When Sherlock discovers that John isn't in love with him anymore, he snaps. He fashions a new identity for himself, and becomes the worst criminal the world has ever seen.

When John gets into a car that is most certainly not Mycroft's, Sherlock assumes the worst and tails the presumed kidnappers. Angst, friendship, hurt, all that good stuff. Oneshot set during ASiB.

Sherlock has not had a case for a month and its effecting John's sanity. In desperation, John drags his flatmate to every crime scene in London- which is how they turn up at a mugging that turns out to be MUCH more complicated. - Or - The case where Sherlock finally understands what he was missing. Not an AU, more like a theory. Dr. John Watson is treating a patient, a patient he has grown to care about. That patient, William Sherlock Scot Holmes, is dealing with reality in any way he can, but he needs his Doctor's help. It's kind of an alternative to how Series 3 could have started… if Moffat were more evil. Probably a one shot. I suppose another chapter may be possible.
