Disclaimer: Unfortunately I don't own Harry potter.
"Harry! "He heard a chorus of voices scream, but none as loud as hers. It was rife with agony. In her words, he caught a thousand emotions and the words, stay. He heard the accusation 'you promised 'in her voice as she screamed his name over and over again, her agony so clear they looked at her in surprise, and murmurs sprung forth "they hadn't known – "do you think, - no". They were surprised ,but you how could you possibly be, you lived it. The days were long and fruitless and the nights cold and lonely in that tent. Eventually you'd turned to each other and realized what you could have had.
In that stuffy old tent you'd found each other and yourselves. Was it really surprising that when she'd asked, you wanted to stay so badly. But you had a duty, so you'd looked her in the eyes and lied, but she knew, she always knew. So why didn't she know you're not really dead, just stuck. But you're coming because you promised, when she begged you not to go.
"Don't you dare die on me Harry, not when- here her throat caught on a sob "Not when I just found you. I love you Harry Potter, come back to me."
So you would and ah finally you'd broke whatever it was keeping you down and their cheers screamed through the air, but you heard nothing but her calling your name and running towards you the most beautiful smile you'd ever seen. And when you met her halfway there nothing else could ever matter again, not now, you'd found you're reason for living once more. Not later when he snarled at you questioning why you kept on living, not when Hermione Granger had just agreed to be your wife.
