ROAR!
The dragon circles around the city while covering the sky with its own shadow. The teal-tinted sky continued to leak each area around the town as if it was devouring the entire place.
The strong winds kept the city isolated from the outside world. Anyone outside the town of Mondstadt would not be thinking twice about getting in or not since the dragon has invaded the city.
"Yikes! Aether, a dragon is attacking Mondstadt? Paimon says we should run!" Paimon says as she hovers around Aether.
Within few seconds, the dragon starts to generate tornadoes around the city of Mondstadt from the sky. Tornadoes dropped to the city, creating destruction and chaos around town. Civilians panicking by the dragon attack ran away from the direction of the tornadoes—some were caught by one of them, lifting them off the ground, caught by its strong force of the wind.
Aether and Amber ran away from one of the circling funnels of doom, but Aether got caught by one, lifting him as well to an elevated location.
"No!" Amber called out as she witnessed the Traveler fly upwards.
She finds a high place away from the tornado to search for him in a better location.
Erlund, witnessing the place he had just arrived, turned into another playground for the dragon. It reminded him of the first time a dragon attacked Kynesgrove after it got resurrected by the World Eater himself.
"I just arrived in this place, and another dragon, yet again, attacked another town. For gods sake, this is not even Skyrim!" He sighed as he remembered the countless times a dragon attacked a town everywhere he went. It was jarring that a dragon came in to challenge the Dragonborn no matter where he went. Even though he defeated Alduin, they still run rampant in the land of Skyrim.
He saw a blonde-haired kid with braids get sucked into the tornado and fly upwards.
"It's that weird boy again. He might die if I won't get him." He said as he ran upstairs to where the giant Archon statue is located.
The Traveler uses the wind glider he received by Amber and instantly glided along the winds. Slight turbulence happens as the dragon dives near the blonde boy, trying to push the blonde-haired Traveler but ends up missing him.
Aether, dodging the dragon from its incoming charges, tries his best not to fall since he is not used to the tool received. However, he seems to be flying than gliding somehow.
"H-how are you still flying like that with a Wind Glider?" Paimon asked as she grabbed hold of Aether's cloth while they both flew in a pacing manner.
"Do not worry; I'm using the thousand winds to guide you." A voice of a boy is heard in the vicinity of Aether and Paimon.
"W-who said that?" Paimon asked as she looked around, searching for who just spoke around them.
"Concentrate on grasping the wind, then harness its energy like that." Said the unknown boy as Aether tries to get the gist of handling the wings while trying to shoot out the energy towards the dragon.
As the boy chases the dragon, gaining upon its speed, another sudden voice has been heard, but it's not the same direction as to where the boy's voice came out—instead, the voice of a man.
"JOOR, KAH ZUL!"
They heard the shout of a man coming from no other places but below. Surprised by the shout, the dragon suddenly shows signs of weakness, losing its pacing of speed, slowly descending further.
"W-what the heck is that?" Paimon asked as the dragon limps as it flaps its wings.
"It's, descending... Come on, Paimon. Keep up the pace. It might attack the citizens below." Aether said as he descends as well, shooting down the dragon.
As the dragon loses its altitude, Erlund follows to where the dragon falls. Over time, he ended up reaching the place where the giant Anemo Archon statue is located.
The dragon soon lands in front of the Dragonborn, roaring as loud as it can as it is confused on what sort of mortal can hold such a power to let him land.
"You are larger than any dragons I see back in Skyrim. But you are still a dragon, no less." Erlund then lifted his Iron battleaxe and swung it upward while the dragon still stays still.
As he slashed the dragon downwards, it gave a large cut on top of its head, breaking some of the blue scales it has.
The Dragonborn then climbed upon its head while smashing and bashing the giant blue lizard with the same battleaxe he used.
The dragon roars louder as it tries to shake off the mortal who dares to climb on top of it. Furious of the man who still stays hold on his head while is pummels his head. It opened its wings and dragged the man with a horned helmet on it.
Erlund loses his balance and tries to use his battleaxe to stick it on the dragon. He swings his battleaxe on what seems to be some purple wound on the back, but as he keeps holding his grip while the dragon speeds as it flies, he starts losing his grip, only ending up his battleaxe to be dragged with the dragon.
He landed near the ledge beside the giant statue with a large stomp. The Dragonborn aimed his bow on the dragon and pulled its string. As it got away as far as possible from the city, he released it only for the arrow to miss it in a considerable margin.
