Siblings Link and Zelda could not be more different. This is Young Link's sudden new adventure that takes place in the Age of Calamity. It has a lot of the new elements from the released game, BUT there is no Egg Guardian! Sorry! The cute guardian just doesn't fit in this story. This is simply a telling of how the Calamity came to be and Young Link is caught up in experiencing it. The title page is by me!

This is set in an ancient time - where the "Empire of Hyrule" exists as a near-copy of the Roman Empire. Princess Zelda is the only child of the Emperor. Though the domain has seen incredibly peaceful times, her father becomes fearful at his daughter's wild behavior and refusal to settle down and produce an heir. To her dismay, he chooses a terrible man to be her husband.

With Hyrule in danger, it falls upon the chosen hero to save the world from the ruinous plans of the evil king, Ganondorf. The same story as always, of course. Except this time, the hero is a she. And she's brought some serious backup on her journey. Nobody expected her to somehow befriend a small army of powerful monsters, especially not Ganon himself.
