locker room.

Well, he left the locker room.

Just not by himself, or in the state to practice.

"IT WAS JUST A JOKE!"

"GET BACK HERE!" They all just watched as Mitobe's little brother ran into the gym like a bat out of hell. There was a familiar blue bag in his hands as fled from his pursuer.

A shirtless and soaking wet Kuroko ran into the gym right behind him.

And if they thought they've seen him mad, they quickly rethought their definition of a mad Kuroko Tetsuya.

Kuroko was furious and with the way his lips were curled up in anger, it looked like he could remorselessly commit murder at that moment.

As if it would appease the raging beast behind him, Wrath threw the bag at Kuroko.

He simply jumped over it and continued chasing his supposedly close friend.

Kagami was the first one to say something.

"Not it."

That made a chorus of people avoiding the responsibility of stopping the first years, but when they saw that it was Riko who had the honor of stopping Kuroko and his rampage, they didn't move.

Woe is Wrath.

In an impressive show of athleticism and skills, Kuroko rammed Wrath to the floor before pinning down his friend.

"I'm going to fucking kill you!"

"I don't wanna die! Mitobe!"

They all turned to Mitobe, who already had bowed his head as he playfully accepted his brother's fate.

"TRAITOR!"

Some of the rugby players cringed as they walked past the basketball club and heard the unholy screaming coming from the gym.

"Shit, just what type of workout are they doing to be screaming like that?"

Story 8

Collectively, they all blinked once, and then twice. Only two of them didn't rub their eyes as if they were trying to reset them before gaping at the scene that was in front of them again.

All of them were struggling to process just what the hell was happening right in front of them.

When Kagami had invited them to go and visit Kuroko on the weekend.

They hadn't been expecting the American to lead them to what looked like a very illegal and dangerous tag team match.

All of them had caught the attention of some, if not most of the crowd members in there, all of them asking if they were going to take part in the fights. To which all of them crushed their dreams and made sure to keep Momoi in the middle of them when they realized they wanted to get a better look at their female member.

Confusedly, they watch the fight, more than one of them scrunched up their nose in disgust at the brutality of the fight that was going on.

The fight was brutal, it was two male teenagers, who look around their age, fighting again a pair of knife-wielding women. The women were beautiful, and they had to admit that the teenagers were handsome in their own odd way. But between their faces and the long curved knives that the women were holding, they had no desire to watch.

Just seeing the knives was enough to make all of their stomachs twist nervously and uncomfortably.

But that didn't stop the two teenagers from fighting them, nor did it take the smile off of their faces. Despite the fact that both of them had a few cuts on their arms and clothes, they still looked ecstatic to be there.

Well one of them looked ecstatic, the other looked happy but more cautious of the women.

As the teams circled each other, Aomine tried to find out why they were there, "Oi, kagami!" Aomine had to yell over the crowds just so the Seirin player could hear him," What are we doing here?! I thought we were gonna see Tetsu!?"

"What are you talking about?!" Kagami yelled back as one of the teenagers knocked out one of the women with a punch to her face, he cheered for the fighter with the scar over his brow, quickly getting caught up in the energy of the crowd. After he finished his cheer, much to Aomines annoyance, he finished his statement. " Kuroko is right in front of us!"

With a look that would make anyone feel stupid, Aomine dramatically looked around while spreading his arms," Where!? I don't see him anywhere!"

That made Kagami freeze and he looked at Aomine with wide eyes. The rest of the basketball players leaning forward to also look at Kagami with questioning gazes. Kagami looked between all of them and the fighters that were still going. Aomine swore he saw Kagami pale just the slightest bit," ...You don't know?"

Aomine narrowed his eyes while crossing his arms," Don't know what?"

Kagami looked like he wanted to bash his skull in on the nearest wall," Shit." He followed up that statement with.

"He's gonna kill me."

.

"Ow."

"Oh, sorry."

"Its fine. Thanks for doing this by the way."

Wrath struggled one shoulder as he pulled the bandage nice and taut around Black's upper arm," It's not a big deal, we won because of you. Although don't be so hard headed, be more careful the next time we fight them. "

Black snorted at that but agreed. He had been a lot more reckless that fight, more than usual. Which was why he had a lot more cuts than Wrath.

