John Watson wasn't planning on working as a carnival medic, but the Great War changed many futures. In the year 1933, he meets the carnival palm-reader and fortune teller Sherlock Holmes. His palm reading skills are dismal, but his uncanny ability to tell a person's past makes him seem more than capable to tell a person's future. At the end of the day, a nickle is a nickle.
