*3* Reunion of Old Classmates

"Morning." Ginny said cheerfully as she sat down next to Ron. Hermione, Allie, and Kristen sat across already eating breakfast.

"Good morning." Allie said as Harry grumpily threw himself onto the bench. Harry put his elbows on the table and his head in his hands.

"There is nothing good about a morning of having muggles you know stare at you trying to place your face. Most likely under their fist." Harry groaned. He had noticed on his way down, more of the boys from Surrey High School had starred and pointed at him.

"At least you're use to people staring at you." Ron said stuffing pancakes into his already full mouth. Harry turned slowly to glare at Ron.

"What? People stare at you all the time."

"Why do people stare at you?" Allie asked. Harry shrugged, not wanting to answer the question as Professor McGonagall walked up with a pile of blank papers.

"Miss Granger." McGonagall pointed her wand at a paper causing Hermione's schedule to appear before handing it to her.

"Mr. Weasley…Miss Weasley… Mr. Potter." McGonagall passed them their schedules.

"Now you two are?" McGonagall asked.

"Allie Mactosh."

"Kristen Chag."

"Alright here are your schedules and a map of our school. I'm sure these Gryffindors will help you find any room you need. And I'm sure they will not be getting into any mischief this year." McGonagall sternly said looking over her glasses at Ron, Hermione and Harry.

"Mischief? We don't even know the meaning of that word Professor, do we Harry?" Ron said pretending to be offended.

"Mischief never heard the word before in my life." Harry smiled at McGonagall who was hiding a smirk.

"Just make sure you follow all of the school rules this year." McGonagall said before moving to the next group of students.

"For the record mischief finds us Professor." Ron yelled after McGonagall earning an unapproving look from Hermione.

"What it does?" Rob said before putting more into his mouth.

"I got ancient runes." Hermione said smiling at her schedule.

"Uggg. You got to be kidding. We have a muggle history class with a Mr. Cobble-stein? What kind of name is that?" Ron complained.

"We're wizards it's bad enough we have wizard history with Binns." Ron dropped his schedule and shoveled more pancakes in his mouth.

"Ronald it won't be that bad." Hermione rolled her eyes as the first bell rang announcing it was time for first period. The group grabbed their book bags and began walking towards the classroom where Muggle History would take place.

"So where did you guys sleep last night?" Ginny asked, trying to make polite conversation with Allie and Kristen. The group sat at a table in the back corner. Since the trio had decided to return to Hogwarts they were now in the same year as Ginny. Lots of students from their year had returned to Hogwarts. Dean Thomas, who had to go into hiding had returned and even Seamus Finnigan had returned.

"In the east tower. It was pretty cool. We have a common room. Except it was weird telling a portrait a password to get in." Allie said to Hermione.

"Yea it's a picture of this weird knight. Sir-" Kristen said.

"Cadogan." Hermione, Ron, Harry and Ginny said together.

"Yea you know him?"

"Sadly yes. In third year, the Fat Lady had a meltdown and he took over. Because no one else wanted the job. Bit of a nut job." Ron said as a muggle walked towards them.

"Hey. So, my friends and I were talking about you." A boy with golden brown hair said putting his hands on their table, staring down at Harry. Harry stared back, refusing to be the one who broke eye contact first. He wasn't the same boy anymore.

"And we were trying to remember where we saw you before. And then it hit us, Scarhead." The boy laughed, as he used the childhood nickname Harry was once called before walking back to his friends. Many of his friends snickered at their table. Harry looked up to see Dudley Dursley sitting at a different table than the boy, which was odd since the two had been friends once. "Thick as thieves" as Uncle Vernon had said.

"Well, this is just great." Harry slouched in his chair, folding his arms across his chest. "Back to where I ended with him."

"Scarhead. Hocus Pocus." A blonde boy yelled across the room, causing a few to laugh. He moved his fingers as he spoke, as if they were magic.

"I'll be right back." Ginny stood suddenly, whipping her wand out. Harry knew that look.

"Wait, what are you-." Harry asked as Ginny walked straight for the group of muggle boys. As she reached the group, she stood tall and lifted one finger as she spoke.

"One, leave Harry alone. Two, don't call him Scarhead. Three, I highly suggest you stop being a bunch of idiots. And four, contelious." Ginny said as she pointed her wand at the blonde boy. At the flick of her wand the boy jumped up on the desk and started to Irish step dance, unable to control himself. Ginny whipped back towards her table letting her hair and robe fly behind her as she strutted back to her table. As she sat down, she gave a wink to Harry who was laughing with the rest of the witches and wizards, and even some muggles couldn't help but giggle at the scene.

"Make it stop!" The boy yelled as he quickly ran out of breath. Just then a short plump man that could only be described as a walrus with a bushy mustache walked in followed by a short skinny man the wizards and witches had not seen before. Professor Slughorn took one look at the muggle boy before chuckling.

"This must be the work of Miss Weasley. I know a good spell when I see one." He said proudly. Professor Slughorn continued to walk past the boy, who was breathing hard now, to the front of the classroom. The man he brought with him whispered something to him

"Oh yes, right. Ah Miss Weasley if you wouldn't mind taking your spell off of this gentleman, I will proceed to introducing your muggle history teacher." Slughorn said. Ginny sighed, but walked over to the table the boy was dancing on. She smiled at him in a way that terrified him. She lifted her wand and undid her spell. The boy collapsed on the table from exhaustion. When he noticed Ginny still standing in front of the table he jumped back behind his friends. Ginny turned around, her hair whipping the air as she spun around and sat back down with her friends.

"Any who, I'd like you all to meet your muggle history teacher, Mr. Cobblestein." Professor Slughorn began to clap, the rest of the class following his example.

"Now I will leave you to it." Slughorn began to waddle from the room before he heard Mr. Cobblestein forcedly clear his throat, Harry cringed remembering another teacher who constantly did that. Subconsciously he rubbed the back of his hand.

"Oh right of course. Almost forgot." Slughorn waved his wand making muggle history textbooks appear in front of all the students. Most of the muggle students flinched. Slughorn proceeded to leave the room.

"Now class, as Professor Slughorn said I'm Mr. Cobblestein and I am now your history teacher this year. Now we will be starting on the Anglo-Saxon Britain era so turn to page ten. Now the Angle, Saxon, and Jute tribes invaded Britain in 450 AD. Now the Anglo-Saxons came from northern Germany, Denmark, and northern Holland. Now from 450-750 Britain was divided into seven Kingdoms. Now known as Northumbria, Mercia, Wessex, Essex, Sussex, and Kent." Mr. Cobblestein said, his back to the class as he wrote on the chalkboard.

"How many times has he said 'now'." Ron whispered.

"I've counted five."
