My Daughter
A daughter was born to Delia Ketchum, a single mother because she may as well be, as he married her fast and then left just as fast due to him being a Pokemon Trainer. He and her father-in-law didn't return is because they achieved nothing in their goal and felt ashamed.
It was tough being a single mother at Pallet Town, but at least, she had an income source, Pallet House which she inherited from her mother and they both run it together with their employees.
She raised Ash with her mother's help until Ash was five years old. She has Delia's beauty, but has her father's eyes, hair color and his round face.
However, Ash was shockingly capable for her age.
She learns in school fast, but not interested in playing with anyone her age. Would rather spend time with books, and do chores so Delia can relax at home after a hard day at their restaurant. What a thoughtful daughter! She is also very picky with what she eats though. She buys particular ingredients with her money and cooks them herself for all three of her meals. She could cook at age five while standing on a stool and moving around on the counters.
Because she was too small as well as its too dangerous for her to fry foods, all she cooks, were soups and hotpots. She also bakes and roasts in the oven as it's well within her height. She also has a profound talent in cooking. Her style of cooking is mostly Johto-nese though.
But at least, she has a very reliable baby girl that she often rewards her daughter by encouraging her to Summer Camp when she was six before she starts Pokemon School.

For Ashley...

'She' woke up in a new world and new body, after dying from cancer, living long enough to see Haru show him their fourth son whom she gave birth to. He has four sons because Haru really wanted a daughter but alas, each time they try, always a son!
He made his last will while languishing in hospital, and had Dino and Kyoya execute his will as he caused the active Gears to trigger to revert to their Ore form once the tenth generation makes a decision to retire and have their successor have it. As he was almost dying, he caused his, Yamamoto's and Lambo's Gears, to revert.
Haru will be under the protection of the Foundation, and his remaining living Guardians the tutors of his sons after school.
Gokudera will handle manners and etiquette as well as culture, law and tradition of Neo-Vongola. Until his eldest son turns 20 or has completed Guardian Set the PROPER WAY like they have done instead of politics, he would be the one in charge alongside Dino to keep Vongola afloat.
Hibari will handle anything fighting-related and computer and hacking.
Mukuro handles Politics, Stealth and Infiltration. Chrome who retired as Mist Guardian, passing her earring to Mukuro handles a different form of culture. Fashion, Music and Art...and detective work. She married Mukuro and is a housewife herself, but kids are out of the question, thus they adopted...a Capuchin Monkey as their CHILD. And it's even mist-educated to assist her in smaller tasks! They also have a blue-eyed black cat, also mist-educated.
Ryohei's specialty is Physical Training and driving skills.
He felt he would join his friends who have left first.
Yamamoto protected Lambo from an ambush attack to no avail as they were both rained with storm bullets while picking him up from Elementary School, and the pissed family hunted down their killers and killed everyone down to the last connection to avenge them both. Iemitsu tried to recommend 'outstanding individuals' to Tsuna to replace both, but Tsuna got pissed and gave his father a vicious beating at his guardians' funerals and Xanxus coldly called Iemitsu an ignoramus, as well as earning the contempt of the two other Trinisette Skies.
'What would you know of a TRUE Sky Harmonization anyway, you guardian-less bastard?' he said gruffly in annoyance. 'Have some respect!'
The reason Tsuna, Xanxus and Byakuran were powerful was because their true guardians were by their side, instead of being politically arranged for benefits like most skies' were. There were no true bonds there of trust and flame compatibility. Two crucial things for True Sky Harmonization.
If Skies harmonized with their true guardians, they would also harmonize their guardians' powers as well, bringing them to peak potential in a 'bouncing boosted effect'. It was what made Neo Vongola and Gesso Famiglia powerful as flame users. It helps that the imprints of the Primo Generation acknowledged them as true heirs of Vongola.
Tsuna hoped one of his sons would succeed his generation next. They're still kids, with his eldest being ten, dammit. And then the other sons are three years younger than the other.
Next thing he knew, he's reborn in a fantasy world where humans and monsters can peacefully co-exist. He has a 'single mom' as his new dad aimed big but failed to do so, and too embarrassed to come home, but at least sends his errr her mother money to help with family income.
Some things don't change don't they.
But Tsuna, now Ash, gave up on ever having a complete family. However, at least he did better than Iemitsu, that he made Haru the happiest wife and was there for Alistair, Harold and William, showing them what a proper man of the house should be and how they should treat their wife, and they support each other as brothers that they grew up in a happy, loving home. But sadly, cannot be there for his fourth son Ivan. It was his sole regret.
But he never expected to reincarnate here. His mother was as loving and doting as ever. Only difference, she's away working. But he understands.
So he errr she makes the most out of her new home, coming across as a precocious child.
Well, she's a 35 year old who reincarnated.

She's no longer a Mafia Boss with expectations heaped on her. She is now an ordinary girl in a world where co-existing with Pokemon is common. The only thing she has from her old world, was Johto whose culture sembled old Japan in some towns and villages. They even have kimonos! Not only that, in Kalos, Wa Loli is popular!
She'll definitely enjoy this.