"My iron battleaxe! I just forged that piece of weapon earlier, for gods' sake!" He said as he threw a fireball on the dragon, but it still ended up missing as well.
Erlund became frustrated that he lost the weapon he only has, which is the strongest one that forged yet, and the first weapon he forged in this world.
"My battleaxe... I should kill that dragon before he turns that into a piece of scrap." Erlund said as he kicked the pebbles around the small fountain around the statue.
"Wagner will be so pissed if I would ask him to borrow his forge. Sigh..." He said as he looked around his surroundings, looking at the boy and the tiny flying atronach descends below while the red ribboned girl watched him land
"A-are you hurt?" Amber, concerned as she looks at the foreign Traveler, seems not to be showing any signs of injuries.
"I guess the boy is fine on his own," Erlund said as he sneaked away from the three as they are busy being too concerned for each other.
As he is about to reach the stairs, a slow clap is heard from a tall man tan-skinned man. Though the Dragonborn is only 6 feet or 183 cm, he was sized up by a tan-skinned man with an eye patch at 6'1" or 185 cm.
"To think that two strange individuals could have the power to bring down a dragon. Interesting..." The man with an eyepatch complimented the boy and looked at the seemingly unfazed blonde man with a horned helmet that looked like he wanted to get out of this place where he thinks he doesn't belong.
"Hold it right there... You're coming with us... Strange, yet respectable, Traveler." The tan man with an eye patch said as he pointed at the direction of Erlund.
"W-well, you see, I seem to not belong in this place. Besides, that dragon took my axe, and I would love to find and take down that dragon before he brings down other villages along the area." The Dragonborn said as he shrugged.
"Oh, you are not going anywhere. You brought down that dragon with your voice... I have never seen anyone do that." The tan man said as he placed his hand on his chin.
"Paimon heard a shout while we were flying in the air. Paimon even saw the dragon fall while Aether shoots the dragon." Paimon said as she witnessed her testimony.
"That man is able to bring down a dragon with his voice? So that's where I heard coming from this place." Amber said.
"I even saw how he fought the dragon after he brought him down. Climbed on its head and smashing it." The tan man laughed.
"Look, this is just another dragon business that you seem to have a problem with. I will take care of it." The Dragonborn said as he shrugged and hurriedly placed his foot on the stairs.
"WAIT!" The red ribbon girl and the eyepatched man shouted.
"You're staying here for the time being. We still have a lot of questions with the three of you." He said.
"Fine. I will for the time being." Erlund said as he stood up.
"Stormterror may have gotten away, but he might attack the city again. We must..."
"I just said that I will handle that matter-" Erlund interrupted.
"Wait..." The tan man interrupted the interrupter.
"You forgot to introduce us." The tan man said.
"Oh, Uhm, this is Aether and Paimon. They came from afar to find his sibling. Uhm... You... Have we met?" Amber asked Erlund.
"It's Erlund... I came from Sk- afar as well."
"Y-yeah, Erlund... It sounds like an ancient local name, yet, you seem to not belong here as well."
Strange. Three people that came from afar, during the worst time of Mondstadt. The tan man taught.
"I heard of you just a while ago. A strange barbarian that just arrived in Mondstadt and fulfilled a line of requests in a blacksmith. He said that you were taught by a friend from... Whiterun. Say, where is that?" He asked as he started to become skeptical about the barbarian's existence.
"Paimon has never heard of that place before," Paimon said as she floats beside the Traveler.
"Well... It's from a place far from... Tivat". Erlund said, slowly forgetting what world he was from.
"It's Teyvat, Erlund. Anyway, welcome to Mondstadt. Though, it is not the best time to be saying this. I understand that you have been finding your sister traveler. But finding an Anemo God seems strange enough. Well, everyone has their own secrets, I guess. Hehe. Just like the other foreign Traveler here. I won't be pressing much just the way I did to him so relax while you're here in Mondstadt." Kaeya laughed while trying to make a less tense atmosphere for all of them.
"Well, what about Erlund? He surely took down the dragon on his own and ended up wounding the dragon. What do you think?" Amber asked Kaeya
"It sure is impressive. He is more than capable of fighting head-on with the dragon, but on behalf of the Knights of Favonius, I would like to thank the two of you for helping us during these unfortunate times." Kaeya thanked them.
"Make that three!" Paimon squealed at Kaeya as she hovered in front of him.