They both fell into silence, the two of them silently wrapping Black and his multiple cuts up. And it was peaceful for the time being. It was one of the few times where they weren't getting in arguments or bickering. They were just quietly enjoying each other's company.

But alas, it was ruined for them because someone didn't know how to keep their mouth shut.

" Hey, Kuroko...?" They both turned towards the doorway, where Kagami was standing almost bashful by the doorway, half of his body being hidden by the door frame.

Kuroko perked up and gave him the grin he gave others right after he had a good fight or was in an extremely good mood, "Oh, hey Kagami, what are you doing here?"

"Not that it's bad to see you," Wrath quickly followed up Kuroko's words," But it's like two in the morning dude."

"Ah well...I'm really sorry Kuroko."

Kuroko rose his eyebrow at the words and the way his partner was sweating nervously," Sorry for what?"

"Tetsu?" Aomine peeked his head from around Kagami, his eyebrows furrowed in confusion as he tried to find his former teammate.

Kagami looked like he just died a little bit on the inside.

Wrath froze with wide eyes, his hands still wrapped around Kurokos forearm as he applied pressure to a cut.

And the rest of Kuroko's former teammates all streamed into the room. Looking for their blue-haired friend since they heard his voice, but couldn't find him.

Kagami still looked like he wanted to simultaneously lose his cool and cry while banging his head into the wall.

All while Kuroko stared at Kagami with a closed-eyed smile, his hand clenching and unclenching as a vein throbbed in his forehead.

"Oi Kagami, I thought you said Tetsu was in here. We want to see Tetsu, not meet the fighters."

Kagami laughed nervously," Well...about that..."

"Kagami," Kuroko called out innocently, even though his expression did not match," I am going to kill you..."

All of the Generation of Miracles did a double-take when they heard Kuroko's voice coming from the shirtless, black-haired fighter that was getting wrapped up right in front of them.

Kagami ducked his head and muttered out a quiet apology, all while the other basketball players were trying to connect the dots.

"Tetsu!?"

"EHHHH!?"

Aomine and Kise were the only ones that verbally reacted.

Kuroko still looked like he wanted to bash Kagamis head in as the rest of his former teammates had their reaction to the situation.

As his former teammates all had their silent midlife crisis, Wrath finished wrapping up Kuroko and was generous enough to fetch Kuroko a fresh shirt from his gym bag.

They were all still staring at him when he finished getting dressed, he even took out his colored contacts just so they can accept the fact that it was him that was standing in front of them.

Akashi was the first one to recover, as expected. But while his words were calm and steady, his face showed just how stunned he was," How long has this been going on Tetsuya?"

Kuroko shrugged his shoulders," Dunno," he mentally counted the years on his fingers, ignoring the way his former teammates were gaping at his appearance and just how casual he was about the entire thing" I think about four years right?" He directed his question to Wrath, who confirmed it.

"Yeah, its going to be five years this coming April though."

"You've been doing this for almost five years?!" Aomine said that in an unbelieving tone. And Momoi was quick to start scolding her friend.

"Tetsu! This is too dangerous!" She almost stomped her foot indignantly, her eyes were filled with frustrated tears," Look at you! you're full of bandages!" They all agreed to her statement, even as Kuroko looked down at his arms with passive eyes. Seemingly not caring that he had gotten hurt.

"I know," He shrugged his shoulder dismissively," I've been doing this for years, and I'm not planning to stop," He jerked his head towards Kagami in a way that was so unlike him, a few of them started to question if they were really talking to Kuroko," Just ask Kagami what happened when he and Hyuuga tried to make me stop."

Kagami started sweating when he had seven pairs of eyes on him," Uh yeah," He took a step back from the intensity of the stares," He nearly bit off Furihata's head and trust me," H e heavily emphasized those words," Kuroko has a nasty temper when he can't come down here and fight."

"See," Kuroko gave Kagami an approving nod, much to his relief," Besides, I like fighting, I don't see the problem."

"You don't see the problem?!" Midorima said breathlessly, his green eyes were furrowed in what looked like confusion and concern," Kuroko, what are you going to do when someone stronger comes along? You can't keep doing this!"

