Jaune learns the (non)value of being trained by a veteran dumb*** from a young age. Something that's sure to be beneficial… he hoped. He wasn't sure being taught how to kill people and detonate entire mountains translates into combatting the Grimm; but at this point, he'd take what he can get. Written by someone who's never even seen RWBY. Rated M because it's just a bad fic.

The Arc family is special, they possess a semblance called Soul Trait. It grants them abilities based on what trait they have, their abilities are unique and are different from each Soul Trait. Jaune was taught that there was only six Soul Traits, and the books about it even said so. So why was his not matching any of them?