Kaeya laughed for a bit while the annoying little creature continued to fly around him.
"Uhm.. Yeah, you're welcome, so where's our reward?" Aether asked.
"Well, how about Mondstadt's specialties, Sticky Honey Roast." He said.
"I'll join as well. I keep hearing that from the guard in front of the castle." Erlund said as he joined along with the others.
"Well, your right of defending the city of Mondstadt against the dragon is witnessed by no small number of citizens. Erlund also rescued a few citizens from danger and brought down the dragon himself with his voice. Surely the Acting Grand Master of Favonius will be very interested in meeting the three of you. She formally invites you to our headquarters." Kaeya explained.
The five of them went to a nearby food store that cells Sticky Honey Roast. As they sat on a table just beside the store, a huge crowd gathered around the five with smiles in their faces as they have witnessed the bravery of the two who defended them from the dragon.
"It's the man who brought down the dragon with his voice!" One of the crowd shouted.
"He saved my son when I almost lost him in the tornadoes!"
"He fought the dragon head-on!"
The cheers and claps fill the surroundings as they happily ate their food.
"It seems that the spotlight is on Erlund." Kaeya smiled as he looked at the Dragonborn, munching on six of the Sticky Honey Roast simultaneously, delighted by such a fantastic delicacy this place has.
Aether looked at Erlund with a smile on his face, and looked at his soup, showing a reflection of his downed emotion, remembering that his sibling was still somewhere.
Paimon then looked at Aether with a concerned look, with some honey crumbs and bits of meat on her face.
"Awww, it's ok, Aether. Paimon thinks that you'll get your spotlight soon." She says as she holds the Traveler by the shoulder.
"M-me? Oh no, it's not about that, it's just... My sister." Aether said.
"Sheesh, don't ruin the mood like that; come on, there's more food. Besides, we can still find her if we go to their headquarters." Paimon cheered him up a bit while continuing on devouring the last meal.
A woman with blonde hair tied in a ponytail continues to watch the clock tick. As she starts to grow impatient, she hurriedly walks towards the door only to get interrupted by another brunette woman, holding a book, with attractive mature features, with a witch's hat on top of her.
"Jean, what's the hurry? I thought that we agreed that you would meet up with them here?" The brunette woman closed her book, looking at Jean as she slowly reached her arms to the ledge.
"There have been Stormterror sightings on the city. I'm growing more impatient by the time. We have to prot-"
"Relax, Jean. I'll handle the matter when the time comes." The woman rests her head on her hand, which is holding support on the ledge.
The sound of a doorknob twisting reveals the five people who are invited to Jean's place.
"Jean, I've brought them here." Kaeya waved at the two while they were busy chatting.
Surprised by the sudden entrance, the two looked at them as they saw the five.
In the meantime, Kaeya explained the situation to the two about Stormterror invading the city.
"Oh my... To think he can bring down the dragon with his voice alone... That surely sounds... Strange..." Jean thought as she looked at Erlund with confusing looks.
"Anyway, Mondstadt welcomes you, travelers. I am Jean, the Acting Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius. This is Lisa, our resident Librarian." She introduces the three.
"You three are here to help us out, yes? Giggles... My, both of you are so adorable. And this young man here, please take off your helmet. It's hard to see your handsome face with that type of helmet." She requests Erlund to take off his horned iron helmet that is covering most of his face.
He did as she requested, revealing his shoulder-length blonde hair and placing his helmet under his arm. In Lisa's perspective, she saw an extremely idealized version of Erlund taking off his helmet while shaking his head, letting the blonde hair swing across his head.
"Ara ara~ You are one handsome and strong young man indeed. No wonder you can bring down that dragon with those big~ muscular~ arms..." She said as she slowly approached Erlund, grabbing the muscular arms of Erlund that took down the dragon with her soft hands encased with fabric gloves.
"Oh, umm... Yes, please get your hands off me. It's getting a bit too... Uncomfortable..." Erlund, starting to feel a bit too antsy with the way Lisa holds his arms.
"Hmm~? Well, yes... I understand..." She ignores the uncomfortable request from Erlund as she continues to ogle this man's muscles.
"L-Lisa! Now is not the time to be doing such strange acts with that man." Jean called out Lisa, feeling the second-hand embarrassment done when Lisa continued to touch Erlund's bulging muscles, as well as touching some of the scars across his arms. Her face becomes red as a tomato as she pulls Lisa back.