Kuroko rose an eyebrow at the way the usually stoic Midorima was losing his composure. Especially since the two of them weren't known for seeing eye to eye for each other, let alone showing concern for each other.

"Um," Wrath rose his hand, making everyone look at him as he helpfully added," You do realize that he's one of the strongest underground fighters, right?" When everyone gave him unbelieving and wide-eyed stares, he quietly said to himself while lowering his hand," I guess not then..."

Murasakibara spoke up for the first time, his candy had been long discarded, and he had an innocent tilt to his head as he asked the question, "Then whose the strongest?"

Kuroko and Wrath exchanged glances," Well, honestly," Wrath began as he scratched the back of his head, looking up as he did so," We've been fighting over that title for the past couple of years now, pretty sure its me though."

Kurokos reaction was instantaneous, surprising his friends as he nearly snarled, "Oh there's no way in hell its you!"

Wrath snapped back, his voice just as aggressive, "Well its sure as hell not you!"

"My last win begs to differ!"

"We may not be fighting each other anymore, but I can still kick your ass anytime I want!"

"Haahhhh!? I'll fucking kick your ass right here and now Black!"

"Don't fucking test me Wrath!"

And just like that, despite the fact that they were calm mere minutes ago, they both had each other's collar scrunched up in their hands. The both of them snarling into each other's faces as they bickered and argued who could kick whose ass. It was such a 180 from their behavior mere minutes before, they shocked their audience into silence.

"Kurocchi!" Kise ran over to separate the fighters from behind before Kagami or Wrath could tell him that it was dangerous for him to do that," Calm down! This isn't like you!"

Wrath, since he was still snarling into Black's face when Kise wrapped his arms around Black's midsection, saw the reaction of the fighter.

The snarl fell from his face at the contact, and to this day, Wrath swears that he saw Blacks pupils become small pinpricks of black as fear and instinct took over. Wrath only had enough time to let go of Blacks collar before the smaller fighter slammed the blonde to the ground.

Kise cried out in pain as Black pinned him to the ground, his friend's knees digging just into the right place to cause even more pain.

The rest of their friends were already running towards them to separate the two when Kuroko started to wrench Kises' arm at a painful angle, seemingly trying his best to dislocated the model's shoulder.

"Alright!" Wrath grabbed the back of Kurokos collar and wrenched him off of Kise," And that is why!" He wrapped his arms around Kuroko's armpits, forcing them above his head as he wrapped his fingers behind Kurokos neck," You don't do anything from behind him!" Wrath was probably the only one there that could defend himself if Kuroko reacted like that. A fact that everyone acknowledged and accepted as he restrained their friend.

As they helped Kise off of the floor, they stared at Kuroko as he panted heavily in Wrath's grip, his body slightly trembling as he calmed down and realize what he just did.

Wrath quietly muttered something into his ear, something that was too quiet for the others to hear, but when Kuroko nodded, Wrath slowly let go of him.

Taking a deep breath, Kuroko shakily ran his hand through his colored hair and left the room. His shoulders were slumped and he looked like he was trying to make himself look smaller as he did so.

"Yeah um," Kagami stared at the doorway," Don't grab him from behind like that, you scare the shit out of him and he reacts like that." He had been the first person to discover that after he tried to playfully wrap his arm around Kurokos shoulders without telling him.

"I scare the shit out of him ?!" Kise looked astonished at what Kagami just said. But Wrath immediately defended his friend.

"Yes, you scare the shit out of him, you all know what happened to him and his parents," Wrath crossed his arms as he gave them a disapproving stare," Just try and imagine what happened that would make him react like that."

That instantly sobered everyone up and made them realize that Wrath was right.

Without hesitation, Kise jumped to his feet," Where did he go? I need to apologize to him."

Wrath appreciated his enthusiasm to make things up, but it was certainly the wrong time for it.

"Wait," Wrath clotheslined Kise as he tried to leave the room," Give him some time to calm down, he'll come back when he's ready."

Kise's face fell at that, and they fell into silence.

Kagami and Wrath stared at the Generation of Miracles, and they stared back. It wasn't until that moment when they realized something.

