On the Hogwarts express the Golden Trio were sitting around in silence thinking about what happened during that year. Suddenly Ron spoke up, "you guys are going to write this summer, right?"
"Of course," Harry and Hermione replied in unison.
"That's a relief," sighed Ron letting out a breath of air. Harry pulled out a game of Exploding Snap and Hermione pulled out a book while the boys played, the silence only being broken occasionally with the cracks and pops of the game.
A FEW HOURS LATER (ON PLATFORM 9¾)
Once on the platform Harry and his friends walked over to the gathered members of the Order of The Phoenix. Right as they reach the group the trio hears the end of the threat to Harry's Uncle Vernon,
"… so don't give Harry a hard time he needs to grieve."
'uh oh' Harry thought, 'Just what I need, now Vernon knows that Sirius is dead; my beatings are just going to get worse.' Harry hugs Hermione and gives Ron a sad smile. He walks off with his Uncle, never noticing the grey eyes watching from the shadows.