"Iyaa~ Jean.." Lisa yelped as she was pulled back to her original position like an owner that carried its kitten by the scruff.
"A-anyway, Stormterror has made such a stir since its resurgence. Simply put, Mondstadt's elemental sphere and ley lines are now akin to a yarn ball in the paws of a kitten."
"A what? I don't understand what you mean." Erlund said, not fully understanding the metaphor of what Lisa said.
"What she meant is that Mondstadt's ley lines and elemental spheres are just playthings now," Amber explained.
Erlund nodded, still not understanding the whole context of it. So he nodded, pretending to understand it fully.
"As a mage, it couldn't get much worse. My skin is one elemental particle away from a full-blown breakout." She said as she placed her hand on her forehead.
"Meaning that you don't want to go out?" Erlund tried to clarify.
"U-uhm... Something like that." Lisa, realizing that he had caught her intentions.
"If it weren't for the dragon to attack the city, the Knights of Favonius would have better ways to help you than just putting up mission person posters," Jean explained.
"We simply request your assistance in Mondstadt while we help you find your sister, Aether." Jean held her hand out.
"Hmm.. I guess we should leave this up to you then. Where's the inn?" Aether responded.
"Hey! We should help them out as well. Don't be such a snail!" Paimon puffed at the Traveler.
"I should join as well if we are to find this dragon." Erlund interrupted.
"Good. In that case, we need a plan." Kaeya replied with his arms crossed.
"With Stormterror now directly attacking Mondstadt, we may have an opportunity to cut this problem off at the source. Lisa has revealed the source of Stormterror's power with her detection magic." Jean planned out.
"Is that so?" Kaeya asked.
"Yes, they're located in the abandoned Four Winds' Temples."
"Good. Then let's get going. Quit wasting time." Erlund said as he taps crossed his arms and tapped his foot.
"Wait... You have not fully understood the capability of that dragon!" Paimon interrupted.
"Y-yeah, Erlund. Just listen to what Lisa's explaining." Aether said to the Dragonborn.
"I've encountered too many dragons to be wasting my time here."
"But Stormterror's ability are drawn out by drawing their power from these temples, Erlund. Besides, you're not the only one dealing with this dragon alone." Lisa said.
"Yes I agree with that, and our objective is to deal with three of the four temples. I trust everyone understands why we deal with three," Jean added.
"Paimon doesn't" Paimon replied.
"So do I." The Dragonborn said as well.
"It must have been a local thing, Paimon and Erlund," Aether answered.
"Oh..."
"Time is against us, Knights of Favonius. The storm is rampant, and there is no point in maintaining a defensive position. We must initiate and act before the situation goes down further." Jean concluded.
As the Knights of Favonius, the Traveler, and the Dragonborn left the headquarters, they headed out to the temples wherein the dragon is most likely located.
The Dragonborn, however left the crowd for a while to borrow a few more iron from Wagner to make another weapon for the meantime.
"I'm sorry, Erlund, but we only have a few irons left," Wagner said, knowing that he would need more than enough iron to make that battlaxe.
"It's already too much to create a large axe with these few iron metals."
"I don't need that much iron for now. I'll get better ones soon. For now, all I need is a smaller one."
"Smaller one?"
"Yes, this is enough." Erlund said, creating another axe but is small enough to be held with one hand.
Forging the weapon, he made an iron war axe, carefully sharpening it with the sandstone he had recently invented not long ago.
After a bit of sharpening, he threw it up and did a few risky tricks with it by throwing it up mid-air and catching it without looking at it.
Wagner and Schulz, watching the man who recently saved the city play with his own custom axe as if he is trying to kill himself. Though it is impressive, it clearly shows the skill of the man who has wielded an axe as a weapon.
"I have not seen any guards or adventurers that wields an axe as a weapon. It tells much of where you really come from." Wagner pointed out.
"Your people only cut trees with an axe, right?" Schulz asked.
"What? No." Erlund said as he nonchalantly placed his axe on his side.
"No...?" Schulz, confused as to why he denied only to realize the reason behind it. He gulped, realizing what the Dragonborn is actually capable of.
The Dragonborn heads out to the bridge of Mondstadt, searching for the Knights of Favonius.
With only one straight direction outside of Mondstadt's gate, he prepares his stance. He takes in as much air as possible.