"Wait," Aomine started slowly," Who are you? How do you know Tetsu?"

Wrath shrugged his shoulders dismissively," I started fighting here with Black, we came in together. My name is Wrath."

"Wrath?" Momoi tilted her head to the side innocently as she questioned his name.

"Ah, well my real name is Rinnosuke Hiroto, my older brother plays with Black and Kagami, but Black calls me Wrath." Upon seeing their still confused faces, he clarified," Black is Kuroko, that's his fighting name."

"...You guys have fighting names...?" Aomine said slowly, his eyes wide as he tried to process everything that had happened within the last hour.

"Of course we do, do you have any idea how many people we've pissed off?"

Midorima sighed while pinching the bridge of his nose," Do we even want to know?"

"Well between our opponents and the people who lost their money betting against us, let's say that its a lot."

"It sounds like it would be best if Tetsuya stopped taking part in these fights."

Wrath frowned at the redhead's words, he didn't understand why everyone kept on insisting that Black stopped fighting.

"Why are you guys so insistent on him stopping?" Wrath tilted his head as he asked the question. He got unbelieving looks from everyone but Kagami," Black is a good fighter. He rarely gets hurt, he was being reckless today, I don't know if you noticed, but his cuts weren't that deep. And he really loves doing this, he loves fighting, why can't you guys see that? Why are you guys treating him like he's some 10 year old who doesn't know what he wants?"

He knew he had made a good point when they didn't answer him when they just stared at him with their mouths gaping open, the only one that didn't have his mouth hanging open would be the one who initially suggested that they needed to stop Black from fighting.

"You're right," The redhead conceded, his red eyes focused on the people he had arrived with," Wrath is right, Tetsuya is his own person and he's old enough to make his own decisions. We have no place to try and force him to stop when he is more than old enough to decide what is right and wrong."

Smiling in relief, Wrath thanked the redhead with a bright smile. He was just happy to see that one of Blacks' friends was rational and was able to convince the others. But it did not go unnoticed how more than one of them unhappily accepted the truth.

They all jumped when someone slammed the door closed.

"Hey," They all stared at Black, as he leaned against the door, using his body to brace the door. He was breathless, and there was a nervous smile on his face," Hilarious fuckin' story, the Katana Guy is back and he saw me."

Wrath groaned loudly at that, already stalking over to the door where he pulled a pole out of nowhere and barred the door close," I thought the cops arrested him."

There was a shout of rage from the other side of the door that made them jump away from the door.

Even though Kuroko looked a little bit more composed (if you ignored the nervous smile on his face) He still looked a little bit pale as he said, "Yeah obviously not, come on," They heard the wood of the door starting to crack," lets hurry up and leave before he tried to kill us."

Kagami sighed and put his head into his hands," You guys make me want to cry."

Wrath said unhelpfully "If it makes you feel better, we've made other people cry."

Kagami groaned into his hands, "Why would that make me feel better?!"

Kurokos former teammates followed them out of the warehouse in a daze. They just mindlessly followed them as they led them down the streets and away from the maniac that was on the other side of the door.

By the way, no one explained who that was, and to be quite honest, no one wanted to ask.

They didn't question the way Kuroko and Wrath led them down alleyways. They didn't question the way they left Kise and Kuroko behind for a few minutes, only for Kise to appear again and for Kuroko to appear at the front again. Nor did they question the way they were able to lead the group back to the normal and safe parts of the city within 10 minutes when it took them almost 30 minutes to get to the warehouse in the first place.

Kuroko was waving farewell to Kise, Wrath, and Kagami when Aomine and Momoi approached him.

"Tetsu," Aomine shifted on his feet, looking highly uncomfortable at whatever he was going to say," You're happy, right...?"

That made Kuroko blink in surprise, that was a question that he was certainly not expecting. But, he quickly composed himself and give Aomine and Momoi a soft smile as he answered.

"Yes, I am content and happy with my current lifestyle."

Aomine looked like he reluctantly accepted his words. Groaning loudly, he scratched the back of his head with his eyes closed," Fine, just be careful man, you better not end up dead or something."

That made Kuroko start laughing," Well that's the plan."