"WULD, NAH KEST"
He shouted, giving him a massive boost as he accelerated forward for a split second, reaching the other side of the bridge of Mondstadt.
The guards witnessed the sheer speed of the man after realizing the man who left the gate is in the other side of the bridge.
"What in the Seven?" One of the guards dropped his jaw as the Dragonborn caught up with the rest of the Knights of Favonius.
"H-how did he do that? Ran so fast and shouted some type of chant." One of the guards scratches his head as he looks at the Nord with disbelief.
"There you are, Erlund! Where were you?" Amber asked the Dragonborn as he had just arrived a bit late.
"I was forging a new weapon. Can't go to a 'temple' when I'm unarmed, can I?" Erlund laughed as he picked up the pace with the rest.
"Strange. You hold an axe. I have not seen a warrior wielding a sword." She noticed the newly forged dangling on his side.
As they journeyed to the first temple, they have arrived, which is unironically close to the city.
"This is it. It's one of the four abandoned temples of the Four Wind's Temples." Amber said as she discussed a bit on one of the Four Temples.
"Oh, I was expecting it a bit farther..." Erlund, a bit disappointed by the temple, as if he was actually hoping that there would be hardships going through these temples.
"Haha... Well, it's the closest one of the four. Anyway, this place has been deserted for years. No adventurers have entered this place for years. Not only that, but Stormterror has even abandoned its own temples, which is strange. There are some hilichurls inside this temple, so be careful." Amber explained.
"Hilichurls? What in Oblivion are those?" The Dragonborn, utterly confused at that strange term.
"Have you not encountered those? They are creatures across Teyvat that are humanoid at a glance, but they are tribal and fight in groups."
"You mean those black Rieklings that tried to set camp in front of Mondstadt?" Erlund asked.
"Y-yes... Say? Now that I think about it, were you the one who took out those hilichurls setting up camp in front of the bridge?" She recalled as she arrived at a small camp of Hilichurls, all the creatures are found lifeless as she and the Traveler arrived.
Erlund nodded, scratching his head as he realized the action he had done before he entered the city.
"Are they friendly?" He asked, maybe they are actual natives of Teyvat, and they might be visitors that set up refuge just like the Khajiit merchants that stayed outside the castle of Whiterun.
"No, they are a threat to Mondstadt, and on behalf of the Knights of Favonius, I thank you for eliminating the threats that may cause harm on the citizens of Mondstadt." She said.
"We still have a mission to go, Amber. Paimon says we must enter the ruins first before you reward him another Sticky Honey Roast." Paimon interrupted the happy red-ribboned girl.
"O-oh, right. Let's just get into the temple." She said as the three entered the ruin.
"It is strange that a dragon that lives in these places could fit..." Erlund said as he first thought of how a dragon can actually fit in such a small entrance. However, as they entered the ruins, a different scenery has completely changed the atmosphere of the surroundings.
"Look! There's a control that opens the door." Amber pointed out a cube that seems carved out of stone, and some element reacts as the Traveler touches the cube.
After the cube has interacted, the wall in front of them suddenly moved, revealing the actual content inside the ruin. There are strange floating structures across the light gray space, as well as some Hilichurls across the nook and cranny of the place they have been setting on.
Amber rushed forward and pulled her bow to the nearby placed vines blocking some of the entrance.
As she charged up her bow, revealing orange-red, glowing particles, she released the string causing fire across the vines that took out some of the vines.
Erlund, impressive that a bow can be charged up something like that, he as well charged a bit of magicka on his hand and created a fireball. He then threw the fireball to another vine that blocks the actual main entrance.
Surprised by someone who can wield pyro other than her vision, Amber looked at the Nord with shock.
"Y-you possess a Vision, do you?" Amber, confused that maybe the warrior has possessed a vision.
"A what?" Erlund, confused by what she means by a vision.
"A vision, Erlund? Do you have one?" Amber asked again.
"I don't know what this 'Vision' you're talking about." The Dragonborn, still confused by what she actually meant by vision.
"Look out! A hilichurl." Aether called out one of the hilichurl, rushing forward, catching Amber off-guard due to the confusion.
The Dragonborn then rushed forward to block one of the swings the hilichurl made by its club. Using the war axe he recently forged, he swings it towards the hilichurl's neck, instantly sticking it close to the carotid artery. As he pulled the axe off the neck, he made a powerful kick, pushing the monster towards the other hilichurls, who rushed forward only to be shoved back as well by the poor creature having its blood flow like a waterfall.