"Geez! Tetsu!" Momoi wrapped her arms around Kuroko, and surprisingly, he hugged her back with a small smile.

Aomine heard his childhood friend whisper something into Kurokos ear, something that was far too quiet for him to hear.

But even through the darkness, he could tell that he did not like the way a wide, almost mischievous smile spread across his shadow's face before saying," Of course Momoi."

A shiver went down Aomines spine.

Oh, he did not like that look.

Story 9

"Ow!" Wrath complained when Kuroko kicked the mitt he was holding just a little bit too hard," Dude calm down! I still have a match later on!"

"Well," Kuroko grunted as he delivered when another spinning kick to the mitt, the force being enough to make Wrath stumble backward and shake his hand out. Kuroko stood back up, panting as he started to get into position for another hit," I don't, and I have way too much energy."

"Shit man!" Wrath stumbled back again as Kuroko gave him another painfully powerful kick to the mitt," Go for a fucking run or something! I want to win my match."

"Nah," he kicked the Mitt again, "I wanna spar, this is pay back for last month. "

"That wasn't even my fault!" They both stopped at that. Meeting eyes, they both stared at each other for a few seconds before Wrath slumped. Quietly muttering and avoiding Kurokos' gaze, he said," I'll get the pads."

Kuroko chuckled in response and was quick to follow Wrath to the little storage closet where they kept everything.

Story 10

"Hey," Kise tapped his foot almost impatiently on the court," Does anyone know what Kurocchi drives? He's taking forever."

It was one of the few times where they all had the time to meet up and play some basketball, and surprisingly, it was Kuroko who was late that time. Everyone was already there and was warming up as they waited.

"I'm not sure," Kagami said as he almost made Aomine break his ankles," I don't even know if he has a drivers license yet. "

"Hm," Kise idly traced a pair of motorcycles with his eyes as they approached the park. The drivers being indistinguishable with their black helmets and outwear," Should I call him?"

"No," Akashi was quick to shoot down the suggestion," He's driving, he doesn't need distractions at the moment."

Yeah, even Kise had to admit that it was a terrible idea and that he shouldn't have suggested it in the first place.

He kept on looking at the pair of motorcycles that were coming down the street. As they got closer, he noticed that one of the motorcycles had a passenger, and they were holding on tightly to the driver.

"He is taking a long time though, maybe he got caught up with a student or something?"

"Oh yeah, I forgot he's a high school teacher."

Now as the motorcycles were getting closer, they had to speak up to talk over the sound of the engines, much to their annoyance.

Kise swore that Aomine and Kagami were going to burst a blood vessel when the pair pulled up the basketball court, one behind the other.

They all glared at the drivers as the passenger who was hopping off of one motorcycle, cheerfully waving goodbye to the initial driver before climbing onto the second motorcycle. The passenger and driver cheerfully waved goodbye to the second driver before the two pulled off and left.

The driver of the motorcycle turned off his engine and almost excitedly waved at the occupants of the court.

"Oh there's no fucking way," Aomine had a nervous smile on his face, one that Kagami and almost everyone else shared.

"Sorry!" The voice was muffled as the driver hopped off the motorcycle and grabbed a bag off of the back. Slinging the bag over his shoulder, he started to approach the fenced-in court," I got caught up at school," at last, the driver pulled off his helmet.

Kuroko gave them a bright smile, seemingly ignorant of the looks his friends were giving him, his other hand going up to fix his hair while he held his helmet under his arm," Have you guys started yet?" At that moment, he realized that stares he was getting from his teammates and looked around before slowly saying," What? Is my hair still messed up?"

"You just drove up on a motorcycle," Kagami started slowly," and you think its your hair that's making us stare at you?"

"Oh!" Kuroko looked back at his motorcycle with a surprised look," Is what you're all staring at me for?"

They all just stared at him.

Kuroko stared at them back.

"...Do you guys want a ride?"

Kuroko will never forget the way all of his friends perked up in their own way.

And thats the end of this story! I will be posting the one-shots soon, but they're already on Ao3 if you guys want to read them. You can find them on my profile of Seasilver. Thank you for all of your support and thank you for reading !