Amber, not used to being protected by a foreigner, suddenly felt a bit of embarrassment as she is used to being the one protecting anyone from danger. She picked up her bow and took out any hilichurls that may lurk out in one of the corners of the ruins, while Aether supports the Dragonborn from behind in case they may be any monsters that may sneak up behind him.
Though the Dragonborn can handle all of them alone, having some company is still good enough, but he has to look out for them since these are just young adventurers. They as well may turn out to be excellent companions to venture out.
Aether made a swift slash on three hilichurls, instantly taking them all out while the Dragonborn continues to take out a hilichurl with an axe on its head, then climbing up on top of it to then place his knee forward, ready to crush the next hilichur's face with his knee raised forward.
Crushing the other hilichurl's head, breaking the mask, he picked up the axe that was previously stuck on the creature's head. Another creature snuck in to take out the Dragonborn only to be shot by a burning arrow coming from Amber.
After each room they arrive, they are greeted by a treasure chest that piques all their interests.
"What's inside of it?" Amber asked.
"It's a treasure chest, Amber. You're supposed to open it." Aether retorted.
They opened the chest, revealing some good materials that they could use for equipment and crafting.
"If I can take these, I can pay back the amount I borrowed from Wagner." The Dragonborn laughed as he looked at the number of materials inside it.
"L-let's continue forward," Amber proceeded to the next level, only to show that another surface is placed above them.
"H-how do we get up there?" Paimon asked.
"I'll handle it," Amber says as she shoots down the elemental monument.
After doing so, flurries of winds are then generated from the void. Then, Amber proceeded to use her Wind Glider to fly upwards using the wind generated from it. Aether followed as well, leaving the Dragonborn with nothing but to stand there.
"Umm..." Erlund, realizing his situation, did not expect such a tool like that would have been so handy for him if he could only have received such a tool.
"I-I'll find a way to get up there." The warrior said as he looked around, noticing floating debris lining up towards the elevated surface.
He then jumps towards the debris one by one until he realizes that the last debris would not help him reach the surface.
"You can't reach here with that distance, Erlund. I'll help you from there." Aether then tries to move forward, trying to glide towards the Dragonborn only to realize that the Dragonborn jumped ahead, knowing that he won't make it.
"Erlund! No!" Amber, Paimon, and Aether reached out their hand to the Dragonborn, knowing it is futile that he will fall either way.
Within a split second, a loud voice of the same man echoes across the space of the ruins.
"WULD, NAH KEST!"
The Dragonborn dashed forward with incredible speed, instantly reaching the surface. He then grabs the ledge of the floor with his callous hands, actually managing to reach it after all.
Amber, Aether, and Paimon grabbed his hands and pulled him up from the recent fall.
"Y-you gave me a heart attack, Erlund. I thought you couldn't make it." Amber said.
"Paimon thought her heart almost fell out of her chest. That was really scary." Paimon added.
"Sheesh, Erlund, you can't just do that. I thought you lost your balance from there." Aether concerned on Erlund.
"It was all calculated. Calm down. We are close to where we're going." Erlund said as he tried to calm them down from the recent event. That sure as heck would give them a traumatic experience if he actually really falls.
As they reached the stairs, they saw a giant teal-colored stone sitting in the middle of the structure, wrapping itself with the wind.
"I-is that where the dragon draws its powers?" Amber asked.
The iron-armored warrior then cracked the stone like an ostrich egg with just a slash of his war axe, instantly taking out one of the stones that hold the power of the dragon.
"Phew~ I'm tired now. At least, we are able to help out Jean. We used to defend the city all the time, and mostly all credits go to Jean. But now that the dragon is attacking the city itself, maybe we should change our tactics. Just like what Jean said, 'The winds change. So to our tactics.'" Amber quoted one of Jean's words.
"Sounds pretty good coming from a responsible leader that protects its people. Unlike that hypocrite that sits on the throne in Windhelm." He recalls the painful times when he had to fight his own people, knowing that this power was not fully accountable to the Imperials solely. He knew that the Thalmor was behind all of this, but the Stormcloaks never even grazed a few of his words no matter how many times he pleads.
"W-well, you almost got yourself killed awhile ago. Let's head out now. The others are waiting for your arrival as well." After they picked up a chest that they had found appearing out of nowhere, they left the domain.
